This is it, time to see how one of his former sisters are doing and starting with the one who was known as the kindest person within the former family of 13. Let's see what happens.

Helluva Loud Adventure's.

(Somewhere outside of town, Royal Woods Mental Hospital.)

At this place, those who are sent here have a few or major issues with their thoughts. Many of the patients are diagnosed with some bad conditions involving their state of mind, whether they are a tad bit insane, paranoid, and a bit broken up or they have a child-like state of mind from within their heads.

Leni is amongst them, the once kind-hearted member of the loud family is walking down the halls and her mind is on the math book she has, the math book meant for 3rd graders.

Her head has some bandage wrappings, almost like she had some kind of surgery and her arms also have bandage wrappings on them, but why?

Leni is wearing a white gown with light green pants and slip-on white and green shoes and she has a wrist band with a number of which patient is she: Patient #1616.

Leni walks by some patients who all are on wheel chairs and she looks to all of the, she feels bad that they have to go through this, but she too is worried. 'Will I end up like those sad people?'

Leni then shakes that off of her mind and she walks down the halls and continues to read her book. But some part of her feels like something was coming, she has no clue what it is, but she can feel it coming and a part of her feels scared.

While everyone is busy, the many patients in the lobby and staff look to the doors and are wide eyed at what they see and they all back off slowly and let the three figures walk down the halls and to the front desk.

"Excuse me miss, we would like to know where Leni is."

The woman at the front desk nods. "She's mostly at the third floor, and she just finished he class. Go on right ahead, but I have to tell you that you only have four hours left before visiting hours are over."

"Thank you ma'am." The three figures then walk down the halls and towards the elevator, where they happily leave it open for someone to come in as well who also needs to go to the third floor.

Everyone knows who they are and everyone is kinda fearful and also feel bad for what the two kids with the hellhound have been through.

(Somewhere at the Third Floor.)

Leni is in her room and she's going through her math book and then she finishes reading it and sighs. "I can't stop, not after what I found out about myself." she then picks up her science book and she reads it, and yes this book is also for 3rd graders.

Leni then hears a knock on her door. "Who is it?"

"Leni, this is Kyle, you have guests."

Leni is confused by this. 'Guests? Could they be new doctors who wanna know about my condition, if not then who the heck would wanna come and see me.'

"The door is unlocked, you can come on in." Leni puts her books away and her back is turned from the door and she can hear some people walk into the room and the door closing. "Are you the doctors who need to...?" Leni is shocked when she turns around and sees who it is.

Right there are her former siblings, Lincoln and Luna and to their right with her arms crossed and a very stern look is none other than the hellhound who took them in as her own, Loona Silva Hound.

Leni is wide eyed and speechless seeing her former siblings and she was waiting for them to speak. Lincoln steps forward. "Leni, I…"

Leni then backs up slowly. "No. No….. No, no. You're not here." Leni then covers her ears and she backs up to her bed. "You're both not here, you're both not here! You're both not here!"

This shocks Lincoln, Luna and Loona, they can tell something was wrong with Leni.

"Leni, calm down. Calm down, it's really us. It's me Lincoln and Luna, and also our mom, Loona" said Lincoln.

Leni then closes her eyes and she backs up to the corner of the room on her bed and she still has her ears covered. "No, no. This is not real. You're not real, this is just the dream again. I'm still asleep, this is not real and you're all not here with me! You're not!"

Leni sheds tears and repeatedly says to herself. "It's not real, this is just a dream and they're not here." She says this over and over to herself, but Lincoln and the others can hear her and this makes sense now.

Leni blames herself for what had happened for not helping Lincoln, and because of this self-realization, her mind is in a constant war into figuring out if every Lincoln and Luna she sees is real or not and she just tells herself they're not real and that everything will be as it was, her in the room of the mental hospital and trying to fix herself.

"Dudes, Leni is a mess right now" said Luna with concern.

"Looks like her kind-heart is shattered after everything that happened last month" replied Loona. She feels bad for the 16 year old teen fashionista.

