Izuku triple checked that his exosuit was fully operational. In front of him was a simple elevator, a lone panel on the floor of the tunnel too the Sapia Laboratory. He breathed steadily as he put one foot on the panel, then another. He leaned down, grabbing hold of the handles built into it.

Considering the history of his machines and 'elevators', he was being cautious.

His caution rewarded him as the panel let out a brief whine, then shot forward. Izuku felt his heart jump into his throat as the elevator raced down the tunnel. Only his grip on the handles and the magnetic soles of his boots kept him in place as the elevator gained speed. The lights along the tunnel were nothing but a passing blur as his legs buckled.

Then it slowed down.

Izuku kept his death grip as the elevator slowed. Nothing crazy, just a gradual loss of speed. His heart slunk back into his chest as the elevator stopped just in front of the dugout. Izuku could see the entrance he had cut into the Laboratory. Machines of all kinds hauled materials too and fro around the entrance.

Izuku stood up, taking a moment to recover from the drastic fall of the elevator. He had spent fifteen minutes on that panel, he needed a breather. Steady breaths left his mouth as his suit fed him clean air.

He finished his breather and quickly made his way towards the entrance. His boots clanked against the aged metal of the entry way with each step he took. Izuku couldn't resist the feeling of whimsy that settled in his stomach as he took in his surroundings.

He was here, walking in a relic of the past.

There was no drone, no hacked camera feed. Just his own two legs stepping through the whole place. He was already imagining the countless hours he could spend down here. All the amazing things he could create, all the lost pieces of the past that he could restore.

His helmet display lit up and Izuku could see the map of the facility. His own position pointed out by a green dot amount the red outlines. He took one last look to the dugout, looking at the far end of the place, where all the skeletons were buried. He gave a brief salute to them, a final respect to those of the past.

He walked inside, his eyes darting from the left too the right in order to take in everything. He continued straight ahead, the lights that once remain hollow now illuminated the place. He smiled as the doors slid open and Izuku found himself inside the main elevator. The large circle in the middle of the whole Laboratory.

A soft metallic hiss entered his ears as his A.I. guided the labs automated systems. The elevator hissed once again as Izuku felt it rise. There was no crazed whiplash, just a slow and serene ride upwards. The elevator stopped as Izuku entered the only available door.

He now stood in the command center, resting above the rest of the lab. He ran a hand along the keyboard, letting dust settle on the hand of his suit. He looked around, letting his excitement grow to match his whimsy. As the monitor glowed with the presense of Shockwave Izuku knew he had a busy future ahead of him.

The subtle hum of machinery was present through the whole facility as All For One watched his doctor hard at work. "We've finished the necessary modifications to the lab, with this we can start making more Noumu at an even faster rate than before." Garaki said as he leaned back. A small group of engineers backed away as an electric Noumu stuck its hand into the machine.

A powerful glow overtook the lab for a second before it returned to it's normal level of light.

"Like I said, Our output can now he doubled." Garaki surmised as Afo smiled. "And the new factories?" Afo asked. "Set up, but we only have so many engineers available and our A.I.s are no where near advanced enough to manage all of it." Garaki stated. "Then sort the tasks to the A.I. and use managers to cover the gaps. We have enough man power and more than enough people on our payroll." Afo commanded.

"Sir, if some of them knew?" Garaki asked. "They won't, not between the contracts, my quirks, and some of our agents." Afo countered. "Still, the last time one of them squaked we had All Might and U.A. banging on our door." Garaki pointed out. "This, is not like last time Doctor. I have taken more precaution than before. We have Noumus, we have the League, We have my agents in government and business, We have villains who owe us. Should the heroes try anything, it will be war." Afo explained as he stood over Garaki.

"I know sir, but... the last time." Garaki started. "I know, I lost my face and almost died. We're on our contingency plan, but we have not been standing idly." Afo said. "I don't want to lose you Sir, I owe you too much." Garaki said. "Yes, now let's stop living in the past and look to the future." Afo said.

Garaki nodded as he pulled out a clipboard. "So, What is your plan with our latest acquisition?" he asked. "Oh, I already have a plan, it involves seven minor healing Quirks, three strength boosting Quirks, and a few mutant Quirks, all mixed in with Muscle Growth." Afo explained. "I can already see it, how big are you thinking?" Garaki asked. "Bigger than the All Brawler version. Sadly without the bonus of Shock Absorbtion, but that would just interfere with it's intended purpose." Afo said.

