"We will beat any bid by an additional … three percent!" Barchoke barked out.
"Sorry Barchoke." Harry stood, and tucked his thumbs into the waistband of his BDU trousers. "As my Account Manager, you are not buying." Harry grinned like he had seen Alacurd doing that night in the church, even drawing the shadows to eclipse his face, allowing his pointed teeth to shine. "You are SELLING!"
"He Has you there." The Old Goblin in the red silk suit smirked. "Now it looks like I am Haggling for the Nation."
He offered his hand to Harry. "Ragnok the IV. Branch Manager of Gringotts London, and High Chief of the Goblin Nation of Great Imperial Britannia."
Harry smiled as he clasped hands with the goblin. "Potter, scion of Harker. Specialist of Hellsing."
"Barchoke." Harry lost his smile. "I am sorry to do this. I am purposely pitting you against the Nation. Now, in addition to what you will make for this operation as my agent as, by our contract of House to Account Manager, you will get four percent of all profits and an equal share of the carcass resources. If we only sold half of the meat to the Nation, and a third of the rest… you would still get at least half a ton of meat to do with as you please."
"Whoa!" The Veteran Goblin stepped in to stand in the boy's face. "You are saying that the beast was over two tons?"
"More like three." Harry answered, "But a third of that is skin, organs, bone…"
"And How did you kill it?" the scared Chief sneered.
"Godric's Blade." Harry pictured the weight of the Blade in his hand… and the sword was there, in his hand. "Ah Shit!" He quickly turned the blade point down.
"That's Godric's Folly alright." the big goblin muttered. "And now you have exposed it to Basilisk venom. Now we will never be able to sell it again."
"Why are you selling it in the first place?" Harry smirked. "It is now the deadliest blade in the world. Now if I need it," he set it on the desk, then held his hand to the side and thought about the sword in his hand… and it bloomed in his fist. "So we place it in a glass box, impossible to break or open by human magic, and display this item to a select crowd… for about five sickles each… for a two minute period. Of course you will be offering up items of value… to showcase goblin skill in crafting. As long as the summoning ability is not hampered, the sword will always be returned to Goblin custody." Harry flipped the sword about and offered the hilt to the great goblin, "If I have to come get it… all bets are off."
The guards gasped.
"You are just handing it off like that?" the scared vet asked.
"Yes. I need it protected, and my trust in the Headmaster is shaken. Goblins have not insulted me, cheated me, lied to me, or abused me or my trust. The trick of flinching the carcass from under my nose was just business. You tried, were caught, and we shared a laugh. Best lessons cost something. After the First of September, Barchoke and a member of the bank will come to Hogwarts, the first weekend, and I will take you down to the carcass. There they will haggle on the price of the goods, and come to a deal we can all live with. I will warn you that the access is nasty, and you might need to fly out."
"Goblins do not fly." Ragnok growled,
"That will be up to the Gobin… come September." Harry answered.
Harry stepped back to stand beside the silver suited woman, "Now That is settled. We were talking about House Potter and accounts. I am needing a full accounting from November of 81 until today. I would like to withdraw 200 galleons, 300 pounds sterling, then blood-lock the accounts. If you are coming for my gold… you will bleed."
The goblins grinned at that.
"But with the state of my blood…"
Raknok grinned. "We will just have to remember to use a fresh needle after you have tested."
Barchoke coughed, "Or a Potter only needle."
Harry nodded, "If I take a mate, she will need either a trust or allowance account, that she is responsible for."
"Set it up. A Potter only needle." the big goblin stepped forward to shake Harry's hand. "Starting next month, we will be displaying the Sword of Gryffondore. Along with other items of Goblin craft." Looking at the assembled, "Potter might need to see Account Manager Ashraq. I hear that Lord Black claimed his Ring this morning." He swept from the room, taking half the guards with him.

Auror Tonk snorted, as she opened the door to the Tavern.
The Dog bolted for the inside, causing her Father to hurry after him, "Bad Dog!"
Andy shook her head "I swear, the child is the most grown up of them all!"
As the two adult members of the House of Tonks walked their grim into the Bank, they were only met by looks of awe and disdain. She was the Exiled Black afterall.
After cuing up, She looked the Teller in the eye. "Please notify the Black Account Manager that a Scion of Black has Questions."
The teller sneered at her, before flicking a talon at the Black door. The two humans walked the 'Dog' to the Black Door, and just as Potter entered the Bank, they were led into the Depths.
"Now What can I do for you oo-mans?" the Goblin Ashraq sneered, "Before I feed you to the Dragons."
