Two Obelisk Blues, by the name of Pippin and Geoffrey, were walking down the Obelisk Blue shore, unknowing that they were walking on the same night as the first defeated Shadow Rider.
While they were talking about how horrible the Slifer Reds are, they then felt a strange wind around the shore of Duel Academy. From the wind came out a green haired woman with red lipstick and a gothic styled dress. They looked at each other before running towards the shore.
They ran towards the shore to see the woman, Camula, as she turned around with a devilish grin on her face as then on her arms was a vampiric styled duel disk. Pippin turned to Geoffrey.
"I say, Geoffrey."
"What ho, Pippin?"
"I think she wants to duel us!"
"Are you sure she wants to duel us?"
"Damn it, Geoffrey! Of course she wants to duel us! I take offense to that remark!"
"I take offense to you taking offense to that remark! But of course I would like to duel, but Pippin do you have your deck?"
"Of course I have my deck!" Pippin searched for his deck in his front pockets, but nothing was there, "Uh oh."
"What ho, Pippin?"
"I believe I forgot my deck."
"Have you tried to search the back pockets?"
"Why would I put my deck in my back pockets? It would be hard for me to take my cards back!"
"Damn it, Pippin! You always put your cards in your back pocket!"
"No I don't, Geoffrey! I take offense to that remark!"
"I take offense to you taking offense to that remark!"
"That's it, Geoffrey! You insulted me for the last time! I challenge you to fisty cuffs!"
"I accept this challenge."
As then the two Obelisk Blues began fighting each other, Camula's faith in humanity was decreasing by the second. She slapped her forehead as she yelled out, "ENOUGH! If you won't duel me now, I will turn both of you into puppets!" And then her face became even more vampiric, scaring the two Obelisk Blues.
Geoffrey proved to Pippin that his deck was indeed, in his back pockets, "Told you it was in your back pocket."
"Well you certainly showed me, Geoffrey." The two Obelisk Blues began apologizing to each other as they then looked back to the Shadow Rider as both of them readied their duel disks and put their decks into them.
All of them shouted at the same time, "DUEL!"
The Next Day
After the defeat of Nightshroud, the first Shadow Rider, also known as Yusuke Fujiwara, Zane's best friend, the strongest duelist in Duel Academy, The Emperor of Duel Academy, he immediately went to Fonda's office and everyone, Zane and Honest especially, waited for his status.
Fortunately for them, Yusuke will make a full recovery. Zane was just exhausted with some minor injuries, while Yusuke was dehydrated and had a lack of oxygen so he was hooked with an IV tube and an oxygen mask.
While some of the students were confused on why Zane was so persistent on Yusuke and told them everything. From his past to the daycare and the loss of his parents to him disappearing with Atticus, which made for the people that didn't know about him, feel sorry for him.
Sheppard then asked them, in his office, if they want to continue this war, only for them to agree that they won't give up on this mission.
All Zane did was look after Yusuke's body for as long until he wakes up and so did Honest with him.
While it was break time for everyone, the only way to get all of this stress from losing their loved ones to the Shadow Riders for two Slifer Reds was pack opening. It was the only way to keep them away from thinking about the Shadow Riders.
Both Celina and Jaden were quiet as they were opening, hoping to get something out of their minds. It was strange to see the happy go lucky Jaden or the usually confident Celina to be like that. Almost like they were afraid.
Even Chazz felt bad for them.
Celina was going through all of the cards until she saw 2 cards that caught her attention; Swordsman of Revealing Light and Lunalight Sword Dancer. One is a monster that can summon itself on the field and can protect itself for one attack and one is a new Fusion monster that needs at least one Warrior monster.
She looked at Jaden, who was now interested in a card like HERO Flash! and its other cards like O - Oversoul and E - Emergency Call. Both of them thought about it, until they heard Syrus running towards them.
"Jay! Celina! Chancellor Sheppard wants a word with all of you!" yelled Syrus as both of them took all of the cards and put it in their pockets and ran to Sheppard's office.
They opened the door to see the rest of the Key Keepers, even Zane was there, on the opposite side of Sheppard's table as he wore a serious face. "Hello, everyone. I know this is sudden, but this is important."
The two Slifers looked at each other before walking towards Sheppard and let him continue with whatever he had to say, "Some of you may or may not know about the rumours of a vampire on this island."
Most of the students gasped at the sound of that, but Crowler scoffed at the sound of that. "Please, it's a practical joke! A vampire, a thing made up from stories and movies, here? In Duel Academy?"
