"That's peculiar…" Hajime said as he was looking through his phone. "Who could've gone into the Future Foundation at this point in time?" He wondered. "That place is covered with Phazon, so unless it was a Grimm or those Heartless things, I'm not sure who would've done it. I wonder if I could check on the security cameras… agh, of course they're down."

"Yoooo, Hinata! Just the guy I wanted to see!"

"Hmm?" Hajime looked up to see Nagito approaching him. "Oh, hey… what's up?"

"We could use you on our team. Come on!" He said, grabbing his arm and yanking him away.

"Whoa!" He yelped as he was dragged into a building. "Dude, what are you-… uh… what's all this?"

"We set up a little gaming lounge considering Remnant's a little under the weather right now." Nagito smiled. "I asked anyone else if they wanted to play and I could only snag Gundam, Sonia and Nekomaru." He said. "I asked Mahiru and she said she wanted to take pictures of this world. Not that I blame her, it's pretty snazzy."

"Heh, I see. Alright, what are we playing?" Hajime asked.

"Overwatch, of course!" Nagito grinned.

Hajime chuckled. "Well, alright then." He said as he hopped on. "So, what kind of match are we playing?"

"Team Deathmatch! The most superior of all games!" Nekomaru boasted.

"It's rather fun." Sonia giggled where Hajime selected Soldier 76, Nagito selected Lucio, Gundam selected Hammond AKA Wrecking Ball, Sonia went for Reaper and Nekomaru went for Reinhardt.

"Chateau Guillard again?" Nagito asked. "Ah well, what can ya do?" He chuckled.

"Ooooh, we got a full team on the other side! This is gonna be fun~!" Sonia smiled, but then noticed the whole other team bailing, except for one. "…Oh…"

"Hmph! Leaving the only teammate alone to die? That is unforgivable!" Nekomaru yelled.

"KitanaBlade… looks like we got a Mortal Kombat fan here." Gundam mused.

"This almost feels unfair." Hajime rubbed his head before autobalance kicked in and suddenly, he was transported to the other team. "…Oh."

"Alright, let's gang up on those two!" Nagito teased.

"Hey!" Hajime chuckled.

Team 1 - LuckOfTheDraw (Nagito), MichaelMeyers (Sonia), HamsterWhisperer (Gundam), TeamSpirit (Nekomaru)

Team 2 - HopefulEnthusiast (Hajime), KitanaBlade (?)

"Hmm…" Hajime narrowed his eyes and then typed something up real quick.

"Good luck out there."

"Thanks! It's my first time playing. Hope I won't slow you down!"

"Just do your best and have fun!"

"GAME ON!" Nekomaru yelled.

Hajime quickly ran toward the left, keeping an eye on his teammate who happened to be Genji as he went the opposite way. "No no no, stick together!" He said with a grimace.

"Looks your teammate bailed on you. Easy pickings~!" Nagito said in a singsongy voice as Nagito ran up a flight of stairs and knelt down, overlooking the railing in the main room where he would see the Genji running in, then would see Lucio coming in up front.

"I see ya." Hajime smirked as he opened fire at Lucio, unaware of Reaper appearing behind him and would swiftly shoot him down before he could even realize what was going on. "Ack!"

"Got ya~" Sonia giggled while Lucio blasted away the Genji as he would throw shurikens right after, nailing Lucio but then he would hop on the walls to gain some traction and shot down Genji to kill him.

"Nailed ya!" Nagito fist pumped.

"Hey, we gotta stick together if we wanna win here."

"Yeah… good call. Hahaha. Any ideas, Hopeful?"

"Okay, I got it. You go up the stairs and climb up the wall, I'll meet you in the courtyard. I'll distract 'em, you take 'em out from behind."

"You got it!"

Genji would run upstairs, unaware of Reinhardt charging behind him, but Genji made a hard right as Reinhardt slammed into a wall. "Gah! You got lucky… BUT YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY FROM ME!" Nekomaru yelled as Genji found the wall his teammate was talking about and climbed up, narrowly avoiding a hammer strike. "Your luck will run out eventually!"

