"Enduring after the cleansing."
(October 28. The Silva Hound House.)
The daytime is here, and morning in the house looks alright, and right now Lincoln Silva Hound is in the living room and he sighs with such slight disappointment after what had gone down the other day, he feels sad and upset from what went down and what happened the other day, was when they had to all say goodbye to a former sister, Lola. She died, she was in hell and now she's gone for good.
Lincoln is not alone though, Luna goes over and she sits next to her brother on the couch. "Bro, we're all still trying to get over what happened and I get the whole stick here. Now, we're doing alright and we need to try and move on. Lola would want that, little brother."
Lincoln sighs. "Yeah, I know but... It's just... I never thought one of us would be sent off, forever to never be seen. I know we all wanna try and get over the whole thing, but it's a hard and tough ride. We're healing, and trying to cope with the loss of a former little sister."
Luna rubs his back and she kisses his forehead. "We're here, all of us. Lola might not be with us anymore, but she would want us to live our lives. She wants us to be happy, because she's happy now. She's up there, free from the ordeals she had long ago. She's with the lord in the sky."
Lincoln sighs and he smiles. "Yeah, yeah you're right. Sorry for being such a worry wort, I guess I miss her and the others. We were such a dang goo family, but then things went wrong and we're all in different lives and changing, and all of it is for the better."
Luna then hugs her brother, and he returns the embrace. "We're all healing little bro, we're all healing." She then rocks back and forth as Luna continues to keep her brother, Lincoln in this embrace and this makes Lincoln feel calm, something he hasn't felt in a long, long time.
They do not notice, that their hellhound mother, Loona is at the stairs and she smiles seeing this brother and sister moment. 'Thank Lunes for helping calm Lincoln down, but I fear that hi emotions are still clouded and he needs more time to recover after what had gone down, with the loss of Lola.'
Loona comes down the stairs and then she turns to the dining room and she sees Blitzo is placing food onto the table and he is not alone. Angel Dust is there and he places the pancakes down and Dia and summer are also there and they have finished making some other food and even lunch for Lincoln and Luna.
Loona is confused. "What the fuck is going on here?"
(Hazbin Hotel.)
Charlie is in the lobby and she looks around and she sees the new members of the hotel, the new tenants/patients within the hotel and she smiles at all of them trying to sort out some way to be redeemed and go through some trials to prove that they are over the past on why they have been sent to this land known as hell.
There are also the sinners from before and they are now going to try and be hard working so they can be able to be redeemed and won't have to come back to this land, and then find some peace. Charlie recalls that the other day after the exterminators killed so many sinners and demons, they brought in 18 new sinners, that seem suitable for redemption, and Charlie is grateful for this.
Charlie now knows, she has a lot more work to do to help these sinners and stop the dreaded cleansing next time. Charlie walks down the stairs and she knows that Lori and Leni have left for High School and College, she sees Niffty and Vortex helping with the other new folks get accommodated in the hotel.
Charlie sees Husk is just his usual self, and then she recalls something else. 'Glad the strippers and other folks from the burlesque place left the hotel earlier, otherwise these sinners would be wanting them. Where the heck is Vaggie?' Charlie leaves the hotel and she walks by Alastor who passes by some sinners and he is headed to the kitchen.
Charlie then leaves the hotel and she sees Vaggie is outside and she watches the whole city from the distance. "Vaggie, are you alright?"
Vaggie sighs. "Barely fine. Everything has been... Complicated, so much has gone down and we only gave off 7 sinners to be redeemed and yet so many sinners and demons got killed because it was not enough. This is gonna be hard to handle, and we need to do something to make sure that the hardship things we do comes with a good reward, to make sure these sinners don't get stuck in this world."
Vaggie then continues. "We could've had more of them, but they got themselves killed so they can make others join them, I mean it worked and we had 12 more months ago, but at the cost of their god damned fucking lives. Redeemed, and yet gone for good and never to ascend into the heavens above."
Charlie sighs and she places a hand on Vaggie's shoulder. "I know, Vaggie... I know..." Then they hear some whistling and they see Velvet, and she has so many angelic weapons. "Velvet, what the heck are you doing here?"
Velvet then hands them a spear. "Came here to see if Vaggie needs a weapon. Also, I'm here in hell to gather what Athena could use. With the cleansing done, the weapons are left and I managed to grab... All of it! No other sinner or demon will ever get one and Vark here helped me."
They see Vark and he too has a bag with angelic weapons and Velvet pets his head. "He's such a good help. Glad Lincoln allowed me to have Vark come and claim this shit. Athena needs work and she could use this to make something fucking useful."
But while they talk with Velvet, they do not know a limo is far away and someone watches them with binoculars and he grins. Who is he? Seviathan Von Eldritch and he snickers. 'Just you wait, Charlie. Soon, everything you made is going to be ruined, and I'll start with those bitch daughters of yours.' The limo then drives off, and away from the area of the Hazbin Hotel.
