as Artemis sat in a nearly broken chair that seemingly had makeshift maintenance to be able to hold someone's weight which Artmeis didn't trust entirely and prepared herself to brace incase it snaps and she need's to catch herself, Bell made some tea from tea leaves he was able to get from his travels for them as he wanted to welcome Artemis into the rundown underground basement nearly any better than the surface of the church that he and Hestia called home, as far as Artemis could tell from first impressions, Bell was protective and wasn't even hesitating to shoot her if she was an intruder, and from her later impressions of Bell, she saw he's well mannered and behaved, though, she had to know more before making a final assessment, so once Bell was done with the tea, he gave the good cup to Artemis and took the one with the crack in it making it filled only halfway, Artemis noticed this even if it was for a second, and sipped the tea, it was great, it was silky smooth, the temperature was just right, not too hot and not too cold, and the hint of mint and honey only made the tea that much better, Artemis was surprised by the tea's quality and flavor and had to snap back to talk to Bell and evaluate him better.

Artemis:" so then Mr. Cranel, thank you for letting me enter your home on such short notice"

Bell:" please goddess Artemis, just Bell if fine goddess Artemis, it feels inappropriate to have a goddess such as yourself refer to me in such a way"

Artemis:" oh really, well, if you're so formal with me calling me goddess Artemis, then I need to be as formal back, it's a sign of respect, as a member of Hestia's Familia, why not just address me as Artemis as a sign of good faith between Allie Familias, besides, contrary to belief, god's don't like to be referred to by formalities, it's just putting to much work in talking after all, we prefer to be able to speak out minds and say what's on them then put up a face, so please, just call my by my given name without any formalities please, I don't mind"

Artemis's thoughts:" of course, that only applies to those who are respectful of us, if you were rude to me for no reason, I wouldn't allow such, but since you were so polite and well-mannered, I don't care much"

Bell blushed a bit as he struggled to call Artemis just by her name, and Artemis saw immediately what Rose mean by being so easy to tease, she tried and failed to hold in her chuckle when he finally did manage to say her name without formalities in such a soft voice that even her werewolf ears could nearly hear it.

Bell:" PLEASE DON'T TEASE ME"

Artemis:" (calming down from her chuckling) sorry sorry, but it's not every day you meet someone who's so embarrassed and blushing so hard just to say someone's name without formalities... you're a good, honest, innocent kid"

Bell:" I try my best to show respect and honor someone upon meeting them if they show they are good people, isn't that what you're supposed to do with anyone you meet that shows you the same"

it was at this point the two of them got comfortable, and for the next 20 minutes, Artemis talk's to Bell more on many topics to evaluate him, and she honestly had a good talk with him, since Bell was a hunter, the 2 of them had a lot in common and talked about hunting and their way to hunt, and surprisingly, Bell also hunted in a very similar way to Artemis, so she was able to follow Bell's story of hunting as if she was there, she honestly had a great time talking to Bell as he was both a great listener and easy to talk to, then Hestia came as Hestia was flabbergasted by what she saw, she saw her friend Artemis enjoying a conversation with a man, a boy nearing manhood more accurately, but still, Artemis showed respect to few men, but it was always professional, and even then, she kept a distance from them even in conversation, but this, this was a sight to behold for sure, one that made Hestia smirk as she decided to pull a little prank on her friend by teasing Artemis with one sentence.

Hestia:" oh, I see, Artemis is now dating men I see, with her now on a date with my one and only Familia member I wonder how long it is till you two hit it off"

Bell:" it's okay, Artemis wanted to evaluate me anyway to see if I was anyone she should be concerned about for your safety goddess, so it's fine"

Artemis:" (shocked and near speechless)... (collecting herself) oh wow... you're not as fool-hearted as I thought, though if you knew, why were you so calm knowing I'd be able to kill you at a moment's notice"

Bell:" because I had faith you would trust me enough to at least see if was trustworthy enough to be your friend's only Familia member, you care for her a lot after all, so you wouldn't have done anything to make her upset"

Artemis:"... you're either foolish or crazy, but I guess you win, but remember, if anything happens to her, and you stand by, I'm coming after you as well"

Bell:" as you should if I do nothing"

Artemis then got up, dusted off her tail and pants, and then walked out while waving goodbye and left to head back to her Familia's home, the Artemis Familia stayed in a multi-story mansion that is similarly structured to the babel tower to hold all of Artemis's +1000 member's of her Familia like many other large Familia's have with 10 ft tall cement walls and a large grass field and trees surrounding to make the image of a full moon from the top, upon arriving to her Familia's home, Artemis entered her room which was up top as she looked down and saw with her very keen eyes the city below, using her Discerning Eye's which allow her to see the color and brilliance of souls to see the city, it was nice seeing them all move around and interact with one another, in the heavens, gods were only able to see mortal's like this as they only saw them as souls moving around instead of people, and upon descending, they all retain this ability, of course, due to the law's of the god's, every god is only allowed to use this while in there Familia's home, and only for an hour at most, though, at least one goddess pushes her luck with this rule despite many warning's and fines, almost sending her Familia into bankruptcy because of it many times over, and even having half of them die to prevent the Familia from falling apart because of it, and that is why Artemis only does this for a little bit before going to bed, then as she though about her conversation with Bell, she started to doze off.

Artemis:" (steadily falling asleep) I should have another talk with him, it was (yawn) fun...ZZZ"

as all this was happening, Bell was sharpening his arrows and knives on a portable rectangular whetstone he carried with him with a bucket of water next to him as he was taking care to make sure his weapons were as sharp as possible, seeing the blade in a beam of light from his lantern to see how the reflection shines, using a technique he learned from his mentor and saw they were all sharpened correctly as he then went to bed soon after on the couch where he drifted off to his dreams, though, Bell was still haunted by what he saw in the dungeon, his dead aunt, the one he killed himself, if the dungeon makes you see your most painful memories, nightmares, and experiences, then what was next for him entering tomorrow, though, for now, he rested for the long day ahead of him, unaware of his future endeavors and the future crisis that awaited.

yes, sex scenes are going to be a thing, as well as detailed gore and mutilation with enough detail to almost make you able to picture it, so if you're sensitive to sex, violence, gore, and such, leave now, cause it's only getting worse from here

and yes, I'm making many of the characters who didn't fuck in the anime fuck as well, aside from a few for certain reasons or situations they are in, I plan to at least have them either in the process or have the impression of them having sex, whether they are a named character is up to who it is, honestly speaking, it only makes sense thinking about it, why wouldn't grown adult's or teens be at it

the god's having kids is also something I'm changing with the caveat being the mortal and god have to have pure, unmistaken, and undeniable feeling's for one another, so anyone who is after someone for their body only, god or mortal, or someone who is charmed doesn't count, IE, Freya charming someone she wants to bear the child of cannot have her bear them a child since the man in question is not in love with her of their own free will, though Nazza and Miach can have a child since there love is the real deal
