Thor is reciting an Asgardian prayer for the dead, Loki appears and says the last line with him. Loki says being told you're one thing and finding out it's all fiction and being lied to hurts.

"It does." Thor sighed. "It hurts a lot."

Thor throws a pebble at him and it goes through. Loki asks if Thor really thought he'd come see him and says the cell is disgusting.

"After everything, it can't hurt to check." Thor said.

Thor throes another rock. Loki asks if that means Thor doesn't want his help and says he couldn't jeopardize his position with the grandmaster because it took time to win his trust. Loki says Grandmaster is a lunatic but he can be amenable.

"When it comes to certain people." Valkyrie added.

Loki suggests that Thor join him at the Grandmasters side and perhaps in time an accident befalls the Grandmaster then- He finishes the sentence with a gesture, suggesting that they rule Sakaar together.

"Really?" Thor asked, incredulous. "That's where your mind goes?"

"Well... he'd probably be a better ruler than the Grandmaster." Gamora said. "That guy's a lunatic."

Thor throws another rock. Loki asks if Thor's thinking of going back to Asgard.

"Of course I am, our people are in danger." Thor said.

Loki says their sister destroyed Mjolnir like a piece of glass and says Hela is stronger than both of them and Thor doesn't stand a chance.

"Thank you so much, Loki, for the vote of confidence." Thor said.

Loki asks Thor is he understands then says he'll just have to go it alone like he always has, then asks Thor to say something.

"Are you sure you want me to?" Thor asked, he had a number of grievances about Loki that he's needed to get off his chest since they've started watching this film.

Thor asks what Loki would like him to say then says Loki faked his death, stole the throne, stripped Odin of his power and left him on Earth to die which released the Goddess of Death then asks if he's said enough of if Loki would like him to go back further than the last 2 days.

"Odin died of natural causes Thor, he was old and weak anyone could see that." Gamora said.

Loki says he hasn't seen the Grandmaster's champion but he's heard that he's astonishingly savage and says he's placed a large wager against Thor and asks Thor not to let him down.

"Smart, wait until he insults you to bring that up so you feel less guilty about it." Coulson said.

Thor throws a glass bottle, Loki's projection fades. Korg runs up and kicks the wall, telling Loki to piss off and calls him a ghost.

Everyone laughed at Korg.

The prisoners get ready for the battle. Korg says there's hair and blood on the weapons and asks everyone to clean the weapons after they finish their fights.

"Gross." Bruce said.

Korg asks Thor if he wants to use a big wooden fork.

Thor says no.

Korg agrees and says it's not useful unless he's fighting 3 vampires who are huddled together.

"Wait... vampires? Vampires are real?" Toy asked.

"Yeah..." All of the aliens, including Quill and Carol, said.

Thor says he wishes he had his hammer.

Korg asks about the hammer. Thor says it was made from a special metal from the heart of a dying star and when he spun it really fast it gave him the ability to fly.

Korg asks if Thor rode a hammer.

"N-no." Thor said. "I didn't ride it."

Thor says he didn't ride the hammer.

Korg asks if the hammer rode on Thor's back.

"Mjolnir didn't ride me either." Thor said.

Thor says he'd spin it really fast and it would pull him off.

Korg is shocked to hear that.

Everyone started laughing. Thor only sighed.

Thor says it pulled him off the ground and into the air then he would fly then says every time he threw it, it would come back to him.

"Like a boomerang." Peter said.

Korg says it sounds like Thor has a special and intimate relationship with his hammer and losing it is almost comparable to losing a loved one.

Thor says that's a nice way to put it.

"That's... that is a good way to put it." Thor agreed. "The only way that makes sense to me."

Thor sees Valkyrie talking with some people and tells Korg that she's the one who put him there. Thor recognizes her as scrapper 142 and tells Thor to watch out for the Asgardians because they're hard to perish.

"You're Asgardian?" Thor and everyone else (But Valkyrie and Loki) asked.

Thor walks up to the gate and greets Valkyrie. Valkyrie greets him back and holds out the remote for the obedience dick.

Thor tells her not to zap him with it because he just wants to talk and tells her Asgard is in danger then notices the mark on her wrist and realizes she's a Valkyrie.

"You're a Valkyrie?" Thor asked.

"Valkyrie?" Steve asked, recognizing the name from the plane he crashed into the ocean. Must be another part of Norse myths that Schmidt incorporated into his work.

