J groans as she rubs her head as she reboots up to wake up "Where…Where am I?" She said and opens her eyes and sees she is in the Defendant Lobby and she sat up on the couch she was on "The waiting lobby…? What happened?"

She thinks on it and remember what happened and gets sad "Oh, right…I lost the trial. And I was….hallucinating." She looks down sadly.

But when she looks up in her surprise standing in front of her was Terra who smiles and said "Ah, you're finally awake."

"Corporate Pool!" J yelps again and falls off the couch she was on the floor face down.

"H-hey! J!" Terra said surprised, he then adds "'Corporate Pool? That's no way to greet an old friend! J, I want you to look at me."

J gets up and turns to look at Terra who smiles, then in a flash as J focuses she sees Terra but he was in Jaden's clothes, his hair even matched Jaden's. J in shock said "Y-You're…J-Jaden…?"

"Didn't you know the Yuki family have strong heart powers…?" Terra explained to the drone. "When you accepted your defeat in court…It appears that was enough of a shock to awaken Jaden's true powers."

"So… Jaden is channelling your heart through his, Terra?" J asked following it along.

"That's right." Terra said nodding "I am Jaden, but I'm also Terra." He then looks serious "Now, I want you to listen to me, J. Jaden never gave up. You can't either! That's what I came here to tell you."

J looks at him surprised and said "B-but!"

"We don't have much time, J. Now listen." Terra said to her "You've already won."

"Huh…?" J said confused.

"You have that Receipt in the court record, right?" Terra asked.

"Um… oh, yeah!" J said pulling out the Receipt "The one you wrote 'Jaden' on…?"

"J! Jack wrote that, not me!" Terra told her.

"So… so what do I do with it?" J asked confused.

Terra sighs and said "Look at the front of the receipt!"

"The… front?" J said looks at the front of it reading it 'But it's a regular receipt…Looks like it's from a famous department store. 1,000.00 credits…Wow, big spender! Item…Glass light stand…!' Her eyes widen at that. 'Date of purchase….September 4….' Her eyes widen more in shock "September 4!"

"That's right, J." Terra said smiling. "I bought that stand the day before I was killed!"

"Whoa!" J said amazed

"Now, what did Mr. Jack say in his testimony?" Terra asked.

J thinks back to the Testimony as Handsome Jack said "It was the beginning of September…the week before the murder."

J then said, "He said he saw the stand the week before the murder!"

"There you go!" Terra said smiling he notices some troopers moving round. "I think the court is about to reconvene. Go do it, J! You know you're innocent, now you just have to prove it!"

"Right!" J said nodding with renewed confidence as she updates the Receipt in the Court Record. She then goes to re-enter the court room.

September 9, 1:16 PM, District Court, Courtroom No. 1

Court resumes as the Members of the Court sit in the stands while J stands across from hunter at the respective benches and Terra stands with the drone.

Maccadam bangs his gavel to quiet the members of the court and said "Court will no reconvene for the trial of Miss. Serial Designation J. Is the defendant… rather, are you alright, Miss. J?"

"Yes. Sorry, Your Honor." J said a little embarrassed. "I'm fine now."

"Them, let's start where we left off." Maccadam said with a nod.

Hunter smirks and said "Your Honor. There is nothing to go back to! The cross-examination of Mr. Jack is finished! All that is required now is for you to pass judgement on the defendant Serial Designation J!"

"Hmmm…" Maccadam thinks.

J then slams her hands down on her bench and said "Your Honor! Please, give me one more chance. I promise you, this the last time I'll ask you!"

"Hmmm…" Maccadam thinks more and said "But, as Mr. Deamonne has noted, the trial is more or less finished. Mr. Deamonne, do you have an opinion on this matter?"

Hunter bows and said grinning "I say… let us give Miss. Serial Designation J her 'last chance'" He was confidant on victory.

"Very well!" Maccadam said nodding and looks at J "You may begin your cross-examnination."

Jack was brought back to the witness stand and J got the recording of the Wiretapping testimony but J wastes no time and presents the Receipt, with the back showing first, on the first statement saying while grinning "Objection! Look closely at this. See the word 'Jaden' written in blood…?"

Hunter laughs and smirks "Bwah hah! You're grasping!"

J looks serious banging her hands down and said "I think not. Look at the other side of the receipt." She grins.

"Th-the other side?" Hunter asked confused.

