So, we all know what the fuck is about to go down on the next chapter, and it will also be a double chapter thing, there will not be a guy's night out for the next one though, but something else. Enjoy reading this newly posted chapter folks!
Helluva Loud Adventures.
"Hunting some escapees."
(February 23, somewhere south of Michigan.)
Helicopters are patrolling the forests, and cops are also on the search, and with their dog companions too, the K-9 unit. They bark and look around, but then Loona walks by them and she sniffs the air. "This, right here." She then picks up the shoe. "They left something, and left."
The chief of police contacts the other cops, and Blitz is with them as well. "So, what the fuck are we looking for again?"
Loona then explains as she looks at the leaves on the ground. "Five escaped criminals, and they are dubbed dangerous and sneaky, cunning and ruthless and are notorious for the deaths of several people, including a kid's hospital and one of them is from China."
Blitz sighs. "Dang, fucking shit. At least I got something else to do today, Jesse Rosato can handle managing the restaurant while I'm busy with this shit."
They all continue to look around, then Loona howls, and then she hears howling from her son and daughter. "They haven't found anything yet, no trails and no other bread crumbs to fucking follow." They all continue to walk around, search and be careful.
They then see Loona stop, and she looks to the ground, she grabs a small branch and throws it, and the bear traps trigger, and all of them in a straight line formation, this startles the cops and the dogs bark from this. "These bear traps, they were never meant to be here, are they?"
Chief of the police, Clark sees this. "Damn it, these bear traps aren't supposed to be here. My officers report that some guy's cabin was raided, the owner is dead and chances the inmates made it there and took what he had, and these bear traps are one of them."
Loona growls. "They knew we would take this trail, and they wanted all of you to be badly wounded. They can't leave the woods, not while we have it all surrounded, and..." She then stops and her ears pick up something, and so do the other dogs.
Blitz notices this, and he arms his sniper rifle. "Alright donut eaters, we got something!"
Loona then howls and she hears several howling. "Lincoln and a whole wolf pack have found two of the criminals, and Luna is saying, incoming..." Then, an ATV comes out from the bushes, and they all back away and watch it drive by. Then they see the other ATV chase it down.
The first one had two of the escapees, and the other one had Moxxie, Millie and Luna and they give chase. "Alright, let's move, but watch the grounds!" Loona chases on all fours, and the cops follow her. Blitz uses the trees and he leaps to another and stays off the ground.
Blitz shoots the ground, and bear traps are triggered, he's making sure the cops don't make a mistake in this situation.
The escaping ATV leaps over a log, and then nearly loses balance and the two criminals try to escape them. One of them throws a pipe bomb, Moxxie sees this and he swerves hard and avoids the blast. Loona then leaps and she lands on the roof. "Guys, get me closer!"
They nod, and then Luna uses her shotgun and she shoots, but misses. "Dang it!" she tries this again, but she misses. The men throw more pipe bombs, and Moxxie maneuvers through and escapes the blasts. Loona is about to leap onto the other ATV, but Luna closes her eyes, she opens them and she fires her shotgun.
One of the men is about to throw another pipe bomb, but the shotgun blast from Luna, hits the pipe bomb and it blows up. The ATV stops, and they watch as the other one is knocked over, and on fire. Millie smirks. "Nice shot, Lunes."
Luna smiles. "Dang, didn't see that shit coming, and I was aiming for his head."
The cops head over, and see one of the escapees is dead, and the other is unconscious but badly wounded. Chief of the police speaks. "Hey, we got word of the fifth escaped convict is on the run, and headed to this other cabin in the woods."
Loona then hears howling. "Lincoln and the wolf pack are closing onto the other two. We need to move, now!" The ATV races off, and some other cops with K-9 unit also follow.
Meanwhile, Lincoln and the wolf pack are chasing, and Velvet leaps from tree to tree, and they see the two criminals break into this old cabin. "We got them cornered!" Lincoln then howls, and the wolf pack splits up and they surround the place.
Lincoln looks to Velvet and she nods, she goes ahead and she lands on the roof of the cabin, she then makes a hole on the roof. "Fire in the fucking hole." She drops a flash bang grenade, and it goes off.