"Doctor Crowler, with due respect, I don't think it was a joke that almost put Zane in a hospital." Bastion crossed his arms and closed his eyes as Zane remained stoic, but shared the same opinion with Bastion.
"I have a question." Most of the Key Keepers and Sheppard turned to the Kaiser of Duel Academy, "Do you think that the vampire is a…Shadow Rider?" he asked as Sheppard didn't even know about that.
"Possibly," Sheppard's eyes moved from left to right, looking at all of the Key Keepers, "But still, be on the lookout for anything strange. Got it?" they nodded, "Good, so go on, back to your classes."
Most of the Key Keepers went on to their classes taught by another Key Keeper. Most of them, sans Bastion and Crowler, thought that there is a vampire on this school due to their earlier adventures, but while Bastion wasn't so sure about a vampire on the school, but thanks to the fact that Yusuke is here and he was missing for 2 years, it was a possibility.
Crowler was the only one that thought that there isn't a vampire in the school, that sounded way too silly, like there are shadow games.
While it was a terrifying fact that there is a vampire, it did lift up the spirits of the two Slifer Reds as the thought about dueling a vampire. While Celina still hated that this place held so many ridiculous things, she did find the fact of dueling a vampire really cool.
After class, Zane decided to look over Yusuke, with Honest along the way, and Crowler went to his office to write poems and looked at his deck to see what he can do to improve it, thinking that all of this was still a trick. Unknown to the good doctor, a bat scanned all of the cards and inserted the knowledge into its mind for her mistress.
The other Key Keepers decided to go into their rooms and dorms and decided to look into their decks. While they did somewhat improve their decks, they needed to be in top shape so they won't brick against the Shadow Riders.
Chazz looked into his deck, wanting to combine all of his decks into one. Ojama Yellow, Armed Dragons, Dark Scorpions and his Light Machine Union monsters, "Let's see if this vampire can get the drop on The Chazz." Unknown to the former North Academy student, a bat got all of the information from his cards.
Bastion was quiet as he went through all of the possible hands that he could get from all of his decks. From his Chemicals, to his Magnet Warrior deck, but unknown to him, a bat got all of the information from his cards.
Alexis was in her room, talking to her childhood friend, Skye Zaizen, on the phone while also fixing her Cyber Angel deck, but unfortunately to her, a bat got all of the information from her cards.
Jaden was talking about how sweet and awesome it will be for him to duel a vampire, while also adding some Hero support cards with 2 of Omni Heroes that he needed for his deck. Chumley and Syrus were still shocked that he can be optimistic about all of this even after Zane was almost hospitalized from the first Shadow Rider. Unknown to him, a bat got all of the information from his cards.
Celina was deciding on if she should add the two monsters into her deck, but didn't show them. Sure Swordsman would not fit in her deck, but at the same time, she added Dandelion in her deck. It didn't fit in her OTK style deck, but then again it could save her from two attacks. A bat appeared and took information from all of her revealed cards.
At Camula's castle
The Vampire Rider, Camula, was in a medieval gothic style castle that gave everyone shivers down their spines if they entered. Right now she was in a bathtub, with roses all over the room, waiting for her bat to come.
She took a glance at all of her dolls, all of the students that she turned into them for her vampire resurrection. She defeated a total 20 students, 4 Slifers, 8 Ras and 8 Obelisks. She grinned when she remembered their screams in agony, like a war between vampires and humans, but the roles were reversed.
Soon she heard her bat fly into her room. She took out her index finger and made sure that the bat landed on it, "My precious, what did you bring me?" she asked as her bat's eyes glowed red as she absorbed all of the information.
Taking notice of all of the Key Keepers. 3 Slifers, 1 Ra, 2 Obelisks and a teacher, but for some strange reason, the Obelisk Blue senior was the only one that didn't have his deck out, but that didn't matter to her. She, and the rest of the Shadow Riders, already saw him duel and saw a lot of his combos, "Ahh, so these are our opposition. I wonder…"
She smiled devilishly, "...How many can I get before I lose?" Not knowing that a certain Slifer Red looked over to the ocean and saw her castle.
A While Later
As soon as the Key Keepers, sans Zane, were done looking around the campus and saw nothing wrong, with some students having colds it was peaceful and everyone was safe so they walked in Sheppard's office and notified him.
"We looked all over the campus and everything's safe and cle-"
"VAMPIRE!" yelled Chumley as he ran to Sheppard's office, opened the door, and notified everyone there, "I saw her! She's at the shore! With a castle nonetheless!"
Sheppard jumped up, "What?!" He looked at the Key Keepers, "We have to go and see! Now!" he yelled as everyone followed suit, running past Banner's office, who's having a conversation.