"Your Honor." J said giving the receipt to the Purge Trooper to give to Maccadam "Would you tell the court what is written on the other side of that receipt?"

"Hmmmm…" Maccadam said looking at the receipt. His optics widen "Well! A 'glass light stand'! And the date of purchase…Why, that's the day before the murder!"

Both Hunter and Jack were shocked and reacted as such when that bombshell was revealed.

"You see!" J said to them all. "Mr. Jack. When you allegedly entered Yuki & Co. Law Offices at the beginning of September..." She shakes her head and grins "The stand could not have been there!"

"Kwaaaaaaaaaaaaaahh!" Jack screams out and bangs his head on the stand again damaging the mask more.

"Well, Mr. Jack?" J said folding her arms. "Can't get out of this one, can you?"

"No…It's idiotically impossible…" Jack said head still down but his body shaking.

'Uh oh… he's losing it.' J thinks concerned. She looks to Maccadam "Well, Your Honor. I understand there must be quite a bit of PRESSURE on you." She slams her hands down "But I think you'll agree you can't judge me 'guilty' under these circumstances."

Maccadam optics widen and he said "Very well." He bangs his gavel "That, that is all for the trial of…"

"Objection!" Hunter calls out and tsks smirking "Not so fast, Serial Designation J!"

"Eh?" J said worried, just what was the Prosecutor planning. 'What! No way can he worm his way out of this one! Oh wait… I forgot. It's Hunter.'

Hunter bows and said, "There is a certain thread of logic to the defendant's claims." He slams his hand down "However! There is no concreate proof that Serial Designation J is innocent!" J was surprised at that as she sweats more "Ergo! I would like to request one more day before Serial Designation J is granted her freedom. I need time to make one more inquiry into this matter."

"Hmmm…!" Maccadam said to that and thinks.

'Another inquiry…?!' J thinks shocked 'This isn't going to be another one of those 'updated autopsy reports'! This guy just makes up evidence as he pleases! This is bad…!' She objects to this slamming her hands down "Mr. Jack's guilt is obvious! There is no need to prolong this trial any further!"

"Hmmm" Maccadam thinks and said "Well, Mr. Deamonne?"

Hunter shrugs grinning "If anyone is going to call Mr. Jackto trial, it would be me, the prosecution. In need a day to ascertain whether these new claims have any basis in factual evidence!"

"Hmm." Maccadam thinks and said "I see. Objection denied!"

"Whaaat!" J said shocked

Maccadam bangs his gavel and said "The completion of the trial of Miss. Serial Designation J will be postponed until tomorrow."

'No! There's no telling what will happen if I can't end this now!' J thinks worried 'Hunter is sure to come up with or just make up something! And after Terra showed up to help me and all…'

Jack recovered and recomposed his mask very cracked but he grins posing and said "Mr. Your Honor! May I go home now?"

"Of course. Thank you for you time." Maccadam said.

'Void contract!' J thinks worried, she was so close

"The witness will stay!" Terra suddenly called out.

'T-Terra…!' J thinks surprised

"J!" Terra said looking at her and hands a piece of paper "Read this note out loud."

"Terra? What's this…?" J said looking at the note as Terra nods, the Court Record updates to include Terra's Memo which was a list of people's names in his handwriting. She looks to Maccadam "Your Honor. If I may…?"

"You're quite persistent today, Miss. J!" Maccadam said surprised.

'You bet I am! My literal drone life is riding on this one!' J thinks "I hae something I would like to read to the court" She then presents the memo saying "Take that!" She begins to read.

We come to J's mental world as she says while writing "The memo Terra had given me was a list of names. Many of them sounded strangely familiar. People in finace, famous celebrities…That's when it happened."

"S-s-stop! Ceases! Hold it!" Jack cries out in a mad panic "P-please, stop! Make her stop! How… how did you get that list?!"

"Mr. Jack." Terra said looking at man who ruined his family straight on "Admit your guilt, right here, right now. Or else this list will be released to the press!"

Jack screams and slams his head sown again shattering his mask compleaste revealing his face which was the same as the mask but has a massive upside-down V shaped scar on it.

The court is silent as Jack stands straight looking down and said "I…I confess. I confess. I… I did it. I hit him. I hit Mr. Terra with 'The Thinker'!"

"Case closed, Your Honor." Terra said to Maccadam. Indeed, Jack was looking down. Hunter was glaring angrily and J rubs her head sheepishly.

