"Jesus, Hoagie, you really did it this time!" Rachel exclaimed as they filed into the bus. She took a seat as Hoagie sat down in the pilot's chair, which was an ancient Lazy-boy. He rolled his eyes at her.

"I don't see what I've done wrong! I'm the best engineer in the entire Next Door, I can build what I want." He quipped back. "Besides, you're the Supreme Leader, just override it or something."

"Hoagie, you still have to go through channels!" Nigel chastised. "And this doesn't exactly look good, Rachel being involved!"

"Oooh, Rachel's involved!" Kuki whispered to Abby and Wally as she took a seat in between them. "That's why he cares!"

"Shut up, Numbuh 3." Nigel said with gritted teeth, glaring from where she sat behind him.

"Anyways, Numbuh 2, it matters, because the five of you have been walking a fine line away from getting in trouble with the organization." Rachel said.

"WHAT?!" The five of them explained.

"It's true guys." Patton spoke up from where he sat by Hoagie. "You guys obviously don't have the best track record. Your adult crime stats are awesome, but the way you guys get your missions done isn't the best."

"Like what?" Nigel scoffed.

"Well, Numbuh 1, you have a tendency to go off on your own and leave your team behind." Fanny started. "Numbuh 2 forsakes his own and the teams safety nearly every mission with a faulty machine. Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 4 both have a tendency to get themselves into some kind of stupid situation that causes the entire force of the organization to get them out of. And Numbuh 5, well, you're knid of just being dragged down by the rest of them."

"Okay, Numbuh 86, that's a bit harsh." Rachel said.

"But true." Fanny shrugged.

"It's not only that." Rachel said with a sigh. "Look, guys, I didn't want to have to tell you this, but the Next Door is looking to get rid of some of the operatives that have a family legacy in the organization. A lot of operatives are complaining of nepotism."

"What's that have to do with us?" Wally piped up.

"Um, Numbuh 4, me and Nigel have family members who were in the Next Door." Abby retorted. "Cree and Numbuh 0?"

"What about Numbuhs 363 and 85?" Nigel said. "They're more obvious than us!"

"Well..." Rachel said with a nervous glance to Fanny, who reciprocated. "That may be why people are complaining..."

"Your brat-ass brother is why were getting in trouble!" Hoagie yelled.

"He's gotten better since therapy! Really!" Rachel exclaimed as everyone glared at her. "And sorry, but face it, Numbuhs 1 and 5 wouldn't be here today without Cree and Numbuh 0!"

"We all wouldn't be here if it wasn't for my dad!" Nigel shouted.

"Oh really Nigel, like Numbuh 0 built the entire organization all by himself!"

"I never said he did, he just SAVED IT!"

"You know, your dad would have probably defended Harvey, and realize he's just a struggling kid who-"

"Here we go." Abby sighed as Nigel and Rachel continued to yell.

Abby placed earbuds in here ears. Kuki and Wally inched to the back of the bus. Fanny went to the front with Hoagie and Patton as the yelling continued.

"Five bucks says they're still screaming at each other by the time we get to moonbase." Fanny said as she took a seat in the pilot's station.

Sure enough, Rachel and Nigel were still engrossed in their fight by the time that they landed. The other six were standing outside the bus as they continued to scream.

"Thank you!" Fanny said as she collected her ten dollars.

"Honestly, would it hurt them to bang one out?" Wally said. "Then everyone here would be a helluva lot happier."

"How would everyone be happier?" Abby asked.

"Well, they would be to busy banging to fight, and then we wouldn't have to hear it." Wally said.

"Wally, the one flaw in your plan is that we'd be hearing something else." Hoagie said. "C'mon assholes!" He then yelled to the ship.

"Alright." Rachel said curtly, brushing past the rest of them. "Let's get this over with!"

Rachel led them to her office, and they all filed inside. Her office was still a mess of files, but had increased in size so she could fit a few chairs (which were covered in files), a couch (which was covered in files), and a small table (which again, was covered in files). She did have a few pictures scattered around, mainly of her, Fanny, and Patton. There was one of her and Harvey at his induction ceremony, and one of her and Nigel after the game of tag (after she vomited up broccoli for 15 minutes).

"I'll text Herbie to meet us in here." She said. "Hopefully, they'll just slap Numbuh 2 on the wrist and we'll be done."

"Whose they?" Nigel asked.

"Herbie, and a couple other techs that have to approve all new machines and missions and shit like that." Rachel said as she sat behind her desk. She opened a file. "Make yourselves at home, they're may be donuts in here."

Everyone shuffled around the files and took a seat. As Rachel shuffled through some files, nobody spoke a word as they waited for Herbie. A few minutes later, there was a knock at the door.

