as Bell woke up, he found his Goddess sleeping with him, obviously, he thought she was concerned for his well being not knowing Hestia had mistaken the couch for her bed and thought Bell was a soft Pillow, Hestia when she is tired will mistake so many things, and as Bell was waking up, he found Hestia was pressing her boobs onto him and then flipped to lay her on the couch, he then got dressed, got his gear, and then took his bow and arrows to see if he can fire them this time and whispered he was off, leaving as quietly as possible.

upon Bell leaving, he was walking his normal route as he was looking things up in a notebook he had, the notes he took on Enia's harsh and Spartan lessons as he was making sure to get everything up to speed, then being bumped into by someone behind him as he then looked at them and though this person looked Familiar, he thought she looked Familiar, but her skin was tanned so it couldn't likely be her.

Lefiya:" oh, sorry... Bell Cranel"

Bell:" have we met before miss"

Lefiya:"... oh yeah, you probably don't think I'm me because of my tan right now, well, I am half High Dark Elf, so when I stay in the sun for too long, my skin will tan in a snap"

Bell then imagined the girl in front of him with paler skin and then recognized her"

Bell:"... you princess Lefiya Viridis, princess of the Dark Elves... I'm sorry for my rude behavior earlier"

Lefiya:" please drop the formalities, I hate how people address me with such complicated sentences when simple hello or I'm sorry can do"

Bell:" okay, I guess I can stop it"

Bell:" well, I spend a lot of money on some things that I needed and some gifts for my goddess, so I plan to go to the dungeon and make some money, I can't rest because of a few setbacks, right"

Lefiya:"... then mind if I tag along, I plan to go to the dungeon as well, my Familia has a massive debt to pay off and we can't let it slip past us"

Lefiya's thoughts:" this boy seems special, getting that reaction from Ais, taking on a Minotaur even if he was to lose, and most of all, he is green beyond words, in my 30 years, he's a first in a lifetime, might as well see what he can do"

so Lefiya tagged along with Bell to help/observe him in the dungeon today, and Bell wasn't going to say no to help from a level 3, so they decided to split their earnings in half no matter what, so the 2 talked as they walked.

Bell:" I was surprised to see you look so different"

Lefiya:" well, give it about 6 hours and my skin will change back to my original look, but I like this tanned skin I get, it makes me look more like my mother"

Bell:" oh, your mother, the queen of Dark Elves, I heard a lot about her, not as a queen, but as a vanguard in the Hera Familia... how did your mother allow you in the Loki Familia"

Lefiya was about to tell Bell how her situation occurred when Bell felt an intense stare on him, a sinister, dangerous, prey-like stare, it sent a shiver down bell's spine, alerting every danger sense he had, and upon later discovery from this experience alone, his "Minds Eye of Future Sense" Development Ability went up by a whole rank due to how intense the danger of this stare was on Bell at that moment, and stopped Bell in his tracks.

Lefiya:" Bell, what's wrong"

Bell:" (shaking and shivering)

Lefiya:" Bell"

both of them flinch as a maid walked up to Bell Lefiya noticed she was Syr from the Hostess of Fertility and knows well she's a natural con artist

Syr:" I'm Syr Flova, and I am here to offer you a basket of free food"

Syr:" because we will have you taste these and then come back to the pub for a real meal here"

Lefiya pulled Bell over to whisper in his ear, Lefiya, even though she looked like a teen was still about 59 years old near 60, and she's met enough people and experienced enough to know when something isn't right, she also made note of all the biggest con artist in Oranio at a way to protect herself from them, and of them all, Syr rank's at the most manipulative and mysterious of all, and due to Bell being Green, she had to warn him of her.

Lefiya:" (whisper) won't trust her Bell, she's a con artist and one of the most dangerous and skilled ones at that, she's trying to trick you with this, deny her offer and head on your way, less you regret it later"

Bell:" (whisper):" okay, but how do I do that, if she'd trying to con me, won't she make up some excuse for that"

Lefiya:" (whisper):" don't worry, I know how to handle her, just follow my lead"

as the 2 then started to walk up to Syr, she then ran back in and closed the door leaving the food on the ground for them, locking the door to avoid them being able to say otherwise, it was a pain, so they decided to just leave the food, no harm in it since it clearly won't go to waste, only for Syr to pop up in front of them 10 minutes later and throw it to Bell who caught it out of reflex and then disappear soon after.