Maccadam nods banging his gavel and said "Well, I see no reason to continue this trial. Miss. J?"

"Yes, Your Honor." J said looking at him.

"You've down it again! That was quite a spirited defence!" Maccadam said smiling.

"Yes, Your Honor." J said sheepishly smiling "I guess you could say that." She thinks 'If only you knew how 'spirit'-ed it was!'

"Hmmm. Well! This court fins the defence…Ahem! Rather, the defendant, Miss. Serial Designation J…NOT GUILTY" Maccadam declares and confetti falls as the members of the court cheer and he slams the gavel and said in closing "That is all. This court is adjourned."

September 9, 2:24 PM, District Court, Defendant Lobby No. 1

J and Terra were in the Lobby relaxing from that intense trial and happy to close the case.

"Well, I never though I'd be saying this again…" Terra said smiling looking at J "But, congratulations! You're lucky I was born a Yuki!"

"I'm lucky I had both you and Jaden on my side." J said with a smile.

"I'm glad you made it." Terra said nodding. He thinks and then said "Thank you, J. You risked a lot to help me… and Jaden. I won't forget it as long as I live!"

'As long as you 'live'…?' J thinks confused

Terra then said "My time here's running out."

"Huh?" J said surprised.

"Jaden's powers are still weak." Terra explained "I can't stay here that long."

"W-what?! No! There's still so much to say!" J said in shock.

"Don't worry. I'm sure we'll meet again." Terra said in reassurance.

"B-Boss!" J said to him worried.

"Haha. I'm not the 'Boss' anymore.' Terra said with a smile "J? Can you come to the office tonight… say. 9:00?"

"The office…?" J said confused.

"I'll see you later." Terra said to her and leaves walking out the lobby.

"Boss… Terra!" J called out

September 9, 9:02 PM, Yuki & Co. Law Offices

J walks through the doorway to the offices, during the day she heard Hyperion intends to shutdown it's information sub-division due to avoid negative PR coming to them. J was happy that it will be gone, it did so much harm then good.

J looks around the dark room and thinks 'Being here, it's hard not to think about that night…'

"You came!" A male voice said from somewhere in the room.

"Terra…" J said to that.

"I was kind of worried you might not." The male voice not coming out.

"Huh? Of course I came…" J said surrpsied.

"Well then!" The male voice said then added "I'm pretty hungry. How about a burger?"

"T-Terra…?" J said confused.

The voice was silent then bursts out laughing "Bwah hah hah! You should see your face!"

"Terra!" J said to that.

Then out from hiding came Jaden with a smiling face "What are you talking about? It's me! Jaden!"

"J-Jaden…?" J said in surprise and confusion.

"What, did I look like my brother?" Jaden asked her smiling.

'Look like… You WERE him!' J thinks at that

"Hmmm! I might be able to use that." Jaden said thinking. 'Oh, J! Go to the store and buy me lunch, would you?'"

"Uhm, Jaden… Why are you here?" J asked really confused.

"Because of this!" Jaden said holding up a letter to the drone girl. "See? Terra wrote me a letter. 'Take care of J for me.'"

"Take care of… huh?" J said still confused.

"He means the office! This office!" Jaden told her. "Someone has to help with the new J & Co. Law Offices, right? And who better but me! Jaden Yuki, reporting for duty!" He salutes. "Wait, no, on second thought, let's make this casual! Yo, J! Jaden here, ready to get down to business! You don't mind me being so casual and just call you J, right? Terra said that's what your friend Joey calls you."

'Hmmm…?' J thinks on it

"You know what this means? We're partners!" Jaden said proudly.

J was in her mental world and writes out as she says "You know, when I think about it…It is Jaden's fault I'm here now. But…If it wasn't for him I'd probably be in jail!"

"'J & Co. Law Offices' It's got a good ring to it." J said smiling "Yeah! Thanks, Jaden!"

J opens her eyes as she shakes Jaden's hands but then looks shocked as she sees standing between them placing a ghostly hand ontop of there and smiling was Terra.

"Good luck, J." Terra said to her smiling "I'll always be here…watching."

"Right! Okay, J, let's do it!" Jaden said happily.

"Huh? Do…what exactly?" J asked confused coming out of her shock.

"Why burgers of course! Burgers! And maybe we can play a game of Dual Monsters later!" Jaden said happily "I know a great burger joint just down the street. Come on! Time's a wasting!"

"O-okay! Wait up!" J said recovering