Padfoot blurred into his human form. "Please don't. The Dragon would rebel and rampage if Andy did not bitch-slap the poor beast, and dominate it."
Ashraq inhaled as he felt the Power of the Ring. "Lord Black. And the subterfuge?"
"The Ministry." Ted spat. "After all, They are trying to kill Lord Black."
The Goblin nodded. "Then let us start with bleeding them." Before his grin turned nasty, "But first… I get to Bleed you." A pin prick, three drops of blood, and a magical quill later, Ashraq sneered, "Lord Black… You ready to take up the Full Mantel and declare War on the Ministry?"
Sirius dropped into the chair directly in front of the Desk. "No. Let's do this by the Numbers. First I need to amend my Will. Harry is my Primary Heir, inheriting everything I do not specifically leave to Others. Increase the stipend to 'Moony' by five percent. To the Tonks, I leave the Estate in Nice plus three thousand Galleons. Close all Scion accounts for review."
"And like your Grandfather… all set to trigger at the second of your confirmed Death, I.E. when your Life Stone goes cold." Ashraq scribbled in his Ledger. "Now to the business of the Living."
"Let's start with the Witch in the room." Sirius grinned at his Cousin. "House Black reverses the exile of Andromeda Tonks nee Black. All back pay, awards, and Properties Due Her are awarded to Her unless they are rightfully held by Another. House Tonks is now a Vassal of House Black, and awarded our exception to taxes, tithes, levies,
"When we leave, I will need… 300 Galleons and two thousand Pounds. Ted can collect it from a teller on our way out."
"It will be done." Ashraq marked his ledger.
"New Business. House Lestrange. Breach of Contract. Reclaim Dowry, Include taxes, penalties, fines and fees. Not in that order but you get my drift." Sirius frowned, "I will Hold judgement on Bellatrix at this time. I need to find out how much of it was Her and how much was Family Contracts." He shifted in his chair. "House Malfoy. Rebuke. Breach of Contract, they have one year to correct this oversight, or they face the same fate as House Lestrange."
Sirius peered up at the Goblin, "Now we get Bloody. We Sue the Estate of Bagnold; Wrongful Imprisonment and Attemped Murder. We Sue Crouch, Bartimus Senior; Wrongful Imprisonment, Destruction of Personal Property, Assault with Greivius Harm, and Attemped Murder." Sirius sat up. "Albus Dumbledore. Wrongful Imprisonment, Derilection of Duty, Kidnapping, Interferance of the DMLE and two acounts of Attemped Murder." He spat, "I would accuse him of Planning and Plotting the Murder of the Potters if I had more then just a few theories."
Then Lord Black grinned an evil grin at his Goblin Account Manage. "Now for the Fun bit. Post these Decrees in the Prophet, Front Page, above the Fold. We hold out on Suing the current Ministry Administration for one Week. Give them until Monday to revoke this Kiss on Sight order and call me to Court for Trial… or cut me loose as a free man, my sins forgiven if not forgotten."
"How shall we contact you?" The goblin was scribbling quickly.
"Care of Ted Tonks at the Hellsing Compound."
The gobbin froze, "The Vampire Hunters?"
"That's them." Black frowned. "Their Head is with my Heir, meeting with his Account Manager, right now."
Ashraq grinned and it held the promise of Profit, and Pain. "Speaking of your Heir; Malfoy has Bargained and Boodquill-Sealed a Contract to Heiress Greengrass." a ribbon bound sheaf of parchment landed before the wizards. "Greengrass was over the ore-cart in a bad way."
Andi peered over her Husband's shoulder as he leafed through the pages. "Morgana! That's a fourth of what I was worth!"
"In a very bad way." Ashraq sneered.
"Raise her Price to what she is worth. Pay it all at once, now, and include a rider; Lord Greengrass can call it off if He pays it all back by the Time My Heir finishes Hogwarts." Sirius grinned at the Goblin. "Send a Gift basket to Malfoy, thanking him." He frowned for a second. "A gift basket from Harrods. Hair and Skin care… make it about Fifty Galleons. Include the Note; 'House Black thanks you for your Services. House Black is going in a new Direction, and feels that your agenda no longer fits within ours. Thank you.' Include my initials and seal." He then grinned. "Include a copy for the Prophet."
"When you say; 'What she is worth'..."
"Calculate what House Black would charge if she was ours… I want Cygnus to be able to buy her back if they so choose to, but I also want them to work for it."
"Here is a wicket." Ted spoke up from reading the contract. "The Greengrass Girl, Daphne, named by the Contract, is not to be Lady Black as wife, but consort. If I am reading this correctly, Malfoy, thinking his heir was taking the House Black, is trying to grasp the Estate of House Greengrass… or at least a hefty chunk of it."
