The Day After Everyone Came Back From Hisui

"I have to say, I never thought a Stantler could evolve!" Ling said as she and Whitley walked around Toad Town.
"Neither could I, but apparently, they could back in the past."
Ling grinned and hugged Whitley. "I love it!"
"Heh, you're welcome." He smiled, as she pecked him on the cheek.
"Does it feel good to be back?"
"Yeah. It feels great!" Whitley nodded, and then suddenly his scroll went off as he pulled it out of his pocket, seeing that he was getting a call. He didn't recognize the number so he immediately hung up on it.
"Who was that?"
"Probably a wrong number." He said as the scroll rang again. He saw it was the same number so he hung up on it again… and then his scroll buzzed as he got a text instead.
"Dude! Answer the dang scroll!"
"Eh?" Whitley raised an eyebrow as the scroll rang again, this time he answered it. "Hello?"
"Ah! You listened to my text. You're a hard one to get with!"
"Well, when it's just a bunch of numbers and the caller ID doesn't give out the name of the caller-"
"Wait, wha-... ah, shoot, I forgot about that. Anywho, for introductions, meet me at the Haltmann Works Ice Cream Factor-"
"Haltmann? Wait, is this Susie, the one who plants ice cream factories all over the universe and planted several in Remnant?"
"And a fellow Star Ally~!" Susie giggled. "Sooo, anyway, I was wondering if you and your squad could meet me at the Ice Cream Factory in Toad Town before noon. I'd like to strike a deal with you."
"Huh? What deal?"
"We'll worry about details later. Come soon!" Susie then hung up on him.
"What does she want with us?" Ling wondered.
"Who knows… but let's bring the whole squad together." He said as Ling nodded.

