A Day After Esdeath Met With Weiss

Esdeath and Winter walked up to the Smash Mansion. "Ah… so this is what it looks like up close." Esdeath said, staring at the mansion in front of her. "It's so… beautiful. So… breathtaking."

"You've never been here, haven't you?"

"I've been meaning to take a look, but I haven't gotten around to it." Esdeath admitted. "Ah well… I can definitely see why team RWBY and JNPR like to hang out here." She said as they walked in together where Esdeath would be greeted by Toon Link running away.

"Hi Winter, bye Winter!"

"AAAAAAAH!" Wii Fit Trainer came walking by, her hair completely dyed green. "This better be temporary!" She yelled. "I do not look good in green with my complexion!"

"Oh come on. You needed to look more colorful besides a blue shirt and black yoga pants!"

"If I wanted to look more colorful, I'd change my shirt!"

"…Prankster?" Esdeath guessed.

"Right on the nose."

"Got ya." Esdeath nodded as they started to wander around.

"Hey Winter! Come settle a bet over here!" Chrom waved her over.

"Excuse me a moment." Winter said and then walked over. "What is it?"

"Roy, show her."

The Young Lion grinned. "Well… what do you think looks better?"

"Roy, she doesn't need to see that!" Marth protested.

"Does Marth look better… with pants or no pants?" Roy asked, showing her the photos.

Winter's eyes widened. "What in the name of…?!"

"See? Told you she'd be shocked to see you pantsless." Roy grinned.

"I think anyone would be shocked." Chrom said. "I mean, if Samus could get shocked over this revelation… then I'm pretty sure anyone would."

"Ugh… why was I in this phase…" Marth muttered.

"I say you look great without pants on~" Caeda flirted while giving him flirty eyes.

"Well, Winter… what do you say?"

"I say… you ought to burn that pantsless image of you immediately. It's completely degrading." Winter said.

"Hmm…" Esdeath took a good look at the photos. "In my opinion, the pantsless image of yourself is a bold statement. Daring, fearless, brave…"

"That's what Yang said earlier." Chrom said.

"It was a complete knuckleheaded decision…" Marth mumbled.

Esdeath chuckled. "I'd say you look rather cute in a skirt. Perhaps you should wear it again for old time's sake?"

"I certainly wouldn't be opposed to it~" Caeda giggled.

"Welp, that settles it!" Roy said. "The skirt won over the pants, so now you gotta wear it!"

"I didn't agree to that part!" Marth protested.

Roy started pushing Marth to his room. "Come on, we gotta see if you still got it. Show the world your legs!"

"Mrow!" Caeda teased.

"Honey, you're not helping!" Marth exclaimed.

"…General, what did you do?" Winter sighed.

"I think he oughta express himself freely. There's no harm in a man wearing a skirt."

Winter sweatdropped. "That may be true, but I feel as if he's outgrown that… skirt."

"You'll never know~!" Esdeath chuckled as she walked off. "So, where exactly is Sienna anyway?"

"She should be here somewhere." Winter guessed as she saw Falcon walk by. "Hey, do you know where Sienna is at?"

"Yeah, she's in the game room." He said.

"Thank you." Winter nodded and then guided Esdeath to the Game Room where they would see Sienna playing Pool with Samus.

"Hmm, you sure you haven't played pool before?" Samus smirked.

"I might have dabbled in it before." Sienna chuckled, striking the cue ball and struck the 8 Ball, causing it to roll toward a pocket, but just stopped at the edge. "Shoot…"

"Hmhmhmhm~ Looks like I have a chance." Samus said, getting into position and struck the cue ball, where her last striped ball went into the pocket. She let out a smirk and aimed carefully at the 8 Ball. She thrusted the stick into the ball, as the cue ball rolled forward, and slammed into the 8 Ball which knocked it into the pocket.

"Ah crud…" Sienna sighed before chuckling. "Well, good game, Aran." She said and glanced over at Winter and Esdeath. "Ah, hello Winter… who's your friend?"

"Sienna, this is General Esdeath. General, this is Sienna Kahn."

Esdeath smiled. "A pleasure to meet you."

Sienna stared at her in surprise. "You're the General Esdeath?" She asked as Esdeath nodded. "Forgive me for staring, I was expecting you to have… longer hair and an Atlesian uniform."

Esdeath chuckled. "Don't worry about it. Thought I'd… change my appearance." You can thank Sephiroth and Seryu for that… She thought.

"I've heard a rumor that you were admitted to the hospital. Is that true?"

