In Scott's house, one of the agents checks Scott's ankle monitor. Maggie says this is harassments.
Paxton says it isn't.
"It's literally just their job." Clint said.
Maggie suggests that the FBI stands for 'forever bothering individuals.'
"Well... no, but I'd say that's pretty accurate." May said.
"They do like to bother people." Bruce agreed.
"And what's with them looking in our cameras, hmm?" Peter asked. "I wanna know what that's about."
Jimmy asks if Scott's monitor checks out.
Scott says it does.
Jimmy says he just got fed a bowl of malarkey.
"That you did... sort of." Rhodey said.
Another agent says Hope and Hank are in custody. Jimmy is happy to hear this.
"Damn it." Hope said, quietly.
"He seems a little too excited about this." Maria said.
Jimmy turns to Scott and apologizes for being insensitive because Hank and Hope are his friends and says he just needed a win.
"Yeah, I'll give you that one." Scott said. "You did seem like you needed a win."
Jimmy tells Scott that he'll be back later for the official end of his sentence.
"Well, at least something's looking up for you." Sam said.
Jimmy apologizes to Scott for misjudging him and says he should feel great about himself.
"Well..." Scott trailed off.
Hope and Hank are put into the back of a car. Stoltz opens the back of a van to reveal the shrunken lab and he takes it to his car.
"That son of a bitch." Hank swore.
Ava appears and shoves Stoltz down and takes the lab for herself.
"Shit." Scott sighed.
In Scott's house, Cassie walks up to her room where Scott is. Scott thanks her for covering for him.
"She did a pretty good job." Hope said.
"She did." Scott agreed.
Cassie asks how long he's been Ant-Man again.
Scott says it hasn't been long and it just happened and apologizes for lying to her and risking everything and says he does dumb things and the people he loves most end up paying the price.
"I'm sorry guys." Scott said to Hank and Hope, feeling bad for how they were affected by his poor decisions.
Cassie says trying to help people isn't dumb.
"No, it's not." Everyone agreed.
Scott says he screws it up every time.
"So what are you going to do to make it right? That's what's important." Rhodey said.
Cassie says he needs someone watching his back.
"Smart kid." Fury said.
Scott says she made it clear that that's the last thing she wants.
Scott and Hope looked at each other awkwardly. They didn't really know what they should say to one another, that is, if they had anything to say at all.
Cassie asks who she is.
Scott says he's talking about Hope and asks Cassie who she thought he meant.
Cassie says she thought he meant her.
"Oh?" Scott asked.
Scott chuckles a bit. Cassie tells him not to laugh and says she'd be a great partner.
"You would be the best partner." Scott said, smiling slightly.
Scott says she'd be awesome but he'd be a terrible dad if he let her.
"Can't put her in unnecessary danger." Scott said.
"No you cannot." Clint agreed.
Cassie tells him to have Hope as a partner because she's smart.
Hope smiled at Cassie.
Scott says Hope reminds him of her.
Cassie asks if he's going to go hep her and says she thinks he should.
"She's right." MJ said.
Scott says he wishes her could and says he doesn't know how to help Hope without hurting Cassie.
Cassie says Scott can do it because he can do anything and says he's the world's greatest grandma.
"The best grandma." Peter agreed.
"Better than all other grandmas." Ned added.
In an interrogation room, Hope and Hank are handcuffed to a table. The agent tells them that Jimmy will see them in an hour.
Hank and Hope rolled their eyes.
Hank says they don't have an hour.
The agent asks if they have somewhere to be, before leaving.
"As a matter of fact, we do." Hank muttered.
Hope spits out a bobby pin and unlocks hers and Hank's handcuffs.
"Nice." Maria said.
"Thank you." Hope responded.
Hank asks what their plan is. Hope pulls out a red disk and says she'll shrink the wall. Hank says the wall looks load-bearing and the ceiling could collapse.
"That doesn't sound good." Scott commented.
Hope says they'll run like hell.
Hank says he estimates that there are 15-20 agents on the floor and 5 times that in the whole building and they're all heavily armed.
"Good luck getting out of there with those odds." Clint said.
Hope says those aren't great odds.
Hank asks if she has a better plan.
Hope says she doesn't.
"Well, shit." Sam said.
"Yep." Hope agreed.
Hope says she isn't giving up on Janet.
Hank says Janet would be so proud of her.
