MANY MONTHS LATER
Towa city: day
it was an all to normal day in Towa or at least most would think but as people walk by doing their business a man in a black tailcoat walked on a self-made stage with a band.
Siramay: hey yall! The names siramay! And this is the showgun squad! How are you all doing today?
well I just flew in for a cameo myself and today me and my band will be playing a little number for you called it's the end of the world as we know it. Sing along if you know the words ok?
1
2
3!
And that's when the monokumas attacked.
[SIRAMAY AND THE SHOWGUN SQUAD]
That's great, it starts with an earthquake
Birds and snakes, an aeroplane
Lenny Bruce is not afraid
Eye of a hurricane, listen to yourself churn
World serves its own needs, don't misserve your own needs
Speed it up a notch, speed, grunt, no, strength
The ladder starts to clatter with fear of height, down, height
Wire in a fire, representing seven games
And a government for hire and a combat site
Left of west and coming in a hurry
With the Furies breathing down your neck
Team by team, reporters baffled, trumped, tethered, cropped
Look at that low plane, fine, then
Uh oh, overflow, population, common food
But it'll do, save yourself, serve yourself.
World serves its own needs, listen to your heart bleed
Tell me with the Rapture and the reverent in the right, right
You vitriolic, patriotic, slam fight, bright light
Feeling pretty psyched
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's the)
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's the)
It's the end of the world as we know it
And I feel fine
Six o'clock, TV hour, don't get caught in foreign tower
Slash and burn, return, listen to yourself churn
Lock him in uniform, book burning, blood letting
Every motive escalate, automotive incinerate
Light a candle, light a votive, step down, step down
Watch your heel crush, crushed, uh-oh
This means no fear, cavalier renegade and steering clear
A tournament, a tournament, a tournament of lies
Offer me solutions, offer me alternatives, and I decline
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
And I feel fine
(I feel fine)
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
And I feel fine
The other night I dreamt of knives, continental drift divide Mountains sit in a line, Leonard Bernstein
Leonid Brezhnev, Lenny Bruce, and Lester Bangs
Birthday party, cheesecake, jelly bean, boom!
You symbiotic, patriotic, slam but neck
Right? Right!
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
And I feel fine
It's the end of the world as we know it
It's the end of the world as we know it
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
And I feel fine
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
And I feel fine
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it
(It's time I had some time alone)
And I feel fine
Some time later we transition to somewhere a little far off from the main heart of Towa city in which that same song was playing of the built in radio of the restaurant but this wasn't some high of the end restaurant this… was a Japanese burger king and as we see only to people are in the Japanese burger king awaiting food one was an all too familiar 8 foot tall man but instead of his wolfen appearance he now looked human with Sunkissed skin and a crew cut black hair on the top of his head but he still kept his long black beard. This was soulbound.
Soulbound: hmmm I would like a no 2 whooper meals only ketchup on both and yes I mean only ketchup no cheese no anything just the meat the bun and the ketchup and of course those will come with fries.
Gp: oh oh soul! Ask for onion rings!
Soulbound: now you know your stomach is small can you really handle that.
Gp: come on soul I can handle it pleeeaassee?
Soulbound: all right well if you could replace one of those fries with onion rings. Oh and as for the drinks I myself will take a coke but NO ice got that no ice and my compodrit would like a coke icee. It seems empty but do not worry I am sure they are more than willing to wait.
Soulbound said as he looked over to the other man in the restaurant who was a much shorter but still well sized 5'11 man with messy white hair and a goatee that has grown white from age unlike soulbound whose skin looked like it was kissed from the sun this mans skin was so pale one had to wounder if he had ever been outside he also scored bags under his eyes like soulbounds he wore a white sweater with light gray sweatpants along with socks and sandals. This was gp and currently he was looking with anticipation at the icee machine which had a beeping red light above the coke flavor gp was waiting for the moment it would stop so he could fill his cup with the blessed taste of a coke icee.
Soulbound: oh and I want that to go, now I suppose that will be all now I do have a coupon but I am not in the mood to count change so I will just hand to a ten and have you kept the bonus will that be ok?
Soulbound said looking at the thing in front of him no one would expect an employee to be manning the register but in fact what was manning the register along with everything else was not a man at all but a monokuma robot. This was a Japanese monokuma run burger king. In all honestly with the state of the world the best-case scenario to find food was in fact a monokuma run restaurant so soulbound did not make a complaint. The monokuma robot just looked back at soulbound silently as it took the 10 dollars, then a few minutes passed as another monokuma came in with to bags which where the food soulbound had just ordered he could smell the wonderful aroma as he grabbed the food making way for the exit but when he looked he saw gp in the same place he was holding his empty cup looking at the beeping red light still waiting for it to stop.
Soulbound: gp we have to go are food is ready just fill your cup with soda.
Gp: wait for me in the car I'm not going unless I have an ice
Soulbound: fine but if you take too long I will not falter to drag you in the car myself.
Gp: fiiinnne
And with that soulbound left as gp looked at the red light, in all honesty it seemed like it would never stop so gp out of patience just filled his cup with coke icee despite the machines warning and what was in his cup was not the smooth slushy advertised but the syrupy artic ocean of a drink… and gp wouldn't have it any other way as he walked out with his cup but then stopped in front of the monokuma…
and punched it in the face
it was about time this story had action
And so as all the monokumas turned to gp with a hostile killer look gp ran out and into the car in the driver's seat.
Gp: done!
Soulbound: about time
are you sure this is ok?
gp: it's the end of the world! all cars are fair game!
With that gp turned on the radio playing a new song and started the car as he did a swarm of monokumas bursted out of the burger king following quickly behind as gp and soulbound make their way to Towa city
this is where are story starts
[GP]
Ou I love this song!
[SOULBOUND]
Why did you trigger the monokumas?
[GP]
Cause it's fun!
Now let's drive!
It was a recipe for disaster
A four-course meal of no sirree
It seemed that happily ever after
Was happy everyone was after me
It was a cup of good intentions
A tablespoon of one big mess
A dash of overreaction
I assume you know the rest
One little slip
One little slip
It was a fusion of confusion
With a few confounding things
[SOULBOUND]
You do know where we're going yes?
[GP]
I guess I probably took the wrong direction
[SOULBOUND]
Don't tell me you're-
[GP]
Well, I admit I might have missed a sign or two
[SOULBOUND]
My word your singing with the song
[GP]
I ran a light past your affection at Humiliation Avenue
I took a right turn at confusion
[SOULBOUND]
Are your driving with the song now?
[GP]
A left when I should have gone straight on through
[SOULBOUND]
My word!
[GP]
I ran ahead with my assumptions
And we all know what that can do
One little slip
One little slip
It was a fusion of confusion
And a few confounding things
[SOULBOUND]
Now don't forget why we're here gp
[GP]
How could I forget…
I get the feeling in this town
I'll never live 'til I live down
The one mistake that seems to
Follow me around…
But They'll forget about the sky!
When they all realize
This guy's about to
Try to learn to fly
Or hit the ground!
SOULBOUND GUITAR SOLO!
GUITAR BREAK
[GP]
Come on sing along why don't yah
It was a -
[BOTH]
cup of good intentions
A tablespoon of one big mess
A dash of overreaction
I assume you know the rest
One little slip
One little slip
[GP]
It was a humble little stumble
With a big ungraceful...
[BOTH]
One little slip
One little slip
[GP]
It was a fusion of confusion
With a few confounding things
CRASH
