And now, for what we have all been waiting for. The annual Royal Woods Elementary Sadie Hawkins Dance, and the spark of the one ship I have been fond of and many of you have been wanting (You reading this avenger44?) The start of something that could help Lincoln and possibly help him see past most of his former siblings. Enjoy reading folks!
Helluva Loud Adventures.
(I.M.P Headquarters, nighttime.)
As night falls onto the home of I.M.P, the only son of Loona Silva Hound is looking to himself in the mirror, checking on his attire and seeing if there's any mistakes. "Looking good, Silva Hound."
Lincoln Silva Hound – a white and red striped t-shirt inside of an orange hoodie jacket, black knee-ripped jeans with a brown and red belt with a wolf buckle and his signature black fingerless gloves that are his claws. He's even wearing black socks along with white and dark blue shoes.
He looks to his gloves and he triggers his five claws. "Just in case. You never know when trouble might come and do something really, really stupid… And dangerous." He retracts his claws and he leaves his room.
Lincoln sees that Delilah is not there anymore, which means she went back home and he sees his big sister Luna, his grandfather Blitzo and his mom, Loona. All of them waiting for him to arrive and they all smile seeing him in his attire.
Lucy is also still there and so are her mother and father, Millie and Moxxie.
"Say cheese!" Blitzo is about to take a picture of this, but then he stops. "No wait- I gotta wait till we get to the school and meet with the girl and then take a picture of the both of ya. This is just… Grandson's first dance." He sheds a few tears and wipes them away. "Oh fucking god! I'm a mess."
Moxxie sighs. "Sir, you have been a mess since day one." He then looks to Lincoln. "You look good kid, and we know the girl is gonna like the way you look."
"Chances Jordan's parents also wanna wait for ya so they can take a pic as well" replied Millie.
Lucy goes to her former brother and so does Luna. "Lincoln, we're happy that you found someone you can truly love and have fun for the night. Unlike what we have done from before, when we… You know."
Lincoln knows and he places a hand on Lucy's shoulder. "Luce, don't go beating yourself over something from the past. What happened before is done, and it doesn't make us who we are now and I forgive you, Luna and Luan… And possibly Lynn for having me juggle more than one date that night."
"At least some of them have found solace with the pals I introduced them to."
Luna goes to her brother and hugs him. "You're just too much into forgiving some of us, and trying to get over the past, little brother. We're glad you're going to your last ever Sadie Hawkins dance, and one thing I know is that this is just the beginning of a new kind of thing between you and the gal you gotta met. I am just… So dang proud of you baby bro!"
Lincoln smiles and he hugs her back. "Thanks sis, that means a lot to me."
They depart from the hug. "Sure wish Leni was here to…"
"See you as you go on to your last Sadie Hawkins Dance?" They see Leni go towards Lincoln and embrace him. "The heck I'd miss this! And the chances of you and a girl with a spark of a new future is something I don't wanna miss, and I am totes proud of you, Linky!"
"Thank you Leni, and I'm glad you came to see me go" replied Lincoln as he hugs her back.
They depart from the hug and Leni let's Loona take her moment with Lincoln. The hellhound kneels down and she touches Lincoln's face with her right hand.
Lincoln smiles from this and he uses his hand to touch her hand. "Hey mom, so what do you think?"
Loona hugs her son, and she sheds a few tears. "Linc I… This is a moment I'll be happy for you, that you go to an event that… That is like a next step to growing up and… I may have never had watched as you took your steps, said your first word, but to fucking shit I am glad to be there to watch this happen. To see you go to your last school dance, and soon to embark on what comes next."
"Nothing. Nothing in my life that I have come to know and fucking hate would ever compare to this moment, the moment and more to come that will make me love what this life has for all of us. I'm still so happy to be the mother you and Luna have now, always."
Lincoln is touched by this and he hugs his mom and cries on her shoulder, Luna joins in at this touching moment. Both former louds are damn proud and happy at this family they have now.
This moment even makes Lucy, Moxxie, Millie, Blitzo and Leni shed some tears too. But they all failed to notice that someone else is in the room with them.
"This is a truly touching moment. But might I remind all of you that the dance is going to begin soon."