They stand up and before Hope goes to throw the disk, her suit grows to normal size on the table. Ants cover the light and Hope realizes that Scott is doing this.
"Well, well, well how the turntables." Scott quoted. Hope rolled her eyes, exasperated.
"I love friends." Peter said after a moment of awkward silence.
"It's a great show." Scott said.
In the parking garage, Scott asks why they're just standing around and says they need to find the lab.
Hank asks what about him. FBI gear grows to normal size on the table.
"You actually thought this through." Hope remarked, reluctantly impressed.
Scott tells them to hurry up because they don't have much time.
Ants cover the security cameras. Hank, fully dressed, leaves the building and the van grows to normal size in front of him.
"Nice job, Tic-Tac." Sam said.
"Thank you." Scott replied.
Hank gets into the van, Hope is in the passenger seat and Scott is driving. Hope and Scott awkwardly greet each other. Hank asks if they're planning on leaving soon or if they're going to keep staring at each other until they start shooting at them.
Everyone snorted at that. "You sound so done with them." Ned said to Hank, giggling.
"He probably is." Scott said.
Scott starts driving. Uznam follows them.
"Oh no." Scott said, shakily.
Jimmy rushes around the facility. The agent behind him says Hope's suit and the van are missing. Jimmy asks how this could happen.
"I mean... how could it not?" Natasha asked.
In the van, Hank thanks Scott.
"Anytime." Scott said.
Scott asks how they find the lab.
Hank says he put a new tracker on it after they lost it the first time. Ants fly in an arrow shape, pointing to where the lab is.
"Huh." Tony said.
"Yeah... that's- that actually seems like a pretty good idea. An ant GPS of sorts." Scott said.
"You really can make them do anything you want." Bruce noted.
Scott says that'll work and follows the ants to where the lab is set up.
"You'd think they'd put it somewhere more secluded." Coulson said.
In the lab, Bill sets up everything while Ava waits.
"You're running out of time." Rhodey said.
Bill tells her that this could be dangerous and they should-
Ava cuts him off and asks if he means they should wait and says she has days until she's dead so they're doing this now.
"Oh my." Peggy gasped. She only has days left?
In the van, Hank says the energy readings say that they haven't used the tunnel yet.
Hope says they don't have much time before Janet's location shifts and they lose her.
Hope and Hank both tensed at the thought of losing Janet... again. This was their chance to save her and so far it was not going according to plan.
Scott says they have a lot to do before then.
"You got that right." Sam said.
Scott says his pep-pep would always say that 'if you want to do something right, you've gotta make a list.'
"Good idea." Tony said.
Scott says first they have to break into the lab, then they need to kick Bill and Ava out then fight Ava. He realizes that that should be part of step 2 so it could be 2a.
"You're getting off topic, Scott." Hope said.
"Yeah... I do that a lot." Scott agreed.
Scott says they need to make sure the lab is fully grown for them to come back.
Hank tells Scott that he's going to drive because the only chance they have is if they are out there protecting the tunnel together.
"Teamwork makes the dream work." Ned said, trying to stifle his giggles.
"Shut up, Ned." Peter scolded, also stifling laughter at his friends comment.
Hank asks Hope to let him do this.
Scott says Hank is right.
"It's the only way." Wanda said.
Luis pulls up next to their van and greets them by saying 'whassup.' When he receives looks of confusion he asks if they remember the beloved commercial and says 'whassup' again.
Everyone couldn't help but laugh at Luis. "He really knows how to break tension." Quill said.
Scott says he lad Luis follow them because he thought they could use some help.
"I would prefer more competent help." Hank muttered.
Scott looks out the window of a building and says he's in position and says the ants are headed in.
Luis, in the van with Hope, tells Scott to keep his eyes peeled and asks Hope if she wants pez.
"Oh, I love pez." Peter said. "I used to collect the different dispensers."
Luis tells Hope that Cassie gave it to him for his birthday and tells her that he loves the suit. Hope thanks him.
"You know, Luis is probably one of the nicest people ever." May said.
"Right, I don't think he has a malicious bone in his body." Scott said.
Luis says he wishes he had a suit even if it was one with minimal power or even no powers.
A few people smiled at that.
Bill starts powering up the tunnel, but it quickly powers back down. They look under the table to see the crazy ants disconnecting the wires.
"Ha ha! Yes!" Scott cheered.
