At a moment like this, there are screams and chaos breaking out in the halls
Beach City residents... they were attacking other humans and gems indiscriminately.
Garny – I don't understand, the words from that traitorous low-life had this much effect on them?
Those footages of what diamonds and... Steven did were shocking to say the least, but she isn't sure if that alone caused the unrest.
That smoke though...
Moonstone – I don't think so, I think it's that coloured smoke affecting them in some way.
Garny – Hm, well then we have to stay out of its reach...
Moonstone - We have to find Jamie and Crystal Gems. The situation may be getting out of control.
Then they saw a Fun Quartz/Fionna coming to them, she was jumped at by a black skinned human screaming "Get away from my children you rocky reject!"
She had to pull him away before he got either of them hurt.
Fiona/Fun Quartz – Hey you two! Have you seen Spinel?! I can't find her anywhere!!
Moonstone – Wait Jamie said he'd go talk with her... oh I have a bad feeling about this...
Then an old familiar voice is heard as a red gem lands on their table
"I'd not waste my time worrying about that earthly trash, better worry about yourselves..."
Moonstone didn't want to see her, much less here at this moment.
"Citrine, you are also here" She said with contempt.
Citrine – All to return the glory and strength the empire had that defects like you stolen ! Orthoclase, Albite!
Fiona – What have you done to Spinel!?
Fiona runs to Citrine who simply uppercuts her sending her in the air.
Garny – If you've hurt Jamie, I'll shatter you to pieces!
Citrine – Hmph what a waste. Such a strong warrior turned into servant of petty life-form
Numerous gems then followed suit as they entered the hall in full view of the people, some were other Citrines, some were Jaspers, some Peridots, some Sapphires.
"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?!"
A sound of Yellow Diamond was heard. She looked very angry at the unwanted guests who responded differently. Some of them took a step back while some looked at her dissapointed.
The other diamonds also yelled out their concerns.
White – What you are doing right now is treason against the era 3 policies. I ask you all to stand down!
Citrine looked uncaring.
Citrine – Stand down? For this era? I remember how you, our leaders taught us that only the best are needed and 'defects' are unnecessary. And that those who protect the trash are even less than that. I never would've thought that you will be one of those, my Diamonds.
Blue – Whatever you believe is up to you. But if you aim to harm anyone here. We'll put you in your place if necessary!
"Just like you put Spinel in place didn't you?~"
Caught by surprise, Blue looks behind her only to feel herself pierced
She looked down at her torso which was sliced up in half.
She sees the one who did it just before she poofs.
Holding an energetic scythe, a red coloured Sapphire stood before the diamonds, smiling calmly.
Jimmy under crazed frenzy jumped at her before she kicked him away with increased speed. "Out of my way, mortal"
Yellow – BLUE!
White – The Rejuvenator!?
Red Sapphire – Don't worry my Diamond, you'll be far better when you'll be back...
She then moves at White had to use her hand blasts.
Some gems went in to help White, some to help Red all the while humans went on a rampage. Some humans and gems ran away to possibly safer places.
It was a total madness.
Citrine meanwhile had a rematch with Moonstone and Garny had to leave in search of Jamie and Spinel.
Moonstone was on defensive while Citrine was on the offense.
Citrine puts up a good fight given her strength and viciousness.
But Moonstone is calmer now than she was the previous time they met, she avoids most of her attacks.
Citrine – No longer afraid? You should be. Cause I'm going to enjoy finishing you.
Moonstone – You'll pay for what you did to us, and to Jamie!
Citrine morphs into an orb to ram Moonstone who instead of dodging, faced it and stopped it with her bare hands.
Pearl - STAY out of the smoke!
Lapis Lasulis (the original and others) used their water wings to blow the gas away from the halls as much as they could.
The smoke took effect though as the residents of beach city were running rampant, some screeching and some raging.
One Ronaldo even took out the fireworks and began firing it at the rest.
It set off fire on some tables and lit up on clothes it ended up on.
The confusion was made worse once some of the gems began to act violently, and joined the riots.
It didn't take much for them to understand what's happening.