Thor says he wanted to be a Valkyrie when he was younger until he found out they were all women. He says there's nothing wrong with women and says he loves women sometimes a little too much.

"Stop talking." Natasha said. "You're making things weird."

Thor says it's not in a creepy way but more of a respectful appreciation and says he thinks it's great that there's an elite force of women warriors.

Valkyrie asks if he's done.

A warden tells Thor that he's up next.

"Here we go." Sam said.

Thor asks her to help him and says he needs her help. Valkyrie walks away. Thor says Valkyrie must be either a traitor or a coward because the Valkyrie are sworn to protect the throne.

"Thor." May said, kind of like she was scolding him for something.

Valkyrie walks up to him and says that they're on Sakaar not Asgard and she's a scrapper not a Valkyrie. Thor gets electrocuted. Valkyrie says no one escapes Sakaar so he'll die anyway.

"We'll see about that." Thor said.

2 wardens drag Thor into a chair. The barber(Stan Lee) tells him not to move because his hands aren't as steady as they used to be.

Thor tells the barber not to cut his hair or he'll feel his wrath.

"Not his hair." Peter said.

The barber activates a complicated device. Thor begs the man not to cut his hair. The barber laughs.

"No." Thor said sadly. "Not my hair."

A projection of the Grandmaster is in the arena. He asks who's having fun and asks for a round of applause for the competitors who died so gruesomely.

"He's got issues." Rhodey said.

Loki walks into a viewing booth and takes a drink from someone. The Grandmaster projection says it's time for the main event. He first introduces Thor and says he's making his first appearance. Thor walks out into the arena. The audience boos.

"Wow, tough crowd." Tony said.

Grandmaster says to watch out for Thor's fingers because they make sparks.

"They do a little more than that." Valkyrie said, remembering this fight.

Green smoke bombs are set off. Thor puts his helmet on. Grandmaster says the champion is undefeated and introduces the Champion. Hulk bursts into the arena. Thor cheers.

"What!?" Everyone yelled.

"Hulks on Sakaar?" Thor asked.

"How did I get onto an alien planet?" Bruce asked, panicking.

"Hulk is in... space?" Tony asked. "That's crazy."

Loki backs away from the window and says he needs to get off the planet. He goes to walk away, Grandmaster stops him and asks where he's going.

Thor waves at Grandmaster and says he and Hulk know each other because he's a friend from work.

"I'd say you're more... frenemies from work." Natasha said.

"Yeah, that's more accurate." Clint agreed.

Thor asks Hulk where he's been and says everyone thought he was dead. He tells Hulk that so much has happened since he last saw him and says he lost his hammer s day ago so it's pretty fresh.

"Playing catch up...during a battle." Sam said. "I'm not surprised."

Thor says Loki is alive and asks Hulk if he can believe it the points to where it is and tells Loki to look at who it is. Loki is still shocked to see Hulk.

"Revenge is sweet." Thor said, smiling a bit."

Thor tells Hulk that he's happy to see him and calls him Banner. The audience cheers for Hulk. Thor tries to get his attention by calling him Banner.

"He doesn't like being called that." Bruce said.

Hulk says there's no Banner only Hulk.

Thor asks Hulk what he's doing.

Hulk jumps at Thor and goes to attack. They start fighting, Hulk kicks Thor to the other end of the arena. Thor stands up and pulls out his swords.

"It's on now." Scott said.

Thor tells Hulk that they're friends and calls him Banner again and says he doesn't want to hurt him.

"Calling Banner isn't helping you." Tony said.

Hulk attacks again, breaks Thor's sword and kicks him into the wall.

Grandmaster gets excited.

"Sadist." Hope commented.

Thor steps out of the hole, Hulk throws a hammer, then charges toward him with another axe. Thor grabs the hammer and uses it to send Hulk away, creating dents in the wall.

Grandmaster, now looks confused.

"Bet he didn't see that coming." Steve said.

Hulk stands up, Thor tells him that the sun is getting low, holds out his hand and says the sun is going down.

"Are you seriously trying the lullaby?" Natasha asked.

Thor tells Hulk that he won't hurt him anymore. Hulk grabs Thor's hand, smashes him into the ground 5 times and throws him across the arena.

Everyone winced, that had to hurt. "Sorry." Bruce apologized, awkwardly.

Loki stands up and says that's how it feels before turning to the Grandmaster and saying he's just a huge fan of the sport.

"Sure." Bruce commented, sarcastically.