Ava realizes that Hank, Scott and Hope aren't far then puts her helmet on and leaves the building and sees a trail of ants leading somewhere.
"Shit." Hope cursed.
In the lab, a few large ants surround Bill.
"Take that." Clint said, laughter bleeding into his words.
In the van, Hope asks Hank for his status.
In the lab, Hank says Bill's taken care of and says he's suiting up now.
"Good luck." Hope and Scott said to Hank.
Bill tells Hank that he only wanted to save Ava because she's facing death or something worse and she's afraid.
Hank says he'll help find a cure when he returns.
"Good. No matter what Bill did, Ava doesn't really deserve what's happening to her." Hope said.
Bill wishes him luck. Hank thanks him and asks him to step back. Bill backs into the elevator and the ants follow him. Hank gets into the machine and an automated voice tells him he ahs 15 minutes.
"That's not a lot of time." Steve said.
Hope says Hank's in and asks Scott if there's any sign of Ava.
Scott says there isn't then Ava appears and slams his head into the window and kicks him through the wall.
"Where'd she come from!?" Scott asked, shocked.
"I think you jinxed it, dude." Rhodey said.
Ava tells Scott to call the ants off.
Scott starts running and Ava follows him. Scott says he has a ghost problem.
"Yeah you do." Sam agreed. "Good luck with it."
In the lab, Hank powers up the quantum tunnel and starts to tell Hope something in case he doesn't make it back.
Hope tells him not to say that because she can't lose him too.
Hank tells Hope that he loves her.
"I love you too, dad." Hope said. "Please be safe."
Scott tells them that everything's bad where he is and Ava kicks him into a wall.
Hank enters the quantum tunnel and starts shrinking.
"This is it." Hope said, tense.
The lab shrinks and Luis goes to pick it up, Ava, in the other building, sees. Scott tells her that misdirection is one of the first things they teach at Online Close-up Magic University then shrinks himself.
"I'm glad those classes paid off." Hope said.
"I bet they were totally worth it." Scott said.
Hope drives off, Luis says the plan worked and they have the lab.
Hope tells him to meet them at the rendezvous point. Burch and some of his men pull up.
"You have got to be kidding me." Hank sighed.
"Oh, Come on." Hope groaned.
Burch says he told her that their business wasn't over.
"Prick." Natasha hissed.
Hope says there's a change in plans and starts driving in the other direction, Burch follows and says he wants the lab no matter what it takes.
Everyone rolled their eyes at Burch. He was starting to get on their nerves.
Hope shrinks the van and one of the cars crash. The van grows back to normal size and 3 more cars follow. Hope shrinks the van again and gets under one of the cars. Luis notes that the undercarriage is filthy.
"That's what you're worried about?" Hope asked, incredulously.
"I mean... he's right. It is kinda gross." Scott hesitantly agreed with Luis.
Hope says they have bigger problems then the van grows to normal size and knocks the car off.
"Quite literally, bigger problems." Shuri said.
Scott asks Hope what she's doing and says she's headed away from the rendezvous point.
Hope tells him not to worry and says she's taking them on the scenic route.
"Nice way of putting it." Fury said.
Hope drives through and intersection and shrinks the van again, causing another crash. The car tumbles around them and Luis panics and says they're gonna die.
"We're not going to die... hopefully." Hope said.
"That's not very reassuring." Scott said.
Hank stops shrinking as the automated voice says the signals lost. Hanks asks himself what the hell they're doing up there.
"Um..." Scott said. "Well... that's a complicated story."
Hank recalibrates the vehicle. He looks around a bit and says Scott never said it was so beautiful.
"It really is a sight to behold." Hope said.
Two organisms start moving toward the vehicle. Hank worriedly waits for the recalibration to finish and starts shrinking as soon as it's done.
Hank sighed in relief.
Scott joins Hope and Luis in the van. People on motorcycles start following them and shooting. Hope tells Scott to take the wheel then moves to the back of the van and starts firing shrinking disks at the people on motorcycles.
"Nice." Strange said.
Hope accidentally hits and old man (Stan Lee)'s car. He says the 60's were fun but now he's paying for it.
"There he is again." Pepper noted. "I'm starting to wonder who he is and what he's here for."
Hope tells Scott to be careful. Scott says to give him a break because he hasn't driven in 2 years.
"I also have very limited experience with car chases." Scott added.
Ava kicks a man off a motorcycle and takes it.
"Dammit." Scott sighed.
