And now to see what happens when they literally meet with the Yates family and see what they have to say about the Silva Hound family, and a certain 17 year old wants to speak with Lincoln regarding some things that have happened. Enjoy folks.
Helluva Loud Adventures.
(Ketcham Park, Royal Woods.)
The portal to hell opens in front of the park and of course we know who's coming through. Okay, so this isn't the full cast of I.M.P.
Lincoln, Luna, Loona and Octavia walk out and look around. "Well, this sure looks like a nice place to relax" replied Loona. They do see some of the people notice them and then Polly loses focus and she falls into the Park fountain.
Octavia takes in the sights and the smell. "Ah. This really does smell like the common and peaceful moment for all of us to enjoy. Well, let's look for someplace to enjoy some peace and quiet."
"A shame that the others didn't wanna join in, but we all know they might cause trouble should they come with us" replied Luna. "Mostly Blitzo."
You guys are probably wondering, where the heck are the rest of I.M.P and why are they not there with them?
(I.M.P Building.)
Blitzo is busy in his office and going through some photos he took from the day they had their trip to Grate Lakes City, and placing each photo onto the album.
While Moxxie and Millie are going through the list of new people to kill of capture for torture. They do see this sexy super model to take down and as it turns out she's responsible for cheating and the cause of death to her competition, they were given orders to kill her.
All of them decide to let them go and have some peaceful alone time, while the others will deal with the work on their next targets.
Then Moxxie sees something on the file of the sexy super model. "What the heck is this?" They see a note from Blitzo and they read what it says.
Dear to whoever is reading this, I know we were told to take this lady down. But I have some plans for her and I have to say, this lady sure is hot as hell! So, I call dibs in taking her down. Do not kill her, she's mine and I wanna see if she can make me one happy demon, because I do not wanna get laid again with Stolas. I need a break from him, then we can kill her. – Blitzo.
Moxxie and Millie look to each other, so they just leave that be for Blitzo to handle.
(Back to Ketcham Park.)
They all walk through the park and they see the folks there looking at them with fascination and some of them are a bit curious as to what they're doing here, while most of the folks there are just letting them be. They know that won't bring harm to anyone and to let them be with the family they have.
They then find someplace peaceful to relax and that is by some picnic benches underneath the shade of a tree.
Lincoln checks on his phone for anything from his friends. Loona is also doing the same, though she's checking on any incoming messages from clients, they haven't gotten any calls recently. Luna is running her acoustic guitar and making some soothing jams and Octavia opens a book she has and reads it.
Lincoln then stops and he looks around. "I missed this. I missed coming to the park and just enjoying the serene environment of the place."
"Little bro's got a point." Luna puts her guitar away. "This place sure knows how to make it all peaceful and less loud. Heck, even I need some time away from the heavy duty loudness and chaos."
Loona also stops and takes in everything. "Gotta admit, this place sure is peaceful and I could use some time away from the shitful stress we get back in hell. Also, which one of you have read the list on our next targets?"
Lincoln and Luna look to each other and they back to their mom. "None of us mom, we didn't even take a look at the list" replied Luna.
"Good, because Blitzo left a note where he can handle the next target and we do not try to get involved" replied Loona. They don't know what this is about, but they know that when it comes to Blitzo and his antics, they do not wanna get involved into it.
They then go back to enjoying the peace. Lincoln of course leans onto his sister as he enjoys the soothing tunes she's making.
"Hey there guys!" They all see who it was, and they're a family that Loona knows, and have been heard around town. The Yates family: Bumper Sr, Jancey, Beatrix, Belle, Bumper Jr and Beau.
This is the first time Luna has seen them and Octavia has no clue who the hell they are and what they want. "Can we help you folks?" asked Octavia. She does see their smiles and they creep her out, like the angels during the cleansing.
"We were just walking by and we finished replanting some new trees for the park, and we saw you guys and thought this could be a perfect time to talk" replied Jancey. "Oh, I made the words rhyme!"
Loona sighs. "What the hell do you guys even want with us now?"
"Well first we'd like to say thank you to Lincoln" said Bumper Sr.
Lincoln is confused. "What? What are you thank…. Oh, right. Well, I did what I had to and sire as hell I was not gonna let that man get away with trying to harm your daughter."
"And we're forever grateful for that, really we are" replied Jancey. "We were so worried when we heard about what happened to Beatrix, we felt as if we didn't have the strength to try and help her more, but you came along and saved her from the horrible, horrible man."
"You were so brave and from what my big sister said, you were really fast in taking him down" said Belle.
"Even though it was bloody as they said, things could've been different if he were to be unconscious and then taken to the law" said Bumper Jr.
Then Beau speaks in Korean thank you, and then he says it in Mandarin and then in German.
Octavia understands those languages, except for the others. "Umm, you're welcome" said Lincoln. "Is that all you guys wanted to say to us?"
