Izuku laid awake in bed. Eri clinging to his side as she tried to fall asleep. It had been three days since she had officially been adopted into the household.

Three days since he'd done anything with his machines.

He didn't want to put her at risk. She would be in danger if he walked to the Warehouse. She would be in danger if he worked on any of his machinery. He doesn't even want to get into what would happen if she stumbled into his illegal businesses.

Izuku just ran a hand through her hair as she started whimpering in her sleep. The white locks having been changed to a dark green much like his own. Her horn was being concealed by a Quirk that changed her appearance. Eri now looked like his biological younger sister, almost impossible to recognize her from before.

Inko was thinking of buying her something to help her with this situation. They were just in disagreement on what to get her. He wanted to get Eri some sort of pet, maybe a shelter dog with lots of patience or a wrily cat that would comfort her. Inko wanted to get her a large stuffed animal, most likely a bunny or a dog.

Either way, Eri was going to be showered in all the comfort and affection she needs In her life.

Bakugou was livid today. He saw Deku's stupid presentation, how that bolt fucker made some tin can. It's like he's trying to replace heroes with machines.

Not that he'd let that slide.

All he had to do was wait for saturday, then he'd give Deku a piece of his mind. Heroes can do more than whatever tin can Deku makes. He should have stopped trying when he destroyed that fucking notebook.

Yet he didn't.

Now Deku is selling tin cans to randos. Those fucking metal dildos and Tin cans that Deku's shipping out are making him money. Collaborating with Round Cheek's family to show off that Metal Dildo he calls the Azure.

Who the fuck is he to make himself known?!

Well, just you wait Deku, in two days I'll be giving you a talking too.

Eri cautiously held out her hand as she started running a hand through the ball of fur in front of her. The cat just purred in response, leaning into the small hand that stroked her fur. In her other hand was a large plush bunny with sagging ears.

Izuku and his mother came to a compromise. They both got her something to aid her recovery. Izuku bought Mochi from a nearby shelter, becoming rather enamored by the cat when he saw its patience in the presence of children and kittens.

Eri just continued to pet Mochi as she laid against her. Izuku felt a sense of pride well up in his chest, happy that Eri was actually finding things to enjoy in life.

Villainy was on hold, robotics were on hold, right now he has to help this young girl recover.

Overhaul narrowed his eyes as he listened to the report from his subordinates. They had lost Eri, the most vital part of his plan, and couldn't find her. They didn't even get a look at the person who took her, he has no idea where they took her.

He let the two mooks finish talking before he removed a glove. The two men taking a step back as he approached them. They tried to beg, tried to reason with him, he didn't care. His hand reached into the first one and slowly fused him into the floor, the only evidence of his being there was the imprint of his pained expression permanently sealed into the floor. The second tried to run, the floor around him turned to sand as his body was violently minced.

Overhaul put the glove back on, checking his suit to make sure not a drop of blood fell on him. "Chrono, any word from our moles in the police?" Overhaul asked his nearby assistant. "No word sir, who ever took her hasn't gone to the police." Chrono responded. Overhauled hissed as he turned to Chrono.

"Gather as many mooks that we can spare, start combing the city." Overhaul commanded. "It will be done sir." Chrono replied. Overhaul leaned back into his chair, sighing at the sudden change in his plans.

"You can't hide forever Eri, when I find you I will make you beg for mercy." Overhaul muttered as Chrono started sending out orders.

Eri stood behind Izuku as she looked at Jnr. Izuku just smiled before he approached the Droid. "There's nothing to worry about, Jnr. here is something I made to help people." Izuku said as he patted the P.A.M. Model on its 'head'. Eri looked at the machine, slowly approaching it with a hand outstretched.

Jnr. let out a small beep, one of its hydraulic arms slowly extending outwards to meet Eri's own hand. Eri wobbled forward as Jnr. let her wrap her fingers around its metallic claw.

Then Izuku heard a knock at the door. Eri seemed to jump, as Izuku turned to it. "Stay here, Jnr. can protect you if things go badly." Izuku said to here as Eri nodded. He stood up, retrieving his phone to check for any updates related to his other businesses.

No warning from the patrolling Heroes about a villain approaching. Nothing tripping the grid on his lab. No one attempting to break into the warehouse. Cautiously Izuku pocketed his phone and cracked his knuckles as another knock hit the door.

"Open up Deku!!!" Came the Booming voice of Bakugou. Izuku frowned as he heard Bakugou continue yelling. Quickly he grabbed a pair of experimental gloves he had been working on and slipped them on. Izuku opened the door, coming face to face with a raging Bakugou.

