Court is in session, time to end and ensure this lady doesn't cause any trouble again, time for some justice and what else is to come to the fate of those who have been related to her, and there is no superstitious thing that can save her from what she started and has done. "The Dream Alternate: 105."
(Great Lakes City Court House. Great Lakes City.)
Here we are, at the court house is Great Lakes City, and everyone is there, the news crews and even Katherine Mulligan and she is glad Jim Sparkletooth is not around, that guy called in sick apparently, and now they can all see how this problem will be dealt with. The vehicles arrive, and coming out are:
The Casagrandes: Hector Rodrigo Casagrande Gutiérrez, Carlos Casagrande, Frida Puga-Casagrande, Carlota, Carlos "CJ" Casagrande Jr, Carlino "Carl" Casagrande and Carlitos, and also with them is Frida's father, Danny Puga, and he doesn't look pleased after he heard the news about what Rosa did, and he feels like she is not familia to him anymore. Also, they left Lalo back home under the care of Mr. Nakamura.
The Santiagos: Maria Casagrande-Santiago, Arturo Santiago, Roberto "Bobby" Alejandro MartÃnez-Millán Luis Santiago, Jr. and Ronalda "Ronnie" Anne Santiago.
The folks from Royal Woods: Loona, Lincoln, Luna, Lori, Leni, Luan, Lynn, Rick, Jesse and Jordan Rosato, Stolas, summer, Dia, Roxanne Wolf and Velvet. The demons and sinners are in their human forms. This time, Stolas is the lawyer, since he studied in it thanks to his associates.
They even brought some others, to bear witness this: Michelle Lewis, Sam Sharp, Jordan's friends, some of Lincoln's friends, Blitzo, Moxxie, Millie, Octavia, Stella and Officer Schoffner, and some cops who were there when the Rosato mansion was ruined and messed with.
They all see the news crews wanting to talk to them, but this makes the Casagrandes uncomfortable, and deep down Hector feels ashamed from this. 'Rosa, if only you could see what you have done. I never thought that... Dios mio, what on earth do we do now?'
Then they see another vehicle show up, and it has the mother of Rosa, and her name is Mama Lupe Casagrande, and she has a face of despair and sadness after what she heard, and with her is the parrot, Paco and he doesn't seem happy about what Rosa and Sergio did.
Mama Lupe then sees the folks from Royal Woods. "I hope you are all happy at what you have done? My daughter has done nothing wrong, this is all because you just wouldn't accept what is right, and what is wrong! That boy shouldn't even be..."
Loona draws a shotgun and she shoots the air, and this startles everyone and Mama Lupe is startled by this. "Got anything else to say about my kids and their choices you old wind bag? Also, how is she even still alive?"
Stolas smirks. "Seems like the Apple from Mexico didn't fall too far from the tree, I mean it makes sense why Rosa Casagrande is who she is, and why she is such a demented and lost soul. Once can only imagine what La Llorona or Los Muertos has for such inconceivable beings who just can't leave others alone, well this day justice will be served, and everything will be at peace, at last."
Paco then goes over to stop her. "Mama Lupe, stop. You're only making things worse!"
Then an armoured police van shows up, and everyone sees who comes out, Rosa "Rosita" Casagrande and she is wearing an orange prison jump suit, and this surprises Carlota. "Never knew they had one for her size."
Rosa then sees the others. "Mi Familia, do not worry this... Mama! I am glad you are here, we can stop this before it gets too far!" She then sees the folks from Royal Woods. "What are they doing here?! Why is that girl holding Lincoln's hand?! This is wrong, and was not meant to be! Someone stop them!" They then bring her into the court house.
Everyone is disgusted hearing her say these words, and they all feel disappointed at this old woman, and some of them know her, since she is well-known to help around the neighborhood and the others around the city, but seeing her as she is now, she doesn't seem like the Rosa Casagrande they knew, underneath that kind and nice old lady, was a superstitious psycho who would go to any lengths to ensure that the superstitious stuff she believes in, is true.
