A Day After CRDL Was Saved
BGM: Peach's Castle (Fortune Street)
Aphrodite wandered around Peach Gardens, her hands behind her back as she looked around and saw some Monty Moles digging around the dirt, a Chain Chomp was snoozing near the carrots… it was just your typical morning in the gardens.
She looked at Peach, who was in the middle of a sun tan while drinking some pink lemonade. "Oooh Peeeach~!" A voice called out as Peach looked up and saw RWBY, the Mario Bros and Daisy walking over to her.
"Oh hey, you guys are here!" Peach smiled. "Oh, where's JNPR?"
"They got sidetracked with a mission." Yang explained. "Apparently some Grimm was getting frisky in one part of Vale so they went to go stop it."
"Oh my… well, I wish them good luck." Peach said.
"So, what did you invite us out here for?" Weiss asked.
"Oh, just wanted to hang out." Peach smiled.
"You wanted us to hang out with you? Girl, I thought you'd never ask." Daisy winked.
Peach let out a giggle. "Where's Rosie? Wasn't she coming with you?"
"She had another commitment… she was wanting to explore Remnant as much as possible." Ruby explained. "Can't say I blame her. She leaves her home for a century and comes back to see it merged with our own."
"Indeed." Peach nodded. "Oh, if you want… you can bring out your Pokemon so they can stretch their legs… or wings or whatever appendages they might have."
Yang grinned. "Sounds good!" She said as they took out their Pokeballs and tossed them up in the air, all of them opening up at once.
Aphrodite's eyes sparkled. "Ralts!" She smiled.
"Have fun you guys!" Ruby waved as they walked off with Peach, then all of their Pokemon split up to walk around Peach Gardens.
Apollo hopped around the Gardens, happy as he can be. "Psst!" A voice caught his attention as he turned around and saw Aphrodite waving him over behind a shrub. "Over here!"
"Ah, Aphie!" Apollo smiled and bounced happily over to her, and then happily tackled her.
"Oh!" Ralts let out a giggle and hugged him back. "Oh, it's good to see you~!"
"Yeah! It's great!" Apollo smiled, right as a Toad Gardener walked over and uprooted some weeds, then noticed the two.
"Aww, look at those two." She smiled.
"Ralts Ral!"
"Pew Pew!"
"Ah, if only I understood what they were saying… too bad I'm not a Pokemon whisperer." She shrugged and went back to work.
"So, what do you wanna do?" Aphrodite asked.
"You wanna explore? Because I'm cool with that!"
Aphrodite looked up at some vines hanging from the wall. "…I wanna go explore the town!"
"Oooh, that sounds fun!" Apollo smiled as the two of them nodded as Apollo wrapped his pom poms over Aphrodite as she started climbing the vines, but then a blue aura surrounded the two.
"And just where do you think you're going?" A voice asked as they saw an Espeon approaching them.
"Oh Sunshine… you party pooper." Aphrodite pouted.
"I'm not going to let you go out and get yourselves hurt. You're just a baby, after all… the both of you are." Sunshine explained. "After all, we're all looking after you, ya know."
"All of you?" Aphrodite folded her arms. "I don't see any other of mom's Pokemon helping you out."
"That's because we're taking turns. I'm looking after you today… and then Shurei, Strawberry, Lei, and Magnolia."
"I get it! I'm younger than all of you… but come on, we all like to explore."
"I know, but you and Apollo are the youngest, and there's no need for both of you to get hurt." She said as she started to nudge them toward the other Pokemon. "Why don't you go play with the other Pokemon? You two will have a lot of fun!"
"Gaaaah!" Scarlet was knocked toward the ground.
"Heh, is that all you got, Scarlet?"
"Oh, Dàhuô." Scarlet rolled her shoulders. "Just because you have the muscles doesn't mean anything! COME HERE!" She yelled as she rushed at him.
"And the spar continues! Begin!" El Santo exclaimed.
"Sparring? No thank you…" Aphrodite said and then had an idea. "Wait a second!" She then turned to Apollo and whispered.
"Yes!"
"Hmm?" Luna looked over to the two as they started to glow. "Uh… Sunshine!"
"What?" The Espeon turned around to see them glowing. "Oh no! NO NO NO NO!" Sunshine rushed over to the two.
"Bye bye!" Aphrodite waved as Apollo teleported the two away.
"Gah! No!" Sunshine exclaimed. "Crud… I forgot Apollo could do that!" She said and turned to the Umbreon. "We need to gather a team and find them. Fast."
"Already on it." Luna nodded as she ran off, and then came back with Primrose, Minette, Affection, Kodama, Phoenix, Razor, and Magnolia, who was now a Ribombee.