Lincoln then breaks down the window, and he sees the two stunned criminals, and they have hunting rifles. Lincoln grabs a piece of wood and he throws it to the other man, this knocks him away and he shoots the roof, Velvet dodges this and she waits for her time to come in.
The other guy shoots, but Lincoln leaps off and then he whistles. Velvet comes down and she lands the handle of her axe and she knocks the man unconscious. Then the other escapee gets up, and he is about to shoot, but then Lincoln throws a knife and it hits the man on the shoulder and he goes down.
Velvet smirks. "Nice throw."
Lincoln chuckles. "Nice timing."
Then the bedroom door is kicked open, and they see the strong Chinese escapee, and he speaks in a language which they don't understand. Lincoln might know some of it, since he was hanging out with Sid Chang this one time. "I think he said, we are not going to take him way and we are going to be beaten and suffer for what we are doing."
Velvet smirks. "And what the fuck is he gonna do to us?"
They see the man rip hos shirt off, and he has tattoos of the Chinese Zodiac, and he does some kung fu poses, and making this weird Liu Kang sound from Mortal Kombat. This confuses Lincoln and Velvet, and they watch as he does some backflips, cartwheels and some more kung fu poses.
Lincoln and Velvet continue to watch as this guy just continues his random kung fu intimidation and he also does the shuffle and a break dance. Lincoln looks to his watch. "Fuck it." He shoots the man on the right foot, and he goes down and is in pain, and then he yells something in Chinese at them for doing that.
Lincoln sighs. "Dude we don't have time for this shit, and you also looked stupid doing all that kung fu hustle thing. What are you, Jackie Chan?"
Then Luna comes in, with her shotgun. "Guys, we arrived on time and..." One of the criminals gets back up, and he punches Luna in the face, she stumbles and her foot lands onto a bear trap, it clamps down and she screams from the pain and drops her shotgun, the gun goes off and hits the ceiling, and a part of the roof falls onto the man, but he is not dead.
Luna!" Lincoln and Velvet check on her, and Loona and the others see this, Moxxie and Millie apprehend the wounded Chinese guy who is still cursing. But Loona sees the man who survived the falling roof and Loona stands before him.
"This is for fucking hurting my daughter you asshole!" Loona then slashes the man at the mouth, and his lower jaw falls off. Loona then punches through his chest, and she rips off his spine, the criminal is dead. The other escapee sees this, he screams and pees his pants, and so Loona kicks him in the face and he is knocked out.
The wolves all back off, and cops arrive and arrest the two surviving inmates. Loona then goes over, and sees if her daughter is alright.
(Later in the day.)
After what had gone down, we arrive to the main road, where they have Luna by a dropship, and they are tending to her leg injury. Luna cringes to the pain on her right leg after that bear trap, and Lincoln goes over. "Are you doing alright, sis?"
Luna sighs, and sees the bandage wrapping by Velvet. "Not dead, but hurt. This is not gonna be easy to walk around, but hellhound blood should help with the healing, right?"
Lincoln then hugs his big sister, and so she returns the hug. Lincoln was scared when that happened, but Luna took the risk, and what happened was just an unexpected thing. The wolf pack comes over, and they try to comfort both siblings. They accept this and embrace them as well.
Loona sighs in relief from this, and then Moxxie goes towards her. "Time to go home, Loona. Tannins and Athena will inform the other police department from the other side of the border of what went down, and also inform the prison where these five came from. They will be upset to know that only three survived."
Loona scoffs. "They should've kept a closer eye on their fucking inmates next time." Loona goes over, and she helps Luna off her seat, and makes sure she is sitting at another part of the dropship, and soon the others come along inside, but Velvet opens a portal back to hell.
Loona looks to the wolf pack and howls, and the wolves nod and take their leave, the cops are still surprised by the wolf pack helping them, and they all wave to the dropship leaving and the folks who helped them apprehend some of these criminals.
Inside, they continue to check on Luna's injury, and with Lincoln by her side too. Loona is concerned. 'Sam won't like this. They have a gig tonight, and if her leg doesn't heal soon, then they will need to... Or, they might have someone else take that spot tomorrow! I think I know what to fucking do.'
