Shiho sighed as she rubbed her face while Ataru took another drag from his joint and sighed then he suddenly raised his eyebrows "I wonder if the Phantom Thieves can help us? I hear that they can change peoples hearts" he said nodding, Shiho smiled when she heard that and replied "Well we could post something on that Phansite of theirs and hope they respond?" Ataru nodded "Worth a shot" he said as he pulled out his phone.

Ataru reacted with shock when he saw a strange app was downloading onto his phone "Where did this strange app come from?" he wondered as he showed his phone to Shiho who shrugged "I don't know I never heard of MetaNav before..." she replied scratching her head in confusion while Ataru sighed "You think I should open it?" he asked curiously as he put this joint out and tossed it into a nearby trash bin.

Shiho shook her head "I don't know it might be dangerous... it could hurt your phone or steal your personal data" she replied as Ataru nodded and said "Good point... but I can't erase it either odd" while he kept trying to delete the app then gave up and looked at Shiho "The way things happened... you'd think Yugi Nanase was treating Shujin Academy like his own castle just like Suguru Kamoshida did in the past" he said looking down he hated saying his fathers name it always made him feel a bit lousy.

Shiho was about to respond when a beeping sound interrupted her "Yugi Nanase, Shujin Academy, Suguru Kamoshida now loading!" a cool female sounding voice said making Ataru and Shiho look around as the area around them started getting darker and creepier Shiho clutched onto Ataru's arm tightly while looking nervous "What is this place?" she asked with a soft whimper as Ataru looked up and came face to face with a statue of Suguru Kamoshida two of which were on either side of the stairway leading into the school he growled angrily "Everywhere I go... that bastard has to haunt me!" he said flipping off one of the statues.

Shiho jumped nervously when she saw a shadow glide right by her "What is that thing!?" she asked pointing at it "I don't know but stay close... I have a bad feeling about all this" Ataru replied nodding as two more shadows came up to them and stopped they made odd noises while they looked at Shiho and Ataru "Intruders in King Nanase's castle!" one of them said as they both suddenly turned into pixies.

Ataru looked nervous as he shielded Shiho from harm "This ain't good!" he said as the pixies moved closer to them he suddenly grabbed his head as a brown bear looking mask with round ears on the top appeared on his face it covered his whole face minus his mouth "Finally awakened have you? I guess it's finally time to get with the beat!" a voice said as Ataru ripped the mask off his face "I am thou, thou art I!" Ataru said as his outfit suddenly transformed into a brown bear looking costume and was holding a huge mace as well as a 45 magnum pistol.

The pixies backed up nervously when they saw all that happen "BALOO!" Ataru shouted as a huge brown bear appeared behind him and let out a loud roar before running towards the pixies and dispatching them with a huge swipe from its massive claws after the pixies disappeared Baloo got on his hind legs then started dancing around and shaking his butt in celebration of his victory making Ataru and Shiho snicker "Good work Baloo..." Ataru said nodding as he looked at Shiho "We need to get out of here fast..." he added as he pulled out his phone.

Shiho nodded "Try hitting the app on your phone maybe it will take us back!" she said as Ataru nodded and clicked on the app "Now leaving Nanase Castle thank you for visiting..." the cool female voice said as they appeared back on the school grounds a few moments later "That was scary..." Shiho said shivering while Ataru nodded in agreement as he replied "No kidding..." just as Ryuji walked out of the school towards them in his gym clothes "You guys alright? you look like you saw a ghost..." he asked looking concerned.

Ataru chuckled a bit "You could say that... we were just transported to this weird place after this app appeared on my phone" he explained showing Ryuji the app making him gasp with shock "You went to the Metaverse!?" Ryuji asked in utter disbelief as they both nodded "Yeah it was really scary! these two pixie looking things attacked us and Ataru-Kun transformed into a bear looking outfit and took them out with a huge bear named Baloo" Shiho replied her arms still clutching onto Ataru's.

Ryuji sighed "Ataru did you end up at a Palace? I know it sounds farfetched but please be honest" he asked curiously while looking genuinely concerned "It looked more like a castle to me... one of the pixies called it King Nanase's Castle" Ataru replied with a nod making Ryuji rub his face with a sigh as he said "Are you guys busy after school? if not swing by LeBlanc's trust me you'll get all your answers..." Ataru nodded "I just got to pick up my daughter from school but I can be there..." he replied as Shiho nodded "Me too I got nothing important to do after school so I'll go with Ataru-Kun to pick up Hikari-Chan and meet you at LeBlanc's" she said smiling happily.

Ryuji nodded "Sounds good... I'll see you then" he said as he walked off towards the field for gym class while Ataru and Shiho went to their classes "Big meeting at LeBlanc's after school guys I need you there its important!" Ryuji texted to the Phantom Thieves chat on his phone before putting it away then started stretching for class.

Ataru tapped his pencil on his paper he looked nervous "I wonder what's gonna happen now?" he pondered a bit as he ignored the teacher who was rambling on about boring stuff