"Aw Sunshine, you had one job." Magnolia teased.
"Zip it! We need to go find those two and fast!"
"Let's go." Razor said as they started scaling the wall though Phoenix had to make two trips to get Sunshune and Luna over the wall.
"You think they'll notice that we'll be gone?" Kodama wondered.
"Aw, the castle gardens are huge, they'll probably think we're just goofing around." Affection smiled and then they ran/floated/flew off to find the two.

With the two…
BGM: Toad Town (Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story)
"That was a good idea!" Apollo said.
"It was!" Aphrodite giggled as they wandered around Toad Town.
"Hey dude!" A Koopa ran toward a Toad. "The Farmer's Market is in town!"
"Really? Oh sweet, I was needing to get some fresh vegetables!" A Toad said as the two took off.
"What's a Farmer's Market?" Apollo wondered.
"Uh… a market for farmers…? I dunno… come on, let's go take a look!" Aphrodite went after the two as they would see a lot of baskets in place consisting of fruits and vegetables.
"Oh wooooow!" Apollo said in awe.
"Mmm, I want some of that…" Aphrodite said as she wandered over to a table and climbed on top. "Hmm…"
"Hmm?" A Lakitu turned his head. "Oh hey there little guy. You looking at these delicious apples?"
"Ralts!"
The Lakitu looked down and saw Apollo. "Here, you two have one of each!" He said, giving them two apples.
"Ralts Ral!" Aphrodite waved as she hopped down and walked off with Apollo as they wandered off to the park together, where they saw a few Toads throwing a frisbee with a Mightyena. Once they finished their apples, they dropped it on the ground. "I'm sure it'll be fine if we left these here." She said as they walked further along until they reached a stream.
"Coooool." Apollo said as a Cheep Cheep breached out of it. "Oooh, who's that Pokemon?"
"I think mom calls it a… Cheep… Cheep?" Aphrodite tilted her head. "She has the weirdest Pokemon. I've never seen a Pokemon that is a ball and chain or a… Mon-tee Moley?" She shrugged. "Oh well, they're pretty neat! …Don't know why they steal the vegetables though."
"Maybe they're hungry?"
"Probably!" Aphrodite guessed as she looked down into the stream as she noticed one Cheep Cheep floating by as the two looked at each other, and with a nod, they hopped on the Cheep Cheep. The Cheep Cheep looked up at them and decided to give them a ride.
"Hello!" A voice said as the two turned their heads to see a Magikarp swimming next to them.
"Oh hi there Mr. Magikarp!" Ralts waved as Apollo waved as well. "Hey, can you do a jump for us?"
"Certainly." He said and dove underwater, and then breached high into the air.
"Cooool!" Both of them said… and then a Pidgeotto came flying down and scooped the Magikarp up with its talons and flew off.
"Oh wow! That Magikarp can fly!" Apollo said, unaware of the Cheep Cheep sweating nervously and swam faster.
"Aww, lucky… I wish I could fly…" Aphrodite pouted.
Meanwhile, with the "adult" Pokemon…
"Oh, that's just lovely." Primrose sarcastically said as they saw two apple cores on the ground. "Humans… they never bother throwing stuff in the garbage."
"Hmm…" Minette picked up the core and sniffed it while Luna sniffed the other core. "This has Aphrodite's scent."
"And this one has Apollo's. They must be close by." Luna said and then looked up to see Phoenix and Magnolia flying down. "Find anything?"
"Not yet… though I did see a Pidgeotto flying off with a Magikarp." Magnolia said.
"Oh, I hope those two didn't get themselves into trouble…" Sunshine said with worry.
"They'll be fine… I know they'll be alright." Razor said.
"Right."
"Their scent… they're this way!" Luna said and ran off as the others followed, leaving the cores on the ground.
"Uh… guys? Hello? …Oh for the love of…" Primrose picked up the apple cores and tossed them into the trash. "There."
"Primrose, come on!" Minette called out.
"Coming!" Primrose said and ran after them.
With the other two…
"Woooow! So this takes us to a pond!" Aphrodite said as the Cheep Cheep "docked" next to some grass. "Thank you so much!" She said as she and Apollo hopped off as the Cheep Cheep dove underwater.
"Never been in this part of the park before!" Apollo said.
"Me neither!" Aphrodite smiled as they wandered around, then saw another apple on top of a tree. "Ooooh!"
"I want that!" Apollo said.
"Okay!" Aphrodite nodded as she tried climbing the tree and then went over toward the apple, balancing herself on the branch. "Easy… does it…" She whispered and then grabbed the apple as she tried to tug it off. "Come on… come on…!" She said as she tugged it and then broke it up. "Yay!" She smiled, but then she lost her balance. "Ack! Whoa!"
