Hey all! Sorry of this taking so long. Life getting in the way again. Anyways, this is the 'missing' episode from Season 1. Missing? YF, you skipped over this entirely!

Yes, I did. Mostly because I couldn't find a good way to fit it into Emperor at the time. Also, the Duel giant one was erased entirely. Briar and Beauregard were both background particants of the Slifer Study Group, leading Brier to get over his stage fright. I might have a duel featuring him against some pros during the Gen X Tournament Arc...as for the Yugi Muto deck...I have plans for that, make no mistake! You will see the deck in action and in a way you never thought possible. Now, onward to the chapter!

The entire card shack was packed to the brim with various students. Syrus, Bastion, Chazz, and the rest of the dorm wove their way through, watching as the other students opened up bags with question marks on them. Inside the bags were sandwiches.

It was sandwich day. The day the Card shack held out free sandwiches for the students. But it was all random, not choice. You could get something really good like classic peanut butter and jelly or something really rotten like three day old sushi. Many made sighs of disappointment at what they had gotten, faces of delight, or downright disgust. Syrus shook his head, hearing a student bemoaning that they hadn't gotten the Golden Eggwich.

"Talk about bad luck. Its been five, going on six weeks now since anyone drew the Golden Eggwich." Syrus said, coming to a bin with wrapped bags.

"Quite...but today might just be the day."

Chazz scoffed, shaking his head. If anyone was going to get the Golden Eggwich, it was him! That started a debate, Miles being lifted up by Fiona.

"Fi...thanks, but there are days I wish I didn't have Dwarfism..." Miles bemoaned, grabbing a bag.

"I know babe, but there is a perk. I get to cuddle you all I want!"

Miles smiled bashfully, opening up the bag, and taking a big bite. His eyes flew open and gagged a bit.

"Oh man! Bleh!"

Fiona looked at Miles in worry, the teen shaking his head.

"Onion...I HATE Onion. Makes my breath stink worse then Jerome's cologne!"

Fiona smiled, glad he wasn't given a terrible one. Snatching her own, she opened the bag and took a bite. Smirking, she revealed it to be hazelnut spread. Salome, or Sally as she took to being called now, grabbed her own and bit into it.

"Strawberry! My favorite!"

Each of the GX crew and Central top picked their sandwiches.

Bastion got the regular Eggwich, Chazz Cheese, Syrus Kimchi, Antione Fish, Bonnie Veggie, Rotor got one of the worse ones, fermented tofu, Hassleberry liver, Jasmine grape jelly, Mindy chocolate, and Maurice got a lobster sandwich.

Alexis walked in then with Jaden, both discussing something. They arrived at the bin, the rest hearing the conversation.

"-t strange that Aster came here and threw a match. He never does that nor does he do it on accident. No, it was on purpose."

"Why say that? Jaden, not everyone is out to rule the world." Alexis stated with a bit of heat.

The King sighed, shaking his head.

"Alexis, Kaiba himself mentioned last year that the King of Games and all those associated with him have gone to ground. Aster then shows up and duels me with a slap deck. It reeks of someone testing me."

Alexis had to give him that. Aster wasn't one to do things on a whim or that jeopardized his career. Still, testing Jaden? Far fetched. She grabbed her sandwich, opened one and bit into it. She spat it out onto the floor in a hurry.

"YUCK! Grilled alligator tongue!" Alexis coughed out, making everyone grimace.

Jaden took a few minutes to look at the sandwiches, frowning. Everyone from the Central Top to the upper years watched in anticipation. Ever since last year, Jaden had set a school record for several things; Most duels won, highest test scores. But there were two that made him a legend, other then being the Supreme King of the Ring, among the students.

Most times drawing the Golden Eggwich AND never drawing a bad sandwich. Not once had Jaden drawn a 'bad' sandwich, he always drew good ones.

When the king reached in, everyone went tense.

The ripping of the package echoed in the still air, many of them sweating or gulping silently. The sandwich laid before the King, golden eyes narrowed. He brought the sandwich to his lips and took a bite. Chewing for a few minutes, he swallowed, everyone on the edge of their minds.