Bell:"... what just happened"

Lefiya:" I don't know, the "leave the trap gift at the door" trick usually works, she gives up after that since it's to much trouble, she's never done this before"

Bell:"... maybe we can just throw it away, I mean, what could possibly stop us from doing that, we got plenty of rations, so we don't need this"

it was then that hooded men grabbed both bell and Lefiya's bag with their rations in them and dropped them on the floor, adventures ruining rations for others wasn't entirely uncommon, so the guild don't pay attention to it much, but for Bell and Lefiya, they were scared.

Bell:"... did she"

Lefiya:" I think Syr is especially adamant about this"

Bell:" I feel like if I don't come to that pub tonight, I'm going to be dragged there"

Lefiya:" I'll come with you, I'm scared for your safety as well"

Bell:" you don't have to you know, but thanks"

Lefiya:" come on, I was partly responsible for you getting so hurt, so I should at least help you now as my form of redemption, my mother always told me" those who make mistakes should be ready to pay for them, and then do everything they can to redeem themselves if they have a speck of honor in them" I liked that saying, so don't worry about me, besides, I'm too scared of Syr's latest acton's to sit by less you get killed... or worse"

unbeknownst to the 2 however was that the Norse goddess of beauty, one of the rivaling top Familias in Oranio, and also well known as one of the most dangerous Familias that is just about as close to being a Dark Familia without being given the official statement of one, and also the Familia that has caused even more civilian casualties and destruction to property than any other Familia in Oranio (including the Loki Familia with Ais and her commonplace in killing people at random times and places) the Familias goddess took a glimpse of Bell, and then at that moment, immediately fixated on it.

(and unironically, the Freya Familia did plan to force Bell if he wasn't going to go)

Freya:" I want that, I want that soul"

Freya's words, actions, and meaning behind them, her stomach jumped, her heart raced with excitement, and a breath of euphoria escaped her lips, and she felt her flower watering at the sight, she was getting aroused, her sex drive spiking, and needed release.

she seemed to be similar to that of a child who saw a toy they wanted in a toy store, while it was a pure and honest urge, to its core, it was hideous, malicious, and sinister, this same feeling consumed her to her core, and this same feeling Freya got at times is why so many innocent men, women, and even children, including infants who were just born or yet to be born, were brutally murdered and slaughtered by many of the more dedicated members of her Familia who wanted to have their goddesses eyes on them, even burning the children alive to seek even a glimpse from her, a piece of her attention, even for a second, and did so without sorrow or hesitation, anything that pleased her, they would give to her, anything that she didn't like, they would destroy, and as of now, it is many times stronger than the other times, making it all the more dangerous.

Freya:" so pure, so bright, so... so..."

Ottar knew his goddess would do something like this, it's happened before, and knowing how serious Freya is to finding her Odr, he knew what length's she'd go to to get it, anytime she desired something, she would always get it, no matter the cost, she's killed billions of people to obtain one person, she had him help destroy all the people in Allen and Anya's home kingdom just to force the 2 to join her to get Allen, he's helped kill off almost every man woman and child in Hogni and Hedin's kingdoms to get them to her side, she even fucked the dwarf that held the Gulliver Brothers to death to get the 4 of them, and so many more stories, all covered in blood and death, Ottar even suspected his slavery and the death of his entire Family was also her doing, but since she did save him, even if she did cause it, he had nothing else but her, this was Freya's truest colors to the mortals she desired to have and not recuit only because they seemed promising with little hope, no matter who has to die or how many, she would get what she wanted, and so long as she didn't use her divine powers, she was free to do so as well, this namely because she avoided the magor dungeons, but now that she's force here, she can't just go off, even now, their are many Familias able to rivle hers, many who have eyes on her, and the guild, they won't hesitate to destroy her once she proves more trouble than what she's worth, even with the great threat of the One Eyed Black Dragon, if Freya proved to much of a threat herself, likely is, the guild head would order her and her Familia's death sentence without a second though, and with space members of the Hera and Zeus Familai's still out their, all of which are level 7's or 8's, she know's her hand's are not tied, but that doesn't mean she can't wiggle a little bit, after all, who would she be if she didn't get whatever she desired.