"Come in." Rachel said, not looking up from her file.

Herbie opened the door, and he looked especially irritated. He was red in the face, his lips were pressed together, and his hands were balled into fists. No one seemed to concerned though (as it was only Herbie).

"Numbuh 2!" Herbie shouted immediately. "What on earth were you possibly thinking? Building a time machine without the proper permits! Nearly destroying the treehouse! Not to mention the space-time continuum! And what were the rest of you thinking?! Letting him build this? Actually using it and nearly putting your lives and the lives of others!"

"Sorry dude." Hoagie shrugged. "We didn't need to have permits in the KND, so why should we need them in the TND? Isn't the whole point of this organization to save kids from tedious shit like permits."

"Numbuh 2, we have permits for good reason." Rachel said, rolling her eyes. "When we established the TND, we knew that teens had a tendency to take things to far without feeling the need to inform others. The TND works as a group, not solo."

"Numbuh 362, if you knew this, why didn't you stop him?" Herbie exclaimed.

"I thought he had it approved, but when you called, I made the assumption that he didn't." Rachel said with a glare to Hoagie. Hoagie slumped in his seat. Rachel had a way of making anyone feel bad, a power that Herbie did not possess.

"You still went through time, without anyone else knowing." Herbie stated.

"Hate to break it to you, but no we didn't." Patton said. "Hoagie's amazing time machine just took us in and out."

"It did." Herbie said, pinching his nose. "You guys have been gone for majority of the day today. Time machines are theoretically to be programed so that if you are gone for an hour in the present, you have spent a day in the future. If you were gone for 2 hours, you were gone for 2 days. You guys were gone for 9 hours, which means you were gone for 9 days."

Everyone looked at each other with wide eyes.

"How is that possible?" Abby exclaimed. "We don't remember anything! And the machine was only supposed to send us 20 days into the future, why did we stay for 9 days."

"After we didn't hear from Rachel for 3 hours, the AND techs were sent to your treehouse." Herbie said. "They found that the time machine took you 20 years into the future."

"WHAT?!" Everyone exclaimed.

"That's what Numbuh 2 programmed it for." Herbie said. Everyone cast a glare to Hoagie, who shrunk even lower into his seat.

"I thought I worked out all the kinks." Herbie shrugged. "But we're all safe! Isn't that's what's important."

"We don't remember anything though!" Nigel exclaimed. "How is it possible?"

Herbie looked as dumbfounded as the rest of them.

"We're not for sure, but it doesn't matter now. Sector V has crossed one to many lines, so the combined leaders of the AND and TND have decided to retire the branch." Herbie stated. Nigel, Hoagie, Kuki, Wally, and Abby's jaws dropped as they immediately started to raise their voices to complain.

"Um combined leaders?" Rachel scoffed. "Do you realize three of those 'combined leaders' are right here?" Rachel motioned to herself, Fanny, and Patton.

"Well, when we discovered that you went along with their little plan that could have ended the world as we know it, a few of us moonbase techs decided we had enough." Herbie sneered. "As of right now, Numubh 247 has agreed to fill you shoes, Rachel. Numbuh 44a and 44b agreed to look after the Artic Base, and since we don't usually do decommissionings anymore, why do we need a decommissioner?"

Patton and Fanny then joined in on the arguing, while Rachel looked at Herbie with the most loathful stare she could muster.

"So what, you and a few others think that you can push us out of positions and reassign Sector V? Bullshit!" Rachel screamed. "You can't do this!"

Herbie laughed. "We're not reassigning anyone. You eight are no longer in the organization!"

Everyone stopped arguing and paled. Rachel looked even more furious.

"You can't kick us out!" She raged. "We've all contributed too much!"

"Well, I'm not kicking you out." Herbie said with a smile. "But, Numbuh 247 has signed an order for your immediate decommissioning, as result of the misdeeds you have done to the Next Door. Which brings me to this."

Herbie then held up a can of what looked like air freshener and pressed a button on his chest. He was then enveloped into a hazmat suit as he sprayed the fog, causing the eight ex-operatives to pass out onto Rachel's floor.

"Good thinking, decommissioning them while they were passed out." A blonde female said.

She and Herbie were standing on the other side of a two sided mirror, watching as the eight ex-operatives slept on the other side. Another operative was working on a computer on their side. She was slightly chubby, with brunette hair and freckled cheeks.

The decommissioning officers were wheeling them out of the room and all onto a different ship. As the last ship containing Rachel took off, the three of them cheered.

"They would be way to hard to fight." Herbie shrugged. "Especially Numbuh 4, or should I say Wally Beatles."