"Colby Jack cheese." He suddenly announced, making everyone flinch or start.

Breathing out a sigh of relief, Jaden continued to eat.

"Hmm...odd that not one person got the golden eggwich." Jaden said, looking around.

"Maybe they didn't want to annouce it?" Mindy asked.

"That's not it at all." A voice said.

Everyone turned to see Miss Dorothy walking up. She told them that for the past weeks someone had been sneaking into the shack and stealing the Golden eggwich. Security was tightened for weeks, but the culprit knew how to get in. The entire staff was at a loss. That made Jaden frown.

"I see." He said, looking back at the group. "I detest thieves...be they card thieves or sandwich. Whose up to take down this guy?"

Everyone nodded, smirking.

EODGX

Later that night, the Central Top and most of the GX crew were in the office of Miss Dorothy. Antoine and Bonnie had declined, stating that they had plans for the evening. Their headmasters/mistress informed of what was going on. Since they had tried everything the usual way, it was time for some unusual ways. So they gathered in Miss Dorothy's office. Many of them were doing some homework, Miles, Bastion, Syrus, and Maurice playing Old Maid.

Maurice took a card from Syrus, smirking. He placed the cards down and chuckled.

"Sorry, but you lose Sy."

Syrus groaned, wondering how Maurice did it. Drawing or picking, the blue haired teen had similar luck to Jaden's. Here, Maurice rubbed his head.

"Just got a knack for it, I guess." The up and coming track said, smiling.

At nine, Dorothy came in with some snacks for the groups. It was a wide assortment of stuffed pastries. Feeling a tad competitive, Maurice went about issuing a challenge, a draw challenge. Each one of them would declare what flavor they wanted and then draw for it. Feeling up to it, everyone agreed.

The flavors for the pastries were chocolate, vanilla creme, strawberry, lemon, blueberry, raspberry, and finally, custard.

Chazz announced he wanted Vanilla crème. Grabbing a pastry, he bit into it, eyes widening.

"Lemon..." He said sourly.

The gang took turns.

Bastion announced he wanted custard and picked up his pastry. Biting into it, he smirked, showing the filling was what he wanted.

Syrus choclate, drew blueberry. Sally blueberry, drew strawberry, Fiona and Miles vanilla crème, both drew vanilla crème, Alexis raspberry, drew chocolate, Mindy custard, drew lemon, Rotor raspberry, drew raspberry, and Jasmine choclate, drew vanilla crème.

That left Maurice and Jaden. The two stared one another down. The King allowed the track star to go first. Maurice smirked, declaring he was going to draw a strawberry. Picking up a pastry, the blue haired teen bit into it, smirking. Turning it around, everyone saw it was strawberry.

"Top that, your majesty!" Maurice boasted, making Sally groan.

The king just smirked.

"I'll draw...plain."

THAT threw everyone for a loop. Plain?! But they were all filled! Maurice thought that king was off his rocker when Jaden drew. He bit into the offered pastry, turning it around.

Everyone's jaws dropped; there was not a drop of filling in that one! Dorothy chuckled, shaking her head.

"I had a feeling this was gonna happen so I placed two plain in with the stuffed." She said, smirking.

That made everyone groan, knowing that they had just been played. A sudden noise made everyone freeze. Without a word, they hurried to their hiding spots, the lights going out. Each one looked at the window door, tense and ready to spring.

The noise came again, the sound of metal squealing. Stepping out of their hiding places, they approached the door and peered out.

"Sounds like a wild animal out there." Syrus whispered, barely heard.

The door opened and everyone saw a figure enter in. The figure headed directly for the sandwiches, reaching in and digging around. He pulled out a single bag, smirking.

"Now!"

The lights flashed on, making the figure yelp. Now that the lights were on, they could see muscled teen boy with wild dark hair. He had on only the bottom half of a former school uniform. Everyone came out and stared in shock at the teen, none more so then Dorothy. The teen boy gave out a call and grabbed the bin of sandwiches. With a running start, he crashed through the door.

"Whoa! That guy can move!" Chazz exclaimed in shock.