"The rumors are true… I was ambushed when I least expected it."

Sienna's eyes widened and turned to Winter and Samus. "If you'll excuse me ladies, I need to have a conversation with the general… alone."

Winter nodded. "Understood." She said as she grabbed a pool stick and smirked at Samus.

"You're on." Samus smirked back.

"How were you ambushed? I've heard stories over you, but I never would have imagined that you were admitted into the hospital."

"Well… I was doing my rounds in the Mushroom Fields and taking care of some Grimm… and then I was met with Sephiroth."

Sienna scowled. "Sephiroth…"

"We fought and we were both evenly matched. I was defeated in battle, my aura drained… and he left. I was about to head into the hospital to get my wounds looked at… and that's when I was ambushed. Seryu Ubiquitous…"

"THE Seryu Ubiquitous?" Sienna said in surprise. "Hmm, when I heard about that massacre, I praised her for doing what was right… of course, that was before I had a reality check." She said, remembering how Blake slapped her. "So Seryu had nearly taken you out, but they recovered you before you perished. The coward…"

"Indeed." Esdeath nodded. "Then the next thing I hear… Seryu ambushed Weiss and Blake in the Galar Region, and she's siding with Adam."

"I wondered why Weiss has those scars on her chest… I was meaning to ask, but I didn't think it would have been the best time. She looked like she's been through hell."

"I've met with her last night… and believe me, Weiss needs all the love she can get." Esdeath said. "Adam distracted her with the SDC brand on his eyes and Seryu moved in for the kill."

Sienna folded her arms, closing her eyes. "So Seryu is with the Crimson Fang now… I've been hearing that they've been multiplying their ranks like crazy with these Erdrean monsters, and to top it all off, Fennec and Corsac are with them too. Thanks to Shulk and his vision, I knew of their motives and I dismissed them before they could even start spewing their BS."

"How did you do that?"

Sienna smirked. "Oh, I had some help."

"Aaargh!"

"Gaaaah!"

"Get out of here if you know what's good for you!" Sienna yelled.

"CineROOOOAR!" Incineroar cried, flexing his muscles.

"Fennec… we must get out of here!"

"How did she even know we'd-"

"You're still here? Get lost!" Sienna yelled. "Sic 'em."

"Incinaaaa!" Incineroar chased after the Albain brothers, forcing them to flee. "Roar! Rooooar!" Incineroar cried before flashing a smirk and walking back, dusting his hands off with a proud grin on his face.

"And don't come back!" Sienna said before shaking her head. "Imbeciles." She said, and then patted Incineroar on the head. "Nice work."

"Cina." Incineroar grinned, giving Sienna a hug and nuzzled her before walking off.

Sienna chuckled. "He's quite the affectionate big guy…"

Esdeath laughed. "Yeah, that'd do it… though I'm curious what would have happened if they persisted."

"I had Mewtwo on standby in case Incineroar didn't work. I have my ways."

"Clever girl." Esdeath giggled.

"So, I've a feeling you wanted to meet with me about-" Suddenly they heard loud cheering and whistling. "…What the devil?" Sienna wondered as the four of them peeked out of the game room and saw Marth pantsless, looking incredibly annoyed while the guys were whistling at him and the girls were cheering.

"Man, look at those legs! They're so buff!" They would hear Nora exclaim.

"…Oh, I hope he's wearing underwear underneath that skirt." Samus said. "Who talked him into that?"

"I'll give you three guesses." Winter said as Samus glanced over at Esdeath who was taking a picture of it with her scroll.

"He hasn't outgrown it~!" Esdeath grinned.

"My my… those are some nice thighs…" Sienna mused.

"No thanks, I've already figured it out." Samus said as Esdeath and Sienna returned to their conversation while Samus and Winter went back to their game.

"Anyway, as I was saying… I've a feeling you wanted to meet with me about something. I can see it in your eyes."

"Well, considering Seryu is hellbent on destroying the Schnees and Belladonnas… I'm placing them under the protection of the Winter-Ops, and if we're not around, have some of the Atlesian Military to protect them by any means necessary until the Crimson Fang is no more."

"That's a good idea."

"And I'm also placing you and the White Fang under protection of the Atlesian Military too."

"…Huh?!" Sienna said in surprise. "Okay, slow down. We're more than capable of handling ourselves." She said, glancing over at two White Fang soldiers doing hand to hand with Lucario and Ken.