Later, inside the Ice Cream Factory…

"Ah, good, good! You guys are here, step into my office!" Susie said as they walked in, where they saw that said office had plenty of ice cream machines, and a milkshake machine to boot.
"What in…?" Cardin sweatdropped.
"I couldn't just decide on one ice cream machine, plus I've discovered a love for milkshakes." Susie smiled. "Anyway, I'm rather surprised… I thought you were a five man band, but you got a few others with ya."
"I'm a back up dancer." Weiss said.
"I'm also a back up dancer, and also a tech producer." Mine explained.
"I'm her assistant tech producer." Kotoko grinned.
"Aaaah, that makes sense! Well, the more the merrier then!" Susie giggled. "So anyway, I was wanting to speak with you a few days ago, but unfortunately, I had just missed you, Whitley."
"You just missed me?"
"Yeah. Arceus sent you on a journey to save the bonds between humans and Pokemon. How was it, by the way?"
"It was… chaotic. Although, I think everything would have been better off if we didn't go, given that… Arceus himself took care of Ghetsis and we didn't even need to lay a finger on him."
"Yeah, I've felt the same way…" Weiss nodded.
"Ah, one of those "Why are we even here" type of deals? Happens to the best of us!" Susie chuckled. "Anyway, now that you're all here, allow me to explain why I called you here."
"We're all ears." Chelsea said.
"Soooo, I've been toying with this idea for a while now and I'm thinking: "Why not? Branch out a little bit." Plus, I've heard great things about Sea5ons, so I decided to go for it. You see, I've been thinking of setting up a talent agency and record label called "Sunset Entertainment", with you guys being the first to join the company."
"Oh, so we're gonna be the test subjects?" Whitley asked.
"Test subject is such a strong phrase… but-"
"I'm just messing with ya. You just want a good strong start with it."
"Yeah, exactly!" Susie giggled. "So, what do you say, you guys want to do a sponsorship? Get famous across the universe?"
"One second." Whitley said as he turned around and formed a huddle with his band, all of them whispering as Susie patiently waited… and turned to her ice cream machine as she pulled out a cup and looked at the many flavors.
Butterscotch, vanilla, chocolate, Tiger's Blood, lemon custard, rocky road…
"So many different flavors, I can't choose…" Susie mumbled. "...Oh, what the heck. If I can turn an icee into ice cream…" She immediately chose the Tiger's Blood. "Mmmm, look at this goodness~"
She immediately grabbed a spoon and sat down at her desk to enjoy her treat.
"Alright, break!"
…Every time! Susie thought, putting her ice cream to the side.
"We'll do a sponsorship with you." Whitley said.
"Wonderful!"
"On one condition."
"Oh?"
"We'll accept your offer under the condition that we'll plan our own course of action of how we'll promote and produce our music."
"Oh! Of course, this sponsorship is extremely flexible! I wasn't gonna force you into anything. Do how you wanna do." Susie smiled. "I'll gladly support a hundred percent!"
"Excellent." Whitley nodded.
"Now, ideally, this sponsorship will take you all over the place. Delfino, New Donk City, Mushroom City, Atlas, Menagerie, Gensokyo, Popstar, maybe one of the Federation planets if you feel comfortable with that… it's all up to you how you wanna do it! If you wanna do it, of course."
Ling gave a beaming smile. "Oh, of course! Live houses, parties, festivals… we're more than happy to play anywhere that will bring fun and joyful vibes in general!"
"Though, for the most part, we usually like performing in places like public urban spaces or parks given our current image as street musicians."
Susie nodded. "That sounds reasonable. Do we have a deal then?"
"We do." Whitley nodded as the two shook on it.
"Excellent! Now by the way… you think you guys can scout for other promising music-oriented folks out there?"
Kotoko and Kokoro glanced at each other. "Kotoko and I know a girl." Kokoro smiled.
"And I think I know two individuals who would be perfect for this." Weiss said.
"Mhm!" Mine nodded.
"Great! Bring them to me if you could. I'll figure all this out." She said as they nodded and walked off, although Weiss and Mine stayed behind. "Hmm? Something up, you two?"
"We… have an idea." Weiss said.
"Oh? What is it?" She curiously asked.
"Soooo, both of us are back up dancers… but my brother had this idea for the two of us, actually, Whitley told his group and they relayed it to us. Basically… we form our own street musician unit that acts like a sister group or a sub-unit of sorts towards Sea5ons."
"Oh!" Susie rubbed her chin in thought. "That's actually not a bad idea. Though the question is, why form a new group?"
"Well, the two of us talked and we both agreed that we want to prove that we're more than just back up dancers for Sea5ons." Weiss said.
"Ah, so you're the leader of this, then?"
"Weeeeell, technically, there's no leader for this since Weiss and I want to run things together as the sister group of Sea5ons. Buuuuuut I tend to let her do most of the talking for us." Mine explained.
"Sounds about right…" Susie nodded, folding her arms and nodding in approval. "Yup, I fully endorse this idea! And I got the perfect name for this sub unit: Epiphany!"
"Hey, I like the sound of that!" Weiss said.
"Yeah!" Mine agreed, both of them high fiving.
"Then it's decided then! Epiphany is the sister group of Sea5ons!" Susie smiled. "...Soooo, who were these individuals you mentioned earlier?"
"Oh, right! We'll be right back!" Weiss nodded as the two of them took off.
A few minutes later…
"Wait, huh?!" Hiyoko said in surprise.
"Duuuuuude, Ibuki likes the sound of this!" Ibuki grinned.
"Well, I did dance for Sea5ons at one point when Weiss was unavailable…" Hiyoko mused. "Everyone was enamored by my traditional dancing."
"Ohoho, Ibuki's gonna rock people's socks off!"
"Sounds like you two like the idea!" Susie smiled.
"Hell yeah!"
"Oh, why not. I'll give it a shot. Gives me something to do." Hiyoko shrugged.
Knock knock knock!
"Come in!" Susie said as they turned to see Kaede walking in.
"Hi… um, Kotoko and Kokoron mentioned something about a deal?" Kaede asked.
Susie chuckled. "I do. What is your name?"
"Kaede Akamatsu, the Ultimate Pianist."
Susie smiled. "Well, Kaede… do I have a proposal for you!"
So this idea was inspired by ZeonKnight, and DarkRebellion just added on to it!