"I don't understand what you are saying." said Banner to his phone, "I understand that he will put some information on us, but he is still unconscious. There is a chance that he won't remember anything from us." he said to the person, but the person didn't budge at all.
"I know what you are saying, but that is a risk that I am not willing to take, understood? A chance to tell the Key Keepers that he has information about the rest of the Shadow Riders and their tricks is something that is too valuable." said the person on the phone, sounding a bit robotic.
"But how can I do that? He is protected by Zane and a duel spirit. While I am a fine duelist and can fend off duel spirits, I know that I can't even match The Kaiser in a duel." Banner said to the person.
"Just wait when he is alone and wipe any information about Nightshroud and the rest of the Shadow Riders, got it?" The man asked him.
"Yes, I do."
"Good. I will see you in a few days, and I better hear that he doesn't remember us, Amneal." said the person as Banner put his hands on his face, hating that he has to do this to his own students.
"Of course, Kagemaru." said Banner as he hung up, "I can't believe I am doing this to my own student."
With the Key Keepers
The Key Keepers soon reached the shore and they then saw it. A castle from the medieval times, something from Dracula himself, on the ocean as then a blood red carpet down them, scaring Chumley behind them.
"Well, at least it's the red carpet treatment." said Crowler as he took a step back and so did Chumley and Syrus.
"Crimson red." Celina noted, "Fitting for her."
"Now, what do we do?" asked Bastion.
"Well we face her." Jaden answered Bastion's question.
"Right," nodded Alexis as Chazz was confused on one thing.
"But, who will it be?" he asked, as Crowler, Syrus and Chumley went behind each other and bumped into each other, making them scream out loud as Crowler went in front of the Key Keepers, "Oh? So you will go first, Doctor Crowler?"
"Extremely brave, teach!" said Jaden as he patted his teacher on the back.
"Yeah, but how about we have a different way to choose who will go first? Like who picks the smallest straw goes first!" said Crowler as all of them deadpanned, even the Slifer Slacker himself.
"We don't have straws," said Celina, simply.
"Well, don't worry about that! I will go fetch them!" he announced as he walked away, but was quickly grabbed by Chazz and Alexis at the same time, bringing him up so he can be on their level.
"Sorry, Crowler…" started Chazz.
"... you are up." Alexis finished.
"But I-" Crowler couldn't finish what he was saying as they all felt a dark wind towards them. Sending shivers as they could hear footsteps coming near them. They all turned around and they then saw her.
The Vampire Rider.
The 2nd Shadow Rider herself.
She walked on the carpet, ignoring all laws of science and looked around the other Key Keepers. Remembering each face from when she saw Nightshroud losing to one of the Key Keepers.
Kaiser, was it?
But Camula looked around and saw him nowhere, she frowned. He was the only one that seemed like a challenge for her. She saw who was in front of her, a person that was shivering like it was crazy and sweating bullets.
"Now, who might you be?" Camula asked Crowler, as he gulped.
"Yo-Your challenger." he said as Camula shook her head. Not good enough.
"You are not worthy." she stated, "Now where is that Kaiser that defeated the first Shadow Rider?" They all widened at the sound of that. She wanted to duel Zane, but he couldn't since he was looking over Yusuke.
Before any of them could say something back to her, Crowler was in front of her, "Oh no you won't! I may be selfish, a person that hates slackers, but a teacher that allows his students to suffer is not one of them!" Many were surprised at the sound of Crowler actually caring for his students despite making so many attempts on one of the Key Keepers.
He readied his duel vest as he glared at her, "You have to go through me before any of my students! Got that?!"
The Vampire Rider laughed as her eyes glowed red, "Fine, if you are that anxious to lose your Key, then you might duel me, Camula, The Vampire Mistress of The Shadow Riders."
"Yeah right, like you are a vampire. Plastic teeth, new contacts, horrible lipstick and rubber bats, your tricks don't scare me." said Crowler as he still glared at her.
Camula returned the glare as she pulled out a doll, but with no details, "How about this? If you win, I won't step foot here again, but if I win, your soul is absorbed with this doll."
"What?!" many yelled.
"A soul and a Key?"
"How is that a fair trade?!"
"Forget it!" yelled Bastion, Jaden and Chazz at the same time, but Crowler wasn't impressed or shocked.
"You think you can beat me? Please, I will have more trouble dueling the Slacker of all Slackers!" He pulled out his deck and placed it in his duel vest, "I will show you what my Ph.D in dueling really means!"
A vampiric styled duel disk appeared on Camula's arm as they both walked off to make a field for their duel as the rest of the Key Keepers, and Syrus and Chumley, walked to the sides and watched the duel.
