A.N. — Here's someone Mineta only wishes he could be... in more ways than one. This dearly departed hero might have the most badass death in the series, especially for the small part he plays. But his drabble actually was a struggle for me to write.

For a hero who looked straight out of a super sentai show, Master Driller's death was anything but child friendly.

He'd been assigned to the team responsible for evacuating Jaku City, his drill arm vital for clearing a civilian escape path. Instead, he found it wedged into a nomu's maw to protect his teammate Burnin. He wasn't making any headway against the ring of sharp teeth, but found the brain far easier to bore through when the creature started to swallow him. It was an unsurvivable position, but to save a life, he had to be willing to give his.
