as Rose was in the private room waiting for Bell to choose his advisor through the papers she has in front of Bell, Bell was given the picture of each receptionist, the pictures also had the bio of the receptionist on the back, and as bell was looking through them (namely picking the female staff members as they "caught his eye" more) as rose observed Bell and saw Bell leaned more toward female staff members than the male staff, she took away all the male receptionists and presented only the female receptionist as Rose found Bell fancied women not men and Bell noticed this as he knew she looked for this as he continued to look at them and read there Bios, Bell is somewhat "slow" in certain messages people give off at times, but even he could tell that this process of picking people you say as attractive and desirable was probably nothing new and even encouraged as Rose didn't even change her attitude at all in this and even helped Bell out by removing the staff she knew Bell wouldn't pick since they didn't catch his eye, though bell was somewhat upset as Rose noticed his taste so soon.

Bell's thoughts:" and I did my best to hide my interest as well by looking at a male staff member every so often to at least diversity it... then again, she was paying attention to my every movement, for a level 5, I must be moving in slow motion to a near halt, since I know level 4's are fast enough to see lightning in slow motion, I would be even slower than that if not a near standstill given the chance so of course she'd notice my interest easily... still, is this okay"

Rose:" now, as the captain of the guild staff, my main job in people selecting a receptionist is to evaluate how you react to certain members of our staff, meaning I pay attention to who meets your interest, so even if you desire them in a lustful manner... so be it, as far as the guild is concerned or even cares, that's a good thing since it helps put incentive to come by and report your activities more, and since it's your choice in the end despite less of your reason, you have no reason to be ashamed in yourself for picking someone out of lust"

Bell:"... is this alright to see which one I'm more attracted to, isn't that just... pitiful and discussing to pick someone off the fact they are pretty or attractive, shouldn't I pick someone who is able to help me over... that"

Rose:" far from it, the guild encourages it for the most part since that is half the reason why people get chosen for thing's in the first place, if I was to guess your attraction and taste, I'd say you fancy women with large "assets" and an exotic look like myself when you were awestruck by me upon meeting me for the first time"

Rose then put both her hands crossed on under her large ample chest as she showed Bell what she meant, causing bell to blush as he stumbled over his words in a feeble attempts to deny such a claim.

Bell:" (Flabergasted) WH-WHAT, I WASN- I DIDN- I'D NEVER-"

Rose:" relax kid, you're not the first and definitely not the last adventurer, let alone a man who is still in the middle of puberty, who got shaken and awestruck by a pretty woman they meet, and I know it's a bit on the arrogant and prideful side, but I hold myself high with my beauty and pristine, so I consider myself to be a real beauty among my peers and most in Oranio"

Rose then flicked her hair as she did indeed take pride in her looks, and Bell couldn't help but feel that was a very bold statement, but seeing Rose and how beautiful she was, he couldn't help but feel some of her pride and confidence was more than justified even if there are some contenders, so as he looked through the pictures, he saw someone who caught his eye, he knew Rose was watching so he more or less motioned to another, but then Rose smerked as she then grabbed the picture that caught his eye and then knew why she caught his eye.

Rose:" let's see, Eina Tulle, a half elf at the age of 59 is related to the royal family of the Alf forest, she is also a level 4 who belongs to the Loki Familia, same as her relative Riveria Ljos Alf, and is known as Loki Familia's "Older sister" as a nickname between Familias, and her Alias is Royal Shadow", and has been a veteran member of the Loki Familia since the age of 30"

Bell:" hold on, I thought elves age differently, for elves and even half elves, I heard that 10 years is 1 year of age for them, so shouldn't she be 5, near 6, by elven standards in terms of physical age, and if I remember correctly, it's also why elves are seen as one of the wisest and smartest of other races since the adult's in elven society are at least 200 years old"

Rose:" normally yes, but with a Dunamis, so long an elf has reached level 4, like with besatfolk, her body will age accordingly, as a level 4, so long as she is past the age of 20, she will have the body of a full grown adult, so while her age should indicate other wise, she is indeed an adult"

Bell:" okay, I understand"

Rose:" would you like to meet her in person, mind you I have to observe as well anyway, but don't mind me much and just pay attention to Enia"

