Hello everybody. Just a fair warning, there's going to get a bit cringy on this one. I am a cringy guy and cannot help it. You have been warned.

Chapter 4 – Whale and Dine
Mechanic, Crescent Rose
Crescent and Java had talked at length about what had happened on her first quest; repairing the Marshall II, the kids, the monster, and even the breaking of the Marshall II.
"Hah, man that must suck." She said only partially concealing her amusement at the irony of it.
Crescent couldn't even deny that. She had spent most of the day working on it only for it to break after using Wotan's Runic Script skill only once. Which brought another matter to her mind.
"Um, Java?"
"Yes?"
"I know I said I wanted to get into the rankings, but do you have any advice for how to do that exactly?"
She stirred the wine in her glass in contemplation for a few moments.
"I guess the first question you should ask is how do you want to do it?" she paused taking a sip, "Since you're still new, I wouldn't recommend trying to start a clan so that just leaves the Kill Ranking and the Duel Ranking."
"Hmmm, I'm not sure."
"Well, then first we need to figure out your combat specialization and then select a build that's best suited for you."
"Combat specialization?"
Java nodded, "In ID, there are primarily four types of combat styles; individual battle types that specialize in fighting one-on-one, individual survival types that focus on surviving attacks rather than attacking, wide-scale suppression types which either use minions or an ability to lock down all enemies in a specific area, or wide-scale annihilation types that can wipe out entire groups of enemies with ease."
"The former most is the type is more common in duels while the latter most are usually seen on the Kill Rankings."
"As you are, I can't see you as being anything other than an individual battle type."
"So I should try the Duel Rankings?" she said more to herself, "Am I even allowed to use a robot in the Colosseum?"
"Also, I'm still a Mechanic, doesn't that mean I'm a support type or something?"
The presumably older woman just chuckled, "Firstly, this is Dryfe as in the Land of Machines. Machines are nothing new in the Colosseum. One of the ten strongest duelists in the entire Imperium uses her own customized mech."
"Ooh."
"As for the latter question, ID isn't like your typical RPG where your job dictates whether or not you can wield a weapon because they don't have a related skill. Only whether you get a bonus wielding that weapon. Even level requirements aren't always a thing. Mages can wield swords, Ninjas can use firearms, and someone with a job focused on destroying objects can use a land-sea battleship that can turn into a giant robot (1)."
"That last one was oddly specific," Wotan said over her burger.
"There is someone like that in Huang He and believe me, she knows how to use it."
"And like her, it all comes down to Sense Skills."
"Sense Skills?"
"Like I said ID isn't your typical RPG. Your hobbies and experiences follow you into the game. People who are artists, seamstresses, engineers, and martial artists all find that the skill they have in real life can apply in the game. And this can make a world of difference."
"Really?"
"Really." She confirmed, "If two people with the Boxer job were to fight without Embryos and have the same levels, stats, and equipment but one of them has trained in boxing. Then that's the one that is likely to win every time."
That made sense. Crescent already experienced something like that when she was working on the Marshall II. She was a mechanical engineering student, so she could understand the mechanical aspects of how it worked in addition to what her skills helped her with.
If that was true, then that meant her Sense Skills were what allowed her to do what others couldn't. why she was the only one to get the Marshall II up and running.
"Also, the Colosseum is probably the best option for you given Wotan's skills."
That had the Embryo's attention, to the point she stopped with the burger hanging in her mouth.
"Why is that?" Crescent asked seeing that Wotan was too focused to eat/speak.
"Because any items used, damaged, or destroyed in it are restored using time magic when the duel is over."
"That's perfect!" Wotan exclaimed, somehow catching the burger as it fell from her mouth. Strangely, it didn't seem to be disturbed in the least and nothing slipped off of it.
It really was. Even if she couldn't spam Runic Script, she could at the very least use it without having to worry about having to repair the Marshall II after every use. Maybe once she was a higher-ranked player, it would have been possible, but as she was, that was just too expensive.
"Then I'm going to become a Duel Ranker," Crescent announced with fire in her eyes. Not only would she be able to fight with Wotan to her full potential, but she would be able to see all kinds of weapons and Embryos. It was going to be AWESOME!
"Just one snag." Java raised a finger, Crescent already feeling a reason for her to start deflating. She was doing this on purpose.
