A.N. Hi guys. I know this is a day early for me to say this, but we've officially reached three years. This fic was posted on December 29th, 2019. And It's the end of 2022 now. That's another milestone for me, and I am honestly happy that I not only got this far, but also have not lost the drive to keep going. On that note though, there is something that I want to ask you people that read my stories. To give some context, my family knows about the popularity of this particular story and also fully supports it, however there was one thing that they were all pretty vocal about. They want me to get paid for this. So, here is my question to you guys. Do you think that I should set up a pa+reon? Keep in mind, that if I do this, the way that I would do it would be like how NicoB does his. I would only do a single tier that is just one dollar, and everything would be available. I would most likely use the to post the fanart that people send me (fully crediting the artist, of course.) Probably post some polls about what you guys think might happen next, and also use it for DMs. So, do you guys think it's a good idea? I'll only do it if I see enough people say that it is a good idea, because I honestly am on the fence about it. (Mainly because I could technically get in trouble for profiting off of Disney, SquareEnix, and Horokoshi's properties) Let me know in the reviews or DM me after this chapter.

Chapter 87

[Silence]

The League of Villains had mostly regrouped back at their temporary hideout, after most of them had come back from shaking the police off their backs, or trying to get new recruits into their ranks, of which, ended in no new allies, but plenty of corpses, be they burnt up or bled out. Dabi was sitting on a crate, minding his own business, Spinner was tinkering with his sword of swords, Compress was practicing his art of deception, Tomura was playing an offline mobile game, while Kurogiri watched, and Magne was polishing her magnet. Twice was not there, as he was still out.

Vanitas sat on a metal barrel, watching Himiko, who was currently transformed as Sora, with a metal rod in her hands. She was practicing sword techniques, mimicking what she saw from the real deal. The Dark Remnant thought it wise to not only ensure that she could act like him, but also fight like him, if the need to happen. Thanks to the Guardian of Light, primarily choosing to get up close, flip all over the place and swing his Keyblade around, rather than stay back and blast people with magic, like Aqua would, it would be much easier for her to mimic Sora's fighting style, since she too was acrobatic, and loved to get up close.

Toga had mastered the basic three hit combo that Sora so often used, and managed to replicate the combo extensions that didn't involve magic. It was obvious that mimicking combat techniques came a bit more naturally than masking her darkness. He silently watched as she finished practicing Sora's form, before transforming back to herself, once again, naked. "So? How was that?"

Vanitas tossed her clothes back to her. "If only you could mask your Darkness as well as you could mirror his moves."

"Do you always have to criticize the people you talk to?" Magne spoke up.

[Play KH Project Destati: DARKNESS -The Silent Forest-]

"I'm just speaking the truth." The Dark Remnant replied. "Knowing the moves and having the looks won't mean anything, unless she can perfectly mask her Darkness. She'll be found out almost instantly if she tries anything as Sora and can't mask her Darkness."

"Aww. You could just say you're worried about me. I won't judge." Himiko teased, which he ignored.

"Why are you so fixated on her wanting to perfectly act and fight like him anyway?" Magne wondered.

"As much as I hate him, Sora's trustworthiness, and kindhearted nature could be useful to exploit and gain information, or to use as bait." Vanitas answered.

"So you're using Toga as a tool?" The transgender Villain pointed out. "Pretty sure that we didn't sign up to be used like objects."

Vanitas rolled his eyes under his cracked mask, thinking that him needing to defend his case was just stupid. "I'm training her, to improve her capabilities. She needs to be perfect, so I'll make her perfect."

"And once she's 'perfect', then what?" Magne questioned.

"Then she can transform into that moron to her heart's content and do whatever as him." The Dark Remnant explained. "Gather intel, make friends, gain connections, anything that only he could do that would benefit us."

"It still sounds like you're using her, to me." Magne was still skeptical.

"It was my idea to ask him to judge my impression, remember? I'd say he's doing his job as best as he can." Toga spoke up. "And if you're still not sure, then why don't you come with us, Big Sis?"

"Come with?" She repeated.

"Us?" Vanitas repeated.

"Yeah! You usually head out to do that, 'population control' with your little Heartless shadow critters about now. I can show Magne how this training is paying off, and it'll be fun. Better than staying cramped up in here."

"You just got back here." Both people she was talking to said at the same time.