Lincoln needs to fix this, he has to make this right and so he goes onto the bed and towards Leni. Luna and Loona sit on the edge of the bed and watch at what he was attempting.

Leni continues to cover her ears, but then she feels someone removing her hands from her ears and she opens her eyes and even with tears making her vision blurry, she is able to make out what is in front of her and in front of her was no illusion, hallucination or even a dream, it was her former brother, Lincoln.

Leni then wipes away her tears, but only for fresh ones to form. "L-Linky?"

Lincoln smiles and he wipes away her tears and then kisses her cheek and this shocks Leni. Lincoln then looks to his former sister. "Yes, yes Leni, it is me. Lincoln, Linky is here."

Without a second thought, Leni immediately hugs Lincoln and still has the shocked look. Lincoln then hugs Leni and rests his head on her shoulders and whispers. "Leni, we're here. This is real, this is not a dream. We're here Leni, we're right here."

Leni then strokes his white hair and she can see now, this is as real as it gets and then she starts to shed more tears and she cries as she hugs her brother.

Seeing this makes Luna feel bad for her and so she too joins in the hug and Leni hugs her little sister as well.

Loona should be upset that this former loud was a ditzy dummy for not seeing the mistakes, but she feels bad for what she's going through now, she places a hand on the teens shoulder and then Loona sees her bandage wrappings around her head and her arms. 'Okay, I don't recall her having those on when we last saw her at the court house.'

They soon depart from the hug and Leni looks to all of them and she begins to wipe away her tears. "I…. I'm sorry, Lincoln, Luna. I'm sorry I sided with them, I'm sorry that I didn't do anything to stop it and… And I'm sorry you almost got killed Linky."

Lincoln holds her right hand and looks her in the eyes. "Leni, we need to talk."

Leni nods and she gets up from her bed and she goes over and sits onto her chair and lets the others take the bed and then she speaks. "So, you guys are probably wondering how I've been in here huh?"

"That's what we came here for, Lincoln requested we come here and see how you were doing" said Luna. "And so we agreed to come along and see for ourselves as well, we would've brought the others, but they were kinda busy at the moment."

Leni nods. "Yeah, I figured your other demon friends would be busy. So, what do you guys wanna know?"

Loona then asks. "Okay, what the heck is with the bandage wrappings to your arms?"

Leni is shocked that the hellhound would ask her and she's still kinda fearful about the demon dog. "I….. I've been cutting myself."

Lincoln and Luna are shocked. "What?!"

Leni nods and she wipes away her tears that begin to form. "I've been doing it ever since I got her, I don't know why but…. I feel like I deserve it. I hurt you Linky, I made you wear some stupid suit and come along to my events that you got hurt from and also never got to do anything fun. So, after a week when I came here, I started to cut myself, I wanted to torture myself and see how it felt to be in pain as you did."

"Some part of me wanted to stop, but the guilty side of me wanted to make me hurt and so I did. I started using the comb which I was able to make it sharp, then to my pencil and then to my pen and then I started doing the same in the bathroom by breaking the tiles from the wall. Eventually the staff found out and they had to restrain me, I was placed in the soft room for a week till I stopped what I was doing."

"But these cuts, these are from three days ago and they're slowly healing. But these were not made by me."

This shocks them. "Then, who the heck made those cuts on you?" asked Loona.

"One of the patients, his name is Frederick Myers and he is kinda unstable and I stopped him from hurting one of the patients and he ended up cutting me instead, and they're pretty deep and they hurt when they fixed me up, but even now they're kinda sore" replied Leni.

They wanted to say something, but then Lincoln looks to the wrappings on her head. "What about your head? What the heck happened there?"

Leni didn't know what to say, but she had to tell them. "Surgery."

Hearing her say that made the whole room go silent. "What?" asked Luna.

Leni then looks to her arms and then to herself in the mirror. "Surgery. After I got cut by one of those maniacal idiots, I fell unconscious from the amount of blood I lost and they managed to help me recover and after I woke up in the medical room, I asked why I had bandage wrappings on my head and then one of the nurses told me."