Bell was nervous as he didn't want to seem like a perverted man as he steeled himself to not blush, but upon seeing Enia walk in, he blushed beyond his control, Enia was a beauty able to rival rose, Enia had a slim and toned body, pointy half elf ears that were 4 inches long, 2 inches shorter than a regular elves ears, and were rounded at the tip's of her ears instead of being pointy which showed she was indeed a half elf, brown hair tied in a ponytail that reaches to her waist with two strands on the sides of her head, and emerald colored eyes, she was wearing the standard guild uniform, though unlike Rose, Enia's sleeveless dress was green with white stockings and a black trim, it gave off a aura of settle cuteness over Rose's more mature look with her guild uniform, and given more of a calming aura instead of one that showed more of a athorative woman, Bell saw firsthand how such a small difference could change so much in term's of other appeal, and Bell had to be snapped back to reality as Rose, with a grin of teasing delight snapped her finger's in front of Bell's face as he was snapped back to reality as rose held in her chuckle as Bell was even more embarrassed than before.

Rose:" (mocking tone) so innocent and cute"

Bell:" (deeply embarrassed tone) please stop teasing me"

Rose:" than don't make it so easy... (clear throat) (regular tone) okay then, let's begin"

Enia:" hello, I am Enia Tulle, I am an advisor for the guild and part-time adventurer for the Loki Familia, I am currently on break from my Familia as I have plenty of guild duties to handle"

Bell:" I was wondering, how do you become a part-time adventurer, and what are the benefits of being a part-time adventurer over a full-time one"

Bell didn't know what he said, but it made Enia ecstatic, apparently, at least what Bell thought, this question is overlooked as many only think about the dungeon as a permamite set of employment instead of looking at other options, so Bell may have triggered something that is either good or bad based on how you see it.

Enia:" (energetically and enthusiastically as well as a little fast) an excellent question, since at a certain point you will stagnate in your growth in strength as an adventurer, it's better to be more productive in mean's of your life since there are many cases of adventuere's needing to find other means of employment, as such, part time adventurer's are adventuere's who reached a level in there power where they can no longer gain to much power and thus seek other mena's of employment as a safer way to earn income, as such, Oranio has a law that started that as long as an adventurer works a certain number of hours weekly regardless of Familia type, in case any join the guild like myself and Rose, so long as we don't handle paperwork related to our Familia as well as not have any involvement with our Familia on our guild working hours, we are clear to work for the guild, for me, so long as I don't handle any paperwork from he loki Familia, I can work for the guild just fine (babble babble babble)"

about 2 hours passed as Bell regretted what he just unleashed as Rose dozed off halfway in this long speech Enia had and upon Enia finishing, she asked about rose as she then tapped her shoulder as rose woke up awake in a surprise and then just signed Enia off to be Bell's advisor due to how Bell was still awake by what she knew and being down with this, so Bell and Enia walk to talk to one another as Bell left that guild and headed to meet Hestia, he remembered the advice he got before becoming to Oranio.

*Flashback*

in the village before Bell left to Oranio, he was in his home packing his thing's and getting ready to leave when his villages hunting captain entered his home, upon his hunting captain Issac entering, Bell immediately went up in a salute with his back straight as a ruler, his arm's to his side, and his right arms hand sharply, fingers and thumb extended and joined, palm facing down, only sitting back down once the captain told Bell to be as he was as Bell then sat down as the captain talked to Bell before Bell left to Oranio.

Bell:" Captain Issac, I wasn't aware you were coming here"

Issac:" well when I heard you were heading to oranio to become an adventurer, I figure I give the boy who I trained since he was a young lad some worldly advice before he left to make sure he doesn't get himself offed 3 days after entering the dungeon"

Bell:" I appreciate it"

Issac:" now, first off, monsters in the dungeon are far different than the monster's on the surface, so even though you were able to hunt goblins, Kobolts, and even the occasional Minotaur and Orc without issue till now, there will be 3 magor thing's to note, first, monster's in the dungeon are 10 to 20 times more powerful than the ones on the surface"

Bell:"... oh, I knew they were stronger, but by that much... I'm glad you told me beforehand"

