Carson arrives with a group of men.
"Ugh. Him."
Scott is in the vent. Scott says that he's arrived at the second position. He flies into the next room. He says he'll be right back. He says he's in position and he's going to signal the ants.
"Let's go!" The teenagers said.
Paxton and Gale find the car that Dave has crashed. "
Everyone laughed.
"He crashed it?" Sam asked, laughing.
Dave gets into the van and asks Kurt if he saw that. He accidentally honks the horn, the musical tune plays.
"Shit."
Scott is with the ants. Scott tells the crazy ants to fry the servers. The crazy ants fry the services.
"That's so cool, that they can do that." Shuri said.
"Yeah, I never realized how interesting ants are." Peter said.
Scott jumps onto Ant-thony. Kurt says the servers are fried and the data backup is erased.
Scott says he's headed for the particle chamber.
"Going well so far." Clint said.
"Dude, don't jinx it." Quill said.
Carson arrives into the vault and tells Cross that his associates agree to his terms.
Cross turns to Hank and says that Carson introduced him to them and says that they represent Hydra.
"HYDRA!?" The avengers and SHIELD agents exclaimed.
"Son of a bitch." Natasha muttered.
He says that they aren't what they were and they're doing interesting work. He says Hank tried to hide his technology from him and now it'll blow up in his face. Hank punches him in the face.
Everyone cheered, Cross deserved that.
"Ha ha, nice." Scott said.
Cross says he saw that coming from a mile away but he figured it'd be pathetic and weak.
Hank says he figured wrong.
"He did." Hope said.
Paxton and Gale walk up to the van. Paxton recognizes the van and starts banging on the door.
"Uh-oh."
Dave and Kurt start shushing each other.
"They're just making more noise, doing that." Maria said.
Scott is in the particle chamber. He says he's setting the charges. Ants place bombs around. Scott says he'll take it from there. Scott gets off Ant-thony and says he's in final position.
"The suspense is so real." Ned whispered.
Scott kicks a screw down to the laser grid, which destroys the screw.
"Whoa!"
Scott asks about the laser grid.
Kurt says it's almost down.
"58% is not 'almost'." Strange said.
Dve says it isn't.
Kurt says he's getting close.
Dave says he isn't. Paxton continues banging on the door.
"No need to be so aggressive, man." Peter said.
Paxton says to open the van and says he knows they're in there.
Dave says to make it go faster.
"I don't think that that's in his power." Tony said.
Scott prepares to jump he says he's ready to jump. The van doors open.
"Damn it!"
Dave tells him to wait and says that there was another black guy that looked like him and attacked them then shoved them into the disgusting van.
"Really, that was the best he could come up with?" Hope asked.
Paton tells them to get out. They pull Dave and Kurt out of the van. Scott jumps down to the grid. Kurt says wait.
"What!?"
Scott asks what he means by wait.
"Oh my god." A few people whispered, stressed out.
Dave presses a button, the grid disables, Scott falls through.
Everyone let out sighs of relief.
The Yellowjacket suit gets retracted. Cross holds it up.
"Damn it!"
"He's 2 steps ahead of you." Steve said.
Cross looks through the glass and greets Scott and calls him little guy.
"Creepy." Gamora said.
The laser grid turns back on, Scott falls. Cross says he always suspected Hank had a suit somewhere, then asks who the new Ant-Man is. He asks who is that man that Hank trusted more than him.
"He sounds like a child right now." Hope said.
He says that it's Scott LAng, and calls Scott a martyr.
"Martyr?" Scott asked.
He says Scott took the eyetem on and paid the price and lost his family in the process. He says that he is Hanks kind of guy.
Scott and Hank both looked offended at Cross' words.
He says that Scott escaped his jail cell and left no clues as to how then disappeared magically despite not having any money to his name. he says that Scott has brought him the Ant-Man suit which is the only thing that can rival his creation.
"Shit."
Hank tells Cross not to do this and says it'll be chaos if he sells to those men.
"It already is, if you ask me." Clint said.
Cross says he already has for twice the price thanks to Hank. He says it isn't easy to successfully infiltrate an Avengers facility.
"Well... he's not wrong about that." Vision said.
He says that word travels fast. He says he'll sell them the yellowjacket but he's keeping the particle to himself and tells them to come to him if they want the fuel.
"He just wants money." Fury said.
"Money and Power." Maria added.
He asks Hank what to call the only man who can arm the most powerful weapon in the world.
Hank says it's the most powerful man in the world.
"And Cross wants to be that man." Rhodey said.
Cross asks Hank if he's proud of him yet.
Hank tells Cross that it's not to late to stop it.