Both the Key Keeper and Shadow Rider glared at each other as they both yelled out, "DUEL!" All of the Key Keepers could feel their Keys shaking as the duel began.

At Fonda's office
Zane was looking after Yusuke's body while he was recovering. It will take days, weeks, maybe even months for him to wake up, it will all be worth it just to see him walking around with a smile on his face. While he thought about all the memories of him, Atticus and Yusuke, he felt his Spirit Key shaking, which came to one conclusion.
"Someone is dueling a Shadow Rider," he said.
Back at the Key Keepers
Turn 1.
Both the Shadow Rider and Key Keeper drew their cards, but the Vampire Rider began first, "I'll go, and show you true vampires!" She yelled as she drew her card and looked at her hand and grinned devilishly. She took a card from her hand and placed it on her duel disk, "I'll begin this duel by summoning Goblin Zombie."
A monster covered by bones, with dark red eyes and blue orbs around her shoulders, wielding a sword in its hands, in attack mode.
(Goblin Zombie: Level 4 - Dark Zombie - Attack: 1100. Defense: 1050.)
She then took 2 cards from her hand, "I'll end my turn with two cards face down." two cards were set vertically behind the bone zombie.
Turn 2. Crowler - 4000 lp - 5 cards
If that was any other duelist, they would be scared at the sight of the Zombie type monster, they would be scared out of their minds, but Crowler was different. Sure he was most likely the weakest Key Keeper, but he is the most experienced out of all of them.
"Ahh, I see what you are trying to do, you want me to use two of your set cards with a bait on your field," Crowler stated as Camula's eyebrows were raised, maybe he wasn't a push over, "But still, I'll bite."
A card was inserted into his hand and then he grinned, "First, I summon my Ancient Gear Wyvern in attack mode!" a mechanical dragon appeared onto the field, screeching as soon as it was summoned.
(Ancient Gear Wyvern: Level 4 - Earth Machine - Attack: 1700. Defense: 1200.)
He then reached into his deck, "And thanks to it, I get to add an Ancient Gear Card from my deck right to my hand." He placed his fingers on his duel disk, but Camula stopped him right into his tracks.
"Not quite, I activate my Trap, Vampire Dominion!" She exclaimed as her set card was activated, "When a monster card is activated, I discard 1 of my fellow Vampires to negate and destroy those scraps of metal!" She discarded one monster from her hand as an image of Vampire Lord appeared and attacked the Wyvern, successfully destroying it.
"This isn't good! Crowler just lost his normal summon of his turn!" yelled out Bastion.
"He is open for an attack on her turn!" yelled Chumley.
"Nah, I don't think so, look," Jaden pointed out on how calm Crowler is, almost like he was predicting that move. Many then realized what was going to happen as Celina grinned.
"I don't normally say this, but the Slacker is right, I planned that move as I activate Double Summon! I get to normal summon once more this turn!" Crowler then took a card from his hand, "But, now isn't the right time as I activate my Field Spell, Geartown!"
On Crowler's side of the field appeared a town fully made out of gears and machines, with several gears going on and on to different machines, making them fully operable. Some may even see some Gears, Roids, Cyber Dragons and Ancient Gears working together or on the ground, waiting to be used.
Camula remained silent as Crowler took a card from his hand and announced his move, "Thanks to my Field Spell, I get to summon an Ancient Gear monster, but with 1 less tribute, so come out to play, Ancient Gear Beast!"
From Geartown ran at full speed a machine made out of old gears with old materials, and it looked like a sabertooth, and jumped onto the Obelisk Blue's field with a roar that shook Goblin Zombie.
(Ancient Gear Beast: Level 6 - Earth Machine - Attack: 2000. Defense: 2000.)
Syrus lightly punched his palm, "Oh, I get it! Since Beast is a Level 6 monster and thanks to Geartown's effect, it gets summoned with no tributes!"
"Correct, Sy, and thanks to Double Summon, Crowler didn't waste his normal summon, but instead, he made it into his addvantage." said Alexis.
"Maybe, he is not so bad after all," said Chazz as the rest continued watching the duel.
"Now, monster has some bite since when he attacks, you can not activate any cards after the battle step so come on, Ancient Gear Beast! Pulverize that bad excuse of a Zombie with Precious Fang!" yelled Crowler.
Ancient Gear Beast ran towards the Dark Zombie monster and tackled it into the ground, biting its head to create a pop.