"Yeah, and I'm bored already, doing the same shtick that we've been doing since we regrouped." Himiko said. "Besides, I only have two days worth of Sora's blood now, after weeks of doing the acting and air fighting. Why not put my progress to the test against the Heartless, since he's so used to fighting them?"

Vanitas resisted the urge to groan. Out of everyone in this League, this girl was the only one who could slither her way into making him consider doing something he would normally never do. First, it was that dumb QnA when they first talked at the bar after she was officially recruited, which included cutting himself open to give her some of his blood, then the fact that she convinced him to actually judge her ability to act like Sora, and now she is making him consider taking both her and Magne with him to reduce the Heartless populations in the remote areas that he keeps them in.

Even though his face was covered by his mask, his body language showed Toga that he was annoyed, but less in the sense that he was tired of her, and more in the sense that she was correct, and he was annoyed that she had a point. If history repeats itself, then she already knew what was coming and kept the metal rod in her hands.

"Ngh." The Dark Remnant snapped his fingers and a dark corridor appeared behind him. "Come on."

"You're actually letting us come with?" Magne was surprised.

"Yay! Come on, Big Sis!" Himiko cheered before happily skipping into the corridor. "Let's kill stuff together!"

The transgender Villain got her magnet and followed Vanitas through the dark corridor, leaving the other League members present to process what just happened. "Did he just...?" Spinner questioned.

"Yeah." Dabi confirmed. "Only Toga could weasel her way into having him do that."

"The young actress didn't even need to gain favor from our director, this time." Mr. Compress pointed out.

"It doesn't matter to me." Tomura stated. "As long as he cooperates and helps us with our goals, I don't care what he does. And if he decides to play nice with us, all the better. It'll make working with him easier."

"On that, I believe we can all agree." Kurogiri replied.

The Dark Remnant and the two female Villains that accompanied him then exited the Dark Corridor. When it closed, the three Villains were in a forest that was literally irradiating with Darkness, with many Heartless nearby noticing the three immediately and running towards them. "Hm. Well, then, I guess we're starting the combat now." Vanitas said, tossing his black coat off of his body, before summoning Void Gear in his hands.

Magne had her magnet unwrapped, ready to crush the monsters with it, and Toga had the metal rod in her hands, taking Sora's battle stance, and mimicking his attitude to take them seriously, catching Vanitas' attention. As the Heartless pounced towards the trio, they all sprang into action.

Vanitas was the first to attack, horizontally slashing through five Shadows that were all lined up in the air in front of him, splitting them all in two with that single slash. A Neoshadow came from below the ground he was standing on and attempted to latch onto his ankle, but the Dark Remnant was so familiar with the Heartless' tactics and instincts, that the descriptions basic and predictable were too generous of words to use to describe the creatures of Darkness. He kicked the Neoshadow in the face, before stabbing the face with Void Gear, killing the creature.

Magne dodged an attempted slash at her chest and slammed her magnet down at the Shadow that attempted to hurt her, crushing the bug under the weight of the magnet. She then activated her quirk and noticed something was immediately off. It was not affecting the Heartless. "What? Do these things not have genders?"

"Your power only works on people!" Vanitas pointed out. "Heartless with people's hearts don't classify as people! And even if they did, the hearts that these Heartless are made from belong to the animals here, which aren't people, idiot!"

"You could do without calling me an idiot!" Magne responded while punching away a Shadow that came at her.

"And Sora does this every day?" Toga's voice was heard as she was swatting away multiple Shadows coming at her, using Sora's moves to surprisingly good efficiency. "He probably gets cut a bunch by these little critters and bleeds everywhere." She was getting excited, as she then mimicked the Ars Arcanum technique, swinging hard and disorienting multiple Heartless with 18 consecutive power strikes at an impressive speed. Vanitas blitzed to the stunned monsters and swiftly killed them off, before casting multiple Dark Blizzard spells at an incoming wave of Darkballs, freezing most of them solid on contact. Magne then ran past him and punched one of the still charging Darkballs in its nose area, while Himiko jumped over a Darkball that went to bite at her and landed next to the frozen Darkballs, before speaking up again. "Oh, how many times has he bled, I wonder? How hot has Sora looked before?" She then mimicked Sora's Sonic Blade technique, thrusting her metal rod into the frozen Darkballs, shattering them to pieces when she made contact with them. After killing seven with that, there were two more left that were frozen. "Oh, I can only imagine the pools of it." She held the pipe in reverse grip and mimicked Sora's Zantetsuken attack, shattering another Darkball. "I could drown in glee with so much of it." She then mimicked Sora's sliding dash to reach the last frozen Darkball, before perfectly copying Sora's Blitz attack to shatter the frozen Heartless.

