Also, Season 4-5 now take place directly before this because I wanted Lloyd to be older and stuff.
He did not wear green.
Lloyd got and up grabbed his uniform. Only 8 more hours before he was only to be broken out, if everything went to plan.
He sat on his bed and waited for roll call.
"Mechanic?"
"Here."
"Pythor?"
"Here."
"Lloyd Garmadon?"
"Here." He smiled. Pythor looked at him with disgust.
"Why of all people did they pair me with you?" He hissed.
"Don't worry. I won't be in here for much longer." He chuckled. "Plus, without me, you'd still be rotting away in that cell."
"I'm still rotting in this one." Pythor murmured. Lloyd shrugged and got up.
"Alright, Lloyd you've got a visitor." Said a officer, appearing at the other end of the bars. Great, now the plan was working.
"Oh really?" He asked, acting surprised. "Well, it's better than this old snake." The officer unlocked his cell and guided him outside.
"I don't know how someone as nice as you is locked up here. Yet again, for what you've done…"
"I should have never done any of that. I swear, once I get out of here, I'll be as sweet as pie." He lied.
"Hmph, great to see someone in here finally going done the right path." The path out of here. Lloyd sat down and stared at the masked figure in the window.
"Hey~" He whispered.
"Don't you 'hey' me! No one else could come, so I had to sneak out! Do you know how much trouble I'll be in if-"
"Shut it princess. You wanted to join my gang, and this is the price you've got to pay."
"Do you even know where the-"
"Hush darling. This isn't the place. Now get me out of this wreck. I need to get some fresh air and destroy something."
He played with the vengestone bracelet he was forced to wear. Yellow was certainly not his colour, nor orange. He sighed and stared at Harumi.
"C'mon, it sucks here. All I want to do is get out and be free. Is that too much to ask for?" Harumi stared at him in silence.
"Fine," she hissed. "But you owe me one."
Lloyd smiled.
"Of course. See you later darling~" He got up and walked away.
Lloyd sat on the floor, waiting for someone to come get him for his yard-time. Unlike most people, Lloyd was given his yard time in the middle of the night, just to go outside and have a walk. He flicked his tail in annoyance. This was just painful, he hated waiting. He got up and grabbed the bars of the jail-cell, looking around for an officer. Lloyd smiled. That was a good sign. The sound of footsteps echoed across the prison and Harumi appeared at his cell, holding the keys. He put a finger on his lips before pointing to Pythor, who was sleeping on the other bed. She nodded before unlocking the cell, and gesturing Lloyd out. He smiled in the darkness and stepped out, free once again.
Kai waited for the others to arrive, patting his legs in anxiousness. He looked at the clock. 2:32, they should have been here by now. He got up, running to the door. Something happened. Something bad happened even worse than the Sons of Garmadon. The door opened by itself, and Nya walked in.
"Hey Kai!" She said, hugging him. Kai sighed before swinging her around.
"Hey Nya! How have you been? And what took you so long?"
"I've been great, but we did get caught up in some traffic." She walked aside and the rest of the Ninja stepped out, each greeting Kai as he went.
"Alright… how do I say this-"
"Did you find Wu?" Asked Cole.
"No, he's still out there unfortunately." Kai sighed. "Lloyd Garmadon broke out. And we all know what that means."
"The Sons of Garmadon?" Gasped Nya.
"Yup. They're back, and they're after something big." He swiped on the tablet and showed them a hideous orange mask.
"This was taken by the Sons of Garmadon yesterday night, and it isn't something that should be taken lightly."
"What is that?" Asked Nya.
"An Oni mask." Replied someone from the corner of the room.
"Everyone, this is Hutchins. I asked him to be here."
"The Oni masks are powerful relics made by the 3 Oni warlords."
"What, how can there be three when you just said it was the only mask?"Asked Jay
"Not the only mask. O-ni mask." Replied Nya. "So they have lots of power or something?"
"Power strong enough to bring someone back from the departed realm."
"He's trying to bring back his father…"
"Exactly. That's why we need to stop him. We have enough trouble having Lloyd on our hands, but having both of them? I doubt the city will survive."
"Right, so what do we do?"
Lloyd stood next to Harumi on the stolen airship, his long hair flowing in the wind.
"Did you get the mask?" Harumi hissed.
"Don't doubt my abilities darling." Said Lloyd, holding it in his hands.
"Stop! You don't know what you're doing! He's planning to bring back Garmadon, Lord Garmadon!" Protested Kai from the deck. Lloyd leaned over the control deck railing and threw a wrench at Kai, knocking him on the head.
"Shut it hair-gel! You didn't know him, he can bring peace to this land! Unlike you worthless pieces of trash!" He hissed, flicking his tail.
"Lloyd please! Don't do this!" Screamed Nya, "He won't be the same! He won't remember you!"
"Maybe not, but he'll know the new Lloyd, the better one." Said Harumi, smiling at Lloyd. He glared at the ninja before turning to Ultra-Violet.
"Get this ship moving or I will have you slaughtered and skinned." He growled.
"Y-yes of course!" She replied, racing off to the engine room.
"Get everyone together. I can't wait to show them what we have."
Lloyd walked up the stairs as Misako was dragged behind him.
"Lloyd please-"
"You don't get a say in this old woman!" He snapped, spinning around.
"Once he's back, you'll be out of the picture! I'll finally have the parent I want! Someone who will stay will me!"
"I didn't want to leave you! Please, let's talk this out!" She begged. Lloyd snorted in disgust.
"Get her in the piranha cage, I'm sure she'll have fun with that."
Kai watched in horror as a the markings in the floor spun around and a glowing white triangle appeared in the sky.
"Stop!" He screamed, but it was no use. His stomach twisted as the building crashed and broke, while the lanterns shone a eerie purple.
"Lord Garmadon!" Screamed Lloyd and Harumi in unison.
Jay looked around in confusion before using his spinjitzu and trying to get closer. The other ninja followed, realising it was their only chance.
"Lord Garmadon!"
Kai was so close, his green flames flickering as he tried to knock Harumi or Lloyd over.
"Father!" Lloyd screamed as loud as he could, tears forming in his eyes.
"Lord Garmadon!"
Kai pushed with the last bit of strength that he had and knocked both of the leaders over.
"No!" Screamed Harumi.
"Nooooo!!!" Shouted Lloyd, staring as the rift was closed and his father was no where to be seen.