Crowler: 4000 lp
Camula: 4000 - 3100 life points
While some of the spectators cheered, Crowler saw how unfazed Camula was. He tried to say something about this, but she spoke up first, "Really? That's all that you can do? Pathetic. When Goblin Zombie is destroyed, I can search for a Zombie monster with 1200 or lower defense points, but I know what you are going to say, your Ancient Gear Beast will negate that effect, right?" Crowler widened at the sound of that, "Well you are wrong! Vampire Dominion's effect negates an ability that negates the effect of a Zombie monster if I banish it from my graveyard, but that's not all, go my set card, Blood Curse!"
Her other set card was activated, "When a monster that I control is destroyed, I get to summon a Level 4 or lower Vampire monster from my deck to my field," Camula took out her deck, took two cards from it and placed it back. She then took out one of them, "So why shouldn't I summon my pet, Vampire Retainer!"
A wolf with two different sides barked when it was summoned onto the field. Its left side was completely normal, while its right side was dark as the darkest nights and its eye was glowing with the darkest shade of red.
(Vampire Retainer: Level 2 - Dark Zombie - Attack: 1200. Defense: 0.)
Some took a step back, while Crowler was unfazed, "Should I be scared? You summoned a monster that has attack points weaker than my Ancient Gear Beast. So tell me, should I be scared?"
"You should be! Especially when I activate its effect! When it is summoned onto the field, for the price of 500 life points, get a Vampire Spell or Trap card from my deck," Camula said as she took out her deck (LP: 3100 - 2600), took a card from it and showed it to everyone, "What good is a Vampire Mistress without her Kingdom? So I choose Vampire Kingdom!"
"Remarkable," started Bastion, "Even during her opponent's turn, she is still able to get so much advantage that she almost has a full hand."
"If this is how every Shadow Rider is," Celina was in between being scared and enthusiastic, so she chose the one that she felt the most, "I can't wait to duel one." She grinned.
"I second that," grinned Jaden.
"Not a bad job, Shadow Rider, but it is still my turn, no?" Crowler said as he took out a card from his hand, "So why don't I activate the Spell card, Ancient Gear Drill! I get to discard one card from my hand, so I can search 1 Spell card and set it directly in my field," A card popped out of Crowler's deck to which he took it, and after he did it, he placed it in his Spell and Trap zone. A card was set vertically behind the mechanical dragon.
"But unfortunately for me, I can't activate it during the turn it is set. That is all." said Crowler.
Turn 3. Camula - 2600 lp - 4 cards
Camula didn't show any emotion during the entire turn, not even she took damage, "Of course you would do a move like that. I presume that Spell isn't even a Quick-Play Spell to stop me or to destroy a card on my side of the field." Many wondered what she meant by that, while Crowler's eyes widened at the sound of that, knowing that she was fully correct.
"But let's see if you can handle this, I will sacrifice my Vampire Retainer to summon one of my personal favourites, Shadow Vampire!" From the castle from Camula, slowly walked a vampire with dark red eyes, an armour ready for war wielding a black sword. His shoulders looked like pyramids. As soon as the Shadow Vampire was on Camula's side of the field, it glared at the Ancient Gear Beast.
(Shadow Vampire: Level 5 - Dark Zombie - Attack: 2000. Defense: 0.)
"I know my monster can't destroy your mutt right now, since it would be a stalemate, but I didn't say he would fight! His effect activates when it is summoned onto the field, I get to special summon a Dark Vampire monster onto my field, but no other monster could attack other than the special summoned monster! So appear, my love, Vampire Alucard!" Camula yelled as she took a card from her deck and placed it on her duel disk.
As soon as she yelled that, a group of bats went in a group, so tight and with no air that it could kill someone. From the groups of bats appeared 1 vampire, a vampire that shook everyone to their core.
The vampire was a male with white flowing hair down to his shoulders, with a black stubble beard. His eyes were the darkest shade of red. His teeth were the standard of other vampires, but everyone could tell his teeth were the toughest and most dangerous. He wore a black robe on the outside, but on the inside it was red. He wore a cape that was both red and black. He wore steel toe boots. In his hands was a rose to which he kissed it and threw it at the Vampire Rider to which she caught it, with a blush on her face.
(Vampire Alucard: Level 7 - Dark Zombie - Attack: 2500. Defense: 1000.)
While most of the Key Keepers, Syrus and Chumley, were terrified at the sight of the monster, Jaden had to admit one thing, "Okay, you got to admit…that is one sweet entrance."
Celina and Chazz looked at him with an expression that said "Seriously?"
"My love…" muttered Camula, remembering all of the good times she had with her fiance, before them.
