Back to the dream, but this one is going back to the young times when Lincoln was still an infant, and Luna is a little girl, and Loona is living with them in I.M.P, and the time when Blitzo is still alive. I had this idea, but I forgot to make it, so here it is folks. Enjoy reading this folks!
Helluva Loud Adventures. The Dream: Loona's Phone.
(I.M.P Headquarters.)
Loona walks around her room and is looking for something. "Where the fuck did I fucking leave my phone?" She then puts the pillows back, and then she checks the top shelves and finds nothings. "Fuck."
Loona then leaves the bedroom, and she recalls something. 'My phone, I left it on the coffee table at the office.' She goes to where the couch is near the Receptionist's Desk, and the playpen of her one-year old adopted human, son, Lincoln.
But Loona notices, her phone is not on the coffee table. "Wait, what?" she then looks to the playpen and sees Lincoln is gone. "What?!" She then hears some giggling, and she looks behind the receptionists' desk, is her infant son, Lincoln…. And he has her phone in his hands.
Little Lincoln just looks to the phone with curiosity, and he hasn't done anything bad to it and just stares at his reflection on the screen and giggles.
Loona is relieved by this, and not just because her phone is there, but because her son is safe. She then goes over and she kneels down in front of Lincoln. "Now, how the heck did you escape that playpen and…" She sees the main gate of the playpen is slightly opened.
Loona then recalls that it was Blitzo who was playing with Lincoln earlier. "Damn it, Blitzo." she then looks to her son who is observing everything the red phone has. "Linky, I need that back now." She tries to grab the phone, but the infant is now upset at her holding it.
Loona then let's go and doesn't like it if her son gets upset, she doesn't wanna be mean, but he might break this and get even more upset. Loona then grabs something from the playpen and that was the plush wolf that Lincoln always has.
She makes the plush dance in place, and the infant looks to his dancing toy and smiles. Lincoln then gently places the phone onto the ground and Loona grabs it. "There, now we both get something back." She then boops his nose and the baby giggles.
Loona puts her phone into her pocket, and then she picks up her infant son as he continues to play with his plush. Loona then kisses his cheek. "You were curious, and you wanted to play with something new. Obviously you always saw me with my phone."
The infant looks to his mom and smiles at the way she looks, and then he places a kiss on her cheek, and this is something she did not see coming and makes the hellhound smile. "I love you too, Linky." She shares a nose kiss with Lincoln, and this makes him giggle and laugh.
Then they see the door to the meeting room open and coming out is Luna who is reading her book, and then Moxxie and Millie who are both going through what they wrote down for the plan on the next kill.
Luna then sees her mom and her baby brother. "Hey, what did I miss?" Luna goes over and hugs her mom, and then Loona lets her carry Lincoln and she kisses his cheek. "Did you have fun today, little brother?"
Loona smirks at the cute sight of her daughter and son. 'She has no idea what Linc has been doing, and Blitzo is gonna get an earful from me when I see him.'
(The Next Day.)
Now we see Luna, the 5-year old adopted daughter of Loona, she's on the couch and going through some notes from her recent class with Moxxie, and she answers some of the homework she was given.
Though she is 5, Luna appears to be smart in her own way, and she can figure out numbers and is good at memorizing stuff that are important. Luna then stops and goes through what she has to answer, then she hears this rock n' roll theme song go off. "Huh?"
Luna then looks around and she sees where it's coming from, right there next to the computer is the cellphone of her mother, Loona. She looks around and recalls, that her baby brother fell asleep after playing, and so Loona had to bring him to his crib so he can nap.
Luna didn't like it when the phone went off, it could either be a friend from the Goetia Family, or it could be from someone who might be a client, and she doesn't wanna respond to those kinds of folks. Another thing she recalls, she doesn't like to touch something as important as a phone.
Luna still recalls, from the time she was part of the loud family, she wasn't allowed near the phone of Rita, and Lori had to tell her not to touch it and that made Luna cautious about said devices. She does recall that when Moxxie handled the hellhounds phone, he got hurt and then Millie and then Blitzo.
Loona is very protective over her cellphone, especially when someone is calling or texting her.
But deep down, Luna knew she had to do the right thing. Luna then gets off the couch and she goes over to grab the phone and she sees that it's an incoming text message from Octavia, and some notifications on the sites she goes to.
Luna then goes to the bedroom of her mother, and she sees Loona place the sleeping infant into the crib. "Mommy."
The hellhound turns around and she sees her daughter by the door. "Lunes, what's wrong?"
Luna then hands her the red cellphone nervously. "This was ringing and it seemed important."