Ashraq chuckled. "Like your Uncle Alphard used to say; 'Screw Em on the way in, Fleece Em on the way out.'. I miss that old man. He was a Wizard with a Heart of a Goblin." The Goblin sniffed.
"Yes, the Man knew his craft." Sirius grinned. "But I heard it the other way around. 'Fleece them on the way in, Screw them on the way out."
"Knowing your Uncle… He most likely did both!" The Goblin Roared in laughter. The born Blacks chuckled as the wizard Tonks shared a shaky smile.
Ashraq flipped through his Ledger a few pages. "The Potter Heir is your Heir… Bloodsworn Godson… and though I Dare say, do you have a Spare?"
"No. Not yet." Sirius frowned, before glaring at his Cousin. "Name Nymphadora Tonks-Black as the spare. Draco Malfoy is stricken from ever holding the Title of Heir or Lord Black, Until such time as I or mine Heir decree otherwise."
"So noted." Ashraq scribbled in his book. "That Leaves… Contracts for the Lord and Heir… Greengrass handled. Parkenson has been trying to push his only Daughter for Ladyship, but Tulip is of the Mind that Draco is the Black Heir and so is his Daughter." a talon skimmed the book page… "And she is contracted, but it was deferred for three generations sixty years ago. It will be your choice if we recognize the Contract."
"I will need to talk to Harry before anything is set in stone, but if a note were to find its way into the pocket of the Parkenson's Manager that House Malfoy has lost the favour of House Black…"
"Set the Niffler among the Leprechauns." Ashraq scratched out a memo and tossed it into the out tray on his desk. It vanished with a 'psh'.
"Anything Else?" Black eased upright.
"Not right now. I will have you penned in for next week."
"Include House Potter in that, and add House Tonks to your Duties… they are now within your preview."
"Done…and Done." Ashraq shook hands with Black, before the Human turned to a dog, and the humans left with the beast prancing at the end of his Lead.

The Underhalls of the Ministry of/for Magic.
The Wizengamot Hall was a buzz of activity. People were showing up hours ahead of time trying to find answers to rumours that had flooded the Ministry and the Gossip circuit.
No One had seen nor heard from Fudge, Umbridge, nor Dumbledor in the last 72 hours. First there was the 'Escape of Black', then the 'Disappearance of Potter' and the 'Silence of Cheddar'. Now with the Disappearance of the three most important people in Macial British Government…
Skeeter had done her job quite well. Every Housewife, Socialite, and Near-do-well was buying up every scrap of news that had a thread of truth in it. Rumours spread quickly, only to be overturned five minutes later by some new fact.
Every news outlet in Britain had Reporters already in the press box of the Hall. with juniors walking the Hall, collecting gossip and rumour from the Lords that arrived early.
Malfoy was holding court three paces from the main doors to the Chamber. He was the Ranking Inner Circle member from the DE days, being that he was not imprisoned or killed with the Fall of the Dark Lord. He held the Proxy for House Black, seeing as House Malfoy was a generation or two short of holding their own Seat.(or so he thought.) and held the reigns of the greatest working Vault in Britain.(Again, he was wrong.)
Across the way, Agusta Longbottom, Regent and the Iron Hand of the Light sat on a Bench, a small gathering floating near by.
There they waited…
Waiting for Answers to Questions most were afraid to ask.

Diagon Alley/Gringotts Bank
Harry Sighed as he stepped out onto the steps of the bank. His Hellsing Specialist BDUs, including the knee length coat, in their olive tint, helped conceal the twin pistols hanging from under his arms. The Awakening of his Damphyr Bloodline had corrected his eyesight, but the Scar had remained. He wore an army cap pulled low over his eyes, to conceal both the Scar and his new red tinted irises. Few things creeper then his AK killing curse green eyes flashing blood red.
Sir Hellsing stopped beside him as she lit her twist. Auror Tonks was two steps behind them, with Walter beside her.
A few minutes later Andi joined her daughter, holding the lead of the black 'Dog' that sat at Harry's feet. Ted joined them shortly, passing a Bag and an envelope to his wife, as he took the leash. "I was told that you three wanted to take the Boy to get proper clothing and things for a lad of his age. Lord Black had me draw some funds from the Black account for the shopping spree." The balding Wizard sighed, "It seems that I need to walk my Dog to the Ministry if we are to Meet with Director Bones today." He pulled heavily on the lead. "Good Day." He walked off, the Grim prancing at his side.