"We're finally free of them!" She said with a large grin. "No more having to file accident reports on account of their stupidity. No more funds going into their treehouse repair. No more of their annoying 'We're Sector V, we can do what we want!' We did it, Herbie!"

"All done!" The operative on the computer said. "Now, America won't have to deal with most of them."

"Excellent!" The blonde said. "Who's where?"

"Well, I tried to send most of them to their country of origin. Nigel's parents just got a phone call that Grandma Rose is extremely sick, so they have to rush back to London right away. Mr. Boss just left Fanny's mom, so she and Shaunie are on the first flight to Ireland tomorrow. Unfortunately, Paddy will still be in the area, but we can try to convince Mr. Boss to relinquish custody at a later time. Kuki's parents just both got offers at the Japanese branches of their company, much to the relief of Mrs. Gilligan. And all the Beatles needed was to hear to move back home to Australia was that there was a $5000 prize for the first Australians to move back to Australia." She stated. "The dumbass apple does not fall far from the dumbass tree."

"What about everyone else?" The blonde asked.

"Well," She started. "Rachel and her family are moving back to Detroit after they found their house to be flooded. They'll be back in their old family home by the end of the week. I was able to reassign Patton's family to a military base in California. The only problems are Abby and Hoagie. Abby's father can't leave his practice at Cleveland General, and even if he did, it could take years. Hoagie's mom has no other family other than her mom, Tommy, and Hoagie. And she doesn't want to leave now that she is finally free from Genki Sanban. So those two are still here."

"Great." The blonde snorted. "Abby and Hoagie are obviously close."

"But they are polar opposites." Herbie pointed out. "They run in different friend circles. Without the other three, they won't even think twice about passing each other in the hallway."

"I guess you have a point." The blonde huffed. "Good work Numbuh 256."

"Thank you, Numbuh 46." Numbuh 256 said.

Just then, a loud bang interrupted their conversation. Paddy, Sonia, Lee, and Harvey all marched in with a tall, sickly looking teenager in a guard outfit.

"I tried to keep them out, but they overpowered me." He stated. "Sorry Numbuh 46."

"That's okay Numbuh 137." She said coolly. "Sector W, can I help you?"

"Yeah, why did I just here from Numbuh 35 that my sister isn't the Supreme Leader?" Harvey snarked back, walking straight up to Numbuh 46.

"Because, she isn't." Numbuh 46 said to him. "Numbuh 247 recently accepted."

"What?" Harvey said, drawn back.

"Your sister, Sector V, and Numbuhs 86 and 60 were all decommissioned after performing an act that could have caused great harm to them and the entire organization."

"WHAT?!" Harvey squealed. "You can't do that to them. Well, not to Rachel!"

Paddy, Sonia, and Lee looked to each other with confused faces.

"And the rest of them." Paddy added. "Like my sister?!"

"She participated Numbuh 363." Numbuh 46 said. "But it's not all bad. Sector V is being retired, so Sector W is now upgrading to encompass their territory. This of course comes with treehouse upgrades, new tech, and we'll even enlist a new member to join your ranks."

"I don't think that's enough." Sonia said. "We should get at least 2 new members, Sector V had a lot of missions."

"Fine, two." Numbuh 46 agreed.

"Cool." Lee said. "One should be Numbuh T."

Herbie, Numbuh 46, Numbuh 137, and Numbuh 256 then broke into a laugh.

"We can't recommission Tommy!" Numbuh 46 said with a laugh. "There is a fail safe preventing that."

"We were able to recommission a bunch of teenagers when we started the TND. Just put Tommy into the TND database." Lee shrugged.

"Why would you even want Tommy?" Numbuh 46 said in an irritated manner.

"Why do you not want us to have Tommy?" Paddy questioned, crossing his arms.

Numbuh 46 glared at him and pulled her other three colleagues into a huddle.

"We can technically recommission Tommy and put him in the TND database." Numbuh 256 said. "It would just be two years premature."

"We already have two problems over there." Numbuh 46 whispered, glaring at Paddy and Harvey. "I don't like the idea of three of their siblings in the same Sector."

"Harvey won't be in the same sector though." Numbuh 137 pointed out. "It will just be Tommy and Paddy, and without Harvey's leadership, those two won't be able to put together a single mission, much less plot to recommission their siblings. Not to mention Paddy won't have access to Fanny on a regular basis."

"And it's Tommy." Herbie added. "Whatever shred of common sense Hoagie had, Tommy sure as hell doesn't. Not to mention he is particularly gifted in tech."

"Fine." Numbuh 46 said curtly. "But one word about recommissioning, he's out."

At the same time as their huddle, Paddy pulled Sector W together.