"After him guys!" Jasmine cried out, running after him.

The rest soon joined, chasing him through the school and to the roof. They thought they had the teen cornered when he jumped off the edge of the roof. Letting out another yell, the teen swung off into the trees. Maurice snapped his fingers, watching the wild teen go.

"He got away!"

"No he didn't. Come on!" Alexis called out, running back the other way.

EODGX

The teen swung from vine to vine, stopping to look around. He saw a group of the unknown teens and went to the left. After going several feet, he met another group. Double backing, he was met with a third group. Realizing he was being boxed in, he headed for a nearby river and waterfall. The groups all saw him and chased him down. Landing in the stream, he rushed to the waterfall, climbing up it.

"What have they been feeding this guy?!" Bastion asked, shocked.

"More like who is this guy." Sally stated.

"DAMON!"

The name echoed in the clearing making everyone turn. They saw Miss Dorothy running up, panting.

"Miss Dorothy, you know this guy?" Mindy asked.

The woman nodded, telling them that he was a student two years ago. He was an Obelisk Blue and knew better then to steal! Damon lost his grip on the rock he had, plummeting to the river and landing with a splash. He resurfaced, Dorthy continuing.

He had been a skilled duelist, but...his draw was terrible. Be it sandwiches or with dueling. Then one day at the beginning of the new year, he...vanished.

"Everyone thought he had just given up."

"Me no give up! Me find self!" Damon snapped, speaking rough English.

He had been great at classwork and theory, but when it came to duels, he always lost. His draw constantly failed him. When he was depressed, he sat at the docks, watching the waves go back and forth. He demanded that someone give him the secret to a perfect draw, but no answer came. About to give up, he had a revelation as he looked at the waves.

Back and forth they went. They always went back and forth in perfect timing. He would become one with nature to obtain the perfect draw! For months he trained in snow, water, fire...everything! And he unlocked it!

"The God Draw." Damon stated, Jaden frowning.

The God Draw. The ability to draw the one card you always needed. As far as the king knew, only he and another could do it. Yugi Muto. It was not learned or earned...it was given to duelists of great talent.

Damon still needed to pass the ultimate test; draw the golden eggwich for a full year! Then and only then would he be a true draw master. That why he broke into the shop, not to steal, but finish his training. Maurice frowned, stepping up.

"I admire you for your conviction, but you still did the wrong thing! There are others who want to taste the Golden Eggwich, don't their draws count as well?" Maruice said.

"Hmm...me no think on that..." Damon mused, crossing his arms. "Hmm...me want to complete training, but me also want to be honorable. What me do?"

"Then how about a little bet." Maurice said, pulling out his disk and deck. "We duel! You win, you get to draw all the Eggwiches you want, I win, you stop taking our chances."

Damon nodded, agreeing to the duel. Both slotted their decks, the disks coming to life.

"DUEL!" They called out.

Damon: 8000/Maurice: 8000

"If Damon is a draw master, then Maurice will have his work cut out for him." Jaden said, watching.

"Me start! Me activate Pot of greed, draw two cards. Now set one card and summon out to field, Drawler in attack mode!"

(Drawler – LV/***, Attribute/EARTH, ATK/?, DEF/?, Type/Rock/Effect.

When this card is Normal Summoned, you can return any number of cards from your hand to the Deck to have this card gain 500 ATK and DEF for each card returned. If this card destroys an Attack Position monster by battle, send the destroyed monster to the bottom of the Deck instead of the Graveyard.)

A massive stone monster riding on wheels appeared, Maurice frowning. He wondered why Damon would summon such a monster. He got his answer soon enough.

"Due to Drawler's effect, Me return cards from hand to deck to increase his attack power by five hundred times number of returned cards. Me return entire hand, four cards!"

Drawler – ATK/ ? → 2000

"That's not good." Anthony muttered.

Damon ended his turn, Maurice drawing. Looking at his hand, he frowned. It wasn't bad, but he didn't have the needed cards to summon out his ace. Well, he could still set things up!

"I'll start things off with my own copy of Pot of Greed. You know how it works, I draw two cards!" Maurice said, drawing his two cards.