"Now you know how it feels." Loki told Thor, feeling a little smug.

The audience cheers, Thor stands back up and starts hitting Hulk with his hammer, he huts Hulk over the head and breaks his axe. He says he knows Banner is in there and he'll get him out.

"Good luck with that." Bruce said.

Thor hits Hulk again and Hulk falls. Hulk stands back up, Thor drops his hammer and they start punching each other. Thor says Hulk is embarrassing him and says he told everyone they were friends.

"Frenemies." Natasha corrected.

They start fighting again, Thor climbs onto Hulk's back and wraps his arms around his neck. Hulk falls onto his back and crushes Thor. Thor pushes him off, grabs the hammer and goes to hit Hulk with it, HUlk stops the hammer.

"Oh no."

Hulk punches Thor across the arena, jumps on top of him and repeatedly punches him in the face. Thor has visions of Odin then his eyes glow blue and electricity surrounds him, he uses lightning to send Hulk away.

"Wow." Scott said, amazed.

Grandmaster and Loki are both surprised. Hulk stands back up. Thor, still buzzing with lighting, punches Hulk in the face causing a large shockwave. Everyone cheers for Thor

"I win." Thor said.

Thor walks toward Hulk, Grandmaster activates his obedience disk.

"Hey, that's not fair." Rocket said.

"Cheater!" Everyone yelled at the Grandmaster.

Hulk jumps into the air. Korg sighs and says 'another day, another Doug.' Hulk falls back toward the ground and punches Thor in the face.

"Whoa! That looked like it would've hurt." Clint said.

Hela and Skurge are in the palace. Hela asks what all the noise is.

Skurge says the common folk aren't falling in line and tells her there's a resistance trying to break down the front gates.

Hela sends her army of dead soldiers after them and asks Skurge to tell her about himself.

"Why..."

Skurge says his dad was a stonemason. Hela stops him and she meant to ask what his ambition is. Skurge says he wants a chance to prove himself. Hela says when she was young every king had an executioner not just to execute people but to execute their vision.

"Where is she going with this?" Quill asked.

Hela says it was mainly to execute people but it was still a great honor. She says she was Odin's executioner and Skurge shall be her executioner. She hands Skurge an axe axe and says they should begin their conquest.

"Why would the literal Goddess of Death need and executioner?" Tony asked.

Hela, Skurge and the army of the dead walk to the observatory. Hela asks Skurge where the sword is and says it's the key to opening the Bifrost. She tells Skurge to round up the people who weren't falling into line.

Thor glared at his sister.

A group of Asgardians run through the woods, they're being chased by Hela's dead soldiers. They run into Heimdall who kills the 4 dead soldiers.

Everyone cheered for Heimdall.

Heimdall apologizes and says the soldiers are everywhere. He leads the group through the mountains, opens a large door and says they'll be safe there. The room is filled with Asgardian citizens.

"So that's what he's been doing." Thor said, smiling." Getting everyone to safety."

Thor, in hulks suite, some women clean him off.

"Lucky." Someone whispered.

"Who said that?" Thor asked.

Thor gasps awake and the women run. Thor stands up and looks around the room and puts his tunic back on. Hulk is in the bath. Thor asks if they're cool. Hulk growls. Thor says Hulk is in a hot tub.

"Something I never thought I'd see." Clint commented.

Thor asks Hulk how long he's been like that.

Hulk asks like what.

Thor says me meant big, green and stupid.

"Hey." Bruce said, offended on the Hulk's behalf.

Hulk says he's always Hulk.

Thor asks Hulk how he got there.

Hulk says he got there by winning.

Thor asks if he means cheating.

"The Grandmaster was the one cheating, not Hulk." Valkyrie said.

Thor asks if the people Hulk fought were wearing an obedience disk then asks how Hulk arrived there. Hulk makes a wooshing sound, slams his hand in the water and says it was the Quinjet.

"The Quinjet took me to an alien planet?" Bruce asked.

"How did it even get that far?" Fury asked.

Thor asks where the quinjet is. Hulk gets out of the tub, Thor looks away because he's naked. Hulk walks past him. Thor says that's in his brain now.

"I do not envy you." Rhodey said.

Hulk points to the quinjet which is in a junkyard. Thor says he's getting them out of there and says Sakaar is awful and Hulk will love Asgard because it's gold and shiny.

Hulk says he'll stay on Sakaar.

"Why?"

