"I see...and he's supposed to be destroyed?"

"Exactly," the heroes were helping the civilians up when the police finally stepped in to check out the situation, "Victor was working for Chairman Drek before Ratchet and I destroyed him along with Qwark's ship, which I guess he was in as well." Clank paused for a moment as his best friend just returned from talking to the officer, "These police always. Did you bring Rivet and Kit up to date, pal?"

"Yeah," the silver one looked down at the ground but this time depressed, "It's me, that the general despises the most. In his eyes, I'm just a malfunction from a production of giant warbots. He was hell-bent on taking me down back when I learned of the Blargs' plan...now these terrorists have brought him back to life and I'm putting us all in danger."

"Oh come on, Bolts," the rebel knelt down to the silver one as Kit approached him, "If he even thinks about coming near you, he'll be finished off by me and Ratchet. We'll stick together against him!" "And you can count on me too," the yellow robot girl now put her hand on Clank's shoulder. The silver one couldn't be happier. His friends were ready to protect him from a vengeful revenant, even if it might cost their safety, but what else did he expect, "Thanks!"

"Clank, you'll be fine," Ratchet lifted the silver one and placed him in his familiar backpack position, before the orange Lombax checked the bags of groceries, "Oh man, our stuff really took a beating. I guess we'll just have to buy it again." "Maybe we'll get a pity discount," the female Lombax joked, striding after her boyfriend. Ratchet had explained everything important to the authorities, so the heroes were allowed to go. They would intervene again when Victor struck again and then defeat him for good so that he would not return.

But now it was back to shopping for the couple.

"BOLTS, NOW," meanwhile in a bank of Megalopolis the aliens were terrified. A violent, large robot stomped into the bank, knocked over the security guards, and now stood with a bag in its large arm and a back gun pointed at the employee, who held up his hands in fear, "Please, I'll give you anything, but please don't hurt me."

"I hope so, or you'll get squished like...what...what are those things called again that buzz," questioningly the Cyclops scratched his head with his short right hand, which only made the alien in front of him even more nervous, "A fly?"

"EXACTLY," with his left fist he pounded the table, which immediately put the staff member to work. He quickly threw as many bolts as he could into the robber's bag, who let out a silly giggle when he got the money, "Hehehe, shiny!" Widar finished and then headed for the exit, but when he noticed another little bowl, "Oh, candy! May I?"

"Those... Those are actually just for customers," the alien admitted fearfully, whereupon a shot against the bowl followed, causing the hostages to scream in panic. Like a pouting child, the big robot stomped out and turned to the bank one last time.

"If I can't have them, no one should!"

Meanwhile, Ratchet and Rivet had caught up on their shopping and were walking casually along the sidewalk. But they were all thinking together about the danger of Victor and the new allies he had on his side and that this group should not be underestimated. "We know what their leader and now Victor look like," Ratchet mused to himself as he placed his right hand on Rivet's left, "Anyone could be part of this group, like the cleaning robot, but also the salesman..."

"Or the big blue one with the huge left arms, a digger jaw, a back cannon and several stolen bolts," the rebel suddenly finished his sentence, confusing the hero for a moment, "Yeah...but where did you get all the details, Rivet?"

"Because he's walking past us just up ahead!"

The heroes looked ahead. There, a large robot was plodding through the sidewalk with a smile, knocking over a good dozen civilians and valuables that broke with his massive stature. In his short arm he held the sack full of stolen bolts he needed for the plan and was now about to be picked up by his friends. "Oh dear. Ratchet, we've got to do something," Clank admitted, which his best friend didn't think twice about, "I agree!"

"Let's do it then," They put the bags down first and then the lombaxes strode off at the massive robot, who with his one eye directly spotted the lombaxes now blocking his path, "Hey big guy, stop!" "OHHH," he gave out in his deep, dopey voice as he caught sight of the furry aliens and knelt down to your eye level, "You're the new Fluffy Friends! Are we playing?"

"Wait, what," Rivet stated in confusion before Widar lowered the bag of bolts, "Well, you new friends! I now will play with you." "Okay, here's a game," without warning, the rebel twitched her hammer and smashed it against the cyclops' head. Silence reigned for a moment, before a laugh escaped the machine and it stood back up.

"HAHAHA, that was funny. My turn!"

Suddenly Widar's left hand formed into a ball, which he swung at Rivet, sending her flying several feet away along with Kit. "RIVET," Ratchet shouted quickly after it, before the blow hit him as well, and he was knocked to his girlfriend with Clank. Both of them lay on the floor, where the white one wiped some blood from the corner of her mouth and then looked at the laughing Robot, who jumped up and down like a child. "Not only is he extremely stupid, but he's also pretty strong," She helped Ratchet up, who briefly checked the silver one and also checked his opposite after Kit checked himself, "Everything okay back there?"

"Yeah, but what are we going to do about that giant," the heroes saw the big one coming towards them, laughing as he called out, "HAHA, now let's play!" "Play with this," and so the orange one pulled out his blaster and fired at the blue one, but Widar easily took the bullets.

"Hehe, I've got one of those too," the big robot's back gun straightened up and fired now. The heroes quickly dodged the shots, but this resulted in the townspeople running away again in panic. Rivet tried to pull out her blaster, but the shock of the shots from the blue one caused it to fall from her hands to the feet of the big extremist, who then stepped on the weapon. It broke immediately, which also made Widar turn his big eye on the blaster, who lifted it up with his left hand, "Oops, broke the toy. Sorry."

"Quick, through his legs," thanks to their size, both lombaxes managed to glide past the large robot, who directed his gaze through his legs, causing him to fall head over heels.

The pair looked tensely at the colossus, who lay laughing on the ground and slowly got up again. Widar continued to laugh through it with his eyes closed, giving the couple time to discuss, "This guy is absolutely tough! We've got to come up with something!"