Former elites and rogue gems decided to take revenge.
The gems weren't surprised, although Steven insisted all is as planned...
The gems took measures in case, Bluebird decides to make an appearance or if Vincent shows up to cause trouble.
So they gave students some training, including those who weren't meant for fighting in previous Eras.
But looks like the opposing side took their own measures, resorted to dirty tactics.
Gas bombs to cause havoc and attack from blind spots.
On both sides, there were fast warriors who could dodge in time. There were some who were not and instead got impaled.
Amidst the brawl, Connie came out of the portal with Lion.
One of the fireworks was heading her way before Lion jumped away.
Though sparkles still came close, she stopped at Peridot's position.
Connie – Peridot, the palace is under attack! Have you seen Steven or Spinel?!
Peridot – I didn't! Not after they left a while ago and these clods came out of nowhere!
A Jasper gem tried to hit her but Peridot uses her telekinetic powers to throw her away into a crowd like on a bowling match.
Peridot - And Connie try not to inhale those green clouds! They're toxic!
Nora told her the same thing. She stayed behind to help keep their parents out of harm's way.
Connie looks at the gas that was deployed, it looks to be affecting only humans... tgoufh she wonders if it works on animals too...
Connie – Okay then I'll keep looking! He isn't in good shape and may get hurt!
Peridot – Connie we've all seen how he is lately. And he's still looks fine to me. It's not like he's self destruct right?
Connie gave that a thought for a moment before noticing a knife coming her way, she used her sword instinctively to intercept and propel it away.
She then moved on continuing her search.
Peridot – Lapis how much you caught?
Lapis held numerous rogue gems and humans in her hands.
Lapis – Plenty! I can hold them for how long is necessary!
Then she finds herself caught in a water hand and pushed against a column by Purple Lapis who smirked at her.
Purple Lapis – Sorry Lapis, but I have my own side here.
Peridot – Lapis! Hold on! I'm-
Peridot then gets nearly zapped by Squaridot's beams.
Peridot – You clod...You'll get into a whole lot of trouble after this! Not that I liked you or something!
Squaridot – W-Well, the feeling was mutual Clod!
Lars was trying not to get himself killed again while also not to leave bruises on his pals.
Jenny tries to tackle him like a horny psycho except she was screaming in his ears.
Lars – Holly Smokes!
Some weird gas explosives turned usually harmless people into wild pack.
Some already got hurt like Mr Dewey and Red Jasper.
Adding also some gems who suddenly try to take them out now, this complicates matters.
The hordes of rioters wreaking havoc in the area like in RG Athena or other action-packed movies.
Apparently they've been double crossed.
This party now turned into a war zone.
Lars thinks 'No wonder I don't like big parties'
Lars used his legs to push Jenny away only for her to ran at Rhodonite who wasn't exactly calm either...
Quartzes and Famethysts who were previously asking them for cookies and cakes were now infighting.
Padparadascha – I PREDICT SOMEONE WILL ATTEMPT TO SHATTER US!
Padparadascha is running from the rogue dioptase gem.
Flourite was trying to keep the former suspects in her hold. They were biting down on her however which makes it difficult with others targeting her.
Rutile Twins luckily helped her to fend them by flashlighting and temporarily blinding them.
A portal opens with Connie and Lion coming out as Lion roars cause soundwaves.
Connie – Lars! Are you okay?
Lars – Well if you discount the wild season open on us then yeah coudve been better!
Connie – Have you seen Steven?
Sourcream – No he left an hour ago! And have you seen Onion, Mom and dad?!
Connie – They got same of a dose of this gas as here. They're not hurt luckily.
Shep – Still I think we should leave! They keep coming!
Lars – Thanks for stating the obvious, but you are on point!

Steven at that moment just had it already.

He looks towards Jasper who staggered a bit.

For Jasper this was it again. A moment of fusion. This time, an order. From a place of strength she is devoted to.

Much to Bluebird's amusement and Lapis' frustration.

Let's be honest, it's very tempting to give into violent urges than morality at times if not many times. Maybe cause violence does sometimes work. That's what both sides in all conflict confront. Some just feel abandoned and see world burn just as they burn themselves within. Though then again, in their minds everyone is a hero.