Hope picks up the pez dispenser, throws it and shoots an enlarging disk at it, causing 2 men to fall off their bikes.
A few people giggled at that. A giant hello kitty pez dispenser being used as a weapon wasn't something you see everyday.
Luis says they got pez'd.
"Pez'd?" Hope asked, trying to hide a smile.
Ava gets beside the van. Scott notices the bike fall over and says that isn't good.
"No it is not." Thor agreed.
Ava swings through the windshield and kicks Hope out of the van then takes the lab and leaps onto a nearby truck.
"Oh no." Scott sighed.
"This is bad, this is very bad." Clint said.
The van crashes. Hope surveys the area from above and says Ava is westbound on Fremont, then gets into the car with her and starts fighting her.
Scott shrinks down and leaps onto a flying ant to join them. Luis asks what about him.
"You stay there." Scott said.
Scott jumps onto a windshield wiper and Ava turns them on. Hope grows back to normal size and continues fighting Ava. Scott gets big and punches Ava.
"Oh?"
Hope takes the lab. Ava takes her mask off and goes to the back of the truck. Scott's regulator malfunctions.
"Again? Really?" Scott asked.
Burch crashes into the back of the truck and grabs the lab.
"Great. Now he has it." Hank sighed.
"Could this get any worse?" Hope asked.
Hope flies after Burch, and Ava chases him too.
Scott's regulator continues malfunctioning. He drags his feet in the ground in effort to stop the truck it rolls past a coffee shop.
"They're all unbothered by what's happening on the other side of that glass." Bruce said.
Hope asks Scott where he is and says she has Burch in her sights. Scott picks up the truck and rides it.
"You're using the truck as a skateboard." Quill laughed.
In the vehicle, the automated voice says they're reaching the quantum void. Hank finally stops shrinking.
"Still as terrifying as I remember." Scott said.
Hank presses a button on the ship and says he's coming to Janet. He passes through a different part of the quantum realm and crashes.
"Whoa!" Everyone gasped, awed at this new part of the quantum realm.
"It's beautiful." Peggy said.
"It really is." Carol agreed.
Luis picks up the remote for the lab and asks Scott and Hope if they need it.
Hope says they can't grow the lab without it and tells Luis to get it to them fast.
Luis says the van is busted.
Scott says to use the hotwheels case.
"I still can't believe that's where you keep your cars." Tony said.
"Easy storage." Hank said.
Luis opens the case and pulls out a purple car with flames on it and says he loves Hank.
"Oh dear." Hank sighed.
In his car, Burch says they're missing the remote and need to check the van. The van shrinks and Luis drives past them.
"You could've picked something less easily spotted but whatever." Hope said.
Luis shrinks the car and flies over a hill. The car that followed him crashes.
"Nice." Scott said.
The car grows to normal size and Luis says he's headed down Pacific and Burch's boys are all over him.
Hope says she's on her way.
Scott says he'll get the lab.
"Good luck." Rocket said.
Hope flies into a car, grows then shrinks causing men to hit each other. Luis says that's badass.
"Thank you, Luis." Hope said.
Hope swings around the car and kicks the driver in the face causing the car to crash then appears next to Luis in his car.
"Nice." Scott said.
Scott follows Burch and knocks a gun out of someone's hand and kicks the car into a building. Burch gets out and starts running, Scott tries to grab him but his hand doesn't fit in the narrow space.
"Dammit." Scott said. "Curse that regulator."
Burch walks to the pier, Scott chases him and asks the people of they've seen a southern gentleman carrying a building.
"You say that like this is an everyday occurrence." Sam said.
"You mean you don't carry around your buildings?" Scott joked
Scott sees Burch on a ferry and wonders how he even had time to get a ticket.
"He probably just bribed someone to let him on." Maria said.
Scott asks the suit to work then bangs on the regulator and shrinks.
"Finally." Scott sighed.
Scott calls for help and all of his ants get eaten by seagulls.
"Those damn useless birds." Tony said.
One ant finally makes it to Scott and he hops on and says he'll call him Ant-onio Banderas because he's a badass.
"I love the ant puns." Ned said.
A seagull follows him and eats the ant.
"Oh come on!" Scott yelled. "Murderer."
Scott falls into the water.
"Scott!" Everyone yelled, worried.
On the ferry, Burch calls Uzman and tells him to meet him at the waterfront in 3 hours.
