Before Dark Samus Showed Up…

Doom Guy stood before the weakened Dark Lord. He had just finished his massive fight against him and now here he stood, ready to finish him off. The Dark Lord was weakly trying to get up but he couldn't. Doom Guy did a number on him.

The Slayer took off his helmet and put it down as he walked over toward the Dark Lord, ready to deal the final blow.

"Tell me… have you nothing to say to your creator… before you strike him down?"

Doom Guy glared at him and extended the Doomblade on his arm before thrusting it into his chest. "No." He said before removing the blade from his chest as blood spewed out. The Dark Lord's eyes glowed and fired a massive beam from his mouth and shot up into the sky. Any demon that wasn't in Hell evaporated on the spot.

There was a corrupted sphere shortly after before it exploded, sending a shockwave everywhere. Doom Guy stood there. His mission finally complete. The demons from Hell had been conquered, the Icon of Sin was slain… though he had some help from that annoying young lady.

"You're basically the Doom Slayer so you obviously like to take out demons, but not ONCE has Ibuki seen you smile. Don't you like tearing demons in half? You oughta smile more often. You enjoy this, don't you? If you enjoy it, then why don't you at last crack a damn smile or something? You can't be Mr. "Too Angry to Die" forever, ya know. You ought to at least smile more! Smell any rose that's left on Earth! Pet a rabbit or… something!"

Doom Guy closed his eyes and let out a small amused smirk. He hated to admit it, but he had a begrudging respect for that metal headed, guitar wielding doofus. Sure, he almost killed her, but at least she was trying to make him smile.

Plus she did help him out with the Icon of Sin, so that was something admirable. Though, he wondered that since she helped him, she now holds the title of the Icon of Sin herself.

Eh… worry about that later.

Doom Guy reopened his eyes and looked down at what remained of the Dark Lord. He was going to walk away from him but he suddenly felt… drowsy? He struggled to keep his balance while his vision blurred. He looked directly at his hands.

"By his hand… all things were made. Even you."

Doom Guy collapsed soon after, his eyes falling shut. Some overseers soon put him into a coffin and closed it up tight, leaving him in his tomb.

"May the blood on your sword never dry, and may we never need you again."

Doom Guy's tomb was locked up tight, the demons of Hell were slain, and then there was peace. There was no need for the Slayer to rise again.

…Or at least, that's what they all thought.

The guardians of Doom Guy's tomb would spot a dark portal opening up as Dark Samus walked out. "There you are. I've finally found you." Dark Samus said.

The guardians looked at her questionably but would quickly realize what this thing was after as she approached Doom Guy's tomb. This thing was going to wake up the Doom Slayer. They quickly got into position to try and destroy her, but to their surprise… she quickly wiped them all out effortlessly with her phazon.

In the tomb, Doom Guy lay motionless. Peacefully, he was sleeping… but outside, it was anything but peaceful.

"Don't let it get closer! It shouldn't- GAAAAAH!"

"No! AAAAARGH!"

"What is this thing?!"

"I am not sure, but we have to- GAH!"

Muffled explosions and gunfire were heard, but they were all met with deafening silence a few moments later. Soon, the cover off of the tomb was removed as Dark Samus looked into it. "Ah, here you are. I have heard tales about you in the Smash Mansion. That metal headed girl would frequently visit and not shut up about you."

She let out a chuckle. "So this is what you look like. Hmph. I'd say you'd make a great addition to our army." She started to reach down. "Yes, you will be perfect being corrupted with Phazon… Doom Slayer."

The moment she touched his chest… he opened his eyes and quickly grabbed Dark Samus by the throat, slamming her head into the tomb before punching her away. He vaulted over the tomb and looked at his helmet. He picked it up and put it back on, staring directly at the Metroid Prime. Another demon from Hell? This one looked new… this one was blue and not the usual red.

Dark Samus shook it off and looked at Doom Guy. "Slayer, you fight for the wrong reason. Come, join our side where you too can turn this universe into phazon!"

Phazon… he wasn't sure what that was, but something in his gut was telling him that was bad news. And it must be eradicated! With a clench of the fists, he reached for his Super Shotgun and pumped it with menacing intent.

"You wish to fight?" Dark Samus chuckled. "Very well, let's see this strength of yours."