"The arenas themselves have a barrier that protects the crowds from stray attacks. However, they only work on those whose total level is 51 or higher."
"Meaning…?"
"Meaning they won't let you participate until you are at least level 51."
Crescent's head slammed onto the table. "You are enjoying this aren't you?"
"Not as much as I would have thought, but yes I'm still enjoying." she teased.
Sighing, "So I still need to fix the Marshall II AND grind up to level 51?"
"Well if it makes you feel any better, I can recommend some good places to grind and if you get to a high enough level, my clan is planning a gathering quest in the Margraviate of Barbaros for mithril ore."
"Wow, thanks Java."
"No problem, kid."
/-/
Crescent and Java chatted for a few more hours and upon realizing it was getting dark, the two went their separate ways. Java back to her clan house while Crescent looked for an inn.
Java had recommended an inn called the Broken Silver Crescent. It honestly seemed like one of those situations in anime where something lines up too perfectly and then something really bad happens.
"You really like to jinx yourself, don't you Master." Wotan chimed while.
That was another thing she would have to get used to. For someone used to shutting herself in her lab with just her thoughts, it was…weird to have someone know her thoughts. It wasn't bad and Wotan had said she couldn't dig too deep, but still…
Suddenly Crescent stopped dead in her tracks causing Wotan to walk right past her for several steps before turning around. "Master, are you okay?"
"OH MY GOSH!" Crescent suddenly exclaimed rushing towards a building with a banner of a certain white cat in a vest.
"Hello and welcome to the recruitment drive of the Cheshire Fan Club." A woman in a Cheshire costume. "We're looking for new members. Sign now and you'll get a Cheshire plush-"
"Sign me up!" Crescent immediately shouted, stars in her eyes while grabbing onto the costumed girl a little too heavily. She actually had the woman slightly off the ground.
"S-s-sure. Go to the table to sign up and pay your dues." The costumed woman said, sounding like she was somewhere between begging and crying.
/ 3 hours later/
Crescent and Wotan made it to the Broken Silver Crescent- with one of her pilot suit's inventories filled with a large Cheshire plushie almost as big as Wotan, several smaller versions, posters, fuzzy animal ear headbands, and what Java would allow her to get from the dessert counter.
She had wanted to buy Wotan a Cheshire costume, but as soon she suggested it, Wotan started growling like a wolf and bearing some suddenly very sharp teeth.
Note to self: never take away Wotan's costume.
"They wouldn't find your body if you did." Her Embryo stated with an eerie iciness.
"But this is a game world, I wouldn't leave a body anyway."
"Well shut up!" Wotan pouted. Honestly, she had only meant it as a joke, but seeing Wotan pout like that was just too adorable.
Once they got their rooms the two went about getting ready for bed. Surprisingly, the inn had a large bathtub big enough for the two of them to fit in comfortably.
For Crescent, this wasn't anything new. Often, she and Yang had to share baths when they were growing up.
Though a sense of déjà vu did come over her when she saw Wotan undress, apparently the wolf/raven suit could come off. Wotan's hair and bangs were golden blonde but the rest of her hair, which flowed down to her hips, was a pale blonde almost seeming white in some places.
Under the suit, Wotan apparently had a very good figure. Not as muscular as her sister, but still rather toned yet svelte all the same.
And then…OH HER GODS how much milk would she need to drink to get them that big!?
Oh her pride. Even after ever so slightly and accidentally increasing her chest size by a full cup Wotan could outstrip Yang! Life just wasn't fair.
…Oh crap, she probably felt that didn't she?
"Yes Master. Yes. I. Did." Her Embryo replied, punctuating each step towards her with a mischievous grin, showing her fanged teeth, almost splitting her face in half.
Crescent took a step back.
Wotan took a step forward.
Crescent took a step back.
Wotan took a step forward.
Crescent took a step back.
Wotan took a step forward.
Crescent took a step back…only to stop when she realized that she was against the wall of the bathroom with nowhere to run.
Wotan slowly moved in on her, even with the eye patch on, Wotan looked like a wolf on the hunt while Crescent felt like a cornered rabbit.
Before Crescent could try to move out of the way, Wotan had her arms pinned against the wall. Try as she might her Embryo's grip was like an iron vice.
Don't say it. Don't say it. Please for the love of weapons everywhere don't say it.