Cross tells him that it's been too late for a while. Men point guns at Hank.
Everyone gasped.
Hope asks Cross what he's doing.
Cross says that Hank wasn't any more capable caring for Hope than he was for him.
Hope tells him that the particles are altering his brain chemistry.
"His brain chemistry seemed pretty off before this." Strange said.
Cross says she's right and says he has to be the one to do it. He points the gun at Hank's head.
"You dick!"
Hope grabs a gun and points it at Cross. Hope tells him to drop his gun.
Cross says he came to Hank's house the other night to kill him but Hope was there.
"So he did see you." Wanda said.
Hope tells him that he's sick and she can help him them says to put the gun down.
Cross says he wasn't ready to kill Hank then but he is now.
Hope tells him to drop his gun.
Cross tells Hope that she picked the wrong side.
"Depends on where you're standing." Hope said, quoting Sharon Carter's words from one of the other films they've watched.
Scott throws a disk against the glass, it bounces off and hits him, making him grow to normal size.
Everyone clapped.
"That was pretty clever." Sam said.
Everyone starts fighting each other. Scott tackles a man onto the wall, Hope kicks one in the head. Hank gets shot. Hope calls Hank dad.
"It only took me getting shot for you to finally call me dad." Hank said.
Scott knocks out another man and walks over to Hank. Scott tells Hank that he's going to be alright. Cross points a gun to Scott's head.
Everyone tensed.
Cross tells Scott to take off the suit or he'll blow his brains out and peel it off.
"He's a lunatic."
Hope gets some ants to cover the barrel of the gun. Cross grabs the case and runs. Carson grabs a particle and runs.
"Shit."
Luis pulls an alarm. Paxton requests backup at Pym Tech. He and Gale run off. Dave and Kurt get into the van and drive off.
"Gotta go! Gotta go fast!" Ned said.
Cross gets bitten by an ant, he peels it off of his neck. He says to get him to the roof and radio ahead. He says he wants to make sure that the helicopter is ready to take off and says to kill anything that comes out of the vault.
"If he had sanity before, he certainly doesn't now." Maria said.
Hope, Scott and Hank are in the vault. Hope asks him if he can move.
Scott says they need to get Hank out of there.
Hope tells Scott to get the suit.
"You got to finish the heist." Carol said.
Scott runs out of the lab, guards start shooting at him, Scott dives through a hole in the glass and knocks the guards out. More guards enter, Scott shrinks down and runs across the 'Cross Tech.' model. The guards start shooting. Luis enters and knocks out the guards.
"That's my best friend." Scott cheered.
Luis asks Scott if he just saved his life.
Scott grows to normal size and thanks Luis. Luis asks if they're the good guys.
"Um... yes. How is that a question?" Natasha asked.
Scott says they're the good guys.
Luis says it feels weird.
"I can understand that." Rocket said, the other guardians made noises of agreement.
Scott says they're not done yet and tells Luis to leave before the place blows. He shrinks down and leaves. The bomb is at '1:57'.
"You're running out of time." Wanda said, anxiously.
Luis runs down the hallway then remembers the guy from earlier. He walks into the room and says they're getting out of there.
"That was an honorable thing to do." Fury said.
Hank sits up. Hope says the chargers are set and says they need to find a way out fast.
Hank tells her that they're not going to die. He holds up the set of keys with the tank keychain and tells her that it's not a keychain.
Everyone except Hope and Scott looked confused. If it wasn't a keychain, what was it?
"I still can't believe you just carry that around with you." Hope said.
Police arrive at the building. Paxton says it's all chaos and multiple shots were fired. A tank breaks through the building.
"What the hell!?" Everyone said.
"You keep a tank on your keychain?" Fury asked.
"You never know when you're gonna need on." Hank replied.
Paxton adds that there's a tank.
A few people giggled at that.
Luis helps the other guard out of the building. A medic takes the guard. Luis helps Hank. Hope says they need a doctor. A medic takes Hank. The van's horn plays, Luis runs toward it.
"I guess thats one of the upsides to having a unique sounding horn: you're never gonna lose your car." Rhodey said.
Cross is in the helicopter. A swarm of ants make their way toward the helicopter. Cross grabs a gun and starts shooting. Ant-thony gets hit.
"Ant-thony." Scott whispered sadly. He missed him. Hope rubbed his shoulder to comfort him.
Scott lands on a different ant. Cross tells the pilot to go.
"You can see the crazed look in his eyes so clearly now." Nebula said.
Scott tells Cross that he'll regret that.
"You just killed his friend... or his pet." Bruce said.
The helicopter takes off, Scott follows it.