Mama Lupe follows, and in tears, while Paco sees how stupid this has become with superstition, and he sees some cops and animal control, hauling the cage with Sergio inside, and he is wearing a muzzle and he sees Paco and tries to speak to him, but his cousin doesn't speak to him and just glares. 'After what you did, Sergio you don't deserve to be my cousin anymore!'
Stolas smirks. "This is going to be fun."
Luna is stern and she speaks. "This will put an end to that old wretched freak." They all go inside, and the news crews wait outside, but they allow Katherine Mulligan to follow since she is from Royal Woods, and that the town they reside in deserve to know what is going on.
Inside, they are now gathered, and Stolas speaks with some folks there he knows, his associates and they all have the evidence ready and Mama Lupe sees this and so she brought a few things with her, to start some superstitious stuff, and seeing what she is doing, the Casagrandes and those on the Accused side sits with the others instead, and this surprises Rosa.
Rosa is surprised to see this. "What are you all doing?!"
Carl then calls out. "We're not going to be seen as bad guys, Rosa! You and Lupe can enjoy each other's company!"
Carlos sighs. "I already feel ashamed bearing the last name, and worse of all... I don't think I'll be working in the museum, when this is all over." Frida understands, the same goes for her work, and this is not a good thing for those related to Rosa, and Hector knows that they might as well... Perhaps try and start a brand new life, with his last name perhaps.
Rosa didn't like this, and she glares at the Silva Hounds, but mostly at the Rosato's and she is furious at them. 'When this is all over, we will win by my mama's good luck charms, and then I will make sure that Jordan Rosato never ever existed!'
Paco just looks to Sergio, as he struggles to escape, and also at the court house are pigeons in cages, since they were all in on the plan and are accomplices to the wretched act, and all of them are in tears, and some are glaring at Sergio for getting them into this kind of trouble, even Sancho.
Then the bailiff speaks. "All rise for the honorable Judge Peter L. Sharp Rodrigo."
Sam is confused. 'Wait, did that dude just say Sharp?'
Judge Peter L. Sharp Rodrigo. He is a half-Texan and half=Mexican man, and he is on the side of the law and has been a judge for six years, and he has no relations with Sam Sharp or her family. He has light blonde hair, which is sorta dyed, and is actually a brunette, he was wearing a cowboy hat earlier.
"Alright, let's get this court session in motion..."
As the court carries on, all evidence of what happened has been presented. They hear what went down the other day when they confronted Rosa Casagrande, and what Sergio blurted out, and the further proof is located from the chicken communication helmet, and their eye witness who saw everything. Even the drones Rosa bought, which caused the cameras in the neighborhood to go offline.
But Stolas, found something else crucial, and with the help from a sinner genius, they managed to get the full visual, by seeing the satellite imagery from space, and now everyone sees the real operation and how it went, and they can hear the communication between Rosa and Sergio using the drones, and everything she instructed to her parrot friend on what to do,
The evidence is undeniable, and this shows that there is no way that Rosa can escape this, and apparently she doesn't need a lawyer too, her mother is her lawyer for some reason? Why? I don't know, they're both superstitious and crazy, and both don't like this. But deep down, Mama Lupe is ashamed, and distraught that Rosa went this far to do this, and this shows that her daughter, has lost it. Paco on the other hand, he wants to strangle Sergio and clip his wings.
Rosa deep down, wishes she did more. Then Stolas speaks. "Now, I do have someone else who can help clear the air, someone whom this wretched old woman knows, please step up... Ernesto Estrella."
Hearing this shocks Rosa, and everyone sees the man, in his usual attire, and he looks down in shame. Rosa then calls out. "Ernesto Estrella, help me! I am a worthy and longtime follower, and you're biggest far! You must stop this, and help me make things right! I followed everything you said, and I made sure it went on track! You have to help me, please!"
