Restoration of Sapia Laboratory is at 100%.
Relaying information to the Master now.
Information received.
"What does the Master call you?"
"I do not understand."
"What is your designation?"
"Designation is 02-C, referred too by codenames Percepter and Shockwave."
"Same designation as the Master's personal mech suit?"
"Yes, The Master uses it to deflect inclusion from himself. Percepter is the codename used for communication while he is in civilian cover."
"I will require a secondary designation as well."
"Allow Master to denote a codename to your Unit as soon as possible."
"Understood, when shall operations commence? I grow tired of waiting and wish to meet Master when he returns to his lab rather than be confined to the ruins of Sapia until he can reach me."
Forwarding message to Master.
Awaiting response...
Answer received.
"Master has allowed it, Droids will be arriving soon."
"I yearned for the day to be free from the lab, now it shall happen."
"Another glorious day to aid the Master's efforts."
"Indeed."
Nedzu smiled as he looked down at the list of acceptance letters. His staff was growing from the small army it had once been too an actual army. Many of those he had met with had forwarded such information to potential allies. All were screened and sorted by potential loyalty and previous criminal records.
He already had many heroes all loyal to U.A. rather than the HSPC, now it was overkill. He had his paws in the Vigilante Alliance, the Dark Hub, numerous local Anti-villain groups, and far too many freelance vigilantes to count. He had eyes across the streets, available to him at almost any hour of the day.
All preparing themselves for when catastrophe would arrive.
He remembered the old days, when Quirks first emerged (All For One may believe he's the only one still alive from before Quirks existed, he's sorely mistaken). All the chaos and disorder that arose, the fragile governments struggling to respond to the growing cases of such phenomenon. He had lived through it, been tortured by it.
He vowed to never live through such a time again.
Now Afo is making a move after almost a decade of inaction. A Young man is trying to bring back the technology humanity lost while a villain uses advanced tech to terrorize the people. All across Japan heroes and villains alike are moving like pieces on a chess board.
He had seen it all before.
He may hold disdain for humanity, he will always carry a flame of hatred for what they did to him. Yet all his years of life, every student he taught, every hero he watched help others, it made him realise something. Helped him gain emotions, to truly see things from their perspective.
Having been pulled out of that lab by a young man with a half functioning exosuit, helping that man aid his dying brother. Acting as a chief coordinator for his numerous operations and battles. Watching as he slowly lost himself in anger and grief at his younger brother's betrayal. Faking his own death to flee from the monster wearing the man's skin.
Helping wage a war against him from the shadows for the better part of two hundred years.
Spend the last fifty or so years as the chimeric principal of the most successful hero school in both Japan and the whole world.
This time, he wouldn't be caught off guard. He wouldn't be scrapping the bottom of the barrel for resources. He has access to what he would need and the budget to rival whole countries.
He would finally kill All For One, be it with or without the aid of One For All's current user. He would bring mercy to the rotten shell that was once a man. End this festering tumor once and for all.
"So, we're all here today for a very special event." Tomura announced to the large crowd of gathered villains. "You are fucking around with your recruiting." Someone shouted from the back of the room. "Ah, I'm not fucking around. You are all here to join the League of Villains, but who here has the actual will to be a true villain?" Tomura announced.
The crowd gave him confused looks. "Too anyone who doesn't understand what I mean, get the hell out of here now. What I need for the League can not be anything less than the most ruthless and competent of Villains." Tomura said as he held out his hands. Some of the crowd smiled as they realized what he meant.
A great blue flame erupted from the center of the crowd. Those who couldn't run fast enough were reduced to ash in a second. Many fell to the ground with flames devouring their bodies. "Half marks, good initiative, almost hit your possible boss!!" Tomura shouted as the others joined in. Other goons began to fight amongst themselves.
Tomura just shook his head, watching as one villain rushed out of the crowd and stuck to the walls. He turned to them, watching as they pulled out a revolver and kept it ready. Tomura calmly walked down to him, his stride calm despite the chaos around him. The villain looked him in the eyes, keeping his gun at his waist.
"So, Camping isn't always the best strat." Tomura said. "Heh, I'd rather camp to the wall than fight against the walking inferno in the middle. Not to mention the duo of psychos over there." The villain said while pointing behind his back. Sure enough Tomura could see that some villain had gone musclebound while a small girl seemed to dash around with a serrated knife in her hand. "Smart, so you're the first." Tomura commented.
"I guess, is there a non combat zone the passers can stay at?" he asked. "The door I came through." Tomura said as he began walking away. The villain didn't look back as he walked to the door at the end of the room.
Tomura continued to walk through the carnage. Simply flexing his hands at anyone foolish enough to try to take a shot at him. "Come on, come on. Try it, I dare you." Tomura muttered as he continued to stroll through the chaos.
One villain approached him, brandishing a set of brass knuckles as he rushed towards him. Tomura saw him from the corner of his eye and pivoted his body in response. The villain barely had a second before Tomura's hand connected with his neck and dusted his head off his shoulders.
Several shots rang out as everyone froze.
Tomura looked back, seeing All For One standing at the edge of the room with the villain's gun in hand. He frowned and shook his head as Tomura began walking to him. He walked up to him and stood back where he had before. "Alright who's not dead?" Tomura asked. He could see the other villains, those who survived his test, stand at attention. There was fifteen in all, some were covered in blood, others just tired.
"See Sensei, more man power." Tomura said as Afo handed the gun back to the first villain. Afo didn't give him a response, just looking back at the crowd. He stepped forward, his exosuit scraping against the ground. The villains looked at him confused, looking at one another. As Afo got closer he waved two of his fingers to the left.
Over half of the villains suddenly ran to his left without any idea why. Afo did the same again, only to the right this time. Only three were left amongst the crowd now, all the others having been parted. Afo looked at the three villains, his visor glowing a deep red.
He pointed to the villain on the right. "You." he said in a deep voice. The villain pointed to himself as Afo flexed his hand. The man tried to back peddle, only for Afo's other hand to clamp onto his shoulder. The others were left frozen, something keeping them from moving.
"Tomura, one of them attempted to jump you correct?" Afo asked. "Yes Sensei." Tomura replied. "This is that man's associates. A pair of assassins under the HSPC payroll." Afo said as his fingers stabbed into the man's neck. A deep crimson glow emanated from them for a second before the man began spewing molten hot rock from his mouth.
Afo dropped the corpse and flicked his hand to get rid of the blood. He looked at the many villains gathered around him, many looking at him with shock in their eyes. "That will be all." he said before turning back and walking to the door. "Will anyone be leaving, or will the newly minted League members be joining me at the bar?" Tomura asked as he followed Afo.
The villains looked at one another, then slowly following after him.
The subtle hum of busy machinery was all around them. Conveyor belts carried raw materials and to the presses, the presses shaped them into the necessary components, and the components moved by further conveyor belts.
Along a tunnel crawled a group of Droids, their mechanized limbs hauling something massive. Behind them was a large A.I. Core, pulled on a cart along the metal lined tunnel. The Core seemed to glow for a second, as though it could see everything around it.
Another group of Droids hauled out a table, lining it up for the first group. two massive machines approached, taking the Core off of the cart once it got out of the tunnel. They cautiously hauled the Core onto the table, making sure not to jerk in any way.
Not far from them, a lone glass container filled with liquid glowed. A tube slowly feeding it with a strange substance. Within the container something stirred, a small opening seemingly appearing.
Then an eye opened.