"Starting to see why she can't blend in as him." Vanitas commented, before grabbing a Neoshadow that leapt towards him, then throwing it over to the girl, watching her see it coming and close the distance with Sora's Flash Step technique, then follow up with Sora's Slapshot attack combo. "She's fantasizing about him."

"Fantasizing?" Magne heard him say, as she crushed the Darkball she was fighting under her magnet. "About Sora?"

"Yes." The Dark Remnant confirmed as he casted crawling fire, and let it split into fire fireballs, taking out more Shadows that were approaching the trio. "And those dark fantasies are leaking out of her. She's not getting into character, so much as she's putting on his smile and saying his lines." Most of Heartless had arrived and Vanitas decided to finish this now. He dove into the ground, then bursted out, enveloped in fire as he spun around and had it rain down around the three Villains, like a geyser that just went off. The fire burned the surrounding area, and incinerated the Heartless, while leaving the two females he was with untouched. "I see what I need to teach her now."

[Silence]

As Vanitas landed on the ground and grabbed his coat, Himiko and Magne went to where he was. Toga then spoke up. "That was so fun! I mean, it could be a little more bloody, but it still felt great to kill things together."

"I don't think I'll be able to relate to you on the whole blood thing, but I'll admit, it felt nice to get out and stretch my arms and legs with a little exercise." Magne replied.

"You're not thinking, like Sora would." Vanitas spoke to Himiko.

The blood sucker was slightly offended. "What do you mean? I'm using his strategies and chaining techniques together, like he would."

[Play KH3 Re Mind OST Destati Organization 13 -cutscene-]

"And that's the problem. You're only thinking like him, on the surface." The Dark Remnant pointed out. "You're putting on a Sora shaped mask. That's not going to cut it." He opened up another dark corridor. "Remember when you said that you wanted to BE Stain, when we first met?" Toga nodded, listening to him intently. "Well, in order for you BE Sora, you need to do what his Heart makes him do."

The three walked through the dark corridor and ended up in another remote area, this time at the base of a mountain with a small field that leads to a forest, the entire area also emanating Darkness. "What does Sora's Heart make him do?" Himiko asked.

"Some of the most illogical and stupidest things I have ever seen and heard." Vanitas answered. "It makes him watch others' backs and makes him choose to bleed for them. He'll happily stab himself in the damn chest, if it means that those around him will benefit from it."

"The self sacrificial type." Magne summarized. "Hardly a smart mindset."

"I told you, he's a moron." The Dark Remnant reminded her. "He's been like that for who knows how long, and the scars he's got from them shows he's never learned from it, nor does he want to."

"So he's stubborn, and self sacrificial." The transgender Villain noted. "That's a really bad combination."

"It's basically what Stain wanted the ideal Hero to be, and hardly a mindset that Villains like us would dare to step into." Vanitas pointed out. "But if you want to truly BE Sora, then your Heart has to match his. I can't believe that I'm gonna say this, but you need to turn those you call friends into your power. Your drive to spill the blood of everyone around you must be overshadowed by a drive to let yourself bleed in their place."

As Toga took that in, Magne spoke up again. "That's probably the least berating I've ever heard you say in a single sentence."

[Play KH3 OST No Surrender]

Before Vanitas could respond to that comment, the Heartless showed up and the three of them got to work, fighting and killing the ones closest to them. But as Himiko fought, she was still in deep thought about what the Dark Remnant told her to do. As she struck a Shadow in the face with the metal rod in her hands, she remembered how Sora could see right through her. Remembering what he said. Those words rang through her head and collided with Vanitas' own words. 'Drop the act.' 'Your putting on a Sora shaped mask' 'Everyone here is taking this seriously, except you.' 'Hardly a mindset that Villains like us would step into.' 'You're not acting like a Hero should be!' 'Your drive for the blood of everyone around you must be overshadowed by a drive to let yourself bleed in their place.'