"Aphie!" Apollo tried to hop over to her to try and catch her as Aphrodite started falling… and then landed on a Wiggler that was walking by.
"Oh! Soft landing!" Aphrodite giggled as Apollo climbed up on the Wiggler. "Here you go!" She said, handing the apple to Apollo.
"Thank you!" Apollo smiled as the two of them rode off on the Wiggler, until a Drifloon started floating over to them.
"Hey kiddies, do you want to go for a ride~?" The Drifloon asked.
"Sure!" Aphrodite smiled as she grabbed on to one of the strings and Apollo grabbed the other string as the Drifloon flew off.
"Let's gooooo!" The Drifloon said as it floated away with both of them giggling, unaware of a Pichu watching this unfold.
"Oh no…" The Pichu whispered and chased after them.
With the others…
"The trail ends here." Luna said.
"Oh no… don't tell me they went inside the water!" Sunshine said worriedly. "Aphrodite's just learning how to swim and Apollo… I'm not sure, but… this water's deep enough to-"
"I'll take a look." Minette said and dove in.
"Huh, I thought cats hated water." Kodama said.
"Apparently not her." Affection responded.
Primrose put a hand on Sunshine's back. "I know you're probably worried about her, but we'll find her. Her and Apollo."
"I know… I'm just worried something might happen to those two."
"Like we'll let that happen." Razor said and then Minette emerged from the water. "Anything?"
"Aside from a few coins, Cheep Cheeps and one snooty Barboach… no. They're not underwater." Minette said as she shook her entire body to get all the water out… and immediately "floofed" right after. "Agh! This is gonna take a while to get straightened out…"
"I wonder if they went down stream…" Magnolia said.
"They could have gone up stream too." Affection pointed out.
"Hmm… okay, how about we go up stream and if that doesn't work, we go down?" Primrose asked.
"That will work." Luna nodded as they took off while Minette was busy trying to straighten herself out.
"Minette, hurry!" Primrose called out.
"Hey, at least you don't have to worry about your fur sticking out!" Minette said. "Ugh, where's Blake and her brush when you need her?" She sighed as she went after them, trying to get her fur back to normal.
With the duo…
"Whoa… we're pretty high up!" Aphrodite said.
"Coooool!" Apollo said in awe.
"PIIIIICHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!"
A Thunderbolt struck the Drifloon. "Gyaaaaah!" The Drifloon cried and dropped Aphrodite and Apollo.
"Aaaaah!"
"Ooof… light headed…" Pichu rubbed his head and saw they were falling. "Oh crap!" He said and ran after them, then decided to do a Thunderbolt on a tree, hoping to startle someone… and out came a few startled Parabuzzies as Aphrodite and Apollo landed on the Parabuzzies. "Phew…" He sighed with relief… and then they bounced off.
"Crap!"
The two bounced on another Parabuzzy…
"Phew."
…And bounced off…
"Ack!"
…And bounced on another Parabuzzy… and bounced off…
"Hey, stop giving me heart attacks and get on with it already!"
…And landed on one last Parabuzzy that bounced them off and into the ground.
Splop!
"…Splop?" Pichu wondered as he hurried on to investigate and saw that they landed in an ice cream cart. "Oooooh…"
"Yeah, I'll take a vanilla and chocolate twist." A Toad kid said as a Shy Guy scooped out an ice cream covered Ralts and Cosmog. "Uh… hold the Pokemon, though."
"Huh, how'd they get in there?" The Shy Guy wondered as Aphrodite and Apollo hopped off.
"You two alright?" Pichu asked as he ran over to them.
"Yeah, we're fine. The shells were surprisingly bouncy!" Aphrodite said.
"Yeah, probably for some gag or something." Pichu rolled his eyes. "Anyway, what are you two doing out here?"
"Exploring!" Apollo said.
"I think you're a little far from home." Pichu sweatdropped. "I can take you back if you want."
"Actually… I do miss home." Aphrodite said. "Sure, I wouldn't mind if we went back… problem is… I think we're lost."
"Oh, nonsense. I can get you back home pronto!" Pichu grinned. "Just follow me through these trees!" He said as he took off with the two following him. "This way, it's a shortcut!" Pichu said as he guided them into a clearing.
"…Shoot, did I make a wrong turn?" Pichu wondered.

"Keh keh keh keh! Just what do you think you're doing in our little hideout?" A voice asked.
"Huh?" Aphrodite asked as they saw a team of three approaching them, consisting of an Ekans, Medicham and a Gengar.