"Tommy, Lee?" Sonia asked.

"Tommy's cool." Lee shrugged. "And he's good with tech. Let's admit it, we all suck with tech."

"Lee has a point." Paddy stated. "I don't like the way this all went down. It would be nice to be able to spy on them, cause I won't be able to spy on Fanny."

"What?" Sonia questioned.

Paddy sighed. "Mom caught dad cheating again. This time, she's had enough though. She's taking Shaunie and Fanny back to Ireland."

"What about you?" Harvey asked.

"Dad said that I have to stay, or he'll have mom go through a nasty custody trial. You know my mom can't win against him, he's the most powerful man in town, and she's just his housewife. She's lucky he's letting her take Shaunie and Fanny." He said.

"Paddy, I'm so sorry!" Sonia said, giving him a hug.

"It's okay, at least they'll be away from him." He shrugged. "Let's focus back on them."

"Paddy's right, this is all kind of fishy." Harvey said. "I want us to keep an eye on them, and investigate even further on this. And I have a few choice words for Chad if I see him later. But, with Fanny out of the picture, we won't have access to her, or by extension, Sector V, since Kuki is like her best friend. Tommy is our only way to access Sector V."

"Okay." Sonia said. "But we need someone else if we are taking over for Sector V."

"We'll find someone." Paddy said. "But let's choose them. I don't like the idea of any of them choosing for us."

With that they un-huddled to face the four.

"It's settled then?" Numbuh 46 asked.

"Yeah." Harvey retorted. She held out her hand for Harvey to shake, but he scrunched his nose and turned away from her. The others followed him, each casting a wary glance in their direction.

"I've never liked that kid." Numbuh 46 stated.

"I think that's the one thing you and Sector V could have agreed on." Herbie said.

Sector W took off to their bus, quickly loading and taking off without acknowledging any questions posed to them by any pilots. The entire Next Door was wondering the same thing. What did Sector V and Numbuhs 60, 86, and 362 do that got them kicked out of the organization? Unfortunately no body knew. Not Sector W. Not Numbuh 247. Not the 44 twins. Only Numbuhs 65.3, 46, 137, and 256 knew the truth, but that is because they manufactered the entire decommissioning. Each of them were sick of cleaning up after Sector V's messes and never getting credit. They were jealous of Nigel and Abby's family legacies in the Next Door. They were mad that they had worked so hard to get to their positions in the moonbase, while some simple sector operatives won the admiration and appreciation of the all of the leaders. They would do anything to get them out, even if it meant dragging Numbuhs 60, 86, and 362 with them.

When the treaty was signed that created the TND, Herbie immediately applied to become the head tech officer at the moonbase. He got it through his prestige in the organization (and the fact that Numbuh 2 did not want it). There he created the rule that all new tech had to get passed through the higher commands. He knew that Numbuh 2 would not agree with this rule (and he was correct). He knew that he could catch him and his team in something like this.

"So..." Sonia started after everyone had gotten settled into the ship. "What are we going to do about all this?"

"I'm gonna find a way to Rachel back in the Next Door." Harvey stated bluntly. "Honestly, I don't care about the rest of them."

"Thanks Harvey!" Paddy said with an eyeroll. "If you don't care about the others, than why do you want to keep tabs on Sector V?"

"Because somethings weird with the way they were decommissioned." He stated. "I think that those four are up to something, especially Herbie, and I think Sector V is the root of it. And you know them, Sector V always finds a way to screw with the odds and get out of whatever mess they got themselves in."

"Well, we should pick a new member, and I have a candidate." Sonia said. "Lydia Gomez. She was in the class after us. She's been a moonbase operative since her training, and she may have some inside info for us."

"Sounds great." Harvey said as they landed on the ground in front of their treehouse.

As they got out, they were met with an unwelcome sight. Harvey's mother in front of the treehouse.

"Mom?" He questioned.

"Hey honey." Harvey's mom started. "So bad news."

"What's the matter?" He asked.

"Our house flooded." His mom said sadly. "Everything is pretty much ruined. The damage will probably take years to undo, so until then, we're moving back to Detroit."

"What?!" Harvey exclaimed.

"We need to go home and get ready, we're leaving tomorrow morning." She then lead Harvey away while he started to bicker, leaving the other three stunned.

"What are the chances that Harvey's house gets flooded the same day Rachel is removed from the Next Door?" Paddy asked.

"This is all really weird." Sonia said. "What's gonna happen now?"

A/N: So, long story short this is just a sequel (or prequel? Depends on how you look at it.) of the Adventures of Eight Teenage Idiots in Time. Hopefully I can actually finish this one, but honestly, who knows. But, I hope you enjoy!