"While I was unconscious, they ran some tests on me and they did the actual teenager checkups, not like those kiddie ones that our former parents did. They said they ran some scans and then they told me they had to send me into the ER immediately and begin operating on my brain."

The very thought of that was enough to make Lincoln and Luna feel sick, but they hold it in.

"The nurse told me that I had tons of tumors in my head. Like, more than 20 and all of them were targeting every spot on my brain, which is why I'm always such a klutz and ditzy. It explained why I would run into walls, not understand what sarcasm it, always seeing 4 year old work as a life's work and worst of all, the tumors seem mostly gathered to the one spot in my brain where all of my memories are held, the one spot that helps me learn and remember things."

"They had to get more than 18 tumors out of my head and they were not easy to take out and afterwards they had to fix the bits of my brain by trying to put the pieces back in, they had to call in a top ranking surgeon who knows what to do and is from Europe. She managed to save me and now I can be able to recall lost memories of my childhood and some old lessons, but they're kinda scattered."

"After I was told I was fine, I kept the bandage wrappings on to help me feel like I was healing, and that's when the hallucinations began. Turns out, when they took the tumors off of me, they were also latched to the one spot in my head that was waiting to be out. My sub consciousness and because my sub consciousness was watching everything break in the family, I think it was trying to punish me by making me see hallucinations."

Every day, for the past days since I got my mind fixed I have been seeing you and Luna and the others and all of them asking what's wrong with me, but whenever I see you, you ask me what have I done, and then you tell me that…. That this was all my fault. I know I am the eldest, and now that this has happened….. I failed to help you, to be there for you as Luna also tried."

"I…. I don't even know what to do as all of it happened, our family is shattered and we don't even know how each one of us are doing, we can't be there to comfort each other."

They are shocked at the words from Leni, her mind, the tumors and the hallucinations. Lincoln was now feeling upset and recalls Lynn Sr and Rita and to the fact they didn't even know what was wrong with Leni.

Lincoln then goes over and hugs his former big sister. "Leni, I am so sorry you had to go through all of that. That you now see what is wrong with you….. I don't even know if Lisa or even our former parents knew."

"I think they did." Leni then wipes away her tears. Lincoln departs from the hug and he listens to Leni. "After the tumors were removed, I regained something that I overheard when I was very little, somewhere at your age."

"I recalled hearing mom and dad talking to each other after a doctor saw what was happening to me, and that the doctor had a theory that I had something in my head, and then I recalled hearing mom and dad saying they don't know what to do and just leave it be. Saying that the problem in my head will go away in time and that I'll be okay. But look where it's gotten me now!"

Leni is now feeling angry. "And Lisa… Lisa knew! I recalled a lost memory that I saw, she placed me onto her bed and she scanned me and then she said something about tumors and that she wants to continue seeing what will happen next! She knew this whole time and all she wanted to do… Was to see me as one of her god damn experiments!"

Hearing all of this was now filling Lincoln, Luna and Loona with anger. Lincoln then has his claws out and he destroys the trash bin and it breaks into sliced up pieces, which scares Leni. "L-Lincoln?"

Luna sighs. "Yeah, we've had lots of changes lately, and heck even I had to do what I can to be part of the family we have and also adapt to the line of work they do."

Lincoln then calms down and he retracts his claws. "They're gonna pay for this, the ones who didn't help you Leni. When the time is right, I will go and see them and see what they think and what they have to fucking say about the shit they've brought onto the once happy family we had."

Lincoln then looks to Leni. "I know you would say that it's wrong but…."

"No, I understand" replied Leni. She wipes away her tears and she goes towards Lincoln. "I understand what you have to do. To ask them how they feel, and to see if they regret for what has happened, and I know that with this closure with you and Luna, I can try and calm my nerves and not see any more mistakes from the past, but some part of me still sees this as my fault as well."

Lincoln removes her hands from his shoulders and he holds them. "This was not your fault Leni, none of it was. This was the fault of what was inside of you and I know that this was the fault of our former family who didn't know or just casted thi aside. I promise you Leni, I will make sure they pay for making you into the ditzy girl you are now! They will know my wrath for their actions!"