(Fletcher House.)
Bobbie Fletcher walks out of the house and she looks around. "Lana?" She then goes back inside and she looks around for her adopted daughter. "Dang it, Lana where are you?" She's concerned about her daughter, she knows that Lana is still upset after what had happened to her former twin sister.
Then Bobbie sees Hops and he is hopping around, he croaks and then he hops away, Bobbie knows what the means. "Lead the way, Hops." She follows the little green amphibian and she sees where he is going, the door that leads to the supply closet, and so Bobbie Fletcher opens the closet and she finds her daughter, Lana Fletcher, she's with their other pets, and they try to comfort her.
Bobbie Fletcher sits down next to her. "Lana, sweetie..." She then rubs her back. "Are you doing okay my little cute grease monkey?" She then kisses her forehead and she even wipes away a small dust bunny on her shoulder.
Lana sighs and she looks to the photo, of herself and Lola back at the pageant that Lana won. "I'm trying to be okay mom. But it's, so hard. Lola isn't here anymore, and she was my friend... She was my first best friend and though we had so much differences, we treated each other as good equals..."
"She liked to be all fancy and clean, and she would be upset when I have my animals and mud be ion her side, and... Jeez, mom I regret having fights with her, it didn't feel right now that I see it now." Lana wipes away her tears and then Lana hugs her mother, and so Bobbie Fletcher returns the embrace.
"Lana, you're not the only one going through this, remember? You're other former sisters, and brother... They also miss her, and though she's not here... Know this, the memories of the great things you and Lola did will always be in your memories, and deep within your heart, always. As long as you remember her, then Lola will never ever be forgotten."
"Do you understand me, Lana?" Bobbie Fletcher then wipes away the tears of Lana, and then the little girl sighs and she smiles, she thinks about what her mother is saying.
"Yeah, you're right mom. This is a hard thing to get over, but I have to move on and keep living and doing what I can do with my life... All for Lola, right?"
Bobbie Fletcher smiles. "Yes, my little grease monkey, for Lola." They then share one more hug, and Bobbie Fletcher and Lana stay like this, comforting her little girl at the aftermath of what went down. Soon, Charles, Victorie and Hops joins in on this, because even they will miss the pink twin who was once a Loud.
(Wilkinson's Residence. Somewhere in Franklin Avenue.)
We go to the house of the Wilkinson's couple, and the duo are on the couch and they are going through some photos of the one girl who made their life feel complete and her name was Lola, and she would've been part of the family, but she is no longer around the world of the living, and no longer in the world of hell, she's in peace and ascended in the world above them with the lord.
Hannah sighs and she looks to the photos of Lola they have, and some photos the other former sisters have made copies for them, because now they see Hannah and Harry Wilkinson as family as well, and they want them to always remember the girl who was in their life, and is no longer with all of them.
Hannah would want Lola to stay, but she knows Lola can't be on earth or else she'll outlive them. It would be a painful thing for Lola to just watch as those she loves would end up getting older and older and then they would pass away and she would still be around.
There are so many things that Hannah wanted to do with Lola if she did became her daughter, and one of them would be the usual girlish things they would do. Hannah loved spending time with Lola, and with her husband, they guided her away from her former self long ago and made her into someone different, someone who would change and make up for her past mistakes.
Harry rubs his wife's back and then he pulls her in for a hug and he too sheds some tears. He would've loved spending good moment's and memories with his little girl and if she did grow up with them, he would be all protective over her well-being and any boy who would want to be with her.
Harry would want Lola to be with them as their parents, and he regrets not adopting her sooner. He was planning to make the call on the agency that he and his wife wish to adopt Lola, but it was too late and someone beat them to it, and the results: Lola died, trying to do a good thing, she sacrificed her life to try and save the other girls who were suffering and that means she's a good person and changed.
He continues to calm his weeping wife, and then he has an idea. 'Perhaps tonight, a moment of just together could make her feel better. We both could use some calm and peaceful night and... And Lola would want us to keep living, to be together, always.' He then kisses his wife cheek and Harry Wilkins continues to comfort his crying wife, knowing that Lola is not coming back.
Well, that's what they think. They don't know, that Lola has a plan, a good plan that might not make her be back but everyone will feel as if she is back.
To be continued in the next chapter folks!
A/N: They all have a lot to try and move onto, but the ones who are trying their best are Lana and the Wilkinson's couple, and let's just say that whatever Harry Wilkinson has planned with his wife, is going to be a total game changer forever, a fate that will make them see someone who was long gone. Leave a review and tell me what you all think of this folks!
This is gonna be bad, looks like someone is out to ruin things, and his last name if Von Eldritch.