She dodge rolled out of the way of an Earth Core that rushed her, before striking it in the face multiple times with the metal pipe, eventually taking it down. A Neoshadow then came from under her feet and attempted to grab her ankles, but she jumped up and thrusted the metal rod down, impaling the Neoshadow in the eye and taking it out. She then looked to see Magne crushing another Neoshadow with her magnet, but failing to notice a Darkball coming from behind her. In a split second she did something that was honestly new to her. She rushed over and swatted away the Darkball, mere moments before it had the chance to bite her ally's head off. The action was noticed by both Magne and Vanitas. While the former was a tad surprised that she had let her guard down, the latter had mixed feelings. On one hand, that was not really necessary, since Magne could take a hit and kill the Heartless that struck her, and even if Magne got injured, Vanitas could heal her afterwards, but on the other hand, that is something Sora would do. "She's figuring it out." He noted.

The three of them continued their battle against the Heartless, with Toga continuously mimicking Sora's moves easily, and with Vanitas noticing her dark aura begin to very slowly conceal itself. He noticed the look on her face. It was calm, but alert. She seemed to be just focused, and that focus was on two things, fighting off the Heartless, and watching her allies backs. The girl remembered how Sora would occasionally look away from his own fight to check on Bakugo during the battle at Kamino Ward. She also remembered how he watched her back when she was disguised as Camie, blowing away the Sidekicks that tried to swarm her near the end of their time together. Another Neoshadow broke off from a group of Shadows and blitzed towards her. She jumped over its attack, and then mimicked Sora's Aerial Dive technique to shred through the Shadows, before turning around and throwing the metal rod at the Neoshadow, similar to how Sora would throw his Keyblade when he used Strike Raid.

Vanitas saw the metal rod strike the Neoshadow, dazing it. He moved in and cut it to pieces before grabbing the metal rod and throwing it back towards Himiko. The Heartless were almost all taken care of, so he decided that enough had been done, making two silhouettes that grabbed Magne and Toga, bringing them to him before he slashed multiple times around the three to create strong waves of Darkness that blasted away and scattered the remaining Heartless.

[Silence]

The two silhouettes then faded back into the Dark Remnant as he picked up his coat from the ground and summoned another dark corridor "And that's two out of three."

"There's one more place that you farm these guys at?" Magne questioned, as she briefly looked at her magnet to see if any dents were made.

"There used to be six places, but I was asked to purge one, and the populations of the other two were used at U.S.J. and the Campground assaults." Vanitas explained.

"Oh." The transgender Villain replied. "So what about the ones used at Hosu?"

"Leftovers from U.S.J. that Sora didn't dispose of himself, as well as extras from the other areas." The Dark Remnant pointed out. "Most of them were fire or water based. Unfortunately the fire based ones were all but destroyed by him at Hosu."

"So then where'd you stash the water based ones?" Magne asked.

"I relocated them to where we're heading now." Vanitas told her, before looking at Toga. "You're getting a grasp of it, it seems."

"I guess, but...that felt so...backwards." Himiko said.

"I told you that he does things differently than you." The Dark Remnant reminded her. "He's practically the opposite of you, in terms of how his Heart guides him."

"At least she's making progress." Magne spoke up. Vanitas chose not to respond to that and stepped through the dark corridor. "This guy. Why do you always want to try and hang out with him, Toga?"

"Cause I want to be friends with all of my new teammates." Himiko replied. "And when I set my sights on someone, and they think like I do, they are going to be my friend."

"He doesn't seem to want to make friends, Toga." Magne pointed out.

"Well he thinks like me, so too bad for him." The blood sucker replied before walking through the corridor, with Magne following behind.

As the two females came through to the other side, they saw that they were in another forest, but this one was more moist and humid. There was also a lake close by. "About time." Vanitas said to the pair, as the Heartless already began to show up and surround the three.

[Play KH 2.5 Remix OST What Lies Beneath]

Multiple Shadows pounced, but were knocked away by the trio, who were already prepared to fight them off. Vanitas split off from the group, and dashed towards a group of incoming Darkballs and Neoshadows. Once he reached their location, he swirled his body around like a spinning top, shredding through most of the Neoshadows and Darkballs, while others had either warped or sunk into the ground to avoid the attack.

Magne used her magnet and slammed a Shadow that pounced towards her, sending it tumbling into other Shadows, knocking them over. She then dashed towards the downed monsters and began crushing them under the giant magnet, one by one. As she did so, a Water Core had reached the area and targeted her, enveloping its body in water and then shooting pressurized bolts of water towards the transgender villain. "Incoming, Big Sis!" Himiko called out. Magne heard that and then noticed the water bolts coming towards her. She barely managed to avoid the attack.