They depart from the hug and Loona and Luna look towards Lincoln, the boy nods and he uses his medallion. "This is it, time to go and see this night through."
"You got this baby bro" replied Luna. She kisses his forehead. "Go and make her night feel special, just try and keep that trait of yours in line."
Alastor snickers. "My dear, that chances of him letting the hellhound trait active is not a possibility. Not when the girl he's going with seems to be far more dominant than he is."
"He's not wrong" replied Lucy. "I've seen Lincoln get nervous when he sees Jordan. She has him under her control, or her boot and heel."
Blitzo snickers. "Well, well. Looks like you got yourself a keeper there, Linc."
Lincoln sighs in annoyance. 'This isn't what I need right now.' He opens the portal. He then looks to his mom. "I'm ready to go, you wanna see me through, mom?"
Loona smiles. "It would be my honor, kiddo." She holds his hand, which Lincoln I fine with it. Blitzo also walks with them since he needs to take some pics.
The others just watch as Lincoln goes through the portal back to earth, to his first Sadie Hawkins Dance with the girl he is so into now.
(Royal Woods Elementary School.)
The Royal Woods Elementary school is getting a lot of kids from ages 10 – 11 are coming in and ready for the night of their life and they're all gonna be remembering this as the one night they had fun, along with their dates.
Jordan Rosato waits by the door of the school, and with her are her parents, Rick and Jesse Rosato and they wait for the arrival of her date. Jesse looks to her daughter and smiles. "Oh, Jordan. This may not be your first Sadie Hawkins dance, but it is the first one with a boy you really, really like."
"We're so proud of you sweetie, and it's the boy you have had your eye on for a long, long time" replied Rick.
Jordan blushes and chuckles. "Yeah, and I hope he likes what I wear. I did what I could and this is the best I could come up with."
Jordan Rosato – a yellow t-shirt, light blue jacket, light blue skirt, black leggings, white socks and brown shoes. Her signature blue bow, and three more along her braided ponytail, and she applied some lip gloss and light blue eye shadow.
"I know he'll like how you look" replied Jesse. "But even if so, he'll like you no matter what you look like. You both truly have a liking for each other and no shadow of a doubt that the two of you would stray away."
Jordan smiles. "Thanks mom." The portal from hell has opened in front of the school and the Rosato's see it and smile. "This is it!"
They see three figures walk out of the portal. The boss Blitzo, the receptionist hellhound Loona and the son of the hellhound Lincoln. The boy sees Jordan and how she looks and he smiles. "Good evening Jordan, you look lovely tonight."
Jordan blushes and giggles and looks to the boys' attired. "Thank you, and you look kinda charming in that. Really shows the cool and kind hellish self from within. It's so you."
Lincoln blushes as well. "Thanks. I did what I could, and so I found this to be the best for tonight. This isn't prom, but a part of me wishes it was."
Jordan giggles. "Same. This is… I don't know what else to make of this, but I am so ready for what tonight has for the both of us."
The duo chuckle nervously and they walk towards each other, then they hear some camera flashes and see Blitzo and Rick taking pictures of them.
"Come on kids, we just wanna take some pics of this moment, the two of you together" replied Rick.
"Yeah, what he said" replied Blitzo. They two kids decide to go with it and takes some pics of themselves together and this makes Loona and Jesse chuckle.
"This seems normal" replied Jesse and Loona. They continue to watch as Lincoln and Jordan pose together for Blitzo and Rick, and soon Loona intervenes. "Come on you two, stop it. Let them be so they can get this night of goodness done, and have some fun."
"She's right, let them be and we should let them go into the school. The dance awaits them" replied Jesse.
"Well, you're both no fun at all" replied Blitzo. He and Rick back off and watch as Lincoln and Jordan look to the school.
"You ready for this, Jordan?" asked Lincoln.
Jordan looks towards the boy and nods. "As ready as I'll ever be." They both hold hands and walk into the school. Leaving the others to watch this happen.
"There they go, like going to their first ever prom together" replied Rick.
"Only this is the Sadie Hawkins Dance, and sure as hell not a graduation either" replied Jesse.
"Sure wish it was, but sooner or later, when the time comes I will make those pictures a memory to never ever forget!" said Blitzo. He then looks to his camera at the photos he took. "These are going into the photo album for fucking sure."