Loona is surprised that her daughter grabbed the phone, and so she takes it. "Thank you, sweetie." But then she sees the nervous look on Luna. "Lunes, what's the matter?" She kneels down to her level and sees the shy look Luna has.
"Well, I thought you'd be mad at me."
Loona is confused. "Mad? Now why would I…." It then hit Loona, the stuff she's done when folks handle with her phone. "Oh, Lunes I'm not mad. Now, I know you heard from the others about me getting upset because of my phone right?"
The little girl nods. Loona then hugs her. "Well, you didn't do anything wrong, and that was the old me. I'm not the same Loona everyone else knows, because I have you and you're baby brother. I'm your mother now, and the one thing far more important to me, is the both of you."
Luna smiles hearing this and she hugs the hellhound. "I love you mom."
Loona then kisses Luna's cheek. "I love you too, Lunes."
(The day after that.)
Luna is now in the bedroom she shares with her mother and reading a book, though she is 5-years old, she still doesn't feel safe being in a room on her own, but she promised she will get her own room when she's a year older, and that she's willing to share that room with her baby brother.
Luna then hears something, she then sees her baby brother Lincoln slowly gets up from his crib. He looks around and then he cries. "Linky." Luna gets off the bed and she goes over and she helps him out of the crib.
She carries her brother and tries to calm him down. "Linky, it's gonna be okay. We're gonna be fine, I'm here." But the infant continues to cry, and then sobs as he's looking for something, and that's when Luna realizes. "Oh, mommy. But she's busy."
Luna recalls, that I.M.P is dealing with a tough group to kill, and Loona is the one thing that could turn the tide of the whole fight. Luna knows that her brother crying could attract the others in the building, and then she sees something that her mother forgot. "Mommy's phone."
Luna then has an idea. She goes over and he turns on the phone, and then shows Lincoln an image of their mom. Lincoln stops crying and he looks to the image and smiles. Luna sighs in relief, but she knows that he has to go back to sleep, and he mostly feels calm when he hears the voice of the hellhound.
Luna then has an idea, again. She grabs the photo of Loona and let's Lincoln hold it, while she uses Loona's phone and calls Blitzo's phone. "Come on, pick up. Pick up." Then she sees Blitzo.
Blitzo's face comes into view and he seems busy shooting. "What the heck? Lunes?"
Then Loona comes into view and sees her daughter. "What? God damn it, I knew I left my phone back at my room. Wait, Luna what are you doing?" Loona then throws a grenade and the sounds of screaming bodyguards are heard.
Luna then shows Loona Lincoln who looks to the screen and smiles. "Mommy, Linky was crying and he won't go back to sleep. He needs to hear your voice."
Loona is shocked, but she understands. "Alright, keep him on and let me speak to him." Blitzo, Moxxie and Millie head off to finish the bodyguards left and then go after the target. "Now, we're gonna have to both hum the same tune, the one he's accustomed to that I sometimes sing to him."
Luna nods, and she hums with Loona a soothing tune and the infant smiles and yawns. The tune is actually the song called, Desperado.
(Later.)
The target is taken down and dead, and the client is paid. Loona opens the bedroom door, and she smiles at what she sees. Right there in the middle of the bed, are Luna and her baby brother Lincoln, both of them asleep and snuggling close to each other.
Luna has her plush rabbit, and Lincoln has his plush wolf. Loona goes over and she kisses their cheeks. She then takes the phone from Loona's hand and sees that it's fine and this gives the hellhound an idea.
'Hmm, I should talk to Luna about this when she wakes up. Because I think she deserves a phone for herself to use, and call me when something's wrong. She seems responsible enough.'
Loona then sits next to her sleeping children, and she gently strokes her daughter's hair, then she lays down next to them and she pulls the two children close to her. 'You've grown since you became part of this world, Lunes. You've earned more than what you have had to go through.'
'Along with a role that would truly mark as a strong bond between you and you're baby brother. As his legal guardian.'
(Reality.)
Loona slowly awakens and looks around her bed. She's back in the house she lives in with her kids and Blitzo and she takes a moment to calm down. "Okay, so the dreams went back and for some reason are centered on my phone. What the fuck?"
Loona then checks her phone and sees the time. "A little too late, what the hell is going on with this shit?" she then lays back in bed, and then she looks to her right and sees the portrait of herself with Lincoln and Luna.
The sight of that makes her smile. 'I guess me and the dream version have one thing in common. They're what matters, nothing more.'
To be continued folks!
A/N: As I said, this came to me in my sleep and I forgot to make this long ago, and so here it is, just a little something to get off my mind. Now, tomorrow they will have a nice trip to Great Lakes City, and this will involve… Lori and Bobby, oh boy. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.
Date made: 5/25/21.
