It was nighttime and I was walking arcee up to the garage.
"Thanks for walking me home, Jack, you're a real gentleman." arcee said
"My master taught me many things, how to be a gentleman was one of many. Besides, I don't want you revved up before bed time." Jack started to open the garage door "beside mom's a light sleeper and I don't think she would understand." I said unknown to me, mom was standing behind me.
"Understand, what like how you missed curfew the third time this month or how your boss called me saying you missed your shift again and that I got an email from your art history teacher saying you're falling behind and going to sleep in class." She said, surprising her son.
"Wow, hang on, two word's art and history." i defend "besides anything they can teach me i've already learned."
"Tell me the rumors aren't true, tell me you haven't been racing that motorcycle?" June asked
"Whoa wait where did you hear that?" i asked trying to defend myself
"Small town people say I work in an emergency room jack. I see what can happen so please tell me you haven't fallen with a bad crowd?" mom asked
"what no no mom my friends are the good crowd there more like me than you think." Jack was about to say more when June cut him off saying "kitchen now!"
In the kitchen
"Mom, I've been given a mission to track down cobra underworld network and the racing was my foot in the door. but I need to find out more." I spent the next hour explaining everything that has been happening lately with the bots and my mission, mom wasn't as mad but as expected but i was still grounded for racing and at the end i did ask if arcee could stay with raf in the day time till i was ungrounded which mom agreed to the last thing she said was "now wash up and good night I love you."
Jack walked back into the garage and explained what happened. arcee was mad but understood why I had to tell her.
"I'll miss you, you're grounded." arcee said
"Don't worry arcee, I'll call you everyday." Jack replied
The next day
When I got home Arcee was there. "hey arcee is mom home yet her car's not here?"
"Don't know i just got here." arcee replied "oh there is a package for you.
I walked over to the desk where the package was i opened it and a device came out "hello jack." A voice said
Arcee transformed at that point "Silas." Was her only replied
"What is it? What's going on." I said sounding worried
"Mech." Was arcee's reply
"Oh great now, They know where I live, what do you want Colonel Bishop?" I said still worried
"So you know what my real name is, impressive." silas said
"Oh you'll be surprised by what i know." i replied
"We know things about you and your family that even you don't know, like do you know where your mother is?" Silas said, calling out of the device.
I was growing more at this point and a little angry to "let's make one thing completely clear silas if you hurt her there's no place, no rock you can crawl under, no cave you can hide in that will protect you from me." Arcee was a little surprised by my words
"Just understand this Jack, we have no intention of hurting her. In fact we would like to reunite the two of you as soon as possible. I just need you and Arcee to follow the GPS coordinates to a facility I set up, MECH temporary base. arcee turned and was about to use her comm when something made me and her reith in pain.
"Did I not mention the communicator scrambles any signal and your friend's brain. any break in communication or try to reach the other autobots and well I wouldn't want to feel responsible for the outcome." Then the communicator turned to a set of directions.
'If you live that long.' I thought I put it down and walked to my room and made a phone call. one i honestly didn't want to make. "Hello sir, I have a situation here." i said
Me and Arcee were on the road driving to the coordinates "if anything happens to her, I can't lose someone else." i said thinking of Shisui
"Snake MECH is only interested in me once they get what they want they will let your mom go." Arcee was trying to reassure me and being careful not to say my real name.
"That's not exactly reassuring arcee your family." I said still worried but being as careful.
After driving for some time we pulled up into an old cement factory and when they stopped, a dozen red dots were all pointed at me 'oh great surely they are not trying to insult me' i thought "Um, what is the plan partner?" I asked
"The same as always." arcee replied
"Sounds fun." I said
We pulled up to the gates and arcee gunned the gas and drove into one of the buildings I got off "mom!" I yelled out but all I got back was a black spider bot showing up and said "she's hanging around here somewhere." Then webbing wrapped around Acree binding her arms.
"What are you doing here?" I asked
The MECH soldiers surrounded Acree and Arachnid descended from the ceiling.
"Help them." Arcee said, almost pleading. "Their humans like you, you can't let Arachnid."
"A few human lives are a small price to pay for a Miracle of science like yourself." Slias said than a mech soldier shot arcee knocking her out
"Don't you get it Colonel or are you just that stupid, their no diffrent from us!" i yelled "underneath the mental skin they have hearts and brains, they are no different from us, if you look past their metal skin you'll see we both have hearts and souls, the only way we'll move on as a planet is if we stop looking at the difference between us."
but all I got back was a black spider bot showing up with a laugh "to answer your first question she's hanging around here somewhere and that speech was so very heartfelt and passionate enough to move anyone with an ounce of compassion… so it's really not your day."
"Kumo on On'na what are you doing?" i said
"Only one person calls me that… Sabaku no hebi." the spider said
"Yeah that's me, now get away from my partner." I said as I threw some acid shuriken at her arm, the soldier pointed their guns at me.
