Summary: The bad weather has caused power cuts throughout Cardiff.

The power was out and despite all the insulation and double glazing, the new flat was freezing.

"I knew I should have had solar panels fitted on the roof," Jack muttered. "And a back-up generator as well, in case of power cuts."

"Nothing we can do about it tonight," Ianto replied, voice muffled by the covers pulled up over his head. "Anyway, we're better off than a lot of people. At least we can keep warm."

"I suppose. It's a bit crowded with three of us in the bed though."

"You'd better not be complaining. I think it's cosy. My feet are lovely and warm now."

Coming in out of the wind and rain had been miserable, no chance of a hot shower to warm up; they'd just stripped out of their wet clothes, briskly towelled themselves dry, pulled on their pyjamas, and dived beneath the covers, huddling together and shivering until a long, furry body had slithered beneath the duvet to join them.

So what if it was a bit of a tight squeeze for two six-foot tall men and a Fluff? The benefits far outweighed the lack of space. Fluffs were warmer than a dozen hot water bottles.
