Izuku could only frown as he looked at the envelope in his hands. A simple reimbursement cheque, hardly enough to cover everything that had been lost in his act of self sabotage. The amount of Yen this cheque was worth could probably cover a smaller warehouse and one or two pieces of equipment.

If he had moved a couple P.A.M. Units to his home before the theft he could have rebuilt it easier, but that would have been suspicious. So he had to start from scratch, with several cancelled orders and who knows how much machinery to make. He had called his benefactors, but most of the extra funding they had given him was used to compensate those with cancelled orders.

The first task would be finding a new place to set up shop, then send said location to the lair. Start resupplying his machines to the populus and use said funding to expand his facility. Rinse and repeat until he had surpassed his old success. Start unveiling some of the new designs after getting back up to speed.

All the while keeping his villain persona on a low profile. Keep them raiding random facilities every night while slowly building towards the next lab. He still had to design an aquatic Drone capable of exploring that deep and returning. Energy isn't the problem, but a strong enough network and the extreme pressure of the deep would be.

Anyway, step one is still finding a new place to set up shop.

He was pulled from his musings as Eri knocked on his door. "Nichan, momma says it's time for dinner." she said through the muffling of the door. Izuku let the letter drop from his hands and fall to the desk before he stood up. "Coming." he said as he made his way for the door.

Plans will have to wait, mom's making kasudon.

The room was tense, Kurogiri stood back as the rest of the League was gather around a large table. "Right team, We'll be going over the plan one more time, once we get dropped off we're going dark." Tomura asked as he looked out to the rest of the League. Several cries of "Yes boss." were called out in response. "Good, then let's go over them one last time." Tomura said before pulling out a large map.

"Our spy at U.A. has sent us a detailed map of the camp they'll be staying at. A lush forest surrounded on all sides by mountains, and ran by the Wild Wild Pussycats." Tomura said while running a finger along the map. "Tonight they will be having their 'bravery test', so that gives us the perfect moment to strike. While the brats are busy acting like NPCs Mustard and squad A will attack from the north east while Dabi and squad B attack from the north west. Toga and Sorrow will be working on interference, using their Quirks to blend in among the brats and wreck havoc on their organization." Tomura paused after this as the rest of the League nodded.

"We have several students listed as targets; Some have Quirks which sensei wishes to use for Noumus, others are potential recruits, some will simply make for good meat shields when the time comes." Tomura said as Kurogiri pulled out a list. "The student lost is rather long, but I can read it out. Those whose Quirks will work for Noumus include Kirishima, TetsuTetsu, Kendo, Shoji, Iida, Kaminari, Jirou, Ashido, Asui, Hakegure, Mineta, Ojiro, Aoyoma, Sero, Sato, Shishida, Kuroiro, Bondo, Kaibara, Tsunotori, Tokage, Komori, Kamakiri, Rin, Honenuki, Tsubaruba, Shoda, Shiozaki, and Awase." Tomura paused as he let the rest of the League analyze the pictures of each said student.

"Those with Quirks that sensei is interested in involve Koda, Yaoyorzoru, Tokoyami, Uraraka, Fukidashi, and Yanagi." Tomura said as he pulled out another set of pictures. The League looked over them carefully. "There are three students that I wish to recruit, those being Katsuki, Todoroki, and Monoma." He said as they looked at the last set of pictures.

"Now any questions?" he asked the rest of them. "Who'se qualifying as a meat shield?" Magne asked. "Any student, civilian, or teacher is qualified as a meat shield should you capture them." Tomura replied as the rest of the League nodded. "How many teachers and Pro Heroes can we expect?" another villain asked. "At least nine in total; both homeroom teachers, the four members of the Wild Wild Pussycats, and three escorts from U.A. academy. Expect Eraserhead and Blood Lad to stay near the main camping area, The Wild Pussycats will be spread out across the camp." Tomura explain while looking out at the rest of the League.

"And the other three?" another member asked. "The escorts are known as Sir Magician, Miss Savant, and Hauler. Sir Magician is an escape artist and the possible alter ego for the villain Mister Compress Miss Savant has a violent tendency and little patience, her attitude and fighting style resembles the vigilante Bloody Mary. Hauler... Little is actually known about Hauler other than the fact that he works with the support course." Tomurs trailed out his answers. The others nodded in response as they processed said information.

