Cathy29jes - yes he has and its most likely he be the one sent to do the tracking, your right the person who helped him is powerful but time will tell how powerful he is or isn't to certain other characters in the story, maybe she is or maybe she won't but like I said time will tell all.

Kouga's older woman - very true, not that you can blame them with the diapers.

LunaM303 - I do hope you have enough popcorn for this chapter then as your gonna need it.

Guest - it most certainly is happening, maybe they will maybe they won't but either way things will come around that makes it interesting if he does or doesn't escape tunnel. Yeah he definitely should learn that indeed.

Jeoliverio - I definitely plan to keep writing, I wanted to make sure it was different plot to the usual twilight stories so it's more my own, plus I just love the Jasper and Bella pairing.

Chapter 13

Demetri POV

While staying in the castle and not being out on missions, it is where I feel the most useful thanks to my gift of being able to track anyone I've come in contact with or seen as it makes it easier to track, not just that my gift of being able to track anyone is superior to anyone that my masters have seen when they come across any vampires who have gifts. While being in the castle there isn't much to do so I find that I spend the majority of it in the training room, sometimes with others to train with or sometimes on my own against a training dummy which is made to withheld our strength to a degree so it doesn't get destroyed as easily, when I spend time in the training room as often as I do, I intend to keep myself in perfect fighting condition at all times for whenever my fighting skills is required in battle. When I'm required for a mission, I'm mainly used for my tracking ability as that is my gift that gave me the high rank in the guard. I do some of the time get to fight and I have yet to lose against anyone I've come up against apart from one person and that is Caius my master and the king.

As I'm in the training room training with both Jane and Alec without either of us using our gifts, i overheard one of the less known guards from the lower guard talking about something along the lines of Felix escaping the dungeons, which I stopped listening to as I knew it must have been nonsense as its a impossible for Felix to escape as not just with the cage down there to be made out of the ancient vampire venom and blood that comes from the Kings themself which is only strong than a vampire like myself due to the age, but that there was only one escape route which led near enough to the throne room and the hallway where guards are regularly passing through.

As he was thinking about what he just heard he forgot that he was still fighting both of the witch twins and didn't dodge quickly enough to avoid a hit from both sides that landed him on the floor, "what happened to you as usually we are never able to land a single hit on you, its like you got distracted and forgot you was still in a fight with both of us" Jane told him, he knew that he always told others when he was training them to never let anyone or anything distract you when your in a fight as one wrong move could lead to that one deadly blow for you to lose and possibly end your life.

Both Jane and Alec came up to him and offered their hands to help him up which he took right away, as he got on his feet and brushed himself down he turned to both of them, "thanks for the help up and sorry I got distracted as I overheard what those guards was talking about as it involved something about Felix escaped from the dungeons and somehow also out of the castle with no one knowing how he got out undetected" he told the twins while pointing towards the guards, which was where he had overheard the conversation from. "just ignore those buffoons they don't know what they are talking about and I doubt that Felix could escape so what they said was all just nonsense so ignore them and let's continue before we get called for our guard duty in the throne room as I wanna get as much training in for today as I can get'' Jane said sadistically while also appearing to be bored of talking about it and just wanted to get back to training. He listened to what Jane said and decided to push that conversation to the back of his mind and continue training the twins a bit longer.

"Knock knock, are the famous Witch Twins and The Tracker in here as the Kings would like you to be in the throne room for something important, I hope I wasn't intruding I was just told to do it and it's my first day on official guard duty so please don't hurt me" the new guard that no one knew the name, but the guard sounded fearful and came across as very nervous when speaking to them. He put his hand up to let the twins know to stop the training and then turned to the guard who was at the doors of the training room that was at least twenty meters away from where himself and the twins was standing, "thank you, you may leave and tell our masters that we be on our way as soon as we can and recruit, relax yes are higher ranking than you are but you don't have to fear us unless you do something terribly wrong to harm us or someone in the coven'' he told the guard to hope it got him to relax as he didn't like it when new guards was being fearful around him for no reason, when they should be confident and to show no weakness.