BGM: The Only Thing They Fear is You (Doom Eternal)

Destroyer of Naps - Dark Samus

Dark Samus charged up her arm cannon while Doom Guy boosted his way over, shooting Dark Samus directly in the face to knock her back as Dark Samus fired a charged shot at him but Doom Guy dashed away and then rushed at her, punching her square in the face to send her flying.

Doom Guy then brought out the Rocket Launcher and fired a few rockets as Dark Samus put up a phazon shield to block it as she glowed with energy, then Shinesparked into the slayer, as he slid while she pushed into him but Doom Guy grabbed her and slammed her into the groud and then punched her in the face before deciding to roast her with the Flame Belcher.

Dark Samus fired a point blank Phazon Missile to get him off of her and then fired a Super Phazon Missile to make him back off as Dark Samus then grabbed him with the Grapple Beam which tied around his neck. The Grapple Beam then lit up to try and suffocate him with blinding phazon, hoping to bring him to his knees.

Instead, Doom Guy grabbed the Grapple Beam and yanked Dark Samus to him before decking her in the face, then he picked her up and swung her down for a Bane Back Breaker, then kicked her away. Dark Samus slowly rose, firing spread shots at him but he dashed to the left and charged as Dark Samus put her hand on the ground as dark phazon tentacles wrapped around his body, restraining his arms and legs while wrapping around neck.

"Hmph." Dark Samus approached the captured slayer… but then Doom Guy managed to pull out of his phazon "chains" by raising his arm to rip the tentacle out the ground and then ripped out the other as he used the Phazon tentacle to whip Dark Samus around while ripping out the tentacles from his legs and then ripped it off of his neck.

Doom Guy then brought out the Sentinel Hammer as he jumped up into the air and swung it down as Dark Samus would try to block with a Phazon shield but the shield wasn't enough to protect her as it shattered upon impact and slammed into Dark Samus's chest, leaving a good sized crater in its wake.

Dark Samus got up, aiming the Arm Cannon at him but he grabbed it and tore off her entire arm with little effort as he brought out the Unmakyr and fired a point blank shot at her to knock her down and then he picked her up, and then grabbed both sides and ripped the Metroid Prime in half, then tossed up the torso and proceeded to cut through it with the chainsaw, with phazon blood spilling everywhere.

Doom Guy stared at what remained of Dark Samus and put his chainsaw away. He then crushed what remained with his foot as he stood there victorious.

…Up until he was impaled through his chest. "Rrgh!" Doom Guy grunted as he turned his head to see a Grimm creature having impaled him with one of its legs. The Grimm had spider-like legs but had Grimm spikes protruding out of them, it had wings similar to the hound but was colored blue. It's face had the three embrances of a Metroid as eyes while its mouth was filled with Phazon crystal teeth.

In short, this was a Grimmified version of the Metroid Prime before it was turned into Dark Samus.

"Impressive, isn't it?" Dark Samus emerged from a portal. "While you were destroying my clone, I was making the final preparations for this Grimm I created out of Phazon. I based it off of myself of what I used to look like. Amazing what you can do when you corrupt some Grimm into Phazon. I call it… Grimm Prime."

Doom Guy tried to fight his way out but the spiked leg was draining him… and slowly started to infuse him with Phazon. Dark Samus approached him and put her hand on his chest, converting phazon into him before the Grimm Prime removed the spiked leg from him as Dark Samus pulled away as Phazon covered his entire suit as Dark Samus would see his eyes being an angry phazon blue.

"Excellent. Rise, Doom Slayer." Dark Samus said as Doom Guy slowly rose up.

"Metroid Prime! We have located the Fortress of Doom and are taking it to Ridley's ship!"

"Excellent." Dark Samus opened up a dark portal. "Right this way, Slayer. Your new Phazon friends awaits you."

Doom Guy stood there motionless… as if he was trying to fight off the Phazon, but… he would slowly go into the dark portal where Dark Samus and the Grimm Prime went inside with him, the dark portal closing behind them.

*hearing a tea kettle whistling* Odd, I don't recall making tea... *glances over at Ibuki to see her fuming* Uh oh.

Ibuki: That no good... THAT DESPICABLE...

Welp, good thing I built this bunker! *hides inside of it*

Ibuki: WHEN SHE GETS HER HANDS ON DARK SAMUS, THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY! IBUKI WILL MAKE IT HER MISSION TO CURE DOOM GUY-CHAN HERSELF!

...Is it safe to come out now? ...I'm not gonna take any chances right now.