Looking at them, he smirked. He had what he needed and then some! He revealed a card in his hand. The card image was several tops with blades on the front top attached to its edges.

"Alright, time to set the stage with my monsters! Meet Speedroid Terrortop! If I control no monsters, I can Special Summon or him to my field!"

(Speedroid Terrortop – LV/***, Attribute/WIND, ATK/1200, DEF/600, Type/Machine/Effect.

If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Speedroid" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Speedroid Terrortop". You can only use this effect of "Speedroid Terrortop" once per turn.)

The long line of tops skated out onto the field, Damon watching in shock. Everyone else was shocked too. Why summon such a monster? Maurice smirked, explaining. Due to Terrortop being summoned, he was allowed to add one Speedroid monster from his deck to his hand. A single card slid out and Maruice picked it up. He revealed it to Damon, stating that it was his Speedroid Taketomborg.

"When I control a Wind attribute, I can this guy from my hand. So blow him away, my friend!"

(Speedroid Taketomborg – LV/***, Attribute/WIND, ATK/600, DEF/1200, Type/Machine/Effect.

If you control a WIND monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Speedroid" Tuner monster from your Deck, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except WIND monsters. You can only Special Summon "Speedroid Taketomborg(s)" once per turn.)

When Taketomborg joined Terrortop, it was a tiny insect like being, transforming into a bi-pedal humanoid. It struck what it thought was a heroic pose, but it just made it look like it intended to run away from the larger stone monster. Maurice groaned, shaking his head at his monster's antics. He chose another card and placed it on his MZ.

Since he had only done for his turn, he still had his normal summon. So he played a Tuner monster.

"Tuner monster? What that?" Damon asked, confused.

"Oh they're a new breed of monsters that goes along with another new breed of monsters called Synchros." Maurice said, excited.

Everyone took the time to explain Synchro Summoning to Damon. Synchros were placed in the Extra Deck much like Fusion monsters. Unlike Fusions which require Polymerization, Synchros needed Tuners and non-Tuners. Damon had non-tuners already, his Drawler for one.

Next, the tuner and non-tuners monsters levels must equal the level of the Synchro monster.

"This hurt brain..." Damon said, groaning.

"Well, here's a demo then! The monster I played was the Tuner monster Speedroid Red-Eyed Dice!"

(Speedroid Red-Eyed Dice – LV/*, Attribute/WIND, ATK/100, DEF/100, Type/Machine/Tuner/Effect.

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 "Speedroid" monster you control, except "Speedroid Red-Eyed Dice", and declare a Level from 1 to 6; it becomes that Level until the end of this turn.)

Red-Eyed Dice was just that. A single die with a large red eye for the '1' on it. Maurice smirked.

Informing them of Red-Eyed's effect, he could chose one of his speedroids other then Red-Eyed and decrease or increase its level up to six. That threw Damon for a loop. A monster that could increase levels?!

"I chose my Taketomborg and increase its level to four!"

Taketomborg – LV/*** → ****

"Now, I tune my level one Dice to my Taketomborg!"

The dice and the tiny red orbs that followed it became a ring of green, surrounding Taketomborg.

4+1=5

"By combining the best of both monsters, I'm about to go supersonic and break through every speed barrier! I synchro summon! Put the pedal to the metal, Hi-Speedroid Chanbara!"

(Hi-Speedroid Chanbara – LV/*****, Attribute/WIND, ATK/2000, DEF/1500, Type/Machine/Synchro/Effect.

1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters
This card can make a second attack during each Battle Phase. At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles: It gains 200 ATK. If this card is sent to the GY: You can target 1 of your banished "Speedroid" cards; add it to your hand. You can only Special Summon "Hi-Speedroid Chanbara(s)" once per turn.)

Chanbara was a single monster attached to a massive curved blade with a rocket attached to the back of it. Maurice smirked, explaining his monster's effect. Chanbara could attack twice each battle phase. Damon's eyes went wide at hearing that.

"But they have same points! It be draw!" Damon proclaimed.

"Maybe so! So let's test it!"