"Hahaha, so this is the little runt, son of snake eyes." a familiar voice spoke up.
"Firefly you traitor!" I yelled with my eyes turning purple
"yes, use your anger, kill them all." a voice in my head said
"How could you, why firefly?" i yelled
"Why, you ask, why not they pay better and I can blow up everything too my heart's content."
"You have a heart." i scoffed couldn't tell" I turned to silas "you made three deadly mistakes tonight."
"Oh and that is." silas said
"You gave me your location, you gave me time and more importantly." I said getting my sword ready "YOU MESS WITH MY FAMILY!" I yelled, as I threw some shuriken nicking his head "I didn't mess by accident."
The next thing I knew I was being picked up "now, now young snake, that's enough of that, you know I'm still learning about humankind but one thing is clear to me, you care deeply about your family so the sweetest Revenge I can think of is for you to watch as I tear your family apart again. remember the last time a family member got involved in a hunt." Arachne said
"You'll pay for that if it's the last thing I do Kumo." i yelled 'yes, yes use your anger to feed my power.' the voice said said the next thing i she drop me on the ground
She laughed a little. "You remember how much I love sport, don't you snake, I stashed your mother somewhere close and if you can rescue her before midnight you and your mother can go free, deal." On the screens behind him a clock showed 11:55 "oh look at that you're wasting time."
I walked up to Silas "she better be alive or you won't be." i said as I ran outside looking for my mom a shadow sunken in as I ran outside as a shadow sunken in.
Kumo followed me out and was right in front of me, she was pointing up at the cement factory and there was mom, she was dangling wrapped in her webs and was unconscious.
I looked up and used my ninja skills to get up there faster but at the last leap Kumo knocked me down I landed on a steel beam and dislocated my shoulder "ah ah no cheating." Even through the pain I climbed the rest of the way it took awhile from where i landed.
Looking down I called out for mom and in doing so woke her up "Jack." She returned the call "what are you doing here, who are these people and what is this stuff on me." She asked rapidly
"Don't worry mom, I'll get you out of here." i said
Arachnid climbed next to mom and hissed in her face when mom flinched, Arachnid started laughing.
Mom then passed out for a second and then woke up again and looked up to me as best she could then said with determination "snake it's showtime."
"There I beat your dead line." i said
"Afraid not snake the task was to rescue her" then arachnid web one of my hands to the walkway. "not find her and time up now sit back and enjoy the Horror Show." Arachnid said "You know snake, why should I have all the fun? I'll let you choose painful or excruciating." Arachnid said with acid coming out of her mouth.
I got two kunai ready while she was talking and when said that I threw two kunai at her hitting her left eye.
"You know, it's easier to do something incredibly stupid when your already in too much pain to care." I said as I took out a kunai and stabbed the webbing but also cut my hand. When I got my hand free "Why you little rat!" Kumo yelled as she webbed my other hand to the walkway
"I was going to play with her like I did with your last partner." she said as she got close to mom "but i think it would be better just to get it done and over with while you watch."
"I'm sorry mom." i said, still trying to get out of the webbing.
"Jack!" mom yelled, scared and with that said that straw that broke the camel's back.
I wasn't going to lose another part of my family so i let out a war cry "get away from her!" i pulled out my energon sword and cut through the railing and through the sword cutting through her two spider legs "stay away from my family." When the sword came back it cut mom's webbing "mom!" I yelled as I ran over to her in just the nick of time to use my zip line to swing over to her
"Hahaha well look at this, two birds with one stone." Kumo said, she used her acid and it slowly started cutting my line "well snake any last words." she said
"Yeah, I'm sorry mom." i said as the line started getting looser and looser
"It's ok son, you have nothing to be sorry for." Mom said
"No, I'm sorry for this." I said as I started swinging towards the ladder, I got her there just as the line cut and gravity caught me but for a second everything stopped and I got a look at her face and was so scared "I'm sorry." I mouthed before I started falling.
I closed my eyes ready for what comes next but before I hit the ground someone caught me "you can open your eyes now partner." Said a very familiar voice
"You have no idea how happy I am to see you." I replied
"I can imagine." She said
She grabbed me and mom and put us on the top to be safe. Walking up mom, she ran over to me and gave a big bear hug "thank you jack I'm so proud of you, but you're grounded from now till i die and three days after just to make sure i'm dead." Mom said
I gave her the hug back and said "I'm sorry mom for getting you in the middle of this please stay here you'll be safe here well safer."
I ran over to the edge and arcee had engaged Arachnid and it looked like the fight was pretty even.
"MECH lost breakdown what were the chances they could hold on to you." Arachnid said getting ready for the coming fight between arcee and Arachnid as they were trading blows when one would punch and other kicked and vice versa.