Leni know this is a new kind of Lincoln, one who wishes to adapt to a new look into reality and the outcome of bad and good things. "Okay, Lincoln, okay."

Then Luna looks to the books and so does Loona, the books were used for classes of the 3rd grade. "Leni, have you been taking classes?"

Leni nods. "After my head was fixed, they gave me some books and private classes, and I have been progressing and bypassed 1st and 2nd grade, and even though I am restarting the lessons I may have lost, for some reason I am progressing well and I can recall a lot of missing lessons. Like, the memory part in me is giving me tons of stuff that has been locked away, or blocked by those tumors."

Loona thinks about this. "Looks like the tumors blocked everything you have recalled from your learnings and with your head straightened out, now you're recalling everything, but slowly. That's a good thing, it will help you recover faster."

Leni nods. Then she looks down with nervousness and Loona can tell what's wrong. "Kid, something you wanna say? To me?"

Leni looks to the hellhound. "Thank you. Thank you for saving Lincoln, thank you for being a better mother to him than Rita could ever have been and… And, thank you for keeping him safe and teaching him what he needs to be now and for the future."

"I don't know what will happen next to me, but what matters is that the little brother that I knew and loved so much is safe and doing fine with the new family he has. I never was the kinda gal to actually think monsters were never real, I was scared and the cause of it was my stupidity."

"But, now I see everything clearly, that not all demons are heartless and cruel monsters. That they care and have feelings just as we do and I am forever grateful for what you did for Lincoln and for Luna as well, she is the one sister he will always have trust and faith in."

Leni gets up and she goes over and she hugs the hellhound. This kinda catches Loona off guard. "Thank you Miss Hellhound, thank you so much."

Loona smiles and she pets her head and then hugs her as well. "You're welcome Leni, I did what I had to. As an instinct of a mother wolf would do, to save the little one in danger."

They then depart from the hug. "Well, I would like to know how you guys are doing, but I don't think I'm ready to know what you guys do, well not yet but one day I will ask how you guys have been doing and what you guys do for a living in…. Well, hell."

Lincoln and Luna go over and hug Leni. Leni hugs them both and she hears Lincoln speak. "Leni, I forgive you and I would never see you as a bad person. You're not a bad person and it was not your fault. Stop blaming yourself, please."

Leni sheds some tears and she smiles and tightens her hug on them. "I will, for you Linky. For you."

(Later.)

They all walk out of Leni's room. "We'll try and come by to visit you and see how you're doing" said Lincoln.

Leni nods. "It's okay, I can be patient and chances I might advance further with my classes and possibly reach Middle School teaching. I guess I am smart, but not as smart as a genius or prodigy."

Leni then hugs Lincoln and Luna once again. "See you guys soon you guys, and take care of each other and stay safe."

Lincoln and Luna smile and hug her back. "We will Leni, we will."

They then depart from the hug and Loona goes towards her. Loona then hugs the blonde who then hugs her back. "Soon, you will be outta here and you will have to earn back the trust from everyone. We're gonna try and reason with the others that you were never bad and that you were just misled by those bastards who were once your parents."

Leni nods and then they depart from the hug. "Thank you, Loona. Thanks for being here with them and for talking to me. To be honest, I kinda like you're outfit and I also liked the one you wore during the whole court thing. It really did suit you."

Loona smiles. "No problem, and maybe next time I can show you some of my pics of me in different outfits and I even have some of this little pup in different attire too." Loona pulls her son close to her.

This makes all of them laugh a bit, they then say they're goodbyes to Leni and walk down the halls.

Leni sighs and she has a smile on her face, she then goes back into her room knowing that she has been forgiven and perhaps she can earn the same kind of trust and forgiveness from her friends and possibly her grandfather too.

(Down the halls.)

Lincoln and his sister and mom walk by a door that had the name "Frederick Myers" Lincoln then recalls what Leni said and his eyes turn red. He had an asshole to kill soon.

A/N: They have seen and talked to Leni and now they know what has become of her, and soon she will be released and try to earn back what was lost. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