Chanbara aimed its lance and sword at the Stone giant, the rocket igniting. Drawler let out a gravelly roar, its wheels spinning up. Everyone wondered if Maurice was off his rocker. Only Sally smirked. She knew the effect of that monster far more then anyone else. The two monsters clashed, dust and smoke erupting all around around. Damon was laughing, confident in his monster's ability.

"When Drawler destroys monster, it no go to grave, it returned to deck. Since it come from extra, it go back to extra."

"I wouldn't be so sure of that, Damon." Sally called out.

Damon was confused, then felt something pierce his shoulder. He looked shocked at the lance lodged in the shoulder. While it was a hologram, it still felt real to him, even with no blood seeping out.

Damon: 7800

"W-what?" Damon gasped out.

His look of shock became one of bewilderment as the dust settled to reveal Chanbara, completely unharmed! Maurice explained that it was Chanbara's effect. During the damage step, it gained two hundred additional attack points. That was more then enough to edge out Drawler. Damon frowned, clearly not liking how he underestimated the duelist. That was when he remembered Chanbara could attack a second time! Seeing the look, Maurice nodded.

"Chanbara, attack a second time, targeting Damon's life points!"

Once more, the rocket on Chanbara flared to life, aiming right at Damon. Said boy let out a cry of pain as the monster rammed him.

Chanbara – ATK/2200 → 2400

Damon: 5400

"I'll have Terrortop deal more damage to you as well!"

The monster broke apart into the tops they were modeled after and surrounded Damon. The boy gasped as each one struck him in the torso, arms, legs and face. He landed on his butt, rubbing his face from the pain.

Damon: 4200

"I'll toss this face down and end." Maurice said, playing a card facedown.

"Me activate trap! Miracle Draw!" Damon announced suddenly.

The trap flipped face-up, revealing a deck of Duel Monsters, a hand holding a single card that glowed brightly.

(Miracle Draw – Type/Trap/Continuous.

During each of your Draw Phases, before you conduct your normal draw, declare a card name. Then, reveal the card you draw. If you guessed correctly, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. If not, take 1000 damage.)

"Now when me draw, me declare what card be. If right, you take a thousand points. If me wrong, me take the damage." Damon said.

"He's going to predict his card?" Mindy asked shocked.

"Can he do that?" Jasmine wondered aloud.

No one saw Damon close his eyes in concentration. Unseen by them, Damon's mental eye saw a waterfall of cards. One flipped around, showing a bejeweled pot with a large smile on its face, a tongue hanging out of it.

"The card me draw is...Card of Sanctity!" Damon declared, drawing.

Everyone was tense watching the wild draw duelist. Damon turned the card around to reveal-

"Card of Sanctity?!" Syrus exclaimed.

"He got it right?!" Everyone shouted in shock.

Electricity crackled around Maurice making him cry out.

Maurice: 7000

Damon played the spell card, both of them drawing until they had six cards. Damon then revealed another spell called Drawber. The image on the card showed a safe full of cards and a single hand reaching toward them.

(Drawber – Type/Spell/Normal.

Declare a card name. Your opponent draws 1 card and reveals it. If it is the declared card, your opponent must return all cards from their hand and their side of the field to the Deck.)

"Thanks to spell, me declare card name. You draw card and if me right, you return all cards in hand and field back to deck."

Damon once more closed his eyes in concentration. Once more, in his mind's eye, he saw several cards 'fall'. One finally revealed itself to him. It was a spell card with a vortex of sort on it, a bolt of lightning cutting across the card.

"The card be...Mystical Space Typhoon!" Damon declared.

Maurice drew his card, gasping in shock. It was the right card! He revealed it, much to everyone's shock and Damon's satisfaction. Both the Speedroids returned to the deck, Terror to the actual deck, Canabara to the Extra. Adding in his hand, he shuffled his deck, scowling. Damon had gotten rid of a chance to bring out his ace!

"Now, me summon another Drawler in attack mode! Return The five cards in hand to deck!"

Drawler – ATK/? → ATK/2500

Once more, the large stone giant appeared, its engine revving. Maurice grimaced, knowing what was coming next. The monster charged, rolling over the blue haired teen.