Loona snickers. "Linc is growing up, and I'm glad he found someone to call his soul mate. Someone he can see through the end as life gives them."
"Or if that life takes them to another place. Then they're love will last longer."
They all are surprised by this other voice and all turn to the right of Loona and spot the dreaded and insane doll-demon, Velvet standing there and watching Lincoln and Jordan go into the school.
"Sure is nice to see my secret bestie go on and enjoy the gal of his dreams and so glad I helped him with the advice he needed to talk to her. Because he is such a nervous wreck when he's around that gal. Damn!"
Velvet then looks to the others. "Oh hey, what's up hellhound, and imp."
Loona didn't think this overlord would be there. Blitzo is shocked beyond his thoughts. "What the fuck?!"
(Inside.)
Lincoln and Jordan walk into the gym and the duo are amazed by the layout of the whole dance. They see hearts and a lot of pink all over the place, the entire theme seemed like it was Valentine's Day, but very early.
"Dang. Looks like Clyde and Chloe went all out in making this place look so wicked cool, and pretty romantic too" replied Jordan.
Lincoln smirks. "Leave it to Clyde Davis, along with Chloe Curda to make this the best night for everyone… That or they got the idea from the many books and shows, along with movies they've seen. Also, is that Chloe's little sister?"
They spot the toddler on the turn tables and making the music grooving and beating and everyone enjoys the dance and whatever fun there is.
A lot of their friends are having fun as well: Rusty with Polly skating around. Liam and Tabby rocking to the beat as it's up to eleven. Zach and Giggles doing some funny acts that make everyone laugh and enjoy this night even more.
And of course the rest of their friends. Stella, Hassan, Lance, Joy, Artie, Cookie, Trent, Kat, Sadie, Mollie, but Clyde and Chloe are both busy checking on the food that has been setup and they even help make the cake look even better, and they didn't even need to buy a cake, they made it themselves.
"I never knew Sadie and Mollie saw each other that way" replied Jordan. She sees her two friends dancing together, and also blushing as they hold hands and spin around.
"Chances Ronnie Anne and Sid are gonna have the same thing, I hope Sid did well when she spoke with Ronnie Anne" replied Lincoln.
"I'm sure it'll all go great." Jordan then drags Lincoln into the dance. "Come on, I wanna see what the hellhound kid can do on the dance floor."
Lincoln chuckles as he's dragged by this girl. 'Good lord, I love this girl so much.'
(Sadie Hawkins Dance Montage.)
They begin with some dance moves and impress each other on how well they can dance. It was almost like Lincoln was battling against her art the arcade's dance game.
Next up is the karaoke sing-along, and Lincoln and Jordan nail it with the song. "A Thousand Years."
Lincoln and Jordan test themselves to see who can grab a heart shaped apple from the barrel of fruit punch and they end up grabbing the same apple, with their mouths.
They try some of the delicious pastries that Clyde and Chloe helped make, and they all taste amazing. But Lincoln could swear he saw a familiar demon there helping add more pastries into the table.
They even go over and talk to their friends and they even tell them about their soon to be made plan on their first ever date. But either one has no idea what the other is up to.
(End montage.)
With all the fun done, the slow dancing has started and it came after Mrs. Johnson made an announcement on who won tonight's raffle, and it's Poppa Wheelie, which means he's gonna be having lunch with her… at the teacher's lounge for the next, three weeks.
With the whole thing done, the slow dancing has commenced and now we see Lincoln and Jordan slow dancing in the middle of the other young couples dancing.
Jordan rests her head onto the white-haired boys shoulder with her arms wrapped around him, and the boy has his arms around her as well, and both of them smiling at this romantic moment.
Lincoln then whispers to her ear. "So, is this the best moment for us?"
Jordan let's go of him and she gives him a small kiss on the lips, which catches him off guard. "This might not be our date… But this is better than what I have ever dreamed of, and I know there'll be more. As we take this next step, to what we wanna do together, for the rest of our lives."
Lincoln also returns the kiss to Jordan. She blushes from this and looks to the boy. "I look forward to what happens next."
They then go back to slow dancing together once again, enjoying the rest of this night, at the Sadie Hawkins Dance.