BGM: Danger! There's Trouble! (Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Rescue Team DX)
"Lookssss like a trio of tressssspasssssserssss that wandered into our home!" Ekans smirked.
"Who are you?" Aphrodite asked.
"Why, we're the biggest baddest Pokemon gang in all of the Mushroom Kingdom!" Medicham said.
"Indeed. We are Team Meanies!" Gengar smirked.
"Team… Meanies?" Pichu tilted his head.
"Did I stutter?"
End BGM
"…PFFFFT! HAHAHAHAHA!" Pichu started laughing and fell on his back. "The biggest baddest Pokemon gang in the Mushroom Kingdom and you went with Team MEANIES?! HAHAHAHAHA! You only have three Pokemon! That's not even a gang! It's just a group of friends who just wants to be edgy! HAHAHAHA!"
"Lisssssten here, you! We are quite strong!"
"Dude! You're not even fully evolved!" Pichu said. "Two of your friends are, but you? What's the matter… performance issues? HAHAHAHA!"
"I don't get it." Apollo said, causing Aphrodite to shrug.
"Why you little…!"
"Where'd you even get the name… out of a cereal box? That's the most hilariously laughable team name I've ever heard!"
"We could've gone with Team Skull, but that was already taken by a Koffing, Zubat and a Skuntank…" Medicham said.
"PFFFT! HAHAHAHA! Stop! Stop! I can't breathe! This is HILARIOUS!" Pichu cackled. "Ooooh, I needed a good laugh today! Team Skull! Team Meanies! Oh, this is just priceless! Wait until my buddies get a load of this nonsense!" He said, wiping a tear from his eye.
"Keh keh keh… laugh while you can. You will rue the day that you messed with Team Meanies, for we are quite formidable."
"Oh yeeeeeah. You're formidable alright. A small snake, a belly dancer and a ghost. Ooooh, I'm soooo scared!" Pichu mocked.
"Like we should be scared of a few babies." Medicham said. "You can't even shoot out electricity properly."
"Yesssss… so what'sssss all thisssss about performanccccce issuesssss?"
"At least I'm in a fight club, what's your excuse!" Pichu shot back.
"Keh keh keh… this is goodbye!" Gengar shot out a Shadow Ball, but Pichu jumped to the side.
"Missed~!" Pichu taunted as Gengar shot out more Shadow Balls as Ekans shot out a Mud Bomb and Medicham rushed over to Pichu and used Force Palm, but he dodged them all and smirked at them. "Nyeeeeh!" He pulled his eye socket down and stuck his tongue out.
"Squirrely, isn't he!" Medicham said, all of them unaware of Phoenix and Magnolia flying by and witnessing the scene unfolding.
"That's them!" Phoenix said.
"Let's go!" Magnolia said, both of them flying off.
"No matter. The other two aren't as mobile!" Gengar said, firing Shadow Balls at the two.
"Aaah!" Aphrodite yelped as she and Apollo attempted to dodge it.
"Ack!" Pichu yelped as he jumped in front of them. "Going after defenseless little kids… cowards!" He yelled as electricity poured out of his cheeks. "You good for nothing… EAT THIS! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" He yelled, shooting a Thunderbolt that struck all three of them.
"Gyaaaah!" They all yelped, but then Pichu felt dizzy and then fell on his back, swirly eyes appearing on his face.
"Pichu!" Aphrodite exclaimed.
"Oooogh… whyyyy…" Pichu groaned.
"Hmm, what wassss that about performancccce issuesssss?" Ekans taunted.
"Keh keh keh keh keh! All bark and no bite! That actually tickled!" Gengar smirked. "Say goodnight!" He said, unleashing a Dark Pulse that sent Pichu flying to a tree.
"PICHU!" Aphrodite yelled.
"Oh my!" Apollo exclaimed.
"KEH KEH KEH KEH! Now the same will go to you!" Gengar said.
"Team Meanies… more like Team Bullies!" Aphrodite said. "I don't like you! You remind me of someone who nearly killed my mom!" Aphrodite said, getting in a defensive stance.
"Aw, the wittle baby is angwy!" Gengar taunted. "There's nothing you can do to-"
"PSYBEAM!" She yelled, firing it from the horn on her head.
"Keh Geh?! Gaaaaah!" Gengar fell on one knee.
"Gengar!" Medicham exclaimed.
Resume BGM
"Rrrgh… you little BRAT!" Gengar yelled, kicking Aphrodite down.
"Oooof!"
"Aphie!" Apollo exclaimed as he tried to get in front of her. "Leave her alone!"