"What do you want Bakugou?" Izuku asked in an annoyed manner. Bakugou pulled the door open and got right in his face. "The Fuck you doing Deku!!!! Trying to be make a fool out of the Heroes huh?!!" Bakugou shouted as Izuku's eyes narrowed. "I don't know what you're going on about Bakugou?" Izuku replied as he braced his arms.

"Don't you fucking talk back to me!!" Bakugoi shouted as he slammed his arm forward. Izuku caught him by the wrist and pressed his thumb against Bakugou's arteries. "What are you trying to accomplish here Bakugou? Do you really think this will turn out well for you." Izuku retorted as Bakugou tries to use his other arm, only for it to be trapped much like the other one.

Izuku could smell the burnt sugar of Bakugou's nitroglycerin Quirk, he acted fast. Squeezing both of Bakugou's wrists as tightly as his gloves could grant him. Bakugou sneered as his hands began twisting. "Don't you fire those hands." Izuku warned as they continued grappling.

"Like I'd listen to you Deku!" Bakugou shouted as sparks started flying from his palms. Izuku braced himself, ready to break one of his wrists if he has too.

Then the sparks stopped and something wrapped around Bakugou's waist. "What the hell is happening here?" A stern voice commanded. Izuku looked at the source, recognizing it as one of the Heroes he had seen at U.A.. "Fuck off, I'm teaching this-" "Shut up Bakugou, I'm the one asking questions here." The hero cut him off.

Izuku looked at the scene in front of him, and huffed. "If you must know sir. I was at home when Bakugou started banging on my door. He started threatening me and was going to use his Quirk on me, until you stepped in." Izuku quickly explained his side.

The hero glared at Bakugou, a faint red glow underneath his goggles. "Bakugou Katsuki, you're coming with me." The hero said as Bakugou started struggling. "What the hell are you doing, taking Shitty Deku's side?!" Bakugou asked. "For attempted assault of someone under protection of Heroes. You can't walk out of this one Bakugou." The Hero said as he pulled Bakugou closer.

"I'm sorry for not stepping in sooner. Had I realized what he was going to do I would have stopped him before he was even at the door." The Hero apologized. "Its no issue, I'm just glad that..." Izuku trailed off. "She's doing well?" The Hero prodded. "Better than before." Izuku responded as Bakugou just looked at him like he was crazy.

The hero seemed to smile before he pulled out his phone. "I also have security footage of you need it." Izuku mentioned while gesturing to a camera not far from the door. "That will be helpful." The hero said as a realization seemed to strike Bakugou.

His face didn't change, even as a police car arrived to take him away. As statements were taken from both Izuku and the hero. As the footage was shown, and the others turned to Bakugou.

Izuku just shook his head as Bakugou maintained eye contact with him until the car had driven away.

All For One laid back. The Noumus were almost ready. Soon his protege will strike fear into U.A. while Garaki can strike against the new player on the field. It wouldn't be long until he had the inventor in his grasp.

He could daydream about all the technology, an army of robots at his disposal paired with his Noumus and an uncountable amount of henchmen. A way to steamroll all of hero society. Tear through it, not by subterfuge like he had before, but with raw power.

Oh he missed the old days, before all this shady business. Watching as ships traveled across the sky as machinery did the work which was deemed unnecessary. Then Quirks came along, such a blessing and a curse that they were. The instability caused by such a thing, by its growing numbers.

He watched the world burn, watched as it was rebuilt. Bore witness as the technology of old was swept under the rug and forgotten by the rise of Quirks. He was sad to see all those achievements gone, of what was left.

He remembered working in a factory that made I-Island seem like a rural farm house. How the whole world burned as Politicians pointed fingers at one another. Having to hold a rifle in his hands, firing round after round as his fellows died around him. Everything that humanity had worked for was brought down, ruined by their own greed and hubris.

Then Quirks came along.

And everything happened all over again. Two events happening barely three years apart ruined so much. He remembered seeing one of the most prominent labs in the world sinking to the bottom of the Mariana in a terrorist attack. As people and Government fought once again, as terrorism and vigilantes destroyed what had yet to be rebuilt.

He saw it all.

He helped his brother survive it all. He saw just how low humanity could go, and what he had to do to save them from themselves. His brother disagreed, saying that humanity had to choose for themselves.

They fought, He gave his brother a Quirk to help him survive. His brother used it to fight him. Now, over two hundred years later, that Quirk still persists much like himself.

He has no doubt that his brother, trapped somewhere in there, had to watch the paultry rebuilding effort made by all. Watched as they goated their so called 'improvements' over the magnificence that was lost.

He stomped lamenting, once again burying those memories. Maybe this inventor could being it back, let him be unstoppable.