Luis gets into the van. Paxton tells him to get out of the van.
"Oh come on." Everyone groaned.
Lius fegins confusion. Paxton tells him to get out of the van.
Luis says it's too loud because of the tank and tells Paxton that he can't hear him. He closes the door and drives off.
A few people chuckled at Luis' antics.
Scott punches through the helicopter's window.
Cross starts shooting. A man asks him if he's crazy.
"Yes. Yes he is."
A man tells him to put the gun. The case falls and opens.
Cross asks Scott if he thought he could stop him with a heist.
Scott says it wasn't just a heist. The building blows up, and shrinks in on itself.
"Holy shit."
A man tries to grab Scott. Scott knocks the man out. Someone says to put the gun down. Cross swats Scott out of the air. Scott grabs onto a rope before he falls out of the helicopter.
"Oh my god."
Paxton and Gale are following them. Gale says he's got the van and tells Paxton to go.
"This is so intense." Shuri whispered.
Scott gets back into the helicopter. Cross is wearing the yellowjacket suit.
Everyone gasped.
Scott shrinks, Cross starts shooting beams at him. Scott punches Cross in the face. Cross shrinks, they start fighting, they land in the case, which closes. Cross tells Scott that he's going to disintegrate him. The phone hears and starts playing 'Disintegration' by The Cure.
Everyone had to laugh at the ridiculousness of the situation.
They continue their fight. The case falls into a family's pool. Cross grows to normal size and jumps out of the water and flies toward the family.
"Oh no."
Scott grows to normal size and throws Cross through an window. Cross throws Scott onto the grill. Scott hits Cross into the bug zapper.
Everyone sighed in relief.
Scott turned to the family. The family runs off, startled.
"Poor family. They were just trying to enjoy a nice barbeque and instead they get this." Clint said.
Scott stands up. Paxton tells Scott to put his hands up.
Scott opens the mask and puts his hands up and tells Paxton that he has to listen to him. Paxton tasers him.
"Oof."
Cross wakes up and starts screaming.
Everyone flinched at the intensity of it.
Scott wakes up in Paxton's car. He tells Paxton to tuen around and take him back.
Paxton says he's taking Scott back to prison.
Scott tells him that there's something in that backyard that needs to be destroyed.
Paxton slams on the breaks and tells him that he needs to desist because his delusions are out of hand.
"Delusions." Scott scoffed.
Someone over the radio says there's a 236 in progress at 840 Winter Street.
Paxton says that's his house.
"Oh no."
Cross is in Cassie's bedroom.
"Dick!" Everyone shouted.
Cross tells her not to be scared.
Scott made a noise that was not unlike a growl.
Paxton arrives. Scott says to let him help.
Paxton tells him not to move then gets out of the car. He asks Maggie what's going on.
Maggie says that Cross has Cassie.
Paxto asks who.
"The big bald lunatic." MJ said.
Scott manages to get the helmet on, he shrinks and gets out of the car.
"Nice."
Cross walks toward Cassie. Cassie asks him if he's a monster.
"Yes he is." Sam said.
Cross asks of he looks like a monster.
"Yes you do." Sam said .
Cassie says she want's her daddy.
Cross says he wants her daddy too.
"That doesn't sound right." Clint said,
Cross picks Cassie up, she screams. Scott jumps through the window. Cassie asks if it's Scott.
Scott opens the mask and greets Cassie by calling her 'peanut.'
A few people smiled, hearing Scott's nickname for his daughter.
Scott tells Cross to pick on someone his own size. He throws a disk at Cross, shrinking him, then shrinks himself. Cassie runs into the closet.
A few people sighed in relief, knowing that Cassie was as safe as she could be at the moment.
Cross asks where Scott went. He sees Scott running through the rug and starts shooting beams at him.
Scott says it isn't just him, a swarm of ants follow Scott.
"Cool. Ant army." Peter said, silently wishing he could do the same with spiders.
Cassie watches the fight. Cross fends off some ants. Scott jumps up to the train, he picks up one of the cars and throws it at Cross, who destroys it. Scott throws another train car and a wooden block. The train moves toward Cross, when it hits him it falls over.
Everyone laughed at the comical situation.
"Remembering that they're fighting one another with children's toys, really does take away some of the intensity." Natasha commented.
Cross picks up Thomas the Train and throws it at Scott, who hits it onto the window sill.
"Poor Thomas the Tank Engine." Ned said.
Luis, Kurt and Dave arrive. Luis says that Scott needs them and nothing is going to stop them. They see the police cars.
"Except maybe that." Scott said.
He tells Dave to back the van up slow.
Dave agrees and backs up.