In the courtyard, Hajime and Sonia were going toe to toe against each other, both of them weakening each other severely. Genji would jump down and slashed through Reaper, killing him before he could kill Soldier 76. "Whoa!" Sonia exclaimed.

"Atta boy." Hajime smirked, setting up a Biotic Field to heal himself up.

"Feel the wrath of my wrecking ball of darkness!" Gundam suddenly blurted out as Hammond came in swinging and knocked the two back and separated them. "Hope you don't mind if I drop in." He chuckled as he would open fire at the two, where Hajime managed to get behind cover while Genji would try to throw shurikens at him but Hammond would dodge as Hajime would fire at him.

Genji found himself knocked back from Hammond again, getting dangerously close to the edge and falling into the water. "Hmhmhmhm. I have you now." Gundam smirked.

"I've got you in my sights!" Soldier 76 exclaimed before shooting down Hammond.

"Augh!" Gundam cried out. "My poor deva… you shall be avenged!"

"Phew…" Hajime sighed in relief and would put down a Biotic Field… only to get football tackled by Reinhardt, getting sent into the water with him. "Ack!"

"WORTH IT!" Nekomaru exclaimed while Lucio blasted Genji into the water.

"Got ya~!" Nagito grinned.

"Hey, I'm gonna change into a new character. I'll be right with you shortly."

"Okay. I'll keep 'em busy!"

Wonder what he's turning into? Hajime wondered as he would run around, only to run into Reaper in the lower floors as the two would proceed to shoot at each other.

"Welp, I suppose that's karma." Nagito suddenly said while chuckling. "Say, Hajime. You tend to speak with this guy, right? What's he like?"

"Well, apparently, this is his first time playing the game."

"Really?" Sonia asked. "I have to say, he's not bad! …Hang on a second." She started to type up a message.

"Hey, KitanaBlade. I heard this is your first time playing and yet, you're really good. You sure you're not smurfing us?"

"Nah, I was in training mode and figuring things out before I got on this server."

"Oh! That makes sense. Apologies for the accusation."

"It's all good!"

Sonia smiled. "Love how he's all chill."

"Finally, a person who isn't completely toxic!" Nagito said happily.

"Give him time. Soon he'll be toxic before you know it." Nekomaru said.

"Yeah, well, thankfully, this isn't like Warcraft." Nagito chuckled.

"Eeep! Where'd he come from?!" Sonia suddenly yelped. "He's adapting rather quickly!"

"Perhaps this is a person who adapts to new games rather quickly. Shoot, why couldn't autobalance pick me instead?" Nagito laughed.

"There you are Hajime!" Nekomaru exclaimed.

"HAMMER DOWN!"

"Ah crap!" Hajime grimaced.

"And now for the finishing blow!"

"NERF THIS!"

Nekomaru tured to see a mech about to explode to him, forcing him to shield against it which left Soldier 76 to shoot him with Helix Rockets as the mech exploded and did some damage to him… while nearby, Hammond wasn't so lucky as he had swung around into the room.

"Blast! I was thinking D. Va was about to blow up Sonia!"

"Nah, not even close!" Sonia giggled while Reinhardt was struggling to keep up against Soldier 76 and D. Va.

"Rrrgh! I need healing!" Nekomaru growled as he boosted away, but both 76 and D. Va shot him down before he could get the medpack. "Bah!"

"Nice shooting!" Hajime smiled as together, they would mow down Lucio when he came rolling in by the wall and was shot down.

"Good gravy, these guys are a power team!" Nagito said as D. Va summoned another mech and hopped in.

"D. Va engaging!"

Both Hajime and D. Va ran across the map together, only to get quickly ambushed by Bastion who started mowing them down. "Hahaha! Feel the wrath of my robot!" Nekomaru exclaimed but then D. Va would get in front of 76.

"Defense matrix activated!"