Maurice: 4500

"Me end turn. Now you make move!"

"Alright...I draw!" Maurice called out, taking the one card.

Looking at it, Maruice smirked. Damon saw the smirk and frowned. What had the blue haired teen gotten? Maurice then revealed it making Damon gasp.

"Card of Sanctity!?"

"You're not the only one who has that card, Damon! Now, let's draw!" Maurice said, drawing his six cards, Damon doing the same.

"Here's my first spell! I play Speed Recovery!"

Speed Recovery showed a Hi-Speedroid monster on the image, blurred to make it look like it was going at high speeds.

(Speed Recovery – Type/Spell/Normal.

Target 1 "Speedroid" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 "Speedroid" monster in your Graveyard; add it to your hand.)

"Thanks to this spell, I can my Speedroid Taketomborg from my Grave!"

The tiny monster reappeared, striking a pose. Maurice wasn't done yet, revealing a monster.

"I summon Speedroid Double Yoyo in attack mode!"

(Speedroid Double Yoyo – LV/****, Attribute/WIND, ATK/1400, DEF/1400, Type/Machine/Effect.

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Level 3 or lower "Speedroid" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it.)

Double Yoyo was a monster with a single metal helmet with two large yoyo like wheels covered in spikes. It landed right next to Taketomborg, its helmet's eyes glowing. Maurice smirked as Red Eyed Dice returned to his field.

"What? But how?" Damon asked.

It was Double Yoyo's effect. Sally explained that when Double was summoned, Maurice was allowed to bring out a Level three or lower Speedroid monster in his grave. Since Red-Eyed Dice was the only monster, it was summoned.

"But don't think I'm done yet, Damon! First I use Red-Eyed Dice's effect, making my Taketomborg level five!"

Taketomborg – LV/*** → LV/*****

"Next, I play Double Summon! This allows me to summon once more this turn! So I summon Speedroid Horse Stilts!"

(Speedroid Horse Stilts – LV/****, Attribute/WIND, ATK/1100, DEF/1100, Type/Machine/Effect.

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Speedroid" monster from your hand. During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; send 1 WIND monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Speedroid Horse Stilts" once per turn.)

Horse Stilts appeared, a monster with the front end of a horse, covered in green scales, two large stilts under its body. Behind it came a stream of blue fire. Maurice took the time to tell everyone Horse's effect. When it was Normal Summoned, he was allowed to play another Speedroid monster from his hand, as long as it was level four or lower.

"So, welcome to the Field Speedroid Tri Eyed-Dice!"

(Speedroid Tri-Eyed-Dice – LV/***, Attribute/WIND, ATK/300, DEF/1500, Type/Machine/Tuner/Effect.

During your opponent's turn: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; negate the next attack this turn from a monster your opponent controls (this is a Quick Effect).

Tri-Eyed Dice was similar to Red-Eyed Dice only it was a triangle with several orbs floating around it. Here, Maurice smirked.

"Alright...time to introduce you to my ace monster Damon! I tune my Level three Tri-Eyed to my Level Five Taketomborg!"

Tri-Eyed became three green rings, surrounding the now level five monster. Its outline revealed five stars.

3+5=8

"Clustering hope ignites into a shining new star! Light the way and become the path of victory! I Synchro Summon!" Maurice shouted, striking a pose that made Sally groan.

"I gotta get rid of those Bizarre Adventures Dvds..." She muttered, embarrassed that her Boyfriend chose the Tower men pose.

"Take flight! Stardust Dragon!" Maurice called out, not hearing his girlfriend.

(Stardust Dragon – LV/********, Attribute/WIND, ATK/2500, DEF/2000, Type/Dragon/Synchro/Effect.

1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters
When a card or effect is activated that would destroy a card(s) on the field (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. During the End Phase, if this effect was activated this turn (and was not negated): You can Special Summon this card from your GY.)

Stardust Dragon, a pure white dragon with four blue orbs on its chest and shoulders emerged with a roar. Clouds of stardust fell all around the field, lighting up the night sky. Its wings spread wide and flew down next to Maurice, the dragon striking the same pose he had just done.