"Well, no. May we sit with you guys?" asked Bumper Sr.
They didn't seem to have any choice, they had to hear what they had to say. "Ugh. Fine" said Loona.
The Yates family then sit on the other side of the picnic bench. "So, how are things in…. well you know, the place where you guys live?" asked Jancey.
"You mean hell?" said Luna. "Things are doing fine for us, we're adapting well and I am planning to take my first ever visit into the city alongside the family. They wouldn't let me go around on my own, well not yet that is."
"The slums of the cities can be truly cruel and unexpected and we don't want to risk either Lincoln or Lunes going there alone" replied Loona.
"Oh, well that does sound difficult to handle, but how about their activities. What are they doing in your home to show what they can do for the future?" asked Bumper Sr.
"Well, we do our part to help with the company we work in and no we cannot tell you guys what we do, it's kinda classified and not easy to explain" replied Lincoln.
"Oh we understand, People have to have their own things to do on their own private terms" replied Jancey. "But what about they're hobbies, we'd like to know the basic activities that keep your children occupied and hone in what they can do for the future."
"Well aside from jamming to some music and practicing for the next gig, sometimes I tag team with my little bro to handle close quarters combat training" said Luna.
"They have to learn how to fight to stay alive" replied Loona. "In hell you never know what to expect and sure enough there are tons of demons and sinners who care less about the well-being of others and I am not letting them get into a fight unless that can fight too, but I am not letting them fight alone. They're my pups and I have to look out for them."
The Yates were kinda shocked by this. "Oh well, that does sound kinda normal and I think we can understand. It seems you have your own well-rounded teachings for them for their future in staying safe."
They're all confused once again. "Well-Rounded? What in the hell is that supposed to mean?" asked Octavia.
"It means we do our best to show our kids that they can be capable of doing so much more, instead of just being sluggish and doing lesser things, that sets a bad example of parenting" said Jancey.
"We like to show the best example of ourselves by motivating out kids to hone in their skills and take in some activities that could show how well they can be when the future comes for them" replied Bumper Sr.
"Our kids have accomplished so much" said Jancey. "Beatrix is in the debate club and has computer practice, our son Bumper Jr. is an ace when it comes to sports as well as good sportsman ship."
Bumper Sr then continues the rest. "Our daughter Belle received a letter saying she got an internship into the U.N and she is a wizard when it comes to her practice on the violin and also the piano, and of course Beatrix was the one who taught her those ones, and lastly our son Beau has his own art gallery and it's opening his newest pieces of art tonight and of course, you have all heard he can be able to speak different languages and he's already learning Russian."
"And we always keep our kids healthy with the best and nutritious of meals" replied Jancey.
Lincoln and Luna are shocked at what they can do. "Wow! Talk about one systemized life" said Octavia.
"Wow. I mean, I can totally respect the good sportsmanship thing, which is something I wish Lynn had, but the rest of what you guys do is way too much to handle right now" replied Lincoln.
"Dudes, don't you ever give them a break?" asked Luna. "You know like, having some fun for a change?"
"Well, when we have time and when we can push some things around the schedule then we may have some time for fun" replied Bumper Sr. "But we always have to try our best to send a good message to the kids so they keep doing with the well-rounded methods of teachings."
"The best way to show just how great children can be, is to show how much they need it the most for the future" replied Jancey.
"Jeez. And I thought the louds were this persistent with the children and their search for winning" said Octavia in disgust.
"Oh no, I don't think we could ever be compared to the louds. We would never believe in such silly nonsense like superstition. That would be silly and shows no value at all" replied Bumper Sr.
"We rely on good education and proper guidance for our children" replied Jancey. "Surely we wouldn't let them believe is such nonsense, but ever since the rumors and news about the whole bad luck thing in court with demons, I guess there are something's that exist, but surely luck is nothing more than an old wives tail."
Loona looks to them in anger. "So, what the heck are you trying to get from us in this talk of yours? To tell me how to raise my kids?!" Her eyes are glowing red and her claws are out.
Bumper Sr and Jancey can see that it was happening again, they look to each other and nod and then look to Loona. "Miss Silva Hound, we understand that our ways and words are offending you, we kinda learned that last week after the whole parent teacher meeting" said Bumper Sr.
Loona then calms down and lets them speak. "What do you mean? What happened after Lincoln and I left the school?"
Even Lincoln wanted to know, but then he knew what they mean. "McBride's?"
"You really are a smart kid, and yes it was the McBride's. Harold and Howard. We were about to head back home and tell Beau that he has accomplished so much when he came to the school, but then we were confronted by the two husbands and they started to talking to us about going against you and your demon family" replied Bumper Sr.
"Now, we did hear about the court thing and though it sounded quite suspicious, we did overhear from some parents on how understanding you can be to Lincoln and Luna and we understand that you don't need the teachings of other folks to help raise your adopted children" replied Jancey.