Ernesto sees how far his false horoscopes have come, and then he goes on the stand and he speaks. "Everyone, I never meant for this to happen. I swear." This shocks Rosa. "This... I don't know why this old woman took it all too seriously, but then again she is incredibly old. I am no real-time man of the horoscope and stars, it's all just for show and fun, and also fame and fortune."
"I never knew someone would take my words and turn it into a very dangerous and critical crime problem, I have nothing to do with her, and I don't even know her. I mean, she took everything too seriously and just..."
"You mean, this?" Stolas plays what Ernesto Estrella put on his show and is on a TV screen carried by a drone, many days before the crime was made.
"My friends, the stars speak to me, and from what I was told. The alignment is looking good, and what I have seen is that love is a thing that is bound, strong and can be changed, love that can be placed on who was meant to be, and if you believe in that, then do not let anything get in your way to make it happen my fellow friends! Whatever it takes, and however you wish to get there!"
Everyone looks to the man in anger, and the Rosato's look like they wanna sue him. Ernesto Estrella is now nervous and he speaks. "My script writers made that and my manager and director told me to make it look like I am serious! This is not my fault!" He then points to Rosa. "I have no connection with that crazy maniac lady! Please, I am innocent!"
Rick Rosato scoffs. "Not from my point of view."
The judge then dismisses Ernesto Estrella, and he walks by everyone who is angered by his false horoscope which made Rosa Casagrande who she is, and then Hector calls out. "I would wish to ask for a lawyer, and court hearing as well. This proves that my ex-wife Rosa Casagrande was manipulated by this bobo and his actions." everyone is surprised to hear this, and this also scares Ernesto Estrella.
Stolas smirks. "Sounds like a good case, and I know that Richard Rosato would also be part of that."
Ernesto Estrella then bails, he needs to make a run for it, but it would be too late. Katherine Mulligan was there, with her camera crew and live. Everyone has seen and heard, and this would mean Ernesto Estrella's, manager and crew would also want to bail before they are put into the mix.
Rosa is confused, and she looks towards Hector, and the elderly man removes his wedding ring, and this shocks everyone and even Mama Lupe. "Hector, what are you doing?!"
Hector sighs. "Rosita, I love you. Well, I loved you from before, but... Now, you have changed and... This is, this is too far and I will no longer be part of this anymore, and I think the others also agree." The others also agree with him. "Consider the Casagrande last name, no longer for us."
Rosa is horrified to hear this, and then the judge speaks. "We will take a short break. Jury, be ready for the verdict." They all take their leave, but as Rosa sees Jordan walking alongside Lincoln, she tries to break free, but only to be slapped in the face by her mother.
"Don't think of making things any more worse, Rosa!" Mama Lupe then walks away, and she doesn't even take the break room, she is legit leaving the court house, which means she is abandoning Rosato, and then Paco looks back and talks.
"So long, and a good riddance to you both, Rosa and Sergio, and know this... If either of you think of coming to us for help, then you can forget it and consider you both off the will!" everyone else doesn't bother, and just goes off to take a break, leaving Rosa and Sergio stunned, they're actions have now left them alone, and with no one to spare them any mercy for what comes next.
(Timeskip, after the break.)
The people all return, and then Judge Peter L. Sharp Rodrigo arrives and he speaks. "Alright, does the Defendant have anything left to say?"
Rosa nods and she looks serious and stands up and then she yells. "All of you have been tricked and made into fools! This has to be some witchcraft work from that Rosato girl! She has cursed you all, and all of you have been turned into her mindless minions! I will not let this happen, let me have my good luck charms, and then I can free you all, and remove that bobo from this world! She was not meant to be here!"
All of them feel disappointed in her, and Sergio is in tears, and tries to escape, he sees that Rosa is making this worse for them both, and this makes the judge see that she has lost it. "Wow. Talk about the world's most insane person, someone call the Guinness Book of World Records for the most crazed old lady ever!" He then looks to the jury. "So, has the jury reached a verdict?"