"You know Master," She began, her hot breath on Crescent's neck their breasts pressed against each other's, "I'm sure they'll get bigger…eventually." The wolf/raven girl smirked as she said the line that was the bane of Crescent's existence when she was growing up.
"WWOOOOTTTTTAAAAANNNNN!" (2)
/-/
Groggily, Crescent got up from her bed, despite all of Wotan's teasing, she was willing to try and make up for it. Namely by allowing Crescent to cuddle with her all night.
Darn that devious wolf suit, it was just too soft and fluffy to stay mad at.
Though looking down, rather than black, Wotan's suit was white. Her suit was reversible. One side for sleeping and one side for everyday activity. (3)
Despite her cute appearance, it still took Crescent nearly an hour to wake Wotan up. Much to her surprise her Embryo was both able to sleep through having someone yell in her ear and was too strong for Crescent to push off the bed nor pull the blankets out from under her.
Did that mean her Embryo was just that strong or was she just that weak?
Eventually, she did manage to get Wotan awake and down the stairs for breakfast.
Though before entering the dining room, the inn's owner, a plump greying haired woman named Misses Gray, stopped her, "A whale is waiting to talk to you in the dining area, deary." She said while reading the newspaper in a tone like she had just said someone left a package for you, or today's special was sausage and eggs.
Blinking Crescent quickly ducked her head into the dining room. There were seven occupants; a young man with a dull-blue undercut hairstyle sat next to a stone dragon, lion, thing(?) that was eating a brass-like metal, a man in a golden-winged power suit sat at a table towards the front drinking coffee and doodling a picture of some guy with hearts around his face, a person in a black whale suit reading the paper, a short man with a turtle Shell on his back and a skeletal whale surrounded by a glowing field were eating cereal together, and a woman was moving a figurine of a glass unicorn among several pieces on what looked like a gold and Silver chessboard while snacking on jelly-filled croissants. (4)
Pulling her head back into the lobby, she looked at the proprietress, "Which whale? There are two of them." She asked. Crescent had already gotten used to seeing weirder things. Embryos could vary so greatly that it was amazing there were even categories to begin with.
"The one in the whale suit, deary." She replied while not looking up from her paper. Only by chance, Crescent noticed the headline, "Arsonist Strikes Again" in bold font on the cover.
It was a little surprising that an arsonist was running around, but with so many powerful Masters running around, it probably shouldn't be a problem. Probably.
Walking over to the person in the whale suit, Crescent noticed he had what looked like a large cybernetic book on his hip affixed to a belt.
"I was told you were looking for me?"
Look up from his paper, "Whale, I certainly am."
Did he just make a whale pun?
"Nice one." Wotan gave a fuzzy thumbs up.
"Thank you", he said, "Please sit down." He gestured to the seats in front of him and the two sat.
"My name is Doc Cricket."
That had the two staring at each other before looking back to the man in the whale suit.
Crescent wanted to ask why the top of the Clan Rankings and a Superior was waiting for her, but Wotan had a more pressing question she just had to blurt out. "If your name is Doc Cricket, why are you dressed as a whale?"
To which said Superior just laughed, "Truthfully, there are two reasons. The first is I haven't found a cricket boss monster to get a suit as a reward from and the second is I think whales are better than crickets. I guess a third is I just wanted to play with a lucky name. I hadn't planned to stick to a cricket theme or anything."
The wolf/raven girl just nodded, "Makes sense."
He then signaled to a waitress who had just walked up to the table. "Are you ready to order?"
"Whale I certainly am, I'll have the breakfast special with sausage, bacon, and ham, the breakfast casserole, the bacon-wrapped breakfast potatoes drizzled with maple syrup, and for a fin-isher I'll have two servings of chocolate chip pancakes."
"Oh, and get them whatever they want on me." He quickly added.
After they ordered, Wotan had ordered the same thing as Crescent again, and the waitress left with their order the two women eyed him curiously.
"My doctor has me on a diet IRL so I tend to eat like a starved whale on this side." He answered the unasked question without a shred of regret in his voice.
"Um," Crescent piped up drawing the two costumed people to the only person not in a costume, "Why are you looking for me, exactly?"
"Oh, right, right." He said folding his newspaper and placing it to the side before taking out what looked like a rolled-up large poster from the pouch on the stomach of his suit she hadn't seen due to the newspaper.
"Whale, there are two main reasons. Fin-stly, this is for you."