"First we have to get the bolts back somehow, then we'll find a way to defeat him," the heroes strode toward the bag of bolts. Widar had dropped it when he went after them, and the lombaxes saw a chance to grab it.

Then suddenly the colossus landed with a loud jump in front of the two.

"Hey, where are you going," the blue one stared at Ratchet and Rivet, who had to be thinking a little nervously, "Uh, we were going...nowhere?"

"Can I come with," came out of the extremist anyway, "We're still playing, right?" "OKAY...you want to play? You know hide & seek," it then shot out of the orange one, which seemed to please the Cyclops, "Oh yeah, I'll hide first."

"Wait! The rule says when robots and aliens play...then...the alien starts and the robot counts," Ratchet inwardly hoped that the argument worked on this giant and luckily the robot agreed, "Okay, I'll count..." Finally Rivet got it too and shot after it, "But to a hundred! And don't cheat!" Widar strode to the nearest house wall and rested his head against it with his eye closed before he began to count, "1...2...Pineapple...5..."

He didn't notice how the lombaxes escaped with the stolen money.

"...67...7...bolts...100! I'M COMING," Widar turned around with his mouth grinning wide and saw nothing. Even his bolts were gone and he looked all around for the money. "Bolts? Where are you?" he looked under vehicles, houses or pebbles until he found a trace though. One of the bolts flew out and it pointed in a certain direction, which gave Colossus the idea to follow the trail, "Where are friends going?"

Meanwhile, the heroes continued to pace faster with the stolen money around Ratchet's shoulder that, fortunately, did not completely block Clank's view. "Okay, quickly get rid of it and then we'll take care of the big one," the lombaxes moved on quickly. Soon the affected bank would be in sight, where they would return the stolen bolts and then make a plan to defeat the big robot when...

"Ratchet, he's coming!"

Clank saw Widar coming toward you, which immediately put both Lombaxes on alert. The blue one jumped back up and landed in front of the two perfectly so that he blocked your path, "GOTTCHA, HAHAHA!" "Great," Rivet put on an annoyed look, but when the Cyclops caught sight of the bag, "Why do you have my bolts?"

"They're not yours. You stole them," Ratchet came forth. Maybe he managed to talk down to the low IQ robot like a parent so he could see his mistake, but unfortunately that wasn't the case, "But Kettil needs Bolts. I'm sure new fluffy friends understand that, right?"

"Damn it, we are NOT friends," it was enough for the rebel. This sentence silenced the blue bot, who was now staring in shock at the rebel, who continued, despite a concerned look from her boyfriend, "You steal money! You hurt civilians and you belong to a terrorist group. I don't want to be friends with someone like that. Besides, what kind of friend hits his friends in the face with a wrecking ball? Now let us through, and you can go back to your robot buddies in one piece!" Ratchet, Clank and Kit looked at the white öombax with concern before they all heard a sob. The brutish robot in front of them really started to cry and closed his eye with his short arm.

"No...friends? OHHH."

Widar cried out. Ratchet and Rivet looked stunned at the robot, who continued to sob but was unable to shed tears. The orange one made the first move, because he felt kinda bad to see this guy like this, "Hey...cheer up. We'll just bring the bolts back and then we can just..."

"ARRRGHH", the scream surprised the hero, before the wrecking ball was smashed against him, taking Rivet with it. Grief had turned to rage and Widar now stood furiously in front of the heroes lying on the ground, "I'LL CRUSH YOU, MEATBAGS!" His foot came towards both of them, where the lombaxes still dodged with a skillful roll. But now the blue one fired off with his cannon, which again destroyed everything around him, and more panicked screams followed.

"COME OUT! I'M A WAR MACHINE!"

"HERE," Rivet jumped out and rammed her hammer against his head, where this time the larger one staggered a bit. Ratchet quickly came after and smacked the torso with the omniwrench, which only made Widar angrier. The extremist lashed out with his long arm, where he almost caught them both again. But then the bolts came into his sights and he remembered his mission. "KETTIL NEEDS BOLTS! YOU DON'T GET THERE!", a final blow followed, which hit the heroes, plus knocked Clank and Kit off the back of the Lombaxes and they were several feet away from the fluffy heroes. Now the blue robot ignited something on his boots, which turned into missiles and then flew up into the sky

He still managed to take the bolts with him.

"Damn, he's gone," the rebel fixed her gaze on the fleeing robot flying through the atmosphere, while behind her Ratchet straightened up again, "We should have hit harder, then he would have..."

"Good job," came a sudden shot from Ratchet, to which Rivet raised his eyebrows in confusion, "Huh?" "If you hadn't just yelled at a robot whose IQ resembles a toddler, we wouldn't have had this mess," the orange one knocked some dust off his clothes, "I could have somehow managed to calm him down with words!"

"Only to be crushed by his mace," the white one was now even more irritated than before, "Sure! He really showed cooperation, too. I'm sure he would have made you just HALF a head shorter if he had." "Better than just yelling off and unleashing a more violent fight," both Lombaxes glared angrily at each other, but before the corner of the orange one's eye caught sight of his little robot friends staring anxiously at the pair.

"Rivet...not here! Not in front of those two!"

The whisper of her boyfriend surprised her, but before then Clank and Kit came under her eyes. "...Alright," the lombaxes strode up to their best friends and cleared their throats again, "So, everything okay?"

"...Yeah...", Kit gave quietly, before being put back into the backpack position by her partner. Ratchet did the same with Clank, before they searched again for their bags with the purchases and then finally strode home. The first of the extremists had already turned out to be a tough opponent, and even the thought that this one wasn't the leader made the heroes think twice about the rest of the team.