"Alright, now Mustard, do you have the supplies?" Tomura asked. Mustard nodded before retrieving two large duffle bags. "Its mostly ammunition, but anyone who can use a gun can take one." he said while opening them. A small selection of pistols, rifles, and shotguns were strewn about between the bags. A few of the members went and grabbed some of the guns while Mustard pulled out a shotgun and his revolver.

"Good, we have a small supply of Noumu as well, they're be the main source of fodder for this mission. If you have the opportunity to take prisoners, use it." Tomura said as they all nodded. "How will we handle so many prisoners around? We don't have a lot of man power for forty students and nine heroes while we're in the dark with communications?" Dabi asked. "Simple, many of our Noumus have a gift from Sensei, an interesting warp Quirk. All you have too do is tap their collars and a small portal will open up to take the hostage. Its rather ingenious." Tomura said while holding out a large collar.

"What if they catch one of our Noumu's?" Another villain asked. "Each collar has a self emulation set if their respective Noumu dies, if the collar is removed, or by remote activation. These are in place to make sure no heroes can follow us back home with said Noumus as guides." Tomura explained before he let the collar drop onto the table.

"Anything else boss?" Dabi asked. "No, that should be all of it. Just remember to not leave anyone behind." Tomura instructed. The villains nodded before Kurogiri approached the table. The other League members cleared away as Kurogiri began grabbing the maps and files, warping them away with his misty body.

"Now we just have to wait." Tomura instructed as he held up his phone.

With little concern another mob of Noumus began moving the equipment around. Staff and engineers were hard at work ensuring the tunnel would be sealed off safely. Unlike the Inventor's end, they had living people here who couldn't dig themselves out of such rubble. The Noumu simply followed the orders barked by such staff.

Garaki just watched as another Noumu was sent down the tunnel with a bundle of small explosives in its massive arms. All For One had been paranoid about the Heroes finding the base here, so he wasn't taking any chances. Most of the connecting tunnels that ran between the League's bar, several of their Noumu warehouses, and the Inventor's tunnel were all being sealed up at this very moment. He was using tracking collars and radio sets in order to keep his web active even without the tunnels.

Still, Garaki had far greater concerns right now. The League was going to be taking hostages, students with various potential Quirks. He had already read through both first year classes and recorded what their Quirks could do thanks to the Sports Festival, he made a list of those that would be most beneficial to more powerful Noumus. He had sent the list to Tomura's League, but who knows how many he would actually get from them.

Quirks like Creation, Dark Shadow, or Zero Gravity were going straight into All For One's arsenal. Tomura wants to see if he can recruit the likes of Todoroki, Katsuki, or Monoma. He would be left with whatever random Quirks could be recovered. Not even the practical ones like those two hardening Quirks, or the Solvent Solution of that one student. For all he knows he may be stuck working with Quirks that would hardly benefit a Noumu.

Garaki let out a sigh as an explosion spit dust out from the tunnel. Workers and staff taking cover as Noumu continued working unimpeded, uncaring even as the dust cut into their bodies. The sound of something snarling caught his attention. "Oh, don't worry Seven. You'll get your time to shine." he said nonchalantly as the snarling turned into a hiss. "Don't give me that sass. You saw that creature Cell correct?" Garaki asked without turning to face it. The things just coed in response before raising a clawed hand too Garaki's shoulder. "Good, I have an important mission for you. You are never to face Cell, only observe. You are one of the Anti-Might contingencies and I don't want to see you be devoured by some upstart's test tube creature." Garaki commanded as the creature let its tongue rest over its hand.

Another explosion rocked the tunnel as Seven ran back, hiding in the darkness of the facility.

"Urgent News, U.A.'s first years have been attacked while training at an undisclosed location by the League of Villains. Current whereabouts on the League are unknown but they are expected to be armed and dangerous. They have kidnapped several students from both classes as well as two heroes who had been present at the scene. U.A. has yet to make a statement on the situation.

Can we really trust U.A. with creating new heroes when they can't keep a single class safe from villains?"
