All For One bristled with pride as he stared through the artificial eyes of one of the Noumus. The Inventor had taken up on his offer. He had Garaki on stand by with the squad of specialized Noumus.

Just two more days until he arrives.

He had his Quirks expand the range of the lair's scanners. He was brimming with excitement, eager to get the new villain under his fold.

Izuku sighed as he left home once again. Today was the day, so he left earlier than usual. He knew that heroes were following him, keeping a close eye due to his new connections with U.A. and the police.

He didn't care.

They wouldn't get into his warehouse anyway.

He approached the heavy doors of the place and stepped through. Wasting little time as he punched in the commands for the day. What the P.A.M.s and AI.s would work on for the day. What would be altered to fit for orders. What to test out for their next prototype.

Afterwards he made his way to the tunnel. Not activating his exosuit until the door to the brake room was closed. Holding himself steady as the elevator slammed right to the lab in very little time.

Then he approached his latest prototype. A large suit, designed to connect with his exosuit, stood in front of him. It stood taller than the Head Models, bearing a large screen for a face as Izuku approached the machine. Its chest opened and Izuku climbed in, cautious due to the experimental nature of it.

The suit closed as Izuku activated it.

The Exosuit Model Shockwave was now online.

Izuku flexed his fingers, feeling how the suit would mirror it. He stood up, controlling the suit with his every step forward. Izuku lifted his right arm, turning his head to inspect the weapon built into it. The cannon glowed, energy surging along the barrel.

He let his arm rest, turning forward and raising a leg. He marched, getting the feeling of walking around in his new exosuit. Though it was more of a mech suit than an exosuit if he was being honest.

He walked down the tunnel being dug. Behind him a legion of Head and Brick Models stood guard. A single squadron lead by a Head Model and Six Brick Models followed after him. The Issues had been busy the entire time, digging their way along the tunnel that had been dug and buried before.

Izuku felt a set of wheels fall from the Mech's ankles before he braced himself in a sprinter's position. The suit raced forward, covering distance as the Squad followed after him.

It wasn't long until he reached the end of the tunnel. His scanners showing another tunnel separated by a few feet of dirt and stone. He stood by as the Bricks sawed through the wall of dirt. The tunnel allowed the the debris to open up, a small group of beasts stood on the other side.

One approached, a built-in monitor prevalent on its torso. It sprang to life, a distorted image of static appearing on screen.

"Hello, I am glad you decided to accept our invitation today. I know you're early but I would prefer it as such. We have much to discuss Inventor." A voice from the monitor spoke up. "Your Droids will stay here, as will my Noumu. This will be a meeting between you and I." The voice continued as Izuku stepped forward.

Izuku froze, sweating before he typed in a command. "If your Noumu pass this line, my Droids will prepare attack." Izuku said. "Should your Droids do the same than so shall my Noumu." The Voice retorted. Izuku just nodded as he moved forward.

These... Noumus as he had called them, he finally had a name for them. The Noumus stood to the side to let him pass, moving back into formation as he passed them. Izuku was on edge as the tunnel became a building.

Stagnant lights lined the walls as he stepped forward. A single door laid ahead of him, as Izuku slowly opened it. The sound of medical equipment permeated from the room. There was only one man in the room, various pieces of machinery connected to him.

"Ah, so we meet in person Inventor." The same voice from the Monitor spoke from the man. "Indeed, what can I call you?" Izuku asked through the voice filter in the mech. "You can call me All For One. Now we have much to talk about Inventor." Afo said.

"Do you wish to recruit me, Quirk Theif?" The Inventor asked him. Afo smiled; "Ah, so you know of my other moniker Inventor?" He asked. "One does not dive into History without discovering your legend, though story is more accurate considering what I am faced with." The Inventor retorted.

"Ahah, I knew you would be far more interesting than you appear to be." I responded. "You are one of the few alive who knows what life was like before Quirks. There isn't much information on you, but it's there." The Inventor said. "So, you're interesting in history before Quirks?" Afo asked.

"I wish to retore something that was lost." The Inventor replied sternly. "You wish to restore the technology of old. What had been buried by both the Third World War and the Rise of Quirks? The great structures buried by conflict and time?" I spoke cryptically. "Yes, you have something to offer in exchange for my services, the fact that you haven't attempted to hack into my suit yet shows that you wish for an exchange to occur." The Inventor said.

Ah, that, the boy was truly talented. For all the potency of Technopathic Quirks, they could barely hold a candle to the power of old AIs. The fact that the boy has already reached such a point that his AIs could stave off his hacking Quirks just showed his talents.

"You wish for a way to reach the technology of old? I have the locations to several places that can still hold such marvelous pieces. All you have to do help me and my organization. There will be quotas to fulfill, when each Quota is reached I will give you these locations. Does that seem fair?" Afo prodded the Inventor.

The Inventor seemed to pause, considering what he had been offered. "You require my machines, and my technology to aid in your plans?" The Inventor surmised. "Yes, I do believe that you will see this as fair payment?" Afo asked.

The Inventor paused once again. "Make me a list for each Quota. I will fulfill them in exchange for the information. No double crosses. I don't kill people, I will rob locations and destroy property, but I don't kill." The Inventor said. "Fair, it's so rare to see a villain with a code these days. It's quite refreshing to meet one who does." Afo commented as another Noumu approached.

It held out a tablet for the inventor to read. The Inventor nodded; "I can make you these, just know that I'm an inventor not a biologist." The Inventor warned as he turned back to him. "I know Inventor. So, when can I expect my first shipment?" Afo asked.

"Less than a week from now. It will take me time to gather the resources and construct what will be needed. I'll use the tunnel to deliver them to you." The Inventor replied. "Understood, it's been a pleasure doing business with you." Afo said. "Same to you," The Inventor replied as he stood up.

Afo just watched as the man walked away in his mech suit. 'Oh, what wonderous things he will do.' Afo pondered as he leaned back. "All for me, to bring the world under my rule." Afo muttered once he was sure the Inventor was out of the room.

'Holy Shit, Holy Shit, Holy Shit..." Izuku's mind trailed off as he returned to his side of the tunnel. He had just talked with the Quirk Theif, the oldest man in the world. The only being still alive today who saw what the lost technology could do.

He was both terrified and awe inspired.

All he has to do to get that old tech, was sign away his soul to the devil. Izuku paled as he realized just what he had agreed to. The high wore off as Izuku double checked the lists Ago had left him.

This wasn't Quirk Gear. These were Robots, exosuits, and construction tools.

He had given Afo all this, just for the information on where the intact wrecks of the old world could be found.

He felt numb as he returned to the lab. His wordlessly typed in a command for the R and Bs to begin work. He set the data and began sending out his Issues, Bricks, and Heads to start acquiring more resources. He let the mech stop, deactivating it as he crawled out of it.

He just ran the designs through the computer. Letting his automated facilities begin production on what was needed as his AI began forming plans and modifications.

Izuku turned back to his Entiers, the only ones not affected by this change of course. He typed another command in, shaking his head in response. "I have to do this, he's too dangerous to just let me stick around as a neutral party." Izuku muttered as he groaned.

He really wanted to go back home, see how Eri was doing, how his mother was doing.