She shook her head as she pointed out, "Alucard has an effect when he is summoned onto the field. I get to add a Vampire monster from my deck to my hand," she said as she took out her deck, a card and then revealed to everyone that she chose Vampire Vamp, and returned every card back into her deck.
"But what good is a mistress without her kingdom? I activate the Field Spell, Vampire Kingdom!" she announced as then, on her side of the field, appeared several houses and even a castle that was the similar design of her castle down to the shore. They all were the same medieval gothic style houses.
She had a small smile on her face when she remembered all of the nice times she had with the other children when she was young.
"This doesn't look good."
"This is so anti lischus!"
"What Field Spell even is that?!"
"Jay, hold me!"
"Silence you fools! After I am done with this Key Keeper, I will wait for the Kaiser to show me a real match, but for right now, my love, attack that scrap of metal with Dominus Hatred! And when he is involved in battle, I have to discard 1 Vampire card and he gains attack points equal to the discarded monster's attack points and due to Vampire Kingdom being on the field, he gains 500 attack points!" Crowler's eyes widened as Camula discarded the same monster she added on her turn and Alucard was glowing green from all the power.
Vampire Alucard: 2500 - 3000 - 5000 attack points
"Wait!" Poor Crowler couldn't even finish his sentence as Alucard shot 7 rays with different shades of green as soon as it jumped up. It aimed directly towards his Ancient Gear Beast, vaporizing it in one try.
He landed on the field and gave Camula a wink.
Crowler: 4000 - 1000 life points
Camula: 2600 lp
Crowler fell down on his knees as he gasped for air, "That was real! I actually felt that attack!" he looked at the Vampire Rider, "If I get this much from one attack, what happens when I…"
"No! I must not think that!" He stood up, shocking everyone, "I am not an ordinary amateur duelist! I am a professor at one of the most elite Dueling Schools in the entire world! I am the headmaster of the best dorm in the Academy! I will not lose to the likes of you," he pointed at the Shadow Rider with every fiber in his being, "Shadow Rider!"
Camula instead laughed at him, "Really now? I might say, I underestimated you, Key Keeper, but that doesn't mean that you will win," She took out a card from her hand, "I end my turn with a facedown." a card was set vertically behind Shadow Vampire and Alucard.
Turn 4. Crowler - 1000 lp - 0 cards
Despite his outburst and boasting, Crowler was unsure if he could win against her, but still, for the fate of Duel Academy, he will win this! "I draw!" a card was inserted into his hands and he looked at it.
He smiled, he will win this turn.
He activated the card he just drew, "Go, Mystical Space Typhoon destroys a Spell or Trap card on the field, and the card I chose is," he thought about it right before turning his entire body to his Field Spell, "my Geartown!"
"What?!" yelled most of the students.
A gust of wind appeared from the card and went towards the town for Machine type monsters and wiped it away. Many Machines were in the typhoon and were destroyed in one swoop.
Crowler then turned towards his opponent, "I know that you are wondering on why did I do that well the reason is simple its-"
"It's because when it is destroyed and removed from the field, you get to special summon an Ancient Gear monster from your deck to your field." Camula stated as Crowler was shocked that she knew his Field Spell, "Am I correct?"
Crowler gritted his teeth, "Yes you are," a card popped out of his deck as he took it, "Nevermind all of that! I get to special summon the one, the only, the legendary, the Ancient Gear Golem!" from the ground up, a fist punched the ground as the rest of the body of the monster that almost defeated Jaden appeared onto the field, with red eyes glowing as soon it was summoned.
(Ancient Gear Golem: Level 8 - Earth Machine - Attack 3000. Defense: 3000.)
Every one of the Key Keepers cheered for the legendary Earth Machine golem while Camula stared at the monster, "If I know his deck and set card then he will…" her eyes widened as his set card was activate.
"It was fun, well not really, but still, this is over! I activate Ancient Gear Fusion! I can Fusion summon an Ancient Gear monster using this card and if I have an Ancient Gear monster on my side of the field, I can use monsters from my deck as well!"
"Great Scott! If he summons the monster I think he is summoning, and with its effect and attack points, Crowler will defeat a Shadow Rider!" cheered Bastion.
"I fuse from my deck another Ancient Gear Golem with the one on my field so I can Fusion summon!" Another Ancient Gear Golem appeared on Crowler's side of the field, only to be sucked in by a Yellow-Green Spiral Vortex.
From the Vortex came out a monster that was similar to Zane's Cyber Twin Dragon. It had the same number of legs and arms as the Ancient Gear Golem, but it had two Ancient Gear Golem's upper bodies, with their red eyes glowing as soon as it was summoned onto the field, "Come out, with twice the trouble, Ancient Gear Gigaton Golem!"