Mr. Scully speaks. "Yes, you're honor." seeing the man here, shocks Rosa and she is hoping he would plead her innocent, and then the man speaks. "We the jury, find Rosa Casagrande, guilty of all charges! Along with Sergio and those darn pigeons! The city, and everyone's lives are better off without them."
Rosa is baffled to hear this. "Wait, what?!" Then officers arrive, and they restrain Rosa in a strait jacket, to which she struggles, but then Roxanne Wolf goes over and helps. "No, unhand me this instant!"
The judge then reads the papers. "Rosa Casagrande, you are hereby sentenced to be reformed in the New Mexico reformatory and state penitentiary for demented and psychotic criminals, and the chances of you released is when you finally got that head of yours out of that damned superstitious crap."
Rosa tries to yell back, but then Roxanne covers her mouth with a muzzle. "Shut up you crazed old hag!"
"Sergio, the demented and insane red parrot, will be sent off to an Avian Reformatory Center, located in the most south part of South America, and far from any known civilization, where he will be treated, and then reformed so he will be released, back into the wilds where he belongs."
Luan then speaks. "And if he does get released, one second out and he's bird of prey food." the others chuckle from that pun, but that doesn't make Sergio laugh and he is scared to the core.
"The pigeons who served as accomplices, and aided in raiding the life savings safe of the Rosato family, will be sent to a local farm or wherever they want pigeons for other purpose. They will be also reformed and trained. But know this, some folks will wanna buy some nice birds, and not for training."
Stolas speaks. "Indeed, and apparently I know someone who could use some pigeons, in another country." The pigeons and Sancho didn't like this, they all want to protest, but they had a wing and talon in the actions of Rosa and Sergio, and there is no way that they can be overlooked.
Lincoln sighs. "And this case, is closed."
The judge smirks. "Steal my thunder why don't you? Well, I will allow that, but he is right. Case Dismissed!"
(Outside.)
All news crews watch as Rosa Casagrande is in a strait jacket, and loaded into the armoured van, and she yells and struggles from this. "No! Stop, you have all been lied to! The love those two have is not real, and I swear that even in my death I will ensure that my Ronnie Anne will claim Lincoln Silva Hound!"
Stolas snickers. "Oh, I doubt that." They are all unaware, that he has marked the back of Rosa and the back of her head, with a Pentagram with Mexican symbols, and it has a small green glow, this indicates she is bound to be sent, to the Land of the Forgotten, where she can never ever escape, or seek her familia to remember her, she will be shattered, and locked away, and same with Sergio.
Rosa is loaded into the armoured van, which will make multiple stops if they are to send her locked up, and Sergio is loaded by animal control and will be sent off somewhere where he can be in his true natural habitat, back in South America, and at the rehabilitation center for avians to be released back into the wilds, and deep down Sergio sees that it is all over for him.
The pigeons are all loaded into the multiple armoured transports and cages, and sent off someplace far from the state, but truth be told... A Farmer in France bought them, and he is linked with the best and finest restaurant in all of France, and the French love their delicious roasted to every kind of dish, pigeons, and this horrifies the Great Lakes City Pigeons, they're also done for.
Ronnie Anne sighs and she looks to the others. "Sorry this happened guys, and thanks. I am glad that Rosa Casagrande will no longer be around to meddle with everyone's lives, ever again." They nod hearing this and then they see the Casagrandes take their leave, well former Casagrandes.
But Rick still promised, that he will sue Ernesto Estrella for making Rosa Casagrande who she is, and Hector wants in on that. Then Hector and his familia, will make their new plan in motion, which will truly change everything.
Loona sighs in relief. 'We all need a fucking vacation, this has been one helluva fucking month for all of us.'

A/N: Case dismissed, and this is something I have dreamt for some time too, ever since I started rooting for the Jordancoln thing, and damn that felt good! I hope that you all enjoyed reading this newly posted chapter folks!
