Izuku sighed as he watched the news. The first steps of his main plan were in full effect. Three different support companies all struck within the night. Soon enough his own warehouse will be among the listed victims.

He already had the tunnel between the warehouse and the lair dissembled and filled in to avoid suspicion. Soon his all his work will be gone.

This will be harder than he first expected.

Of course he didn't show any of this. He was already being monitored by U.A. heroes, if he started acting differently that would just tip Nedzu off. So he'll just continue on his day like it was any other day.

Teddy suddenly beeped as Izuku turned to him. "I am detecting an unsteady breathing pattern and heightened levels of stress. Beginning comfort mode." Teddy said before he wheeled over to Izuku. He didn't bother resisting as the machine embraced him and began letting out a soothing hum. "Thank you Teddy." Izuku muttered as he continued on his work. 'It is my job sir." Teddy responded as he continued hugging him.

Izuku took in a deep breath; "Teddy?" he asked. "Yes Sir?" Teddy responded. "Due to the string of robberies, I'll be taking some of you guys to my home. I'd rather keep you close since Eri adores you." He said. "Understood Sir." Teddy replied. Izuku looked back at his screen, he had three more hours until he closes the warehouse.

Just three more hours until he's back home.

Eraserhead sighed as he watched Midoriya lock up the warehouse with one of his robots following after him. Nedzu had ordered them all to keep a closer eye on him due to the possibilty of Midoriya being the Mole. The evidence provided did make sense, some what.

Nedzu himself was still shakey on this, so he couldn't directly pin it down.

"Subject is on route home, will report any divergence." he whispered into his comms. He followed after Midoriya, going from roof top to roof top as the boy continued walking. Ultimately the boy was already use to this, having been watched over for several months.

Between the H.P.S.C., Eri, and the suspicion of the Mole, the kids been busy.

Suddenly his comms beeped. "Emergency, we have a sudden Noumu attack just south of XXXX, three heroes are on scene already. Civilians are still present in the area." the automated voice of the emergency systems echoed out. Eraserhead bit back a curse before forwarding the message to the Underground Hero web.

He could hear the destruction being caused, it was just ten minutes from his current location. Midoriya noticed it as well and began to change his route to avoid the villain attack. "Subject is altering route due to the presence of villains, a substitute is required for either action or monitoring." he reported in while following after Midoriya.

"Warning unknown third party has entered and dealt with one if the Noumu, designation hostile." the comms reported.

What?

Cell had been bored these last few days. He knew he did something that displeased the Master, maybe it was sparing those other villains. He wasn't allowed to leave the lair, not even to feed.

He was getting antsy, very antsy.

Then he heard Shockwave report the sudden presense of prey.

"Seven Noumus detected southwards of the civilian area." the A.I. echoed out. "How? when? let me at them." he praddled out quickly. "Under orders from the master, you are to remain hidden." Shockwave retorted. "But they're close to the lair, I can easily swoop in and eliminate then before being seen." Cell argued. "The Noumu's mere presense attracts attention, their every action is mindless, it would be difficult to confront them without being seen." Shockwave countered.

"I am as fast as All Might, I can easily swoop around and devour them. If I stay here I will start getting hungry." Cell stomped his foot for good measure. Shockwave was silent as the lair shook from the force of his stomp. "Calculating... You have a seven minute window, start going now but return before that window is gone." Shockwave instructed. Cell eagerly nodded and rushed off to the exit.

The old exit scanned his form and let him out before he even had to slow down. The entire world around him seemed to be moving in slow motion as his altered mind guided him to his target. The winding maze of the sewer quickly gave way to the open streets. His senses working to lead him right to his desired prey.

Streets were open, making it easier for him to slink around and rush down his first target. He saw three heroes on scene struggling against the group of prey. One of them was on their flanks and about to sabotage the heroes attempt at a defensive hold.

Not on his watch.

Before any witness could blink he had dragged the thrashing prey away and stabbed into its neck. The prey's dying breath was let out before its entire being was devoured in only a few seconds. The other prey didn't notice, but the heroes did.

More were steadily arriving, ready to bring down this small horde.

It would make his job easier, but he only had so long.

Moving again, he slammed a second Noumu into a wall. The hero it was about to crush just staring into blank space as Cell dragged the prey away. He could hear someone in the far back reporting the sudden and violent disappearances of the attacking prey.

He didn't care, he was hungry.