Ottar:" my lady, I'm sure you're aware, but if we act, it won't go unnoticed by anyone, specifically the guild, are you sure about this, is the child really worth the possibility of out Familia's almost guaranteed destruction"

Freya:" what can I say, I am the Valkyrie Queen, and as a Valkyrie, I desire the strongest of warriors naturally"

what Freya said was false, she wasn't the Valkyrie Queen, not anymore anyway, Odin stripped this title from Freya as well as her authority and powers as a goddess of War and Battle, as well as her title of Valkyrie Queen being removed as well, be that as it may be though, Freya still held onto the title of Valkyrie Queen even if it's self imputed now and has no real meaning or standing, and is nothing more than an empty title.

this has caused confusion to those who are familiar with Norse Mythos and lead to many trying to understand why Freya called herself the Valkyrie Queen even though she should have lost that title long ago before the god's descended, and anyone who corrects her or brings up her being disowned to the title anger her, often times leading to Familia wars over it, often times between Freya and Aphrodite who, while herself relinquished her status as a goddess of war, wasn't disowned like Freya, but handed the title over to Athena once she was ready for it, in a sense, far better than what happened to Freya as at least Aphrodite can become a goddess of war at any time as opposed to Freya who can never become a goddess of War again.

Freya:" Ottar, get a few men, I want them to fuck me while I look at his soul, it will give me so much pleasure"

Ottar's thoughts:"... every member of this Familia will want his head for this"

(yes, she's fucking while imagining it's Bell instead, and upon learning his name, she even cries out his name, this is my version of Freya in Danmachi, completely unhinged and disturbing)

she loved Bell, but it was a corrupted love, a love that is uglier than anything you can imagine, it was forced onto the boy, and Freya didn't even know his name, she would though, and everything else she can about him, she would make him his, even if Oranio had to burn to the ground with every man, woman, and child with it, that was how far she would go, that was how far she always goes to get what she wants, all this while Bell was to be accompanied by Lefiya into the dungeon, unaware of the danger that awaits him outside the dungeon.

yes, this is how dark I'm making Freya, a true Villian, unredeemable, unable to reason with, and especially someone you won't love or care for once you look past her beauty, and be honest, even if Freya is hot, if she was this sick and twisted, would you still like her, or even love her, and no, I'm not saying she's the only bad god, I plan for Hermes to be someone even Zeus doesn't like as he told Hermes explicitly to stay out of Bell's way and to have no contact with him at all, but Hermes being Hermes only heard one thing, "interesting boy and be as involved in his life as possible", also, in the story, trusting Hermes is the same as juggling knives blindfolded while riding a unicycle for the first time, highly unrecommended

Bell's soul is still pure because Bell himself, while he did kill his aunt, did so as a show of mercy for them and the people of Oranio, so his soul remains pure because he accepted what he's done, though the dungeon still uses his aunt as an image to haunt Bell, so don't say Bell killed his aunt (and further down the line other people who deserve it as well) so his soul shouldn't be pure

I am putting a twist on Freya seeking her Odr, in this version of Danmachi, I have gods and goddesses able to bear children with moral beings if they truly love them, and of all the goddesses of beauty, Freya is the only one who's never had a child by one since her standards for her destined "Odr" are so extreme, that the other god's and goddesses say that even virgin goddesses have less standard for someone they want to love than her, and in the end, Freya wants to bear the child of her Odr and have true happiness, after all, immortality is a pained existence, so even a glimpse of happiness in the everlasting darkness of eternity is better than nothing, and that's why she's going too far, she wants to find her true happiness, it just comes at the cost of everyone and everything around her

yes, the Freya Familia isn't number one fully, due to Bell killing his aunt and Zald, Ottar only got to level 7 more recently and his status is half that in the official, barely able to level up now, and because many people lived, and the inclusion of the Artemis and Aphrodite Familias, and the inclusion of a new guild Head with a different approach to inspiring adventure instead of preserving lives (to a degree) for adventures to live longer staying safe, there are about 32 level 7's in Oranio, some of which are new, and some of which were level 7 longer than Ottar, so Freya has legitimate threats to her now and can't act carelessly, but this only mean's she's playing smarter, not harder