"Scared?" asked Crowler to the Vampire Rider.
"Not quite, but I was expecting that," many looked at her, confused, "I know that your monster can attack twice per turn and I can't activate any cards during the Battle Phase, so I have the time to activate Blood Sacrifice! I tribute one of my loyal members," Shadow Vampire disappeared, "And I gain life points equal to his attack points."
Crowler: 1000 lp
Camula: 2600 - 4600 life points
"Wait, how do you know that?" asked Chazz.
"Yeah, aren't they one of a kind monsters that no one other than Crowler have?" asked Alexis as she crossed her arms together.
Camula chuckled at their confusion, "Oh, it's so sweet that none of you don't have a clue. Well, to be blunt, I sent bats to spy on all of your cards so I know every single detail of your deck! Even the tiniest of cards will help me!"
"Are you kidding me?!"
"Blasphemy!"
"No way!"
"That's cheating!"
"You're not lischus at all!"
"How could you!"
"Ahh man, things are getting worse and worse by the second!" Everyone complained at the Vampire Rider, but only two were quiet. Crowler, who was dueling her, and Celina, as she thought about something against this. She took out her Swordsman of Revealing Light and her Lunalight Sword Dancer and placed them in her deck.
"You may know about all of our strategies, but tell me, can it stop my barrage of attacks!?" yelled Crowler as his Fusion monster's gears began like crazy, "Didn't think so! Go, Ancient Gear Gigaton Golem! Attack her monster and then hit her directly with Double Mechanized Melee!"
His Fusion monster then reached its hand back and shot it directly towards Camula and her lover at the same time. The attack was tough, but the Shadow Rider didn't even flinch.
Crowler: 1000 lp
Camula: 4600 - 3600 - 100 life points
"Is that all?" asked Camula as Crowler was so close to winning the duel, but sadly that was his move.
"Yes. Your move." said Crowler, sadly.
Turn 5. Camula - 100 lp - 2 cards
Despite having the least amount of life points possible, they can tell that she had the upperhand in pretty much any other way. She drew her card and a wicked smile formed on her face.
A smile that disgusted and scared everyone as her face was wide open, her tongue was out and veins appeared on her cheek, "Well, Key Keeper, or shall I say, Doctor Crowler, this is your final duel for you see, I activate my Polymerization! I fuse Zombie Werewolf and Vampire Genesis so I could Fusion summon my true ace!"
A werewolf that stood on its legs with green pants and a Vampire that was the closest thing to a demon appeared onto the field only to be sucked in by a Red-Blue Spiral Vortex. From the vortex came out an abomination.
It had dark red skin with wings that were the closest thing to a skeleton, with dark yellow eyes that complimented the Moon itself. Its jaw was that of a monster in a nightmare. Its hands and legs were covered by fur, but there were blood stains on them. "Come out, Vampire Genesis Wolf!"
(Vampire Genesis Wolf: Fusion - Level 9 - Dark Zombie - Attack: 3500. Defense: 500)
Syrus and Chumley needed to cover their hands, trying not to scream in terror from that beast. While the Key Keepers did not show reactions, Camula can tell, they were terrified.
"Now, my monster has 2 very good abilities. First, I get to add a Vampire card if I have 3 or more Zombie monsters in my graveyard with different names," Camula did so, not that she needed it, "And now his other effect I activate! You send the top 5 cards from your deck to your graveyard, and you lose 200 life points for every monster you send, but I gain 500 for each one!"
"If he sends 5 monsters-"
"-Crowler will lose!" yelled Chazz and finished Jaden.
Crowler took out 5 cards that his duel vest gave him and sent them, and without a word, knew he would lose. "I sent 4 cards to my graveyard." he said as he closed his eyes.
Crowler: 1000 - 200 life points
Camula: 100 - 2100 life points
"Ahh, I was so close to winning this duel, but oh well, there is still a chance." They looked at Camula as a card went out of her graveyard, "When Blood Sacrifice is in my graveyard; I banish it and I target a Vampire monster on my field," She pointed at her monster, "my life points become 100 as the targeted monster gains the amount I lost!" she announced as her Fusion monster's muscles went bigger and its wings went haywire.
Crowler: 200 lp
Camula: 2100 - 100 life points
Vampire Genesis Wolf: 3500 - 5500 attack points
Camula looked at Crowler, who accepted his loss, "Any final words, Doctor Crowler?"