Giant Scott peeks out of the water and the people on the ferry watch.
"Tiny dude is big again." Rhodey said.
"No offence, but that's a terrifying sight." Clint said.
Scott plucks the lab from Burch's hands but Bruch doesn't let go. Scott says Burch is embarrassing himself and eventually Bruch lets go.
"Finally." Scott, Hank and Hope all said.
Hank walks around the quantum realm. The device in his hands says his time has run out and the signal gets lost.
"No." Hank gasped.
Hank hears Scott's voice saying 'it melts your mind.'
Hope's voice says 'a message in your head.'
Scott's voice saying he had a dream.
Young Hope asking where Janet is, adult Hope taking about her hiding spot.
Scott was reminded of everything he heard repeating in his head when he was in the quantum realm not so long ago. It wasn't pleasant.
Janet telling him she loves him. Hank falls to his knees in pain.
"What's happening to you?" Hope asked worried.
Hank appears in his house. He goes to Hope's room and she asks him what's going on and why he hasn't found Janet yet.
Scott puts his hand on Hank's shoulder and asks if he's alright because he looks lost.
"What is this?" Hank asked. "What's going on?"
Bill asks Hank if he still thinks he has all the answers. Hank sees a masked person on the hall.
"Who is that?" Hope wondered.
The person walks toward Hank and puts their fingers to his temples, bringing him back to reality then takes off her hood and mask.
Hank and Hope's eyes both filled with tears. They never thought they would ever see Janet again and here she is.
"You did it." Hope gasped, smiling. "You found her."
Janet says it's her and they kiss. When they break away, Hank apologizes for taking so long. Janet says he's here now and says they should go home.
Hank smiled, overjoyed.
In the vehicle, Hank says he thought he was gone but the energy from her hands- he asks how she did it.
Janet says she isn't the same person she was 30 years ago and says this place changes them and calls him Henry.
"Wait, your name is Henry?" Scott asked.
"That's what you got from that?" Hope asked.
Janet says adaption is a part of it but some of it is evolution.
"That's... pretty cool actually." Scott said.
The automated voice says the lab coordinates aren't found.
"Dammit." Hope said.
Hank says he should probably tell her what they're dealing with up there.
"Yeah, I think you should." Bruce said.
"Yeah, probably a good idea." Clint said.
Giant Scott says he has the lab and tries to usher everyone off the pier.
"Those poor people are probably so confused." Natasha said.
Jimmy watches this on the news and orders a team out of the room.
"Oh come on! Why can't something go right for once?" Scott asked.
Maggie and Paxton also watch this on the news. Cassie watches with a smile on her face.
"She's so proud of you." May said. "It's cute."
Scott sets the building down, Luis and Hope pull up to the pier. Scott says he's gonna got to sleep for 5 minutes. Scott passes out and crashes into the water, splashing everyone in the vicinity.
Everyone gasped, worried for Scott.
"Oh gosh." Scott said.
Hope tells Luis to get the lab to safety and flies toward Scott. Luis runs off, Ava kicks him and takes the remote and enlarges the lab.
"Shit!" Hope yelled.
Janet powers up the vehicle in the quantum realm and they start to leave.
Hank tensed, wondering exactly what would happen upon their return.
Hope knocks on Scott's helmet and tells him to wake up. She fixes his regulator and shrinks him, then drags him to the surface. On the pier, she wakes him up they greet each other and kiss.
"Awww." Everyone said, smiling. Scott and Hope quickly glanced at each other.
Luis calls for Scott on comms and asks if he got crushed by the building.
"Um... no I was not crushed by the lab and if I were there wouldn't be anyone to answer that question." Scott said.
Burch walks up to him with 2 other men and asks where the remote is.
"Ugh, this guy again. Go away!" Ned shouted.
Luis says it's probably in the building and says he doesn't have it.
Burch says he guesses this is where they say adios amigo. Dave and Kurt tase the two men while Luis punches Burch.
"Hell yeah." Scott cheered for his friends.
Bill runs into the building looking for Ava. Ava says they're almost ready for extraction.
Bill asks her to stop because people are getting hurt.
Ava says everything hurts and tells him not to talk to her about pain.
"That doesn't make what you're doing okay." Gamora said.
Bill asks what if Hank is right and this kills Janet and says Janet is a brilliant scientist and she may be able to help.
Ava says Janet will help and if she does, she dies.
