Monokuma: It's a waste of time to worry too much. Not that I'm going to stop you if wasting time is what you're after. It's not like spending some time in a meaningless way is such a bad thing, after all. Happy things, sad things, painful things, fun things, things you want to remember and things you don't… All of them become nostalgic memories when enough time passes. And so… isn't wasting some time worrying a splendid way to solve the problem that worries you so much? Upupu, wasting all your time worrying is a very good idea!
A moment with siramay
Siramay: even a broken clock is right twice a day cause that's some very good point and advice, sometimes you just gotta stop what you're doing and think about what yah done, do you think at all? I feel like you haven't because lots of what you did is dumb when you think about it, but I know you do a bit that's where the pain comes from. I get that I over think things too, sometimes it helps me set things over but you gotta remember you shouldn't think too much about things beyond your control it happened and its done now move on and try your best to do better as long as you do that things will be ok, though in the situation we're in now there are many thins we should be worried about and yet we aren't. Strange, isn't it?
Then it was morning again and ibuki broke into Hajime's room, she broke the lock thankfully Hajime won't get murdered in the future or I would be worried about him getting murdered in the future, anyway she told him to meet her at the restaurant.
Where we see fuyuhiko! Upright and dandy! Trying to properly greet people but hiyoko didn't forgive him which was fair.

So, they carried fuyuhiko out of the restaurant as hiyoko was left to think and begin her character development.
Also, Akane was missing but I'm sure that won't lead to anything.

I walked in on Monokuma once again being mean to monomi which made me more upset I was going to give Monokuma a piece of my mind I tell yah what.

AHHAHAHAA YES! ITS SOCIETY'S FAULT IT AINT YOUR FAULT FOR BEING EVIL SOCIETY IS TO BLAME HAHAHAHAH The idea that people can be forced into a life of crime through extenuating circumstances. When a person is born into a poor, violent, or disenfranchised social milieu, we should not be surprised when such a person becomes a criminal, nor should we blame him for resorting to criminal activity; all his life, he has been operating at a disadvantage that most Acceptable Targets don't suffer from. but in all seriousness I'm sorry for laughing I've just scene it in so many worlds that all I can do is laugh… but it's very sad that the world is like that where someone can have a lonely, awful life where no one will help them and because of there weak will it pushes them to become a monster, and we know this, we all know this for a fact and though we all try to do something we can't, all we can do is laugh at how predictable it's become…

The despair disease! Akane is a crybaby, nagito is a liar and ibuki is literally doing what anyone says ALSO IBUKIS SPEAKING IT A BRITISH ACCENT!?
then Monokuma came in to explain everything.
Monokuma: Don't worry, I'll tell you all about it! Despair disease, just like its name suggests…Is a veeeery bothersome disease, that causes a variety of despair-inducing symptoms in concurrence with a high fever. The symptoms vary from person to person… For example, nagito got the "lying fever". Akane got the "crybaby fever". Ibuki seems to be something like the "humorless fever", doesn't it?
Fuyuhiko: nagito aside… the other two's symptoms completely reverse their personalities…
Siramay: ay don't single him out he may be a troublemaker but he's very upfront and honest about his intentions even if you don't believe him
it all makes sense if you think about it, it follows the ideals of Kierkegaard, despair is a state worse than death because a human being. contains an element which is eternal, and yet the self wishes to be rid of itself. by refusing to be itself
So, by them being the opposite of themselves they are not true to themselves and thus are in a state of despair.

anyway! Right now, the disease hasn't yet spread to the rest of you, but… Be careful! Despair disease can be transmitted from person to person by air!
And so, everyone was freaking out and nagito had a mental break down and passed out due to his illness I think he's having a seizure.
Siramay: I WARNED YOU I WARNED YOU
So, they send all the sick to the hospital in which it was decided to quarantine them, so they don't spread it so mikan, Hajime and fuyuhiko where the ones to help the sick and I'll let Hajime explain the rest.
Hajime: And so, we were split into two groups. In the hospital, Nagito, Akane and Ibuki, the victims of the Despair Disease… Mikan, as their attending nurse… And me and Fuyuhiko, left to accompany her. Six people in total. The other five - Chiaki, Gundham, Kazuichi, Sonia and Hiyoko - are staying at the motel on this island. Then there's Nekomaru. He's… still gone. I can't imagine the situation will change much as long as this "Despair Disease" is in effect. And yet… I have no clue what we should do. Honestly… What should we do…?
Meanwhile outside Monokuma was being a smug bearstard thinking he was all slick with the Despair Disease as he walked into me and my children talking and enjoying ourselves.
Monokuma: hey hey hey! What are you doing! Quit having fun! That's not allowed on this island
