The next day after school the gang met up at LeBlanc's where Yusuke showed off the calling card he wrote, Ataru took it and read it out loud "Sir Yugi Nanase ruiner of lives who hides behind his Daddy's influence we have decided to make you confess all your crimes with your own mouth, we will take your twisted heart and make you see the error of your ways! From: the Phantom Thieves" Ann looked at Yusuke "Another banger Yusuke well done!" she said smiling happily.
Yusuke smiled "Thanks Ann it had been awhile but I think it's good and straight to the point" he replied nodding as Ataru looked at him "So how should we deliver this?" he asked curiously as Shiho held an asleep Hikari "Well we could have someone slip it under the front door of his house and hope he sees it?" Ryuji suggested as Shiho shook her head and replied "Nah there's no guarantee that will work... I know full well Nanase likes hanging out at the schools track after school lets out one of us could give him the card there" everyone pondered both suggestions for a bit.
Ren nodded finally "I'm going with Shiho on this one but the question is who will deliver the card?" he said scratching his chin "I'll do it... if I take Hikari with me he won't hurt me not even he is depraved enough to harm a child" Shiho replied nodding, Ataru looked at her and sighed as he replied "I'm not sure I want to take that risk... not only would I be putting my daughter in danger I'd be putting the woman I love in danger it's too much!" Shiho sighed as she looked at him "Baby please I'll be fine I promise... just trust me" Ataru rubbed his face as he thought it over.
Ren put his hand on Ataru's shoulder "Let her do it... I believe in Shiho" he said nodding, Ataru sighed as he looked at Ren then back at Shiho "Fine... just be careful alright?" he said kissing Hikari on the head then Shiho on the lips "Don't worry baby I'll be fine besides doing this allows me to get some payback on the creep!" she replied as she kissed him back and stood up she took the card off the table and walked out carrying a still asleep Hikari in her arms.
Ataru sighed "All we can do now is hope and pray nothing goes wrong..." he said rubbing his face softly as Akemi reached over and patted him on the back "I believe in her... Shiho is a very strong woman she can handle it" she replied kindly as Ataru nodded and smiled "I know Akemi thank you.." Ryuji looked over at them "Well we'd better get ready once the card is read by Nanase we must go immediately" he said standing up and fixing his shirt a bit.
Over at the school ten minutes later Shiho had just arrived and went to the track at the back of the school she saw Nanase stretching by the start line she swallowed a bit before walked over to him when he saw her he raised his eyebrows "What are you doing here Suzui-Chan?" he asked curiously as his eyes fell on Hikari who was still peacefully sleeping in her arms "I found this odd card with your name on it and figured I'd better give it you" she replied holding out the calling card which he took from her " A card huh? probably a love letter some girl accidentally dropped..." he said laughing while Shiho just shrugged as she walked away.
Shiho hid behind a wall then watched as he held up the card and started reading it "Sir Yugi Nanase ruiner of lives who hides behind his Daddy's influence we have decided to make you confess all your crimes with your own mouth, we will take your twisted heart and make you see the error of your ways! From: the Phantom Thieves" Nanase laughed hysterically as he tossed the card away "What kind of joke is this crap?" he asked as his shadow suddenly appeared behind him it had yellow eyes and a huge crown on his head it wore a red and white royal outfit "Steal my heart? Ha! you'll never succeed!" his shadow uttered menacingly while cruelly chuckling.
Shiho smirked as she texted the gang "It's done he's read the card! I'm also on my way back to LeBlanc now" the message said making Ataru sigh with relief "Thank god" he said nodding as they all stood up "Lets do it!" Akemi said as she hit the app on her phone and they were all teleported to Nanase's castle where the Angel from before flew over to them "Hey you're back! but be careful security is on full alert this time!" she warned them as Ataru nodded "No worries sweetheart this will only take but a minute to finish" he replied as they all went to the treasure room and saw it was materialized fully.