"Thanks for that!" Magne said to Toga, who was swatting some Flutterings away from her with her metal rod. Himiko didn't have time to respond to the thanks, as she then had to avoid some bolts of water that were aimed at her as well. She jumped and flipped away from the liquid projectiles before pressing her feet to the side of a tree and launching herself towards the Water Core, smacking it down to the ground, where she followed it down and impaled it through the mouth with her metal rod.

More Water Cores began to arrive, and the blood sucker spoke up. "Looks like they want to get us wet."

"Then deal with them." Vanitas told them, as he casted multiple Dark Blizzard spells towards the Neoshadows and Darkballs that escaped his initial attack. The monsters were frozen solid, then quickly dispatched as the Dark Remnant blitzed towards each Heartless and shattered them with Void Gear. He noticed more Water Cores coming out of the lake, and decided to leave the ones here to the two Villains that accompanied him, while he dealt with the rest.

As the Keyblade user moved away from the pair, some of the Heartless followed, seeing Vanitas as the priority, while some stayed back to take out the two still here. Another Shadow pounced towards Magne, but she punched it in the face and knocked it away from her, before using her magnet to slam another Shadow into bits. Another four Water Cores began to shoot pressurized water towards her and Himiko. "What does he expect us to do?"

"Probably something that kills them." Toga guessed. Even though that answer was both obvious and unhelpful to the transgender Villain, she just decided to not reply to that. Himiko then ran towards another tree and pounced on it, before launching herself off the side of it and striking at one of the Water Cores, slamming it towards the others and temporarily dazing them. As she fell to the ground and landed, Magne ran past her and jumped up without her magnet. She managed to gain enough height to be able to reach the Water Cores and grabbed two of them, pulling them down to the ground where she slammed them both down before curb stomping them until they died. Toga then ran to another tree and did the same action she did before, pouncing off the side of it and towards the monsters, where she slammed one down towards Magne with her metal rod, before grabbing the other one with her free hand and dragging it down with her. As Magne grabbed her magnet and used it to crush the Water Core that Himiko sent to her, Toga had slammed the Water Core she was dealing with to the ground, before repeatedly beating it with her metal rod until it died.

The two of them paused to catch their breath, as the remaining Heartless were currently going after Vanitas, and after about 20 seconds, the two of them were ready to continue.

[Silence]

That was, until a sudden eruption of fire happened at the spot where the Heartless were and dozens upon dozens of fireballs rained down there, thoroughly dispatching the remaining Heartless that weren't water based. "Whoa." Magne looked at the sudden surge of destruction.

The Water Cores were about to attack, but were quickly eviscerated by Dark Thunder magic, as Vanitas finished them off in one fell swoop. "Come on. At least make me pick up a sweat. The Unversed are better practice than you." As soon as he said that, a large dark presence had arrived, and it caught the Dark Remnant's attention. The wind picked up, as three massive creatures began to take shape and rise out of the lake. "Oh? What creatures succumbed and turned into you?"

Magne and Himiko looked stunned, as what was the biggest Heartless that they had ever seen was rising out of the lake, like some leviathans that had awoken from their slumber. They looked to be mostly made of clear water, but the pair could still tell some features. Their heads were covered in dozens of twisted tendrils. Their upper bodies were extremely muscular, with large, heart shaped holes in their abdominal area. They had small wings on their back, and while their legs weren't as bulky as their upper bodies, they were still big enough to make them tower over Vanitas, who did not seem to care that he was fighting against three Heartless that were over six times his size. "They come that big?" Magne questioned.

Before she could get an answer, a purple void opened up behind them, and Kurogiri's voice was heard. "There you are. Tomura Shigaraki was curious about your progress." The void Villain then noticed the three giant Heartless that the pair were looking at. "I believe I see what's keeping you."

[Play Boku no Hero Academia OST My Villain Academia]

Dabi then stepped out of the warpgate, along with Spinner and Compress, before Kurigiri took his leave, as he had something else he needed to do. "Are you done yet?" The blue flame user questioned, before seeing the three big Heartless. "It doesn't look like it."

"I didn't know that they could even get that big." Spinner commented.