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!" Sally yelled out in annoyance making everyone look at her.

"But both Dragon and Drawler have same points. It be draw." Damon said, confident and returning the rest of the group back to the duel.

"Not so my fine friend! I play Silver Wing!"

(Silver Wing – Type/Spell/Equip.

Equip only to a Level 8 or higher Dragon-Type Synchro Monster. Twice per turn, it cannot be destroyed by battle. If it would be destroyed by a card effect, you can destroy this card instead.)

Stardust Dragon gained two massive glowing wings, Maurice smirking.

"I now tune my Level one Red-Eyed Dice to my Horse Stilts! Here's a blast from the past, Damon! Hi-Speedroid Chanbara!"

The monster reappeared with a roar, Damon gasping in shock. That monster had done a LOT of damage to him in the last round! Now it was back and seemed ready for more! Maurice smirked, seeing the shock.

"Alright...I attack with Stardust! Take out that Drawler!"

The dragon roared, sending a blast of starfire at the stone beast. The beast returned its roar with a rumble of its engine. Crashing into the starfire, it smoked and cracked. But it still drove on, into Stardust! The explosion blew everyone back a few feet, Jaden's eyes narrowed.

"Clever...using his equip, his best beast survived." Jaden said aloud, making everyone look at him.

The King told them.

Silver Wings prevented a monsters demise twice a round. Given that Stardust just attacked, it couldn't attack a second time. Damon realized what Maurice had done, but was too late to stop it.

"Chanbara, you're next! And you know what means Damon."

Chanbara charged at the wild teen, slashing hard with its blades. Damon cried out, falling onto his back.

Chanbara – ATK/2000 → ATK/2200

Damon: 2000

"No...me lose!"

"Fraid so, Damon! Chanbara! Attack once more and end this!"

The monster roared, blasting off and straight at Damon. The teen yelled out, covering his face. One slash and Damon fell onto his back, staring up at the skies.

Damon: 0

"After all that...I trained for a full year and still...I lost." Damon said, speaking a normal sounding voice.

"Ah ha! There it is!" Maurice proclaimed in delight.

Damon, realizing what he had just said tried to recover. But the group wasn't buying it. He trained in the wilderness, not lived in it since he was a baby. Damon sighed, shaking his head.

"Yeah, you got me...I'm really sorry for all the trouble I caused. But...I just wanted to be better at drawing what I needed! I actually thought I had it, the God Draw..."

Jaden shook his head, speaking for the first time.

"Damon, the God Draw is not something learned or earned...its a natural born talent. Only a handful of Duelists can willingly use it...Yugi Muto being a prime example. Same with Seto Kaiba." Jaden said, walking to the boy. "Still, you have got quite a knack for predicting your and your opponent's cards."

"R-really?!" Damon said, shocked to see the King of the Ring.

"Quite so. If you want...you can return to the school, but given how you missed a year, you'll be in Red..."

"That's fine! I will work my way back up to the top like before!"

"And Damon...shirt!" Dorothy said, speaking up for the first time.

"But miss Dorothy I got really ripped and-"

"Shirt." Dorothy said, unmoving.

EODGX

Damon walked alongside the Central Top and GX crew, eager for the day.

It was sandwich day all over again and they were ready to try their hand at getting the Golden Eggwich. Damon and maurice both looked at one another, smirking.

"Today's the day, I can feel it!" Maurice said.

"No way, its my day!" Damon said, smiling.

As the two grabbed two bags, a voice called out in delight.

"I GOT IT!"

The two boys turned around to see Sally holding a bag, a glint of gold coming from it. Both looked at one another before sighing.

"Oh well...Gold today, gone tomorrow!"

"Guess the yolk is on us."

Hope you all enjoyed! I gotta admit, this duel...was tricky, mostly because of me using the actual eight thousand life points over the four thousand. Add in Damon's cards affecting his drawing and limiting what I can really use in his deck, made for a lot of tough duel scenes. But! I got through it so it can be done! Next will feature some Miles and Fiona Fluff!