Issac:" Second, the monsters in the dungeon are also smarter, using ambush tactics, setting traps, and using weapons they pick up from adventurers, and the longer they are alive, the deadlier they are, as such, if you see a monster with a weapon from an adventurer, it's considered far more lethal than a normal monster, so consider it as much a threat as a bandit or a well-trained warrior"

Bell:" got it, look for any actual weapon"

issac:" and lastly, don't think monsters as the only threat, adventurers of all kind are dangerous, more so than monsters, the dungeon is no mans land, almost everything that happens in the dungeon is pretty much off the official record, meaning if you make enemies with an adventurer, they will likely hunt you down and kill you, so you need to be more aware of anyone and everyone around you at all times, got it"

Bell:" got it, so even outside the dungeon, the threat of dying isn't over"

Issac:" if not more dangerous, adventurers are usually greedy and self-centered with only a few exceptions, especially dark Familia, be careful Bell, anyone who is close to you could be dangerous, so please, proceed with caution"

*End of flashback*

Bell still remembers the advice he got from his old captain, he knew that this won't be easy, however, what ever in life is, so as he meet his goddess, he was aware of how things were going to be as he was his Familia's only member, as he meets his goddess, he saw her talking with another goddess, the other goddess noticed Bell as she waved for him to come as he would be as polite as possible in front of this goddess he doesn't know.

Bell:" H-Hello, my name is Bell Cranel, I am the sole member of the Hestia Familia and wished to show my manners to another god of another Familia in show of good grace and faith upon our first meeting"

Hestia:" Bell, dile it down some, this is Athena, a friend of mine, you don't have to put up such air in front of her"

Athena:" but I must say, he's quite well mannered for someone his age, he's been raised well then, I am Athena, the greek goddess of war, wisdom, and a dear friend of Hestia's as a fellow virgin goddess"

Bell:" oh, I see, then... nice to meet you goddess Athena"

Athena:" just Athena is fine, now then, I was discussing to Hestia about living arrangements, now then, as for the church, since it's in ruin, I can probably give it to you no problem, since it's in ruin, I can't say it's in the best condition, however, the basement is in somewhat better condition and should give you the bare minimum in shelter, as such, with your Familia so small, I recommend you to stay there till your Familia get's larger, till then, it should do"

Hestia:" that's more than enough, thank you, and I will definitely pay back everything I owe plus interest"

Athena:" please Hestia, don't push yourself to hard, also, Bell Cranel, please don't let Hestia push herself too far, she has a habit of taking on more than she can handle for her family's sake"

Hestia:" ATHENA"

Athena:" well, goodbye, I gotta go and see how my Familia is doing, I'll see you around Hestia... don't work yourself into a coma again please"

Hestia then threw the bisket at Athena as she was angered by her comment and had to calm down to tell Bell about their Familia's new home, the church was in rubble, it had a bunch of holes in the roof, the seats were decayed to just about fall off with over half of them already broken to be unable to sit in, the windows were nearly held together, there were some cases of burn damage, and the door to the basement was covered in a fallen beam, while for a level 1 Bell it wasn't an issue to move, for a normal person, it would have taken an entire team a few hours to move it, and as they enter the basement, ti was nearly much of an improvement to the top of the church as the basement had berely functional lights, as well as dust and dirt everywhere, still, this was there home for all they can afford, and as far as Hestia is concerned, as long as there was a hearth to light a fire, they could call this home since a hearth was all they needed for the cold nights ahead of them.

Hestia:" it's rustic, dusty, and cramped, but it's shelter for now, I ask again, are you sure you want to be in my Familia Bell, I don't have much and the little I do have is borrowed, if you are having second thought's, I won't blame you"

Bell:" I slept in worse places with less than this before, I'll be fine, a couch to sleep on is still more comfortable than sleeping on a branch or a pile of leaves you gather, less bugs to"

with this, the 2 spend the rest of the day cleaning as they then get ready for bed, Bell took the couch as Hestia took the one bed they had, with this, the 2 are now acquainted to other new home and new life, for the next day to come, and the challenge has yet to come for Bell as this would only be the start of his struggles to become stronger.