His tail sunk into the second Noumu and devoured it much like the first one. By now both sides had taken note of his strikes, yet none had seen him. He watched from the shadows, waiting for the perfect moment to strike his next target.

A much bulkier Noumu was climbing up a wall, its maw filled with jagged teeth. Cell gave it little mind as he rushed it before it could impale a duo of heroes on its extending teeth. The structures of bone snapped as the Noumu was dragged away to the shadows.

The fourth one was the easiest, it tried to run away. He didn't even give it a second thought as he stabbed the prey through its head and devoured it. The last three were now mindlessly thrashing about, just trying to cause as much destruction as possible.

Prey number five had numerous eyes all over its head and was striking with four long arms. Any hero who tried getting close was violently thrown to the ground, any attempt at range was swatted away by the limbs. Cell just waited for a second, taking his time to watch for any pattern in its movement.

He waited, knowing full well that his window was slowly disappearing.

Then he struck, rushing out from the shadows and striking right in a gap in the Noumu's defense. It was dragged away much like the others, thrashing about in desperation. The last two turned in the direction of its cries as Cell devoured it.

By now the heroes were growing worried. They had come here to fight Noumus, now they're watching something hunt them.

Number six had to pause as it wrestled against a bulky hero with a potent glow covering their form. Number seven tried to emulate number four, retreating in fear. Cell gave little mind as he struck once again, rushing into six and dragging it into seven.

The heroes could only blink as the last two Noumus disappeared in a flash, their dying screams echoing through the block. They couldn't find the bodies, just the ruined pants they had all been wearing.

Cell would have smiled if he had lips. He let his tail recede as his finished devouring the last two noumu. Checking back he saw there was at least three minutes left before his window was gone.

He had time.

Looking out at the crowd of heroes Cell took note. He took note of their procedures, their communications, he took note of their usage of Quirks and equipment. Scenarios were already playing in his head, how he'd devour them all.

'Homebase, ars you recieving my observations?' he asked, hoping the implants in his head could connect to the lair. 'Reports received, please return to base.' Shockwave replied. Cell huffed, taking a moment to look through their ranking with his implants. None of the heroes present were even in the top Seventy five.

Shelving his disappointment, Cell ran back to base. moving faster than the eye could perceive he kicked one the nearest manhole cover and slinked into the sewers. He ran back, quickly reaching the base entrance.

'Hold it, several others locations are reporting the presence of Noumus. The master has authorized you to strike regardless of if you are seen or not. As you have already struck one area you are to strike all others.' Shockwave commanded as Cell felt data enter his mind. He could see brief glimpses of various types of Noumus, all bring chaos with their every step.

Cell would have smiled at the command, but alas he had no lips.

"Reports are still coming in over the mysterious being who has taken the night by storm. The So-Called Noumu hunter has struck twelfth different locations across Japan which had all been hit by Noumus last night. Many are on the fence on whether this new figure is an ally of justice, or just another villainous figure lurking in the shadows." The news reporter spoke calmly as she read out here script.

All For One just sighed as he watched it play out. Tomura was nearby, sulking at his failed subterfuge. "Fucking bullshit sensei, total fucking hax I'm calling. It wasn't All Might that hit them, he isn't like this. Some new player just rocked up with an ultimate PvPer." Tomura praddled on as Afo sighed.

None of the heroes had gotten footage for the news, none of the parasites called journalists could do the same. His Moles in the police, the H.P.S.C, and the government couldn't get him anything. None of the Underworld had an answer either, and they had more information than any of his Moles.

However one thing stuck with him, it was a blur. A blur that moved like All Might. Since it didn't proclaim its presence like that blonde oaf, that narrowed it down. There are precisely six heroes across the world that can match All Might's speed. The only one of them that is close enough being the number two heroine of South Korea. He wasn't out last night due to needing his exosuit cleaned.

So who could have been out. Only three villains have a Quirk that could match All Might's speed, and they're all either in China or North America.

Unless...?

No, he wouldn't.

The Inventor wouldn't make a machine like that, he wasn't that far ahead in robotics yet.

However the details, only the clothing was left. It seemed to watch and wait, striking before dragging away and somehow moving to always be unseen. The only other creature capable of such movement was the Anti-Might Noumu sent to the U.S.J., the same Noumu he had the Inventor deal with.

Oh...

They have a talk coming up, he's about to finish his second quota. He'll just have to ease into it. All nice and polite, being it up.

Send him the message to not interfere with his plans.