"He never got to prank anyone at School." Andi stated with a sniffle. "Now he Goes to Prank the entirety of Our Government with our 'Most Wanted' and 'Most Undesirable'." She wiped a tear from her eye. "I am so Proud of Him." She shook herself and her face turned to stone. "Come. We have Clothing to buy the Lordling, as well as Supplies befitting a Young Man of his station. Do you have a sword, Boy?"
"No Ma'am." Harry frowned at the dark haired witch, "I have just been using those in the Gym."
"Then We Must Correct that." Andromeda Black led the Group to the mouth of Knockturn Alley. "Stay together. Not all who lurk here are friendly." She stepped forward into the shadows, "No Matter how benign they appear."
"Potter." Hellsing exhaled a puff of smoke. "Release your aura. Allow your Grandmother's Blood to flow."
Harry closed his Green eyes… and opened his Red ones. His Teeth dropped a centimetre as he smiled. "Oh yeah."
The shadows about them pulled back, to allow them better passage.

It was after Ten in the Morning when Ted Tonks exited the Floo into the Ministry Atrium. The Place was a beehive of activity. Three different tea-huskers were selling cuppas left and right along with tea-cakes and finger sandwiches. Ted hurried to cue up and pass through the Greeting Guard at the Gate.
"Ted Tonks. Attorney for Black to see Director Bones." He passed his wand over. The Guard weighed it, passed it back and waved him through. At the Lifts, Ted hit the Button for Floor Two, the DMLE. As they exited, the noise was even louder, as paper aeroplanes wizzed over head, some even dive-bombing others to get ahead in the choas.
Outside the door of the biggest Office in the Department, Ted leaned over the desk to whisper to the reception-witch that he Needed to see the Director. He then used an Auror Codeword. "Peaches."
The Reception-witch turned and stuck her head into the office… before ushering the Wizard and his 'dog' into the Office.
Once the Door was closed… Padfoot found his head in the Director's lap as she scratched behind the beast's ears and pulled them. Ted could see the tension just Bleed from the strong squared jawed witch.
"How Can I Help Barrister Tonks? And it had better be good, or both you and your daughter will face my ire for the use of that code word."
Ted cocked his head as he watched the witch fondle the ears of the black hairy animal as it stared up at her with it's grey cloudy eyes. "Yes, I will get right on that…after you tell me why you are more relaxed right now as compared to before I entered?"
"Potter. James, not the Boy, had a familiar Grim. The Beast Hated Black, but Loved James and little Harry. It disappeared when James was killed, but before that point in time, Potter would drop by with the Beast and let me pull it's ears as we talked about our day to day lives and such. Just the feel of that shaggy hair under my fingers eased me through the darkest days of the War. I Lost my Brother and his wife the week before Potter died. That first night… I would have followed them, if not for Potter and Padfoot."
"Padfoot." Ted Sat in the chair in front of the desk. "I will have to remember that." He pulled his pocket watch and read the Time. "I will get to the point. Lord Black has contacted me. It Seems that a matter of Mishandling of Justice has been dealt to House Black, and the Newly Ringed Lord wants to see Justice done. He has begun proceedings for reparations done to His House and in His Houses' Name. I have been named the Proxy of House Black, and will be taking my Seat at the Bell. House Black will be Seeing It's Aggressors Bleeding Red and Gold when this is Done."
"Are you blaming me or the DMLE for this?" Bones stopped scratching.
"Not you, but you did inherit the mess. No Crouch, Bagnold, and maybe Dumbledor are the pigs we are seeking to roast."
"Why the Maybe on Dumbledor?"
"He is too powerful, right now." Tonks adjusted his sleeves. "We need to poison his well of followers first, weaken him before we gut him like the fat hog that he is." He looked at the witch, "No Doubt you heard that Potter is now in the Hands of Muggle Vampire Hunters. Albus tried to force the Boy out. He took Hagrid and McGonagall in with him, but left them when he Ran from the Boy. It turns out that He tried to place the boy with 'Blood' Relatives of the boy's that had less blood in common then you and I." He Snorted, "I have no idea what he planned to do, now that those Muggles are now Dead."
"Dead?" Bones frowned.
"They were in Cheddar last week." Ted sighed. "Hellsing took in the Boy, and now is listed as the Boy's Guardian. If Albus tries to get the Boy out…" He just smiled.
"Yeah. I know that. Rufus reported something similar last night. So… What exactly brings you to me, and with that code word?"
"What if I told you that it is 'Padfoot' you are scratching?"
Again the hand stopped. The grim whined.
"And how did you come to have Potter's Familiar?"