"So, this one isn't custom built to slow down the fool?" Garaki inquired. "No, this one will be all purpose. Not meant to bring down All Might, just slow down any fools who would try to stand between us." Afo said. "You are rather obsessed with him." Garaki commented. "So long as that oaf has One For All he will always stand in my way. His predecessor did the same, and so shall his successor. I need to end the line before it goes too far." Afo said.

"Yes, the singularity, you represent the counter to it while it is the physical embodiment of it." Garaki said. "I mean it Doctor. Give it two generations and that Quirk will be destroying everything around it by simply moving. Anyone who holds it will become a hazard to both themselves and everything around them. Either I end the line that my brother naively created, or they destroy themselves in fifty years." Afo said resolutely.

"I know sir, what about the others?" Garaki asked. "The world will live on, people can rebuild, people can adapt. I just need to get rid of the waiting catastrophe that I created." Afo said. Garaki just nodded as he read over the board.

"Lets get back to other business. How tall are we looking at?" Garaki asked. "Over two meters, maybe two and a half." Afo replied. "That can be done, are we using one of the 'prisoners' or one of the extras?" Garaki asked. "A Prisoner, an extra wouldn't have the desired holding power or longevity." Afo answered.

"Good good, I'll get the process started in less than an hour." Garaki said. Afo nodded as he took one last look at the lab. Noumus in tanks and cages were already being lined up. His own army, a disposable army, but an army none the less.

Izuku strolled past large machinery, frozen in place in a portrait of the old. His R and B Units were hard at work restoring what had once. Izuku ran a hand along the conveyer belt and inspected the various panels and switches close to it.

His mind was racing on what he could do with it all. He already had all the information in the database thanks to Shockwave and Soundwave. Now he had a full facility at his beck and call, a second one to be precise.

Now he just had to think of what to do with it.

He couldn't just abandon the old one. He couldn't just leave this place. Having them separate would cause way too much trouble.

Then it hit him.

Separate-Connected.

Connect them.

Attach them directly too one another.

Wait...

Izuku sighed. He had an idea, a crazy, nonsensical, borderline asinine idea. It could work.

Could... Work...

"Shockwave, Soundwave, I have a plan." Izuku muttered as he began typing into a console on his wrist. "What?"/"What?" was the double response of his A.I. "Can it work?" he asked.

Processing...

Processing...

Izuku waited, glancing around the facility.

"Eighty-Two percent chance of success."

"Possible structural breach could risk permanent damage to the facility."

"Assess potential methods. Take into account structural materials, soil density, and speed of transportation." Izuku commanded. "Two Months of digging and hauling." Shockwave answered. "Even longer should any set back occur." Soundwave added in. "Understood, start diverting resources to this new operation within a day." Izuku said, not waiting for a response.

He began walking to the elevator, plans already in motion.

It hungered yet again.

Feeding was slow today.

Maybe it should start moving.

It shifted in the murky liquid of its chamber.

Nah, to much effort.

As the feeding continued it felt more feed enter its body. Then it felt the things inside of it begin the reconstruction process all over again. Nothing hurt, it all just felt weird.

It began flexing its...

Hands, it has hands.

Did it always have hands?

It has legs too.

What else does it have?

Does it have a tail?

Does it have eyes?

Can it move them?

...

It can move them.

What else can it do?

Project Cell: 49% Complete.

Izuku leaned back at his console, the enthusiasm of exploring The Sapia Laboratory now wore off. He had a crazy idea and already started on it.

Maybe the speed of his progress was getting to him.

Finding The Sapia Laboratory, mapping it out, going to I-Island, and Exploring said Laboratory all within a month can do that to a person.

He checked the data on his total Units count. Checked on the progress of his various operations. Checked on everything happening aboveground.

All was going well.

CRASH!!!.

Izuku jolted as something broke. He turned with the speed of a lightning bolt to where the sound came from.

The tank.

The chamber that the Entier's project had been in.

And Something had just broken out.

Something that was staring at him with big, green, eyes.