Thor says his people need him to get back to Asgard to prevent Ragnarok. Hulk is confused. Thor says it's the prophesied death of his home world. Hulk yawns.

"Seriously" Thor asked.

Thor says if Hulk will help him get back to Asgard, he'll help Hulk get back to Earth.

Hulk says Earth hates Hulk.

"It's My fault, I'm so sorry, Doctor. Banner." Wanda said.

Thor says Earth loves Hulk and says he's one of the Avengers and he's their friend and says friends support each other.

Hulk says Thor's Bruce's friend.

Thor says he isn't Bruce's friend and says he prefers Hulk and says he doesn't like Bruce then mocks him.

"Dude." Bruce said, offended.

"Sorry." Thor said, awkwardly.

Hulk tells Thor to go and says he'll stay.

Thor says this is a stupid place and the room is hideous because of the white and says to just pick a color because it's ridiculous.

"Looks like a candy cane threw up all over the room." Peter said.

Hulk says he smashed Thor.

Thor says Hulk didn't smash anything and says he won the fight.

Hulk says he smashed Thor and says Thor has baby arms.

"Well compared to Hulk anyone has baby arms." Tony said.

Hulk calls Thor a baby and throws his fruit at him.

Thor calls Hulk a moron and a child. Thor walks into the doorway and gets electrocuted by the barrier.

"Damn."

Hulk laughs and tells him to do it again and says he's home.

"No, I'm not." Thor protested.

The next day, Thor watches as Hulk gets ready for training. Thor tells him to have fun.

Valkyrie greets Hulk. Hulk greets her back and calls her Angry girl.

Valkyrie asks what he's been up to.

Hulk says he's been winning.

Thor rolled his eyes.

Thor closes his eyes and tells Heimdall that he knows he can see him and he needs his help. Heimdall guides people around. Thor opens his eyes which are now orange and finds himself where Heimdall is.

"Huh?"

Heimdall says he sees Thor but he's far away.

Thor asks what's going on.

Heimdall tells Thor to see it for himself and says he's been providing refuge in a stronghold built by their ancestors and says if the garrison falls their only escape is the Bifrost.

"Evacuation?" Thor asked.

Thor asks if Heimdall is talking about evacuating Asgard.

They duck out of view of dead soldiers. Heimdall says they won't last long if they stay and says Hela draws her power from Asgard and grows stronger everyday.

"Damn."

Heimdall leads the Asgardians through the stronghold and says if he lets Hela leave she'll consume the nine realms and the cosmos.

"She wants to rule the cosmos?" Steve asked.

Heimdall tells Thor that they need him.

Thor says he's working on it but he doesn't know where he is.

"Trash planet." Tony said.

Heimdall says Thor is on a planet surrounded with doorways and tells him to go through one.

Thor asks which one.

Heimdall says the big one then kills a dead soldier. Thor gets back to his body.

"Well, you have part of a plan now." Quill said.

Later, Thor tries to pry the obedience disk off, he can't. Hulk notices Thor is sad and pushes him over.

Thor says he isn't sad he's pissed off and says he lost his father and his hammer.

"My friends." Thor added, sadly.

Thor kicks something at Hulk and says he isn't listening. Hulk says Thor si whining like a baby and tells him not to kick stuff and throws something at him.

"So Thor can't kick stuff, but Hulk can throw stuff? Seems unfair." Ned said.

Thor says Hulk is being a bad friend. Hulk says Thors a bad friend. Thor asks if Hulk knows what they call him and says they call him the stupid avenger.

"No we don't." Tony said.

Hulk says Thors the tiny Avenger and throws an axe at him.

Thor asks Hulk if he's crazy.

Hulk says he is and grabs a mace.

"Well damn at least he's honest." Clint said.

Thor says Earth does hate Hulk.

"Thor, don't say that." Natasha said.

Hulk drops the mace and sits on his bed. Thor apologizes for saying those things and says Hulk isn't the stupid Avenger and no one calls him that and says Hulk can't go around throwing shields at people.

"Yeah... that's Steve's job." Clint said.

Thor says Hulk could've killed him.

Thor apologizes and says he gets so angry all the time and says Hulk is always angry.

Thor says he and Hulk are the same and says they're hot-headed fools.

Hulk says he's like fire and Thor's like water.

Thor says they're both like fire.

"You're seriously comparing anger issues with the Hulk of all people?" Sam asked.

Hulk says he's raging fire and Thor's smouldering fire.

Thor says he needs Hulk to do something for him.