Ataru smiled "This was almost too easy..." he said but no sooner had he said that, that a dark cackle suddenly enveloped the area "Now who said you're allowed to be anywhere near my treasure?" A cool cold voice said making them all turn around and they see Nanase's Shadow sneering at them "Nanase!" Ataru said with a growl the Angel backed up a bit a look of fear on her face, Nanase peered at her coldly "Ah I see you have the traitor with you as well... no worries I'll deal with her shortly but first you will all die!" he said as he suddenly turned into a large golden looking statue.
The Phantom Thieves all backed up a bit as they looked up into the statues eyes Ataru reacted with shock the statue suddenly grabbed the Angel by the throat and lifted her up "I changed my mind... you will be first!" Nanase said laughing darkly as Ataru looked up at him "Let her go Nanase! its us you want!" Nanase laughed again "How true Phantom Thieves how true... tell you what I'll let her go if you agree to leave my Castle immediately!" Ataru looked at the gang but they looked just as conflicted as he was "We have to save her guys! we wouldn't have gotten this far without her!" Ataru said in a pleading way.
Nanase laughed darkly again "Why do you care about this worthless fool anyway? it's not like there isn't others like her around..." he asked as the Angel spluttered from his grip on her throat which makes Ataru look up at him angrily "SHE'S MY FRIEND YOU BASTARD!" he yelled angrily as Nanase peers down at him and smirks "A friend huh? a useless sentiment I don't share..." he replied as he suddenly punched the Angel in the stomach and tossed her at Ataru making her cough loudly as she slammed into him hard knocking him down onto his back.
Ataru opened an eye and looked at her "Are you alright sweetie?" he asked as he sat up and held her close she coughed again as she looked at him "I.. I'm not s-sure" she replied weakly as she put her hand on his cheek "You're gonna be fine I swear it!' Ataru said as a few tears leaked down his cheeks "I-Is this what l-love feels like?" she asked looking into his eyes which makes Nanase laugh hysterically "Love is for weaklings! Power is everything!" he said as he kept laughing while Ataru slowly lifted his head to look up at Nanase anger etched in every line of his face "You will pay for everyone you hurt you son of a bitch!" Ataru said as his mask suddenly started glowing while the Angel began floating into the air and turned into a mask.
Ren looked on in amazement as the mask flew into Ataru's mask suddenly "Whoa... I thought only Akechi and myself could hold more than one Persona" he said looking at Morgana who shrugged "Well I guess there's three of you now..." he replied as Ataru stood up and pointed his large mace at Nanase "It's over you son of a bitch!" he said as he ran over and hit him with the mace knocking him backwards "That all you got?" Nanase asked teasingly as Ataru growled "ANGEL!" he yelled and a fully rejuvenated Angel appeared behind him.
The Angel glared at Nanase "I'm no longer afraid of you..." she said as she sent a powerful fire attack at him which knocks Nanase down and he transforms back into his usual form "No!" he gasped as he punched the ground angrily "You've lost Nanase... repent and make amends for what you have done!" Ataru said as Ren grabbed the treasure which makes the ground start shaking "I will head back to my real self now..." Nanase's Shadow said and with tears in it's eyes it suddenly disappeared "We'd better haul ass now..." Akemi said as they all ran hard and fast.
The Castle crumbled just as they made it back to the real world "Shit that was close..." Ataru said nodding as he wiped the sweat off his forehead "No kidding... one second longer and we'd have been among the rubble" Ryuji said chuckling softly as Ataru nodded in agreement "Okay lets get back to LeBlanc..." he replied as they all walked off and arrived back at LeBlanc's ten minutes later where they saw Hikari was finally awake and Shiho was bouncing her on her lap gently making her giggle "Ah someone is finally up from their nap..." Ataru said sitting with them.
Shiho stopped bouncing Hikari and looked at him "So how did it go?" she asked curiously as Hikari looked at him too "Yeah Daddy did you kick the bad guys butt?" Ataru chuckled softly "Sure did... pretty soon Nanase will come clean about his misdeeds" he replied nodding as Ren chuckled suddenly "You're not gonna believe this Ataru but look what his treasure was..." he said handing him a magazine which has Suguru Kamoshida on the front cover, Ataru shook his head and laughed "What the... he really did have a hero worship of him huh?" he replied as Ryuji looked over at him "Yep and he fell from grace just like his hero!" he said as everyone laughed hysterically.