"Because he is not a familiar." Ted sighed, "I only bits and pieces from stories over the years. But Potter and Black joined their friend who just happened to be a werewolf, on his monthly excursions. Potter was massive enough to pin the wolf if they got too close to Humans on those nights, and Black was fast enough to slow the Wolf down so Potter could pin him.
"Unregistered Animagus…" Bones began, before her eyes widened and she looked down at the 'dog' she had been petting for the last ten minutes. "Son of a Bitch!"
Padfoot blurred into the form of Sirius Black, his hands held in surrender, "In more ways than one, Ami."
"Name one reason I don't blast you across the far wall?"
"Bloodsworn Godfather." Black snarled. "You were there for the ritual! You were carrying baby Sue!"
Amelia Bones' eyes crossed as she grabbed her head. A few minutes later she drew a shaky breath. "Okay, that was fun." She snarled. "I will be adding a few charges to Albus's docket." She Peered at the Clock over the Door, "It's close enough that you will want to head down to Floor Ten." She scratched out a note. "Give this to Gus Longbottom. She will want to know about the shift in Power you two will bring." She grinned evilly, "Happy Pranking."
Black frowned before he caught on, and with a shit-eating-grin, he returned to Padfoot.
Ted just accepted the note, with a smirk, and exited the office, heading towards the Grand Arena that was the Wizengamot.

Andi had led them through half a dozen back alleys and blind turns that they were Lost. Just as Integra was about to declare that she had had enough, they entered a Square. It was quant in that old timey way that villages in the countryside get.
"Welcome to 'Thatthatwas'. It was a Village in the Highlands of Scotland until some idiot wizard ,with more Power than Brains, packed up the whole town square and brought it here. He set it down right in the middle of Knockturn Alley and let it merge with the enchants already in place. The backlash killed him, but House Black was quick to seize every shop and store they could. We held out for six months, until over half the square was recognized as ours. The Asshat had dropped the village square, declared it 'That That Was!', and slumped over dead." Andi shook her head. "House Black kept the name in his honour even as we forgot his. Over the years, we leased and rented our shops to damn near every stock and trade. Today we are visiting the Smith. Best Blades crafted by Human hands." She led to the ringing sound of metal on metal.
They entered a shop that was filled with weapons and items of every kind crafted from the pounding of Metal on Metal. As they waited for the Shopkeeper to show, they pursued the shelves. Integra was inspecting a sabre blade that made hers look thick and clunky. Harry found a pair of Kukri that he liked. Dora found a length of chain that ended with a orb half the size of her fist and a spike. And everything was damascus steel.
Carrying two sabres that she liked to the counter, one for her, one for the boy. "Nice place. Does he do mail-order?"
Nobody had noticed that the Forge had gone quiet. "She. And I do… If I know your owl." Her sharp eyes snapped to Andi, "Black. You remember what I said about you returning to my Shop?"
"Oh, aye." Healer Black smirked. "My Dear Cousin is buying his Heir a new wardrobe. The Boy has taken an Apprenticeship and his Master requires him to carry a blade when possible." She waved her hand about the shop. "Or I could take them to your Father's shop."
"That's Low, Witch!" the Smith hissed. "Them's Fighting words! These are the best blades in the Isles!"
"And that is why I brought them here." Andi smirked.
The Smith opened her mouth to respond when she noticed something. Harry had taken his cap off to mop his brow…exposing the Scar!
"Harry Potter?" the Smith bellowed, turning to Andi, "You bring me Potter and don't tell me? I thought you were my friend!"
"How am I to tell you? You who won't take my owl? Who blocked your Floo against me?" Andi's smirk grew.
"While I am finding everything quite entertaining." Integra set the two sabres on the counter, and was joined by Harry and Tonks adding their weapons on the counter. "I came to arm my ward. I found a Pretty for myself as well. My Ward's Tutor seems to think you are worth the hassle to get here. Now my Healer says you are the best. Hellsing only deals with the Best."
"Hellsing?" The Smith almost swallowed her tongue. "You Cunt! You bring me Potter AND Hellsing and you just stand there, smirking."
Andi shook her head. "Tabitha. Breath. Breath before the Boy drops you to protect the Countess."
Tabitha glared at her school-mate friend, before closing her eyes and breathing deep. As She released it, most of the tension eased from her shoulders. Opening them she looked at Integra, "Good Morning Governor, How may My Shop serve you?"
"The Sabres, Knives, and Chains for now." Integra adjusted her glasses. "For Custom Orders, Can you handle Muggle Checks… or do I have to go through the Bank?'