"They wanted us to join in their vote against all of you, but we were not having that" said Bumper Sr. "Everything they said about you and the demons were so mean, heck mean than anything I've ever heard."
"So, we denied they're request and so we drove off home, we did not want anything to do with them and whatever plans they have to take your children away" said Jancey.
Loona then calms down and is a bit shocked. "You guys aren't like anyone who would hate demons and see them as heartless monsters?"
"Nope. We also know we can be a bit, overboard with our teachings and our well-rounded advice to others, which is why we were kicked out of our old home and that's why we moved into this town" said Bumper Sr.
"We know everyone else has their own teachings about how they raise their kids and how they can understand them, so for the first time since we had this family. We're gonna try and tone down our actions and just do what we do and leave other families with their personal teachings and things" replied Jancey.
"Then why the bloody hell did you come here and tell us what you guys do?" asked Octavia.
It was then that Beatrix spoke for them. "Because….. Because it's an old habit. They always did this when they would meet another family and I have always heard and seen how people would notice us for our parents and they seem to be bent on trying to…. To take us away from each other."
Bumper Sr. nods. "Yeah, it's all true. But we'll try and not let all of our advice come out, just some supporting tips. Like, don't let your kids use the butter knife to make a sandwich unless an adult is there to supervise."
"We hope we didn't mean to offend you" said Jancey.
They all look to Loona, she was the one who seemed angry the most. "Well, I was when we first met. But after hearing what you guys are trying to do, I guess I'm not angry, much. Thanks for also not siding with those two dorks who wanna split the family we have, that means a lot."
"The McBride's are blinded by their rules of safety and over the top rules. We would never go that far, also we were wondering if you might have some advice for us" said Bumper Sr.
"From a new mother to us parents, we could really use some advice from others" said Jancey.
Loona can see that they can trust them, sorta. "Well, one thing you guys need to do is understand and hear out what your kids say. You can't control their lives and make them to things they don't want to."
"Let them choose their own path and if it sounds not good, then take action and give them some guidance. But do not overdo it, I understand Lincoln and Luna and I knew they needed each other after all they have been through."
Bumper Sr and Jancey smile and nod. "Thank you, I guess we can give it a shot." said Jancey.
Bumper Sr then checks his watch. "Well, looks like our time here has to be cut short. We have to go the local pet store and help out any of the sick pets and then it's off to the animal shelter to also help out."
But before they leave Beatrix looks to her parents. "Mom, dad. I have to talk to these guys first."
They both smile and nod at her request. "Go ahead Beatrix, we'll be here" said Jancey.
Beatrix looks to Lincoln. "Is it possible I can go and visit your home?" This shocks them all and makes the whole Yates family go wide eyed and all of them have one thing to say.
"What?!"
"Why would you wanna go to our home dude?" asked Luna.
"Guys, please. I wanna talk to Lincoln, about what had happened when he took down that bad man. I wanna talk to him in private and the best place I can get privacy is the one place he calls home" replied Beatrix. She then looks to the demons. "So, can I go and visit your home?"
They all look to each other and then to Lincoln who is the sole reason for this. "Okay I guess. But you'll have to go with Lunes since you're both in the same school. The hot issue is, your parents."
Beatrix looks to her family. "Please? I just wanna talk to him and show my gratitude for what he did to…. To save me. So can I go to their home?"
Bumper Sr and Jancey think about this and are a bit worried, but they do need to learn how to understand their kids more, and not force them into things they don't want to.
"I guess its fine, we know that you'll be safe with Lincoln there. He is the one who saved you and he's such a nice young man" said Bumper Sr.
"I guess we can move your computer study session to another date, perhaps tomorrow it's about tie all fo you had some long earned fun!" said Jancey.
The rest of the Yates kids smile hearing this. They can have fun tomorrow and not spend the whole day doing their activities all at once. Beatrix then hugs her parents. "Thanks mom, thanks dad." They smile and hug their daughter.
They then break the hug. "Well, we should get going and thanks for the advice Loona, we're make sure we do our best to understand our kids" said Bumper Sr.
Loona nods. "Anytime, and I'm glad I can help some parents out with some issues they have, unlike the McBride's." They all can agree on that one.
But before they leave, Jancey asks. "How come you called her Lunes? Clearly her name is Luna."
Loona points to Luna. "Luna with a U." Then she points to herself. "Loona with two O's, so we call her Lunes since they have the same pronunciation."
"Huh, now that does make sense and good logic" said Belle.
The Yates family then take they're leave, but Beatrix looks back and she waves at Lincoln, and also blushes.
Lincoln also waves, and he watches them leave the park back to their car and off to their next daily activity. Then Lincoln stops and realizes. "What the hell just happened?"
Loona then realizes. "I think you just made a teenage girl older than you like you."
This made them all shocked. "I guess saving her is making her want to see you more, we should be careful about Beatrix Yates. Something's up."