Hope glared at Ava. Right now she wasn't thinking about what Ava was going through, what she had been going through for most of her life, only that she was threatening her family.
Bill says they can't do this and they need to find another way.
Ava throws him across the room and says this is the way.
"No it isn't. There has to be a way to help you where no one needs to die or get hurt." Peter said.
Ava gets into her chamber and absorbs the quantum energy. In the vehicle, Janet gasps in pain and it tears her apart.
"No." Hank and Hope gasped.
"No, this can't happen." Hank sighed, sadly.
Scott and Hope enter the lab and notice that Ava started the extraction. Hope says she'll tear Janet apart.
"Oh god." Hope choked out.
Scott rushes to shut the machine down. Ava gets out and starts fighting Scott. Hope starts fighting Ava on the bridge. Janet and Hank emerge from the tunnel. Scott grows in size and grabs Hope from the bridge.
"Thank you." Hope said.
Scott, normal sized, asks if she'd okay. The vehicle doors open and Janet steps out and hugs Hope.
"She's okay." Hope said, smiling. A few tears of happiness fell from her eyes.
Hope tells Janet that she missed her. Janet says she missed Hope too and calls her Jellybean.
Hope smiled at the use of her nickname. She never knew how much she missed hearing it.
Janet tells Hope that she's there now and they have time.
Hope tells her no more last-minute business trips. Janet promises.
Hank gets out and sarcastically tells them not to worry about him.
"Way to ruin a moment, Dr. Pym." Sam said.
Hope goes to hug him too. Janet and Scot greet each other. Scott goes to say it's nice to meet her before saying that they technically already met.
"I guess this is your first official meeting then." Clint said.
Ava stands up, Hope goes to attack but Janet holds her back. Janet tells Ava that she can feel her pain.
Ava says it always hurts.
Despite everything that Ava put them through, they still couldn't help but feel a small pang pf sympathy for her. No one deserved to be put through what she's going through.
Janet touches Ava's temples and says she thinks she can help her. Ava clenches her fist and it doesn't phase.
Scott asks Hank if he knew she could do that.
"Sort of." Hank answered.
Luis rushes into the lab to tell them that the cops are coming.
"I almost forgot about that, with everything else that happened in the last 5 minutes alone." Scott said.
Scott says he needs to go. Hope asks about Ava and Bill.
Outside, A few cops tell Kurt and Dave to put their hands up.
Kurt says they're just doing their jobs.
"Yeah, leave them alone." Ned said. "They didn't do anything."
Kurt points to the people they tased and says they saw them trying to shoot people.
Dave says they apprehended them for the cops.
Everyone snorted. They were technically telling the truth though.
Uzman says they traffic in stolen goods.
Another says they have killed many people.
Uzman says Burch is in charge.
"Were they given the truth serum?" Natasha asked.
Burch says he's committed numerous health code violations in his restaurant and some of them would shock her.
"Disgusting." Peggy said.
"I wouldn't expect anything less to be honest." Hope said.
Uzman looks at the vial and realizes that it is truth serum.
"So you finally admit it." Scott said.
Everyone exits the lab. Hope says they have to get out of there.
Scott says he has an idea.
"And what would that be?" Hank asked.
Jimmy drives through town, stopping when he sees two giant feet, he gets out of the car and tells Scott that it's over and they got him.
"Something tells me that you don't 'got him.' Strange said.
Jimmy tells Scott to come out and says it's the end of the line.
Steve and Bucky glanced at each other. That line had an eerie similarity to something that they used to say to each other.
Jimmy says there's no where to hide. Somewhere else, Scott runs off wearing his underwear and a T-shirt.
Everyone snorted. "That was your plan?" Hope asked.
Jimmy tells Scott to pull off the band-aid because he lost.
"Jimmy, stop you're embarrassing yourself." Scott said.
Jimmy tells Scott to reduce himself. The suit deflates. Jimmy sees something in the distance and says to get to Scott's.
"You aren't gonna find what you're looking for. Well, you probably are but not I the way you think." Scott said.
Hope flies down and picks up the suit and flies to Hank and Janet and they get into Luis' van.
Ava and Bill duck into an alleyway. Ava tells him to leave.
Bill says they can make it.
"What does that mean?" Quill asked.
Ava says he's said it himself that she hurt people.
"But do you you still want to hurt people? That's the important question." Clint said.