Luis continues to back the van up.
"I think he get's it." Maria said.
Luis says that all they need to do is back the van up.
A few people started snickering.
Dave says that's right.
Luis says they're backing up.
Everyone started laughing.
"Back it up." Peter said.
"Just back it up." Ned added, giggling.
Cross struggles to fend off more ants. He flies up. Cross says that Scott's very existence is insulting to him.
"Oh? Really?" Scott asked.
Cross starts shooting at Scott, as Scott jumps around the room. Cross says it'd be easier to hit him if he was bigger. Scott agrees. Scott throws a disk at Cross, but he deflects it and it hits an ant instead.
Everyone started giggling again.
"That is a... very large ant." Quill said.
Scott throws another one, Cross deflects it, and it hits Thomas the Tank Engine, which grows and falls into the front yard.
"Whoa!"
Paxton runs into the house.
Cross continues shooting at Scott. He tells Scott that he's going to show him how insignificant he is.
"Yeah... good luck with that." Scott said.
Paxton tells Cassie that he's coming and goes to run up the stairs. The large ant tackles him, he screams.
The large ant runs outside, startling everyone. Gale says it's a messed up looking dog.
"Interesting story... Cassie kept it as a pet." Scott said.
"Wait... really?" Pepper asked.
Cross tells Scott that he'll destroy everything he loves. Cassie starts screaming. Paxton walks in. Cross knocks the gun away. Scott jumps onto Cross' suit and says he can't break through.
Cross says it's titanium. He starts squeezing Scott.
Everyone was tensed up, sitting on the edge of their seats.
Scott grows to normal size. He and Cross start fighting. Scott tells Paxton to get Cassie out of there. Paxton picks Cassie up and tries to leave.
Cross throws Scott away and steps in front of Paxton. Cross tells Cassie that she needs to help Scott pay for his mistakes.
"How? She is completely innocent and she's a kid. She had no involvement in this." Scott said.
Paxton tells Cassie to stay behind him. He sets her down.
Scott says he needs to shrink through the molecules to get into the suit.
Everyone's eyes widened at that, remembering what Hank said about what happens when you do that.
Cassie tells Cross to get away from and tells Scott to help.
Scott tells Cassie he loves her.
"Scott." Hope whispered.
Scott jumps up to Cross and shrinks further, destroying the yellowjacket suit. Cross starts screaming before he collapses in on himself and disappears.
"Holy shit." Everyone whispered.
Cassie asks Scott where he is.
Scott shrinks past different molecules. Hanks voice tells him that he could go subatomic.
Scott tries to get to normal size but can't and continues shrinking.
Scott wasn't looking at the screen anymore, remembering how terrifying of an experience that was.
Hank's voie tells him that he would enter a reality where ll concepts of space and time become irreleveant.
Cassie, with a distorted voice, tells him to come back.
"That looks scary"
Hanks voice tells him that he'll shrink for all eternity.
Cassie asks Scott where he is.
"It looks kind of beautiful... and terrifying at the same time." Gamora said.
"As most things are." Natasha added.
Scott tries to grow to normal size again, but can't. He pulls out one of the blue disks. Cassie tells him to come back.
Hanks voice tells hom not to mess with the regulator. Scott puts the disk into the regulator and starts growing to normal size. A vortex appears in Cassie's room, Scott comes out of it.
The room was silent for a moment before everyone erupted into cheers.
Cassie hugs him and tells him she loves him.
Scott tells Cassie that he loves her too.
Everyone smiled at the touching moment between them.
Paxton clears his throat, awkwardly and says there's a hole in the roof.
"It can be fixed" Clint said.
Scott apologizes.
Everyone snickered at the awkward response.
Gale runs up the stairs and asks if Cassie is alright.
Paxton says she's fine.
Maggie walks in and picks Cassie up. Cassie watches as Scott's shadow salutes her and jumps away.
"That was an ordeal." Scott said.
Scott and Hank are talking. Hank asks Scott if he doesn't remember anything.
Scott says he doesn't.
Hank says there must be something. Then he says he supposes that the human mind cant comprehend the expierence. He tells Scott that he made it out and that's amazing.
"It is." Everyone agreed.
Hope tells Scott that she'll walk him out.
Scott tells Hank to get some rest. Scott and Hope leave.
Hank asks of its possible.
"Do... do you think she might still be alive?" Hope asked.
He opens the door to find Scott and Hope kissing.
"Whoa!" Clint said.
"I was not expecting that." Quill said.
Hank asks when this happened.
Hope says nothing happened.
"Are you sure about that?" Scott asked.
Scott says something happened.