"Cosmogs aren't worth anything!" Medicham said, picking up the Cosmog and tossing him to the side.
"Now… what do we do with you…" Ekans smirked.
"She'll pay for that, that's what!" Gengar said as Aphrodite got up, wiping the dirt from her cheek.
"I'm not afraid of you." Aphrodite glared, unleashing another Psybeam that struck Ekans.
"Gaaaah!" Ekans growled. "Little pessssst!" He snarled, wrapping his body around Aphrodite.
"Nnngh!"
"Say good night!" Gengar growled, but then another Psybeam hit the both of them, and was joined by a Dark Pulse. "Aaargh!"
"Mmmph!" Ekans grunted.
End BGM
"Leave them alone." A voice said as Sunshine and Luna ran in and got in front of the two.
BGM: First Battle (Pokemon Colosseum)
"You two alright?" Luna asked.
"Yeah, we're okay!" Aphrodite smiled.
"Good." Luna smiled.
"Keh keh… who are you meddlers!" Gengar demanded.
"We're her friends." Luna said.
"And you messed with the wrong posse." Sunshine said, as they were joined by Primrose, Phoenix, Magnolia, Minette, Affection, Kodama and Razor.
"What do we do, boss?" Medicham asked.
"Tch! So you got yourself a squad! Like that should scare us!" Gengar said. "Team Meanies! Attack!"
"Team Meanies? That's what they went with?" Primrose wondered before unleashing Magical Leaf on the three. Sunshine quickly dodged a Shadow Ball from Gengar and then raised him up in the air with Psychic as Phoenix came flying in with a Brave Bird.
"Keh Gwah!" Gengar grunted as Medicham rushed over to Affection and used Force Palm on her.
"Sorry, doesn't affect me~!" Affection smiled before she and Kodama unleashed Shadow Ball on her as Ekans tried to wrap himself around the Ghost types, but failed miserably as Razor ran in and used Fury Swipes on him with Minette joining her.
"Have some of THIS!" Magnolia yelled, unleashing Moonblast on them to immediately knock down the Medicham as Umbreon slammed into Ekans with Assurance to KO him, leaving Gengar by himself.
"Keh... geh... well, this is a problem." Gengar growled. "Keh keh keh! So what! Just because we've been ganged up on doesn't mean-" He was knocked down by another Psybeam, this time from Aphrodite.
"Oh be quiet!" Aphrodite said.
End BGM
"Oooogh..."
"That should do it." Primrose walked over to Apollo. "You alright, little bro?"
"Yeah!" Apollo smiled, then Sunshine walked over to Aphrodite.
"What were you thinking? You and Apollo could've gotten hurt!" Sunshine scolded.
"I'm sorry... i just wanted to go exploring..."
Sunshine sighed, giving her an affetionate nuzzle. "What are we going to do with you?" She let out a chuckle.
"Oooow..." A voice groaned as they saw Pichu getting up. "That could've gone better..."
"You okay?" Luna asked.
"Yeah, i've been through worse." Pichu said, dusting himself off. "A lot worse. You guys get 'em home, alright?"
"We will." Sunshine nodded.
"Good. Catch ya later!" Pichu said and then took off running.
"Come on, let's go." Luna said.
Later, at Peach's Castle...
"Oh, there's my cute little girl!" Peach smiled. "I bet you had a lot of fun playing with your friends!"
"Ralts!" Aphrodite smiled, jumping into her arms as Peach gave her a gentle kiss on the head... and then, she started glowing.
"Oh!" Peach exclaimed in surprise as Aphrodite evolved into Kirlia.
"Kirli!"
"Oh my gosh, you evolved!" Peach exclaimed. "My little baby is growing up!"
"I'll be darned..." Yang said with a chuckle and then noticed a tiny scratch on Apollo. "Whoa dude, why do you have a scratch on you? ...Eh, i'll chalk it up to rubbing against a stick." She said.
"How did you get your fur all frizzy? I just brushed it earlier this morning." Blake said, brushing Minette's fur.
"Meow." Minette innocently shrugged.
Aphrodite smiled, happy that she went on a grand adventure in Toad Town.
As for Pichu...
Pichu turned his head. "I wonder how they're holding up?" He wondered.
"Oh there you are!" A voice said as Pichu turned around to see Samus. "I was wondering where you went."
"Chu!" Pichu smiled and happily jumped into her arms.
"Oh, you got a little bruise... did you get into another scrap again?" Samus smirked before giggling. "You little rascal, what am I going to do with you?"
You don't know the half of it, mother. Pichu thought, climbing on her shoulder as the two walked off together, where Pikachu and the Metroid happily went over to meet them.