Arachnid got one lucky hit on arcee and it forced her to the ground but she grabbed on to some high beam jumped back up took her by surprise when she punched her in the face sending her back some feet, Arachnid was getting tired of this fight and unleashed some energon blasts which arcee expertly avoided,
Some of them came close to me but I stepped back and accidentally pulled one of the leavers starting up the concrete machine then the concrete went into a waiting concrete truck.
The fight with Arachnid vs. Arcee, Arachnid kept on using her other arms, slashing arcee but none of them got through arcee defenses.
Till Arachnid jumped down and kicked arcee down but before she hit the ground she caught one of the support beams and jumped using Arachnid like a springboard and was launched into the air giving arcee enough momentum to deliver a powerful kick, knocking Arachnid into one of the beans.
Me and Arcee had the same idea, Arcee landed on one of the pipes and was standing above Arachnid
"Snake Now!" Arcee yelled and with that i pulled on the leaver turning on the machine this time Arcee pulled the pipe covering Arachnid in the fast drying concrete
"That's more than what you deserved, Arachnid." I said unknown to me the concrete was starting to break.
"Jack!" mom yelled out sounding so happy.
Both me and arcee walked up to meet mom but on our way up we were wrapped in webbing and was pulled to the ground and Arachnid was about to give a killing blow till three helicopters stopped her.
Flashback a few minutes ago.
The fight with Arachnid vs. Arcee, Arachnid kept on using her other arms, slashing arcee but none of them got through arcee defenses.
At this point I pulled out a phone and called in the cavalry "Hello this is special agent William fowler, who is this." fowler said
I replied "Fowler shut up and listen to me, me and arcee need some help at these coordinates and bring some back up."
Till Arachnid jumped down and kicked arcee down but before she hit the ground she caught one of the support beams "Gotta go bye." I said in a hurry and hung up.

With Fowler
"Aim for the spider-bot." Fowler ordered.
The helicopter pilots did as ordered they aimed for said bot and opened fire.
With MECH
"How did they find us?" Silas asked then he just realized what had happened and reached for his communicator but it wasn't there.
Flashback
I walked up to Silas "she better be alive or you won't be." I grabbed the communicator and ran outside looking for my mom, a shadow sunken in.
Flashback ended
"Perfect timing agent fowler." I said to the communicator.
"if I had known the cons were involved, I would have called in team prime." Fowler responded
"I think that would have been a little too much for mom tonight." I replied All Fowler could do was agree with me.
As the helicopters continued to fire all it did to Arachnid was knock the concrete off her.
When they stopped, Arachnid lowered her arms and then scanned the lead helicopter short circuiting it for a little bit.
"Aw not again." Fowler yelled as Arachnid transformed and flew off.
With me and mom.
I put a comforting hand on mom's shoulder who was wrapped up in a blanket.
Then Fowler walked up to me and mom and said " I'm special agent William Fowler, it's time you knew the truth. For the past several months Jack has been interning for me at the agency."
Both of us looked at him with a "really" look on our faces.
"Come on agent fowler that's the best excuse you come up with, mom's not going to buy that for a second." I said back to his normal look.
"He's got that right." June said "I've known about my husband's team for years.
"Special agent fowler." A soldier said
"Let me guess without a trace." fowler said
The soldier shook his head "no sir we found some soldiers but not silas."
"Good job keep them under lock and key." Fowler said and walked off as arcee walked up to us
"I take it she's your...?" Mom asked
"Yes mom motorcycle, Guardian, Autobot most importantly friend." I said
"Call me arcee." arcee introduce herself
"Jack, I think it's time for you to take that ride I made you promise me?" Mom said, looking at me but before arcee transformed, dad materialized and pointed at my shoulder "/what happened to your shoulder./" dad sign
"Dad, I'll be fine." i replied
"/little snake your injured, you need to have that looked at./" dad signed
"I'll have doc look at it." i replied
"What, Jack, what happened to your shoulder?" mom asked, looking at me.
"/he dislocated his shoulder while trying to rescue you./" dad signed bluntly.
"Sabaku no hebi darby! you will hold still while i pop your shoulder back into place and the next time something like this happens to you will come directly to me, am i understood."
"But- but mom I have to report to the general, my mission just got compromised." I tried to get out of it, I looked to dad "help." i said
"/don't look at me to get you out of this./" dad signed
I turned to arcee "partner."
"Don't look at me for help." she said
"Geez thanks," I replied under my breath "ok let's get this over with." Mom walked up to me and popped my shoulder back into place and it hurt like when my master would punish me. When the pain passed I turned to dad "thanks dad."
Time skip
Me and arcee took mom to the autobot base, as we drove down the hall and all the bots and a was there "Mom, meet my science fiction club." i said
June looked all around till her eyes landed on optimus "um hi"
"Umm optimus I need a bridge to the pit, I have a report to make my mission just got a lot harder." I said, Optimus agreed and Ratchet opened a bridge to the pit and walked directly to the general's office. When I got there I took a deep breath and knocked on his door "yes, come in."
"Hello Sir." i said