"What are you guys doing here?" Himiko wondered.

"Twice believes that he's found us a new stage hand, and our lead role has proposed that most of the entire cast be present to meet him." Mr. Compress explained.

"So you came to get us?" Magne realized.

"And to finish the critters that you guys didn't get." Dabi said before he pointed his hand forward and sent out a large wave of blue fire, which rapidly approached one of the massive Heartless and knocked it off balance.

Vanitas noticed the attack and turned back, surprised to see the rest of the League was there now. "When did you get here?"

"Just now." Dabi answered with a smirk, before sending out another wave of fire towards the same Heartless.

Spinner was then compressed into a marble, before Mr. Compress motioned for Magne to launch him with her powers. After Dabi stopped shooting fire at the Heartless, he got in front of Magne, while Compress got in front of him. The three of them then did the same trick that was done at Kamino, launching Compress towards Vanitas and the Heartless at breakneck speeds. The man then threw the marble that had Spinner in it and then snapped his fingers, releasing him towards another one of the massive Heartless, while a third wave of blue fire was sent towards the first one.

As Spinner was getting closer and closer to the large Heartless, he drew his sword of swords and was prepared to cut it to pieces. He soon was right in its face and then with all of his might, he swung his weapon, only for it and him to both plunge straight through the head of the Heartless, who suffered only a few scratches on its eyes from the blades. As the gecko Villain realized his mistake, he began to fall down towards the lake, while Vanitas's voice could be heard by him. "HAAA! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"Damn it! You could have said something!" Spinner screamed out as he was still falling.

Vanitas summoned a silhouette, which intercepted Spinner and caught him. "As if I knew what you were thinking." He said before the silhouette threw Spinner back towards the head again. "Strike the eyes. That's the only solid part of these Darksides' heads. Go for the hands and legs otherwise." The wave of blue fire that was pushing one of the Darksides then grew in intensity, and it made the Darkside steam up as the heat was too much for it. "Unless you're Dabi. Then just evaporate it."

Himiko and Magne then reached the Dark Remnant's location. "And us?" Toga asked.

Vanitas made two more silhouettes, which grabbed the pair and then threw them towards the Darkside the Spinner and Compress were fighting. "Help those two, speed things along with that Darkside." The Dark Remnant then sidestepped three dark projectiles that came out of the third Darkside's chest. "And I'll kill this one." He tapped into his own focus energy and a glyph formed behind him as he did so.

As Magne and Toga were thrown up to where Mr. Compress was, the transgender Villain noticed Spinner at the head of the Darkside they were focused on. He grabbed one of the eyes to keep himself there, before he thrusted his sword of swords into the other, partially blinding the Heartless. Magne then got an idea. "Toga, get ready to link up with Spinner." She activated her quirk on Himiko, who glowed pink, while Spinner glowed blue when she activated it on him. The gecko noticed the blue glow around him and held onto his sword that was lodged into the Darkside's eye with both hands, making sure that he would stay put, while Toga quickly was sent in his direction. When She reached his location, the quirk was deactivated and she jammed the metal rod she had into the Darkside's other eye, completely blinding it. Magne then noticed the Darkside move its arms towards its face to attempt to get the pair off of it. "Compress, throw me and something else heavy."

"I see what you have in mind. Quite a daring performance act." Compress commented as he compressed Magne, and threw her marble towards the Darkside's left hand, and then another marble towards the Darkside's right hand. When they were close enough, he snapped his fingers and decompressed them. Mange, with her magnet in hand, slammed at the hand of the Darkside, while the other marble had a 92 kilogram kettlebell that struck the Darkside's other hand. As Compress began to descend to the lake he applauded the coordinated attack. "A spectacular display!"

Vanitas noticed the effort that they were putting in and smirked under his mask, before sending the two silhouettes he made before to catch Magne and Compress. He then released his energy and fired a beam of dark energy, calling out. "Dark Link!" The attack blasted straight through the Darkside he was dealing with on his own, disintegrating its head and leaving nothing but steam in its place. The arms and legs began to dissolve as the watery body fell back into the lake.

The Darkside that Dabi was dealing with fared no better, as it too began to dissolve from the constant wave of fire that continuously poured onto it. Its body melted and boiled until the fire burned its eyes to nothingness. It raised its hand up and formed a fist as it prepared to strike into the ground below and grasp more Darkness, but the fire was too much and the creature fell back, its arms and legs fading away as the hot watery body fell back into the lake.

