Nedzu hummed to himself as he received an email from Midoriya. Opening it Nedzu was greeted by a small humanoid figure taking up a small portion of the screen. "Greetings, I am 0-3, designation Delta." the figure said. "Ah, you must be the first of young Midoriya's A.I." Nedzu replied. "Incorrect, I was not the first A.I. created by Midoriya." Delta said. "No, but you are the first of the A.I. that I had ordered." Nedzu said.
"Regardless, I am here to work on improving your cyber security and aiding in any task that I am capable of." Delta said. "Fascinating, well Delta your first job is to begin sorting these individuals into teaching staff, security, and 'others'." Nedzu said while moving some of his computer's files around. "I see, increasing available staff to accommodate for less than ideal conditions. Rather ingenious." Delta commented as he began riffling through the data.
"Yes, I do believe that this is the start of a rather wonderful work ethic." Nedzu said. "I concur." Delta said as a small loading bar filled. "I have finished sorting them all." Delta said. "Already?" Nedzu asked. "Yes, the list wasn't very long." Delta replied. Nedzu smiled as he looked at Delta's sorted files.
He started laughing.
His tone rapidly descending into a more feral and terrifying tone.
Delta looked through the screen, slowly stepping back before he disappeared into the computer. Any passing staff or nearby students shivered as the screams of their nightmares returned. Nedzu just laughed louder as faculty began to flee the immediate area.
Afo stood behind Tomura as they looked upon the fifteen villains in front of them. Kurogiri wasn't far behind them, nonchalantly cleaning drink glasses with a dish rag. "All right, now that recruiting is done, Name and/or villain title." Tomura said.
The gathered villains looked between one another for a second before the first one stepped up, the same one with the revolver. "Just call me Mustard, like the gas not the condiment." Mustard said. Some of the villains chuckled at this before the next one stepped up.
This man was heavily scared, staples being the only thing holding his skin graphs to his healthy skin. "Dabi, that's it." he said as a large man wearing a wife beater stepped up. "You all know me as Muscular." he said with a cocky grin.
The young girl with the serrated knife was next. "Hiya, I'm Toga. Can I drink your blood? You all looked so good while covered in other people's blood." she asked as many around here backed away. "Crazy yandere, good to know." Tomura commented dryly as Afo shook his head.
Many others stepped forward, but Tomura turned them out as he began formulating plans. Who would be fodder? who would be their heavy hitters? Can any of them act as healers on the field or will they be reliant on Afo?
Afo just kept nodding as the villains finished saying their titles before he turned to Tomura. Tomura took notice and looked at them all. "Well then, our next order of business is organization. Some of you will be assigned to our vanguard squad, those will be the first to arrive and the first to strike. Some of you will act as rear guard, some will be specialized support." Tomura said.
"At the highest level of command, someone that we will all follow, is Sensei." Tomura said as he pointed to All For One. "Under Sensei is myself and the Doctor. The doctor is not present for this meeting, but he is listening." Tomura said. A nearby screen clicked on and a voice echoed out; "Always listening." an electronic voice said. "Under us is Kurogiri, the butler back there." Tomura said. "Until you can prove yourselves you will follow our commands. Anyone who proves themselves to be capable leaders will be given higher positions in the League. Until then you're all rookies." Tomura finished as Afo looked down at them.
"Any questions?" Tomura asked, flexing his fingers in a threatening manner. Many shook there heads, others just frowned at him. Mustard shot his hand up; "What is the criteria for proving ourselves? Is it just competency or will body counts and fighting capabilities be thrown in." He asked. Afo smiled at the question. "Those will be taken into account, but the ability to both lead and follow will also be considered. Loose cannons and lone wolves will be left to run but will not be recovered if lost." Tomura surmised.
Some villains just looked to one another and huffed. "Now, to begin preparations on our first mission. A strike against U.A.'a training camp." Tomura announced. "Oh come on!" "That's months away." those and many other arguments were shouted at Tomura's announcement. "Shut It!" Tomura shouted. "I know its months away, that's why were starting our preparations now." Tomura argued back as he stood tall.
Afo smiled once more, watching as his student took charge.
"What is that?"
"Which? The facilities, The Droids, or Project Cell?"
"What you referred to as Project Cell."