While D. Va was blocking the bullets, Hajime stepped out and opened fire at Bastion before finishing him off with a helix rocket. "You were saying?" Hajime smiled.

"Rrrgh!" Nekomaru growled as they went through the hallway until they went up the stairs, where they would get ambushed by Pharah raining rockets at the duo. The two would try to find some cover while shooting back at Pharah, but as they found cover, Reaper appeared behind the two and shot down Jack while D. Va tried to shoot back but the mech was soon destroyed and made her completely vulnerable where Reaper shot her in the head to knock her down.

"Woo! Thanks Pharah!" Sonia smiled.

"Anytime, edgy dude!" Nagito grinned, both of them reaching over and high fiving.

"Changing characters, Hopeful!"

"Think I'll do the same, Kitana."

"Let's see… ah, he'll do." Hajime selected the character in question, switching from Soldier 76 to Genji while Kitana switched to Hanzo.

"Let's kick some butt!"

"Right behind ya, Kitana!"

The two climbed the walls together, finding Bastion scanning the area while his back was turned to them, where the two fired an arrow/slashed through Bastion to quickly destroy him. "What the hell! Where did you two bozos come from?!" Nekomaru exclaimed.

The two of them would climb up on some ruins where Pharah would spot them and separated the two with a Concussive Blast, then focused her fire on Hanzo and shot him down, then turned her attention to Genji and moved away from the shurikens, firing another rocket at him as Genji would slash through her but it wasn't enough to cut her down.

"Right where I baited ya." Nagito smirked.

"Justice rains from abo-" An arrow struck Pharah in the head to kill her off.

"I got your back!"

"Thanks, Kitana!"

"Someone spawned rather close. Heheh…" Nagito chuckled as both Hanzo and Genji worked together to mow everyone down while getting killed themselves, but they would come back swinging harder than ever.

"My ultimate's ready."

"So is mine."

"…You thinking what I'm thinking, Hopeful?"

"Double Ultimates?"

"Oh yeah!"

The two of them would run up the stairs, only to be surrounded by Reaper and Hammond. "Any last words before we strike you down?" Gundam smirked.

"Only a couple." Hajime said and typed up a message.

"Unleash the fury, Kitana!"

"Right!"

"Ryū ga waga teki wo kurau!"

"Ryūjin no ken wo kurae!"

"Oh crap!" Sonia and Gundam said at once as Genji cut through Hammond while Reaper went into Reaper form to protect himself from the twin dragons, but it would cut short as once it deactivated, Genji cut right through him to finish him off.

"Woo! We won that round!" Hajime fist pumped.

"Aww… we were so close too." Sonia said before shrugging. "Oh well."

"Play of the game!"

"Holy cow, I got a play of the game? Nice!" Hajime grinned.

"Congrats, dude!"

"Thanks, Kitana. By the way, I'm gonna hit ya with a friend request."

"Hey, I wanna send him a friend request too!" Nagito said as they all sent Kitana a friend request.

"I've accepted you and these other guys too. I had a lot of fun!"

"So did I! I had a blast working together with you." Hajime wrote up.

"Same! By the way, I gotta go. Need to stretch my legs for a bit."

"Okay. See you soon. Hope to see you again!"

"Same to you."

"Aww, he left… I was hoping he'd be on our team!" Nekomaru said.

"Perhaps some other time." Sonia smiled while Hajime rubbed his chin, deep in thought.

Odd… why does it feel like I've met this person before? Talking to Kitana felt so… familiar somehow.

On the other side of Kitana's screen…

"Mmm." Chiaki stretched her arms before standing up. "That was fun." She said as she walked off. "…Weird, I can't help but think I've met HopefulEnthusiast before… like I've interacted with him before." She said aloud, as she folded her arms and closed her eyes, before shrugging and reopened her eyes. "Oh, maybe I dreamt it up at one point." She said with a chuckle, then continued to walk around the Observatory.

"Haha, imagine if Chiaki was playing against her classmates in Overwatch. *gears start to turn* ...Unless...?"

Ibuki: *grins* Funny how that turns out.