The Final Darkside dropped to its knees and shot out multiple dark projectiles from its heart shaped opening, but Compress threw more marbles and released them, each containing large objects that would impact the dark projectiles and stop them from hitting the other League Members. Magne then was thrown by the silhouette again, towards the face and she landed in between Toga and Spinner. She activated her quirk on the pair, who stuck together, before she had her magnet attach to the two of them as well. The weight of the magnet pulled the group down, along with the Darkside's face. As the Darkside was nearing the ground level, the silhouette that threw Magne was there, with its weapon in hand. Once it was in range, the silhouette then jumped up and cut straight through the neck of the Darkside, decapitating it.

[Silence]

The three Villains fell into the lake, but Magne deactivated her quirk, so that the magnet wouldn't drown the other two, while all of them swam up and stuck their heads out of the water to catch some air.

Compress was placed down by the silhouette that had held him, before it went back to Vanitas, while the other one had gone into the lake and had dragged out Magne's magnet, dropping it next to her before also going back into Vanitas, who approached the group, seeing Dabi reach them not long after.

As the Vanguard Action Squad had regrouped, Vanitas spoke up. "Why did the rest of you come here?"

"To get you." Dabi answered plainly.

"Shigaraki wants all of us back at the hideout." Spinner explained.

"Then where's Kurogiri?" The Dark Remnant asked. "He had to be the one that brought you here."

"He left after bringing us here for the crescendo." Compress answered. "He had somewhere else to be, so he expected you to bring us all back."

"So HE gets to go out, while I get called back, to take his place?" Vanitas was unamused with that answer.

"He said something about finding another strong ally for Shigaraki." Spinner explained. "He knows where to look, so he's going there while we stay back to meet up with Twice's guy."

The Dark Remnant pondered for a moment, before having an idea of what the Warpgate Villain was doing. It most likely had something to do with that area he was asked to purge of Heartless, which he mostly did, only leaving very few there to very slowly build up their numbers again. He let out a quiet grunt before opening up a Dark Corridor and walking through it.

"Huh. That went a little smoother than expected." Dabi commented.

"He's softening up to us." Himiko said.

"I doubt that." Spinner replied, before the rest of the squad went through the corridor, and were back at the hideout.

Tomura saw them and then spoke to Vanitas. "Good. You're back from your grinding."

"So where's Twice's guy?" The Dark Remnant questioned.

"He's convincing him to meet at an abandoned storage facility near his location." Shigaraki answered.

"Let me guess, I warp us there. Then I warp to Twice and warp him and the guy he found over there?" Vanitas summarized.

"That's the..." The League Leader was cut off, when his phone rang. He recognized the number and answered it. "What is it, Twice?" Jin spoke to him on the phone. "He wants to do what?" Twice replied to him again on the phone, and whatever he said made Tomura grunt in annoyance. "Fine. Three days it is." He hung up, before speaking to the League. "Change of plans. We'll meet him in three days. Apparently, he isn't comfortable with seeing us immediately."

"That's a relief." Magne spoke up. "I promised that I'd meet up with someone today. I'm already running late as it is."

"Another recruit?" Shigaraki questioned.

Magne shook her head no. "Just a friend who supports me and my choices. She reminds me of my reason for doing this."

"Aww. That's so sweet." Himiko commented. Vanitas began to walk away, not really interested in this, but then he felt Toga grab his arm. "I'm sure Vanny would be happy to send you to your friend."

"Excuse you?" The Dark Remnant looked at her like she was an idiot.

"Oh come on. She pitched in today, helped you out." Toga said.

"After YOU made her tag along." Vanitas argued.

"Nope. I just proposed the idea, and neither of you said no." Himiko corrected. "Also, you warping Big Sis to where she needs to be not only saves time, but also makes her less likely to get caught on the way to meet her motivator."

The Dark Remnant was seriously resisting the urge to kill this girl. "You've gotta be...I...ugh!" He turned to Magne. "After this, We're done interacting with each other for the rest of the day."

"You're actually..." The Transgender Villain couldn't finish that.

"Shut up and tell me where you're having this stupid meeting!" Vanitas interrupted her.

"Oh. Okay." Magne said.