"I'm well aware of that, but considering, as you said, they're multiplying their ranks with Erdrean monsters… there's no telling how long you and the White Fang will last until you and the White Fang are dead. You think the Belladonnas and the Schnees have a target on their backs? I recall that you signed a treaty and Adam Taurus didn't take kindly to that. I am well aware that you are here under protection of the Hands, but suppose if they were away for a while and the stronger fighters here were in their own worlds on business. What then?"

Sienna rubbed her chin in thought. "I… I will be honest, I never really considered that." She said. "You do make an excellent point. I never considered something like that would happen. Heh… ain't this something. To think that almost two months ago, the White Fang and the Atlas Military were almost at war in the Mushroom Kingdom. We were at each other's throats and yet… we were able to work together to stop the Shroobs. …Speaking of which, I just remembered that you were there with us when we were fighting the Elder Princess."

"That may be so, but… I don't believe I ever saw you out on the battlefield. If I did, it was probably a split second. If anything, I was more focused on stopping the abomination from destroying everything."

Sienna chuckled. "That's understandable… especially when we were under the influence of the Chaos Emeralds."

"Indeed."

"Ironic… almost two months ago, we were enemies… and now, we're under the protection of the Atlesian Military because Seryu and Adam are too hellbent on destroying us all. Ugh… it's all my fault with Adam… I groomed him to the point where there's no chance of him going back."

"We all have our moments when we believe we are doing the right thing, but are too blind to realize that we're deluded in that kind of stuff."

"Agreed." Sienna nodded before chuckling.

"What's so funny?"

"I misjudged you Atlesian soldiers. I always believed they were hellbent on "Keeping the peace" for all the wrong reasons, but… meeting you? You're far different than Ironwood. In my eyes, you're the good kind of the Atlas Military."

Esdeath chuckled. "Ironwood is a good man, but there are times where I question his motives. His determination, his… semblance… is a massive double edged sword."

"Do I dare ask?"

"Mettle. Basically, it's his way to coping with difficulties or facing a demanding situation in a spirited and resilient way. In short, when that thing is active, it makes him… incredibly stubborn."

Sienna grimaced. "That explains that… incident with him and Bowser. Is that war still going on? I haven't heard much."

"We quickly defused it, and he's currently on vacation. I do tend to check in on him but he hasn't been responding… I'm thinking he turned off his scroll the moment he left. I just hope that vacation did him some good. If it didn't… I'm just gonna have to knock some sense into my father."

Sienna's eyes widened in surprise. "Father?"

Esdeath blushed a deep red. "Um… forget I said that…" I just hope Winter didn't hear that…

"So it's true… she does see him as a father figure." Winter said quietly.

"There's no need to hide it. You can tell me. Consider me intrigued." Sienna smirked. "I'm not taking no for an answer."

Esdeath sweatdropped. Me and my big mouth… She thought. "Well, a long time ago, my village was overrun by Grimm and my parents did their best to protect me, but… unfortunately, I was the only survivor. James had found me when he was just a commander, and he raised me into the strong woman I am today. He even helped me control my semblance. I see him as a father figure of sorts…"

"Ah, that explains it then. Well, here's hoping Ironwood is back to himself… because when I heard what happened, I was this close to coming over to him and smacking him upside the head to get him to his senses. Though, knowing him… he probably would've responded by vaporizing me with whatever weapon he had. I would not put it past him if he has a weapon strong enough to vaporize anything."

"Agreed." Esdeath said, both of them chuckling. "So… you want to get something to eat? I'm sure there's someplace in town where-"

"Actually, the Hands recently opened up a food court in the mansion where you can eat anything from any of the worlds. I believe they got inspired when Min Min came in."

"A food court, you say? Well, show me the way then."

Sienna nodded. "Right this way." She said as the two of them walked off together.

"I'll be honest… I didn't think they'd hit it off." Winter said.

Samus chuckled. "Sienna's a lot more approachable after her time here. It took her some time getting used to being surrounded by humans… but she opened up and became a lot friendlier."

Winter smiled. "That's such a relief to hear." She said. "…You want to hit up the food court too?"

"Sure, I can eat. I can possibly go for a Mini-Kraid sub sandwich myself." Samus said and walked off with Winter where the two of them would see Esdeath and Sienna eaten ramen together and casually chatting. "Oh look at those two… they're acting like they're best friends already."

Winter let out a chuckle. "Yeah, it sure looks that way." She said as the two grabbed some food and walked over to Esdeath and Sienna where they would have a fun time together while eating.

Esdeath and Sienna meeting... who would've thought?