The guard left them be and he turned round to face the twins "I wonder what they could want to talk to us about that is so important, I'm betting on it be about what I overheard from the guards while we was training" he told them both, Jane's face turned to disgust, Alec's face just showed the same plain expression like he was hiding his feelings behind a mask. "It better not be because, if it is about Felix I will tear him from limb to limb and burn those pieces myself and I will make sure that his head is the last to burn so he can watch me burn his limbs in front of him" Jane roared with anger as she said it not caring if others in the castle heard her, "sister calm down because you never know it could just be another observation mission like the first one we had several months back with our master's God of War fascination, but if it is Felix remember he used to be our friend so if anyone should be the one to rip him in pieces it should be Demetri" as Alec pointed at me when he was talking about the last part, "as he was the closest to him than we was like they was at the hip like siblings."

"Anyway should we make our way to see what is important so we can get it over and done with" he told them, both of the twins nodded and followed him as they all made their way to the throne room as they had to walk through several hallways as they was on the far end of the castle which was the best place for the training room to be as it had the biggest space and was away from the main part of the castle where the entrance and throne room was.

Heidi POV

I find myself spending most of my time in Isabella's room that the kings got decorated for her, the nice thing about it was the room was just functional at the beginning six months ago but now it looks more decorated which she made sure looked just right, she knew that when Isabella gets older it will change alongside her but until then the room looks just right to suit her age, as the walls had a lilac colour, the flooring had a soft rug that provided some comfort when Isabella was on the floor, there even was some furniture that was mainly made out of wood, such as shelving to store supplies and some diapers, there was a nice wardrobe with Isabella's clothes in it and Aro ensured that she couldn't put too many clothing in it as she wanted to get so many clothes but had to minimise how many she got in the end. There was even a changing table that was more near the corner of the room but besides that the room itself was just right for Isabella and she herself liked it.

With Isabella sleeping soundly in her crib she was just watching her until she heard footsteps coming closer and she turned round to see one of the guards appeared near the door and was about to knock but stopped when he saw her, "what is it you want and how many times have I told everyone not to knock when Isabella is sleeping" she said in a hushed voiced, "sorry miss I know you don't like to be disturbed at these time but the masters want you to come to the throne room as it's something important and I didn't get to knock as I saw you facing me" the guard spoke in the same hushed voiced, "It better be important as they know I don't like being away from Isabella for too long, I know you wasn't going to knock but you looked like you was going to, so I saw to repeat it just to make sure you don't forget it" she told him quietly.

The guard left the hallway by Isabella's door and left her be in Isabella's room, "looks like I got to go for a bit little angel, I shouldn't be too long and continue to have sweet dreams" she talked quietly to Isabella while she slept soundly with her chest raising at a steady beat, she kissed Isabella's head and then made her way out of the room slowly. She headed down the hall way out from Isabella's room and walked down the hallway which was just round the corner of the throne room which made it easier to get to her masters when they needed her, as she walked round the corner she saw one of the guards and who stopped when they saw her "excuse me could you stay guard outside Isabella's room to make sure she is ok and is guarded while I have business with the masters please" she said to them, "yes miss it will be done" they both said at the same time while bowing their heads to show respect and then made their way to where Isabella's room was. After they left she continued her way to the throne room, now knowing that Isabella will be safe and guarded while she is away.

She came to the doors of the throne room finally and took a breathe and pushed the doors open to see that she wasn't the only one in the room, there was the kings sitting on their thrones, Renata in the corner near Aro's throne, the twins and Demetri who was standing in front of the thrones waiting, and a few others of the guard on the both sides of the rooms waiting for the on of the kings to speak.

Aro stood up from his throne, "So you all want to know why you have been called here urgently for this important meeting of sorts, well as some of you might have heard Felix has escaped and no one knows where he's gone or how he managed to escaped to" Aro announces to the whole room in a calm tone, the room went up in a outroar with everyone shouting to be heard about how outrageous it was, she agreed it was outrageous but didn't get how it happened but hoped that the kings wasn't finished and will say more.

