Izuku leaned back as he let the time pass by. His automated facility was doing work just fine, he had finished the blueprints for his latest design, and the beta version was currently waiting for its power core to be finished.

He had nothing else to do.

The lair was still being moved, so he can't do anything about that.

Unless...

Pulling out his phone and activating one of his backdoors in his computer he began shifting through his files. Data taken from Afo, Overhaul, Nedzu, and the H.P.S.C. was quickly brought out. Izuku took one last glance back before considering his next move. He had Shockwave and Soundwave connect to the backdoor and began feeding a plan to them.

Data on various prisoners and villains was organized. Blueprints and infrastructural data flashed by his screen as he organized various notes. This plan would take a long time to set in motion, and it would be even longer before he launched it.

A break in at Tartarus.

Not for Afo of course, he'll leave that for the League to worry about. Rather he needed some sort of major distraction while moving the next lab around.

If his data was correct the Faria Laboratory would he just a hundred kilometers from the mainland. Exploring it would take time. Moving it would be doable, but much easier to detect than his prior moves.

So breaking enough villains out of Tartarus while he's moving the Faria Laboratory would make for a good distraction. Add in the fact that he could just let Cell out and hunt for a while, get him out of the lair while this important business is happening.

Then he paused, on a file labled Lady Nagant.

He sifted through the data, taking note of differences between those from the H.P.S.C. and Nedzu's own. The Comission's dark web presence added to his own findings as he began glaring at the screen.

He may need to break in sooner than expected.

Quickly he started typing out a command to his lair A.I.s, his eyes never straying away from the screen.

"It can be done, but the probability of failure or lost technology may increase." Shockwave replied. Izuku just looked back at his data, then sent another message. "The explosives are ready to be detonated at a moment's notice. No one has detected them." Shockwave said. Izuku nodded before smiling.

Even though he was going to rush this next step, he still had to be careful. One wrong move will bring about anarchy to Japan. Go too far and the message will be lost, go too soft and no one will listen.

He had to find a balance for it.

"Time to start on Operation Precurser." He muttered before sending the file to the lair. Steadily the data disappeared, traveling through the backdoor before being sealed away. Any semblance of plans on his work computer disappeared before he turned it off. He checked the time before pocketing his phone. It was around Twelve, almost lunch time.

"Might as well." he muttered before standing up. He ran a hand through his hair before starting to walk out. "One day Comission, one day." he whispered with promise.

Tomura looked out at the dingy apartment they were currently staying at. Twice, Magne, and Dabi were busy playing cards in the background. Kurogiri was resting with a pack of ice on his head. He had sent Toga out to get supplies with a stolen credit card.

He groaned.

The doctor hadn't given them any info on a new base. Kurogiri was still out of comission since that hero bastard cut him up inside. So they were currently running around blindly until they can find a proper lair.

To make matters worse the entirity of the hero community had put them on a hit list due to their connection with sensei. He knew that the title All For One carried a reputation, the fact that reputation brought a kill on sight order was less than kind.

He let the quiet atmosphere of the apartment carry for a second before he turned to Kurogiri. Light groans left the noumu's mouth as he stired every so often. He needed to get him up and running again, or else they'll be run down and killed.

"Anyone know first aid?" he asked. Magne just shook her head while Dabi shot him a blank look. "No can do boss/We can get the bullet out with some knives and staples." Twice said with jubilation. Tomura just shook his head as he looked at his minions. Their healer, their tanks, and some of the cheap muscle were already brought down. Some tried to flee from the heroes, other tried fleeing the League.

None of them lived to tell the tale.

All he had left was an infiltrator, a wild card, some quick dps, some muscle, and an inactive positioner.

He can make it work, he just needs Kurogiri back.

"Do any of you know an under the table doctor?" Tomura asked. Magne just shook her head again. "I killed my guy after he finished treating me." Dabi replied. Twice didn't respond, too busy looking at his cards. "Just great." Tomura sighed as he turned back to Kurogiri.

With little else to lose he brough his fist up and slammed it down onto the Noumu's chest. Bits of dried blood shot from Kurogiri's mouth before his eyes shot out widely. "Come on, all you Noumu's possess healing factors, kick in already." Tomura said as Kurogiri stired. The other members of the League just watched as Tomura rested his elbow over Kurogiri's chest and jabbed downwards.