Crescent and Wotan simply looked at it in confusion. "What is it?"
"It is a Garage. You just lay it out on a flat surface and it turns into an elevator Garage to hold large machinery. Think of it as a type of inventory that is used to store machines that auto-perform light maintenance, and auto-loads weapons."
"Though if you need to do any major repairs, you have to do them yourself." He quickly added.
"Wow, this is so cool," Crescent said instantly grabbing the rolled Garage and holding it like it was a baby.
"Really? Whalep I thought you would be more excited by the fact the MG-250 was in it."
"The MG-250?"
"Oh, right sorry", he waved his hand, "I forgot most people don't know our modeling number system." he chuckled, "The MG-250 was a prototype that was meant to have an optional jet pack attachment as whale as several other option works."
"Okay, but why are you giving it to me?" Crescent asked not quite following this conversation.
"Well, you managed to get it running, at least for a little whale." He explained as the pieces fell into place, "And I heard you damaged it again while protecting some kids from a monster. So, I thought you not only whale deserved it. You deserved a higher-end Garage to house it and I had my guys do an all-nighter to get it back up to Clock Tower standards."
"Thank you so much." She breathed in excitement from getting a robot, warmth from the kindness of the gesture, and relief as she had spent most of her lir on her membership of the Cheshire Fan Club as well as the small mountain of merchandise for the small, adorable critter.
I really need to watch my money better.
'Yes you do Master.' Wotan replied in her head because she could also apparently do that as well.
"But wait, I didn't see a jetpack on the MG-250's back?"
"Whale, that was kind of the problem. What orca-strated this whole quest was the jetpack came off during testing and exploded, sending the MG-250 crashing to the ground. It was nearly two months dendro time before we found it again. And…whale, we had already moved onto another project, so we had the fin-tatsic idea of using it to test for new talents who have yet to join a clan."
All through the conversation, Wotan had been chuckling at his whale puns, but Crescent was starting to feel rather off-put. Who knew there were so many whale puns?
"I know you didn't commit to the cricket theme but aren't you taking the whale puns too far?"
"You sound just like my clan mates, but my daughter and the children we entertain every month like it just fin-e. They think they are killer even."
"Get it, killer, killer whale?" he made a nudging gesture. Wotan burst out laughing while Crescent's head fell into her hands. Was she under some ancient druidic curse to be forever near someone who abused puns?
"Okay, okay, I'll ease up on the puns." He reassured her seeing her expression.
"As for the second reason I am here, it is that I am here to recruit you." He said easing up on the whale puns.
"Really?"
"Yes." he nodded, "I don't know if you are aware of what exactly you've done, but you have already managed to do at level 0 what a High Mechanic would be hard-pressed to do. That tells me you have the brains and intuition to take a type of machinery you've never seen before and make it work. That alone is more than enough reason for me to invite you to join."
Crescent stiffened a little. She had heard about some companies giving people 'gifts' only to use them as a soft way of forcibly recruiting people.
"Now keep in mind, the MG-250 and the Garage have nothing to do with you accepting the position. You earned those rewards fair and square. They are completely separate from my invitation to my clan. You can take them and leave if you so desire."
That had her relaxing a little. If she could walk away at any time, then it meant she didn't need to be too worried about being forcibly recruited.
"Can you tell me a little about your clan? I know you made the Marshall IIs, but that's about it."
"Very whal- I mean okay. The Clock Tower, as you said, is the leading clan in the production and distribution of the Marshall IIs, and their option works, such as firearms, radar systems, and just about every addon you can think of for a giant robot. We also do monthly shows with smaller Magingear dressed in animal costumes to entertain children once a month."
"Our biggest contract is with the Dryfe Imperium's military to produce 200 Marshall IIs a year."
"That's a lot."
"Not as much as you might think, between the Mechanic's Auto Machine Crafting skill and my Embryo, we could produce five times as many in a year."
"However, we do also take on custom requests. Several of the Kill and Duel Rankers want either custom Magingears or option works to help make them stronger."
That did sound like it would be interesting, but… "So I wouldn't be able to participate in the arenas?"
"What? No, we have members who are in both the Duel and Kill Rankings. Just because our clan focuses on crafting, doesn't mean we don't need people to go out and collect monster materials."
"We regularly go on clan-wide hunting trips to help gather materials for big orders and to help level up our members."