This time Caius stood up from his throne, not in the same manner that Aro did but showing he was clearly angry " that's enough all of you, we know none of you are happy about it but we have been talking and have a plan so please listen" he told everyone while still sounding frustrated. "So like my brother has just said we do have a plan as we don't want to let one of our own to give information that could be used against us and when we do have him back he will be ripped to pieces and burnt for it as we realised he has lost the chance at redemption as he chose to escape his punishment and somehow found someone to help him with escaping" Aro spoke with the same calm tone as before.

Marcus who seemed to be getting fed up raised from his throne onto his feet, with his body posture and everything that you could see of him to show he is back to the king he used to be, which made the guard who weren't around as much, just stopped talking and stared at him, the few of the guards such as myself was unfazed by this display of confidence and king like behaviour as we already saw it about six months ago with the whole Felix issue, that was starting to get old of hearing time and time again.

Marcus looked around a knew he had the attention to talk, "Now that I have everyone's full attention I have a few things I like to say firstly, you all will now need to get used to seeing me paying more attention to meetings and being around the castle more and not hiding away in the library or looking bored in my throne seating as things have changed and I've realised I need to take more control instead of leaving it two my brothers to do everything" he announced to the still gobsmacked room of guards, alongside the two other Kings who just nodded and looked at him to continue that she noticed. "Secondly, before we start talking about the plan which is mainly my brother" he pointed to Caius, "who be talking to everyone about strategies and who he going along to track and return Felix back for his death at the hands of us, only this time he won't get a trail to plead that he is innocent as we know he isn't."

From what she heard so far she was happy with what she heard but knew that Marcus wasn't finished so she looked at the other two Kings who had the same expression on their faces as before and nodded for him to continue again." Myself will be checking everyone's bonds while my brother will be checking everyone's thoughts and memories to check if anyone in this castle was or is working with Felix to help him escape and if we find out who it is like my brother said will be sharing Felix's punishment of being torn to pieces and burned to ashes, I hope that is clear enough for everyone and there is no exceptions so human and vampires alike will be checked" she could hear a few of the guards gulp and see some shake with fear.

Everyone began to line up against the walls of the throne room and Marcus and Aro went round everyone, one by one but said nothing. She was near the end of the line alongside Jane, Alec, Demetri and Renata, I had a felt rather confident that I would be fine but I did worry about whoever the one who did help Felix to escape, as she thought she knew everyone really well to know if they would do something like this.

One by one Marcus and Aro went round everyone with a straight face plastered on their faces, they just finished checking her, "have you seen who it is" Caius shouted once his brothers checked everyone who was stationed in the room, "nothing at all so anyone who is in here is in the clear, but we will check the others who are around the castle" Aro told his brother, Caius's turned sour.

She hated waiting to find out what her master was going to do next. All she wanted to do was go back to Isabella and check to see if she was fine and relax with a good book in her room. " so if everyone is in the clear in the room I'm gonna talk through the plan with everyone who is needed and everyone else can go back to their rooms until my brothers have done their final checks, is that clear" Caius announced to everyone. Both her masters nodded and pointed to the ones to clear out of the room including herself which she was pleased with.

Just as everyone was about to clear out of the room including two of her masters, a blinding bright white light, filled the room that made everyone stop where they was standing, to cover their eyes from how bright it was, before she covered her own eyes, she was certain that within that same blinding light that hurt her eyes the longer she kept them open, she thought she saw something there, almost like a human body in shape, but she wasn't sure as she had to use her hand cover her eyes to block out the light, as it was becoming more and more uncomfortable to keep looking at.

Unknown POV

As I made my presence known I could see all of the Volturi in the place they call a throne room but all of them have their eyes closed or their hands covering their eyes to block out the white light I must have made when I came here to talk to the three Kings, nevertheless I need to talk to them before they do something that could cause something much worse than what needs to happen for everything to work out right.

"Aro, Caius and Marcus open your eyes, we have much to discuss" she said in a voice that boomed within the heads of the three heads of the ones she needed for this conversation, not just that but she needed it to be kept between them and no one else within the room who while being in the room will still be unable to see for a good while.