Kurogiri shot up and punched Tomura in the gut. Tomura shot back as he clutched his gut in pain. "Master Tomura, cease this at once!" he yelles while standing up. "Good to see you in the land of the living again." Tomura just dryly commented while standing up. The other League members just watching in shock.

"Alright, what do you need?" Kurogiri asked. "The back up lair, the one closest to the doctor." Tomura said. Kurogiri nodded before looking around. "Is this everyone?" he asked. "Toga's still out." Dabi commented as Kurogiri nodded. "Understood, I'll just send Tomura for now." he said while forming a warp cloud.

Tomura walked throught it, finding a rather unique site. The doctor, angrily slamming his hands on his keyboard while a screen flashed a number of messages and calls."Why isn't he answering damnit!!!" the doctor shouted.

Tomura just looked at the man, then moved forward. "This is what you've been waisting time on?" Tomura asked with great annoyance. The doctors turned to him and scowled. "You wouldn't understand brat, what do you need?" the doctor asked. "The back up lair." Tomura said bluntly. The Doctor fished out a set of keys and threw them at him.

"Take it and leave." was all he said before turning back to the screen. Tomura looked at the array of messages, noting how all of them were ones the doctor had sent. "Tech trouble?" Tomura asked. "Fuck off, that bastard rigged All For One's suit to break apart. Now he isn't answering my calls." The doctor screamed before Tomura saw something crawl out from the shadow's behind him.

"Just asking, probably going to make a plan to free Sensei anyway." Tomura commented before he walked away. He ignored the hungry snarling of the weird Noumu and made for the bavk up lair. Kurogiri had him get the keys so all he had to do was unlock it and wait for the rest of the League.

Wandering down the tunnels Tomura ignored the absent lighting and travelled for a time. Nothing really happening as he made it to the back up lair's entrance. Running the key along the scanner he opened it...

Just to find the rest of the League already there with Kurogiri and Toga, a small plate of foot set out for him. Tomura doesn't sigh, just shake his head. Not that he's going to turn down the meal.

Cell hummed calmly as he strode along the streets once again. He finally managed to get a hat, sure it was taken from some no name's corpse, but it was his now. It made him look rather stylish if he did say so himself.

Either way, his recent meal was rather filling, if a bit on the screamy side. He should really stop going for limbs, keep it to the torso and head. Still, the taste pailed in comparison to the spices and flavor enhancers in normal food.

He stopped for a second, taking note of footsteps above him.

He looked up, taking note of the various people running above him. They were familiar, very familiar.

Cell looked up, then looked at the location of the sun. "Yeah, I got time." Cell said before jumping up and following them. His legs carried him at haste with the group on the rooftops.

He also noticed a new recruit, of much shorter stature.

Then he saw what they were aiming for. Nearby was a lone hero out on patrol, Planterra or something. The group quickly took positions across the roof tops for an ambush. Cell just watched, seeing the almost ease that the group used to bring down the hero. A faint trail of poison mist trailed down, killing Planterra's means of defense before an arrow pierces their skull.

It was like watching a pack of wolves in action.

Still, it just made him hungry.

He waited until the group had moved on before jumping down and inspecting the body. The poison mist would definitely mess with the taste, but Cell was curious. He stabbed in the corpse and began feeding, the taste rather repulsive due to the toxins present. Cell just frown as he looked at the pile of clothes left over before he looked up.

The group were looking down at him in shock, and he now recognized them. "Long time no see, I see you have another member." Cell commented. "You, you're the..." the lizard boy tried to say. "The Noumu hunter, yes. Still having nightmares about me eating that grunt are you?" Cell asked. They didn't answer, just glared at him. "Well its been nice, but I must be leaving." Cell said as he walked away.

He heard a blade flew through the air, but rather than take action he just turned. Watching as the knife flew right for his eye. In a flash it was broken as he watched poisoned mist wade onwards. Stain jumped forth, his Disciples following close by. Cell just primed his tail and struck forth.

Stabbing Stain clean in his arm.