After giving him the coordinates, Vanitas opened a Dark Corridor and let Magne go through, before following behind her. The corridor closed behind them, and The Dark Remnant spoke up. "Come back here when you're done." He then vanished, leaving the transgender Villain alone, who saw that she was at a lakeside park, and it was nightfall. After about five minutes of walking, she found who she was looking for.

[Silence]

It was another person like her. Someone who had a more masculine build, and some facial hair, but was dressed and seemed to act more feminine, as the person's posture showed. Magne approached the person. "Is this seat taken, miss?"

The person recognized her. "Reserved for you, Kenny." Magne took a seat next to her. "I thought we were going to see each other earlier today."

"Well, I had a little errand that needed my attention. Sorry, for being late." The Villain apologized.

"It's fine." Magne's friend replied. "I'm just happy to see you."

"The feeling's mutual." Magne told her. "So, how's life been treating you?"

"The same as always." Her friend answered, looking dejected.

"Still that bad, huh?" Magne said. "Just makes me want to bash those people's faces in. Always thinking that they're better than us, just because we want to be free."

"Those that are bound by the chains of society laugh at those who aren't." Her friend pointed out. She then had a sad smile on her face as she looked at Magne. "You, Kenny. You're not bound by those chains. But I don't have the courage to break away from them like you do."

Magne's mood shifted from one of annoyance, to one of empathy, as she gave her friend a reassuring smile. "You being here and supporting me, in spite of my past, is all the courage that I could ask for from you. You're my best friend, you know. You get me, and you also understand why I'm doing this."

"Because you don't want to be bound by anything. You're deciding for yourself where you belong." Magne's friend said, knowing the Villain's intentions all too well. "It's a shame that society shuns you for that. You'd have been an amazing idol to others like us."

"Yeah well, the group I'm sticking with is willing to help make that world we want a reality." Magne stated. "A world where we're free to choose who we want to be."

"I pray that we'll be able to see that world together." Her friend hoped.

"We will. That's a promise." The Villain assured her. She then noticed Vanitas, who was in the tree next to the bench that they were sitting on, and decided to call it here. "Sorry that I can't stay and chat a little more, but one of my colleagues is waiting on me. I don't want to keep him."

While her friend seemed a bit saddened that Magne had to go, she didn't stop her. "Hopefully we'll talk again soon."

"I'll make time." Magne assured her. "Get home safe, girlfriend."

"You too, Kenny. Be safe." Her friend said before the two split off, going in opposite directions.

Once Magne's friend was out of her sight, Vanitas opened a Dark Corridor in front of the transgender Villain and appeared next to her. "Let's go." He walked through the corridor. Magne followed him and the pair were back at the warehouse, where the Dark Remnant immediately closed the corridor and walked away from her. "We're done for today."

Magne watched him walk away, and she had a puzzled look on her face. She was honestly surprised that Vanitas did that for her. Granted, the reason why was because Toga had managed to pester him enough to make him do it, but the fact that he did it was still a small shock. In spite of Himiko's personality, she can take a hint when someone says 'no' enough times. Vanitas is a douchebag. There was no questioning that, but as much of a prick as he is, he's still reasonable enough to tolerate letting people do things with him, as long as you give him a good case as to why it would be beneficial.

Magne's expression then changed from one that was puzzled, to one that was more welcoming. Maybe Toga's on to something. She then spoke up to The Dark Remnant. "Hey! Thanks for that, Vanitas!"

"I said, we're done interacting! Stop talking to me!" Vanitas barked at her, picking up his pace as he went to the furthest corner in the hideout to separate himself from them.

Magne rubbed the back of her head a bit sheepishly. She knew she should have expected that reaction. But she said what she needed to and decided to go socialize with Himiko, so that the blood sucker could give the Dark Remnant a break. The two of them owed him at least that, for what they got away with today.

And there we have it. A chapter that completely involves the Villains side of the story. And it's before My Villain Academia, shocking. So yeah, as I said that I would not be writing the School Briefs Chapter of Kota's Rabbit shenanigans, but I also did not want to just skip three days and skim over Sora's house arrest and go straight to the end of Season 3, we get to see what the League was doing, with a tiny bit of altering on my part. It happens after they split off, but most of them regroup soon after, except for Twice, who's getting you know who. What will happen when he arrives? You'll find out a few chapters down the line. We'll be going back to the Heroes' side of the story next chapter. I hope you enjoyed this chapter and until I decide to upload again . ;)