Ava says he hasn't and tells him to go. Bill says they can make it and says he's not leaving. Ava hugs him.
"We all need family." Steve said, echoing his own words from one of the previous films.
The FBI agents show up at Scott's house and burst through the door. They find Scott on an electric drum set. Scott stops and asks if his 2 years are up already.
Everyone laughed. Scott messing with the FBI agents was hysterical.
An agent takes off the ankle monitor.
"I'm a free man now." Scott smiled.
"Try not to get arrested again." Hank said.
Scott asks what it's like out there.
"It's the same, it's only been 2 years." Hope said.
Scott asks if people still dance.
"Not like they used too." Bucky said.
Scott asks if food trucks are still a thing.
Jimmy says Scott got away with it this time he'll be seeing him again.
"I hope not." Hope said.
Scott asks where he'll be seeing him again.
Jimmy says he means like in general like the next time he does something bad he'll be there to catch him.
"Please don't get arrested again." Hank said.
Scott realizes that Jimmy will be watching and says he thought he was inviting him somewhere.
Jimmy asks why he would do that.
"I don't know, why would you do that?" Scott asked.
Scott says that's what he was wondering and asks why he would do that.
Jimmy asks if he meant a party or dinner or something.
Scott says he thought Jimmy planned the evening.
"I don't know what's happening anymore." Ned said.
Jimmy says he meant he'll arrest Scott again later.
Scott tells Jimmy to take it easy.
Jimmy asks Scott if he'd like to grab dinner.
"Did he just-?" Valkyrie asked.
"I think so." Loki answered.
Scott knocks on the door to Paxton's house. Cassie hugs him and Maggie and Paxton soon follow.
"I like that you and Paxton are friends now." Hope said.
Luis, Dave, Kurt and Scott are working. Luis is on the phone with Mr. Karapetyan and says it would be an honor to be in business with him.
"Yeah!" Scott cheered.
On the beach, Hank takes out a box and opens it to reveal their house. He sets the house down and grows it to normal size.
"I guess moving is easy for you, huh?" Scott asked. "Seeing as you can just pick up your house and put it wherever."
Cassie, Scott and Hope are at a drive in movie. Hope asks Cassie what she wants to be when she grows up.
Cassie says she wants to help people like Scott.
Scott smiled, tears forming at his eyes.
Cassie says she wanted to be his partner but he said he wants her. Scott and Hope smile at each other.
"That's really sweet." Clint said.
A moth lands on the screen. Scott turns the headlights on. The moth lands on their car.
"Gross." Hope said.
They're shown in shrunken cars, watching the movie on a laptop.
"A shrunken drive in theater." Sam said. "Nice."
Hank, Janet, Hope and Scott set up the quantum tunnel on the roof. Hank says he used to be a respected scientist and he had his name on the side of buildings.
"Same." Tony said.
Hank says now he has this. The quantum tunnel is in Luis' van.
"You put it in the van? That's actually a pretty good idea." Bruce said.
Janet says he wanted a smaller quantum tunnel and says this is smaller. Scott accidentally hits the horn.
Hank sighed.
Janet says she thinks it has flair.
"It certainly has... something." Hope said.
Scott powers up the engine. Hope says the collection unit activates when he decouples it and it should automatically start absorbing quantum healing particles.
Janet tells him to stay away from the tardigrade fields.
"What are those?" Scott asked, worried.
Janet says they're cute but they'll eat him.
"Pleasant." Scott said.
Janet tells him not to get sucked into a time vortex because they won't be able to save him.
After a countdown, Scott goes subatomic. Hank holds up a microphone and calls for a mic check. Scott says something into the mic.
"We can communicate between the realms now, that's cool." Scott said.
Scott asks how everybody's doing in the quantum realm. Scott opens the device and collects energy. Hope prepares for re-entry and the mic cracks.
"Hope?" Scott said, anxiously.
Scott tells Hank to stop screwing around.
"I doubt Hank would've pranked you, Scott." Rhodey said.
On the roof, Hope, Hank and Janet are all faded away.
"Oh god!" Scott gasped. "No no no no no no no, this can't be happening." Tears pooled in his eyes, and dropped down his face. "Oh god, please tell me- tell me that Cassie's okay, please." But no one could answer because no one knew.
"Thanos." Was the only other word spoken and no one could figure out who said it but they were all thinking it.
At Scott's house no one is home but the giant ant is playing the electric drums.