Hank says to shoot him again if that's the case.
Everyone started laughing.
Scott says he doesn;t know what Hope was doing when she grabbed him and kissed him. He says he has to go somewhere and tells Hank that he'll see him later.
Hope rolled her eyes, exasperated.
Hank calls Scott's name. Scott asks 'yeah?'
Hank tells him that he's full of shit. Scott agrees.
"Didn't even deny it." Sam said.
Paxton, Scott, Maggie and Cassie are eating dinner. Paxton says he met with his captain and he wanted a report on the night Scott got out of jail. He says that something happened with the cameras and the circuits were fried but he told him he was processed correctly.
"Wait... what? He's letting you go?" Bruce asked.
"I was just as surprised as you are." Scott said.
Scott is confused. Paxton says that he can't send him back to jail on a technical glitch.
Scott thanks him for everything he does for Cassie.
Paxton says that that's his pleasure but he did this for Scott.
Everyone smiled.
Scott says this is awkward. Maggie and Cassie agree.
"Saying something's awkward only makes it more awkward." Happy said.
Scott asks what they would even talk about after all of that.
"Right?"
Cassie says she did her first cartwheel.
Maggie says she's been practicing all week but today was the magic day.
Paxton says he recorded it on his phone and shows him the video.
Scott says that that can't be Cassie.
"Its nice that you can all be civil now." Natasha said.
Maggie and Cassie tell him it is.
Scott says that that is a professional gymnast not Cassie. Cassie feeds the giant ant under the table.
"Oh, you weren't joking when you said she kept it as a pet." Steve said.
Scott tells her that that's amazing. He gets a phone call and says it's work. He answers it.
"I wonder what's happening now." Clint said.
Scott and Luis are talking. Scott tells him to start from the beginning and give him the facts.
Luis says he'll give the facts.
Scott tells him to breathe and keep it simple.
"I'm sensing another crazy story." Hope said.
Luis says he was at an art museum with Ignacio and there was an abstract art exhibit but he is more of a neo-cubist but there was a Rothnk that was sublime.
"He's getting off track... again." Bucky said.
Scott gets him back on track. Luis apologizes and says he gets excited.
"We can tell."
Luis says Ignacio told him that he met a writer at the spot last night, he says she was crazy stupid fine and he went up to the bartender and told him to check out the girl he's with and says she was crazy stupid fine.
"There's that guy again." Tony said.
He says that the bartender agreed that she was crazy stupid fine.
"Enough about how 'fine' the writer is." Maria said.
He says the writer told Ignacio that she's boss in the world of guerilla journalism and she has mad contacts with people behind the curtain.
"Oh... the voiceovers are the best." Peter said.
He says that Ignacio asks of she's for real and the writer said she is but she can't tell him who her contact because he works with the Avengers.
Scott says 'oh no.'
"I've had enough involvement with the avengers." Scott sighed.
He says that the dude sounds like a badass. (She's talking to Sam.)
"Oh... its me." Sam said.
He says that Sam told the writer that he's looking for a guy that no one's sees who has bomb moves. He says that the writer said they have everything. SHe says that they have a guy that jumps, a guy who swings and a guy who walks on walls.
Peter blinked, was she talking about him?
He says the writer told Sam to be more specific. Sam says he's looking for a guy who shrinks.
"You're looking for him?" Steve asked Sam.
Luis says he got nervous because he'll keep secrets for Scott. He says he asked Ignacio if Sam told writer told Ignacio to tell him, because he's tight with Scott that, he's looking for him.
"So many people."
Scott asks what Ignacio said.
Luis said that Ignacio said yes.
"He should get into telling bedtime stories." Hope said.
"He would be pretty good at it." Scott agreed.
Hank and Hope walks down to the lab. Hank says that there's something he wants to show her. He says that he realized they can't destroy power but they can make sure it's in the right hands. He shows her the Wasp suit.
Everyone gasped.
He says it's an advanced prototype that he and Janet worked says that Janet never got to use it but he realized that they were working on it for Hope and it's time they finished it.
Hope says it's about damn time.
Hank and Hope both smiled.
Steve and Sam are in a warehouse, with Bucky whose arm is in a vice.
"We found you?" Steve asked.
Steve walks up to Sam. Sam tells him that this would've been easier a week ago.
Steve says they should call Tony.
Sam says Tony won't believe them.
Sam, Steve and Tony all looked confused.
Steve says that if Tony did-
Sam asks if the accords will let him help.
Everyone from before 2016 looked confused now. What were the accords?
Steve says they're on their own.
Sam says that they aren't and tells Steve that he knows a guy.
"Apparently it's me." Scott said.