He then lowered his head and held his hand to the side as though to whisper something conspiratorially, "We also use our Duel Ranking members to show off our products. A type of free advertisement."
"And if I were to join your clan…"
"Then you would receive a 50% discount on Magingears and option works, as well as nearly unlimited access to tools and ores when performing clan-related functions or quests. In addition to a monthly allowance of ores below mithril in cost, if you want to use mithril or higher metals, you need to submit a request and access to any tools we are not using for personal projects."
"Furthermore, we have contracts with the Mechanics and Engineers Guilds to have priority on quests which would allow you to level up faster." He finished listing the benefits of joining his clan.
It was honestly more than she had expected.
As she was digesting the information, the waitress brought their food. For the second time, Crescent noticed that Wotan had not only ordered the same food as her, but she noticed Wotan hadn't started eating until she did. Lastly, her teeth were back to normal. Was that related to her mood?
After eating for a little bit in silence, food in this world was just too good to waste while talking. Even simple things like chocolate chip pancakes with strawberry syrup tasted better than anything she had ever had…well except for her mom's cookies, but nothing else.
When the check came, Doc Cricket took it and handed the woman enough lir to cover it.
That brought another question to Crescent's mind.
"How much do Magingears cost anyway? I know a newbie player probably couldn't afford them, but that's it."
"Oh, um, the standard market price is 10,000,000 lir in Dryfe just for the Magingear itself, and between 20,000,000 to 40,000,000 when depending on the options works package you select, and nearly two to three times more outside of Dryfe."
Crescent went goggle-eyed at the price. A normal Magingear was worth 2,000 times more than what she had started with. No, he said it had a full option works package, which meant what she was holding was, at a minimum, 4,000 times the starting amount. Probably more if she factored in the Garage itself.
And she had thought the Dragonscale Ward was expensive. She looked at the Garage still in her arms and almost blanched at the thought of holding onto something so expensive.
But that brought another thought to her mind. How powerful was a clan that could just give something like that away? If what he said was true, they could produce a thousand Magingears a year and that was on top of what they allowed for their clan member's own projects and custom orders.
Well, this is a no-brainer.
"I'll join your clan."
"Excellent." He replied.
/-/
Dunkennel Woods, Dryfe Imperium
Doc Cricket had agreed to show them around the clan base tomorrow. As for today…*BOOM**BOOM**BOOM**BOOM**BOOM*
…Crescent was testing out the new equipment of her MG-250.
In addition to actually having an intact frame and armor, dyed red by Wotan's energy cape, it had a small armor of option works.
Firstly, there was the jet black long-barreled handgun that was almost a metel in length with an image of a cross with the inscription "Jesus Christ is in Heaven now" on its side.
The explosive rounds it fired were able to rip through the level 40 monsters like they were made of tissue paper.
A Goblin Warrior charged at her with its great club drawn only to be blocked by a shield of pure energy coming from the left forearm of the MG-250. Before he could even react, the gun that was in its right arm slid into a compartment in its wrist before the knife attached to the mouth of the MG-250 dropped and was caught in the right hand. Pouring MP into the blade began to vibrate slicing through club and goblin like a chainsaw through cake.
However, Crescent wasn't able to relax as a group of Goblin Mages began releasing spells to attack her causing her to drop her knife as she fell to the ground. The damage was minimal, but the force was still enough to knock her over.
As they continued their assault a large goblin, more like an over-inflated water balloon than a goblin started to waddle forward.
Its name read Goblin Torch which gave her an idea of what it might be.
But rather than find out, she pointed her now empty hand at the Goblin Torch as a metallic wire shot from the MG-250's wrist piercing the goblin's stomach before an electric current was forced through its body causing it to explode in a burst of oil and flames, soaking the other goblins and quickly killing them. (5)
Collecting her weapon, Crescent looked around for more monsters to grind. She was already level 34 and if she was being honest, she was enjoying testing her new Magingear than the act of leveling up. If she kept going at this rate, she could reach level 40 or 45 by the end of the day…
…or at least that's what she would like to say. Truth be told she had been grinding for only about two hours and had exhausted more than sixty percent of her MP.
With 600 total MP (thank goodness for Wotan's stat corrections and her suit), she could operate for another 240 minutes if she wasn't fighting or 240 seconds if she was. Her suit's skill Low MP Regeneration regenerated was fixed at level 1, so it only regenerated 1 MP every 10 seconds.