Crowler opened his eyes as he looked at her in the eyes, "Yes, I do." he turned towards his students, "My students, no matter what happens to me, always remember this. It's true I may be hard on you, well to one of you, at times, but that's because I believe in you, in all of you. When I fall, there is still hope, because all of you will rise. Even you, Jaden, my boy."
They then realized that all of the crap he put them through, like Chazz to his duel spirits, he had a hard time showing it to them. Before they could think of anything else to think about, Camula laughed, "Ahh, those were nice final words, but that won't stop my attack. Genesis Wolf attack Crowler's Gigaton Golem with Crimson Pounce!"
Vampire Genesis Wolf ran towards Crowler's Gigaton Golem and jumped at it, pinning it to the ground. It roared as it bit both necks of the Fusion monster and made an explosion.
And just like that, one of the Key Keepers and one of the Spirit Keys were taken.
Crowler: 200 - 0 life points
Camula: 100 lp
CAMULA; WINNER!
Camula walked over, like that wasn't even a challenge and took the Spirit Key, which vanished as soon as she took it, but she wasn't finished yet. She took out her doll with no features and then took Crowler's soul.
No one dared to make a sound as she looked at the doll, which became similar to Crowler. "Dolls are pretty, but this one is not." She threw it at Chazz, to which he caught it, "It's garbage."
"Oh that is it! Duel me right now!" Celina yelled as she readied her duel disk, but Camula wasn't afraid, not one bit.
"Really? You want to duel?" she asked as she began walking away, towards her castle, "Well, if you want to, duel me in my castle. I have an acquaintance waiting for me." Camula then disappeared as bats came out of nowhere and grouped each other into her.
Celina then began walking towards the castle, with Alexis, Bastion, Syrus and Chumley walking behind her, but Chazz and Jaden stopping.
Jaden turned towards Winged Kuriboh, "Hmm? What's wrong, Winged Kuriboh?" he asked as his furry friend began cooing at him.
"Boss! Boss! Boss! Someone is in the infirmary! We can feel it!" yelled the Dark Scorpion and Ojama Yellow, as Armed Dragon roared in agreement.
"What?!" both of the male Slifer Red Key Keepers as they looked at each other, they agreed to go to the infirmary without saying a word. "Sorry guys, but we need to go to the bathroom! We'll catch up!" yelled Jaden as both of them began running towards Duel Academy.
With Zane and Honest
Zane stopped looking at his Spirit Key as soon as it stopped shaking. That meant it was all over. But something in him told him that someone with the Spirit Keys lost. He thought that was crazy, but he felt his PDA shaking so he looked at it. "Alexis? What does she want?" he thought as he answered the PDA, "Hell-"
"Zane! I can't believe that this happened! Come here, right now! Crowler just lost his Spirit Key to one of the Shadow Riders!" yelled Alexis as Zane stood up.
"What?!" he yelled as he looked at his PDA, "Where are you right now!?"
"At the shore! Come as quick as you can!" she yelled as the line was cut.
Zane placed Honest on the table, looking after Yusuke while he was not there and then ran out of the room, not knowing that was a huge mistake.
"Finally, he is gone." said the cloaked figure, "It took some time to make that phone call work, but it still worked." He walked over to Yusuke, "I'm sorry, Yusuke. But I have to do this for the Shadow Riders."

Done! Sorry if the chapter was a little too short (At least compared to what I write) or if it felt like it was rushed. It was all that I can do for this chapter since I do, at least, planned to write the next chapter bigger.
So about this chapter, I decided to write something to add onto Camula's backstory, you know that war between humans and vampires, like a fiance (Alucard) and playing with the other children when she was younger.
Camula is an interesting character. I like her backstory and the fact that she was one of the few Shadow Riders that took down a Key Keeper, although she did cheat for her duel against Crowler and Zane, but I really don't like her deck at all. It was one of the most frustrating decks to even plan out. Her duel against Crowler is one of his better duels, not even close to the quality of his rematch against Jaden in Season 4, while her duel against Zane was one of the worst duels. Her duel against Jaden was fine enough, but not as nice as the Crowler one.
Crowler here had a better chance to win in this rather than in Canon, but still lost to her because he is the weakest Key Keeper by far. I really like Crowler. Despite me constantly bullying him in the previous chapters, I still really like him as both a character and teacher. His character growth was a really nice way to end his character and his duel against Jaden in Season 4 (My personal Favourite Season other than 2) was one of the best in the series.
This is one of the best cases to show that a duel against a Shadow Rider isn't a walk in the park and you should be careful for any move.
Before I go away, I need to tell you that school will start a week after I post this chapter, so if you know why I haven't published anything in a while, you will know.