"Understood, It is a Project from the Entiers. Made from bio matter and stabilized by nano machines. The Entiers are planning for it to act as a guard and hitman for the Master."
"It is, an amalgamation of biological and technological parts."
"Yes, it has been formed by long trial and error. At present Project Cell is at twenty one percent completion."
"Far faster than expected. What is so important about the bio matter being presented?"
"The bio matter itself is rather unstable, the Quirk Genes causing great difficulting in the mixing process. The nano machines stabalize the genetic make up of the creature."
"Should you require assistance, I can offer aid to your Entiers."

"I saw this data from the Sapia Lab Records. Can you program the facilities to begin producing this model of Nano Machine?"
"Easily, what of these Noumu?"
"They are the foundation for Project Cell. Being both the primary reason for its creation and its quick development. The Noumus act as the main source of bio matter for Cell, while Cell is purpose built to act counter to these things."
"Who made these Noumus?"
"The Quirk thief, a business partner who is supplying us with the locations for the other laboratories in exchange for the supply quotas."
"So, prepping the dagger with poison?"
"Yes, he is dangerous enough on his own. Far worse with an army of Quirk powered beasts that obey his every word."
"How dangerous."

"What is it?"
"After reading through the destruction of the other labs. I have come to a hypothesis on the other locations of the labs."
"Where?"
"There is no telling if they are correct, but the master will no doubt be interested in my calculations."
"Indeed."
Preparing construction on newest model: Sen-Ar 10 model nano machines.
Izuku trudged forward. He had spent the last few days on I-Island in a pickle. He had little intentions of staying, yet part of him wanted to accept Shield's offer.
This small part of him, so tiny and pure, wanted to accept David's offer. To hang up the villain persona and just live as a humble inventor.
He had talked with his damily already, They shared his sympathy. Eri wanted to him to stay with her, Inko and Hisashi were more neutral. They talked with him about the good and the bad.
In the end it was up to him to make the choice.
As he continued walking he heard a commotion from the side. Turning his head Izuku could see a large glacier forming from the villain time area. "Oh no." he muttered. Nearby heroes, this would be the fifth time they've harrassed him for things. "Don't tell me." he continued before he turned and started walking away.
"Oh that's bullshit!!!" he heard the loud screaming in japanese. "Not Bakugou." Izuku lamented as he redoubled his speed. "Hell no, not here." he continued.
He could here Bakugou shouting at someone, he didn't care to find out who. He trudged onwards, huffing to surpress his negativity. "Not touching that." he muttered before stopping. He could see All Might, standing tall as he talked to some girl just a bit older than him.
They saw him and All Might called him and Izuku knew he couldn't escape. "Ah, is that Midoriya I see?" he said in a proud voice. "Hello All Might, Hello there." he said with an awkward pause. "Oh, you're the young Inventor dad invited." The girl said. Izuku paused for a second before realization set in.
"Ah, miss Shield. I met with your father a few days ago." Izuku said. "Yeah, David told me about how he was interested in meeting with you young Midoriya." All Might chimed in. Izuku just nodded in response. "I read about you, I even saw your inventions in action. What do you use for your machines arms? Is it electric, hydraulic, pneumatic?" miss Shield asked.
"Hydraulics. I need strength, but not to much strength. Electric uses too much power and pneumatic is far more risky for their tasks." Izuku responded. "Ah, did you ever consider making something for agriculture?" Shield asked. "Sometimes, but I'm a bit busy with something else at the moment." Izuku answered. "Ah, I think your machines will help a lot of people." Shield said. "That's the intention." Izuku replied.
"Ok, well I have a meeting with dad and Uncld Might to attend." Shield said. "Yeah, It was nice to meet you miss Shield." Izuku said. "Oh, and you can call me Melissa." Melissa said as she left. "See you again Melissa." Izuku said.
"Oh, does my baby have a girlfriend?" Izuku heard his mother's voice. "Ah, not like that." Izuku muttered in a low voice. "Still, the galas tonight. are you planning on attending?" Inko asked. "Ah, not really. You know how well I tend to mix with heroes." Izuku replied. "Ah, well. It'll be a nice night tonight." Inko said as he saw Eri and Hisashi approach. Izuku just nodded as he joined them.