That meant if a fight were to break out, she could only keep going for a total of 266 seconds or so.
'You really should have stocked up on MP Potions first Master.'
Well sorry, we didn't have enough lir.
'Apology accepted.' Wotan replied, despite not being able to see her, Crescent could feel her smirk. 'Maybe this will teach you to be more frugal with your money.'
It was like having a second Yang sometimes.
Deactivating the MG-250, Crescent sighed, "Wotan, deactivate your skill, we need to gather up the drops before someone else gets to them." She wanted to keep going, but even the ammo she had used would cost money and she didn't think letting people hug Wotan, no matter how soft and fluffy she was, would compensate for bullets.
'If you tried that, I would tickle you until you peed yourself.' Wotan casually threatened. She was starting to get a feel for her Embryo's personality now. She was mischievous and a prankster, but overall sweet with a dark side towards anything she didn't like. She could also understand someone not wanting to be pawned off on random people for hugs.
About to open the hatch to exit her Magingear Wotan suddenly shouted, 'Master, reconnect right now!' she suddenly shouted inside her head.
Doing as she said, she could just barely dodge a fireball striking the spot she had just been. Wanting to curse, Crescent looked up to see a large red bird with fire encasing its wings. Above its head was the name Crimson Rockbird.
Once again, Crescent finds herself facing off against a Demi Dragon class boss monster, again. Though this time instead of one specialized in stealth and debuffs, it is one focused on offense and flying. Will she be able to survive? Find out next time.
(1) In ID there doesn't seem to be any restriction on weapons and armor so long as you have the level requirement and even then, that's not always the case. I mean Ray was able to wield (albeit with the feedback) the Nameless Axe before even being level 400 despite it being one of the two masterworks of one of the original Administrators and having no skills relating to axes. Neither Marie nor Shu has any jobs that we know about that relate to guns, cannons, or machinery, yet they use them all the same. In the order listed, Zachariah, Marie Alder, and Shu Starling.
FYI, I do have someone planned with a giant mech Embryo similar to Baldr, I just couldn't resist. However, it is going to be more specialized due to the person it belongs to. I'm curious if anyone can guess who gets the giant mech.
(2) Haha, got ya. Sorry, but no yuri bath scenes for you. (I know I'm going to pay for that somehow)
(3) yeah, I might have gotten the idea from a certain isekai'd bear girl. (Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear)
(4) in case I never do anything with these characters, and to see if anyone guessed who was who, as they appear in order:
Henry Marigold – Job: King of Alchemist, Embryo: Devourer of Great Treasures, Pixiu, Type: Guardian
Atlas Pilot (Dubbed Pilot Boi) – Job: Gale Pilot, Embryo: Wings to Kiss the Sky, Kinnara, Type: Weapon Gear
You know the guy in the whale suit was Pietro already.
Tortuga – Job: High Elementalist, Embryo: Gathering of Strange Spirits, Bake-kujira, Type: Guardian World
Madame – Job: Marianette Princess, Embryo: The Game of those who Rule, Gwyddbwyll Board, Type: Arms Legion Labyrinth
…it only occurs to me after writing this that all of those characters are from Atlas. If you are wondering why they all picked Dryfe…well…(insert incoherent noises of someone trying to quickly think of a reason/excuse)…they wanted something similar to their home because to them Atlas is the best…wait, that actually makes sense given Atlesian's high opinion of themselves and their country.
Huh.
Anyway…
If you haven't already guessed, I may or may not have gone overboard with creating Embryos and as a result felt compelled to assign them to lesser main and minor cast members after having already used up the entire main cast from all the season, minus season 9 for obvious reasons.
(5) I decided to take a few ideas from different anime and throw them into the option works of the MG-250. In order:
The Jackal from Hellsing
The Beam Shield from Victory Gundam and Seed Destiny
GeoTron Electronics GRAW-2 Monomolecular Cutter from Full Metal Panic
Lightning Flail from Knights and Magic
As for the whale puns…I couldn't refuse. He's such a goofy, good-natured guy, I had to do it. Don't let the costume and puns fool you. Just like Shu, he is a powerhouse that could end armies. But unlike Shu, he doesn't feel the compulsion to make puns and rather just does it for fun, but will stop if someone asks him to.
