Episode Five, Part 5
If Myrtle had a body, it most likely would have paled at this.
"Oh, come now, my friend," Tom continued, smirking. "Surely, death hasn't taken your voice. Are you not happy to see me?"
That statement was what brought her out of her stupor. "Am I happy to see you?" she repeated in disbelief. "Friends don't kill their friends, Tom! They don't prey on the insecurities and sic giant snakes on them! And they don't frame others for their crimes! So don't you dare call me a friend! You lost that right fifty years ago!"
The 'shade' shrugged, not overly concerned or hurt by that. "Fair enough. So, I guess I will just ask. Why were you following me? Surely not out of sheer curiosity."
"You are walking around the school a good half a year after getting your sorry butt beaten by a twelve-year-old. That would get anyone's attention if they knew you. How are you here, anyway? Your Diary was destroyed last year." She had learned that from Sir Nicholas when he was 'proverbially' back on his feet.
"Let's say I had a backup plan in case of my Diary's destruction. A small group of creatures coming to Hogwarts provided the necessary power for me to create a new body. All I needed was a means to create a tether, which Hogwarts was kind enough to accommodate me."
That was more than enough for her to know. She had to warn everyone that Tom Riddle was back. She made to turn, only to learn that she couldn't. She started to struggle, quickly realizing that she couldn't even move.
Tom, for his part, continued talking as if nothing was wrong. "I was in a sort of stasis for the last few months, struggling just to remain in the waking world. If nothing happened, I would have most assuredly failed. Thankfully, those creatures came through for me. And now, without a Diary to contain me and a Boy-Who-Lived to fight me, I have been given a second chance." He turned around, taking in Myrtle's form. "Oh, is everything alright? You seem a little… stuck."
"What have you done?" she demanded. "No wards or spells can hold a ghost like this!" Wizards had the means to contain a ghost within a certain structure or to exorcise them completely, but not to contain them!
"Well, you are correct. There is no normal spell or ward that can do that." His smirk grew into a cold smile. "However, during my Hogwarts years, I found some interesting books that held magic of a most ancient and forbidden form. During my time within the Diary, I thought and 'experimented' with this magic, discovering it to be far more potent than anything we possess." He moved in, looking at her. "So, let me show you a bit of my gift as we talk about current events."
Myrtle started hoping that Ron or one of the others would come looking for her, simply because she wasn't looking forward to this conversation.

Claire finally got out of Transfiguration, smiling a little. She had to admit; Professor McGonagall knew what she was talking about. None of her Teachers back at the Academy came close to that. Of course, she was also using a wand when most of her classmates hadn't.
Ron grinned. "I'm guessing you enjoyed Transfiguration," he guessed as he took in her expression.
Claire nodded. "It's probably the most fun I've had with the subject," she confessed. "Normally, it's so freaking boring."
"I have to admit. This is the first time I've heard Professor McGonagall's class be called Fun. Informative, sure. Not boring, definitely. But Fun? That's a new one."
"Well, most of my teachers back in my old school couldn't help me with this, so they didn't bother. Up until now, I didn't like Transfiguration." There it was, most of the truth with a hint of a lie. Have to maintain her cover. And Ron seemed to accept it. That was good news. He looked like a smart man, but also a trusting one. She would have to make sure she kept that trust.
But the fact that she was on a mission would challenge that trust. So she would be his friend, but not that close of a friend. When he found out about her, she would ensure it was a clean break. He didn't deserve to have his innocence destroyed.
"Hey, Weasley!"
A sudden call out broke through her trail of thought, and she turned around. She noticed Ron look positively surly as he did the same, taking in their new problem.
The thin, blond-hair boy that had addressed them smirked, his two cronies(because really, how else could she describe them) following suit after a moment. "Wow, Potter and Granger disappear, and you're deciding to get some new best friends? I always knew you had it in you to try and go for a bigger, better deal."
Oh, he didn't just go there. He probably didn't mean it that way, but the implication remained.
She was about to open her mouth and unleash a tirade at him when Ron very quietly stated, "You know Malfoy, just because my best friends are missing and I'm trying to find them, doesn't mean I can't have new friends. You see, not all of us are sons of idiots who pledged themselves to a bald wanker with delusions of grandeur." He paused for a second. "A bald wanker who got his arse handed to him by a one-year-old, by the way."
Claire turned to look at him in surprise, even as Malfoy gaped in shock. Even though she would never call Voldemort You-Know-Who, she did respect his capabilities as a wizard. But at this moment, she found her respect for Ron growing.
"How… how dare you?!" Malfoy finally managed to get out. "Wait until my father hears about this!"
"I don't care. I've got better things to do than deal with you. Actual things that involve me doing stuff. So how about you do the same without calling for Daddy every two seconds." With that, the Gryffindor turned on his heel and walked away. Claire quickly followed suit, a small smile appearing.
Suddenly, being Ron's friend didn't seem so problematic.

Myrtle would have panted if she could. She didn't even know a ghost could be rung out for doing nothing.
Thankfully for her, Tom didn't ask her any questions about Ron, Cho, or Luna. All he had asked were questions about current affairs. He had also asked for information about Harry Potter and was genuinely surprised when she told him the young boy had disappeared. After that, he stepped back, contemplating what he had learned while she recovered.
Finally, she focused on him again, her glare returning. She couldn't speak for the real Voldemort, but Tom Riddle hadn't changed at all. "So, what now, Tom?" she asked. "Are you going to exorcise me? Destroy my spirit, so I can't tell anyone you're here?"
Ton smiled as he focused on her again. "Oh, Myrtle, you still have no imagination. I know so many spells would allow me to absorb your soul, using it to increase my power. I could leave you here for all eternity, trapped within this room. Hell, I could slowly tear you apart, piece by piece. There are just so many different things I could do. However, I do believe I have something better for you. So stick around. I will be back shortly." And with those ominous words, he left the room.
Myrtle started hoping someone would notice her missing. Otherwise, she felt she wouldn't be around for much longer.

Luna managed to avoid most of her usual bullies and was skipping merrily to dinner when a sudden wave of fear crashed through her. She stumbled, nearly falling to the ground. Her mind instinctively reached out, trying to locate the source of that fear and why.
She couldn't find out the why, but she learned the who, and her fear began to surface. Quickly turning around, she started running while dodging through the student body. She had to find either Ron or Cho immediately. Both, preferably.
She turned a corner… and slammed into someone. It didn't take long for her to realize who it was.
"Well, well, Looney," Marietta smirked, dusting her robes off. "Looks like someone is in a bit of a hurry."
"Yes, yes I am," Luna replied. "Now, if you will excuse me, I must find my friend."
"Oh, really. And what magical creature would that be today, hmm?"
"None of your business. Now, please move aside, Marietta." Luna tried to go around, only to be blocked by one of Edgecomb's cronies. "Get out of my way," she warned, not even trying to maintain her cover. Myrtle was in danger!
Marietta pretended to think about it for a second before shaking her head. "No… no, I don't think we will. In fact, it sounds as if you need a lesson in manners. It's a lesson I'm sure we're more than willing to teach you."
"Oh, really? Sorry, but I don't think I want to learn from someone who thinks she's the second coming of Morgana le Fay but is, in reality, a stuck-up bitch with delusions of grandeur!" Ah, that wiped the smirk right off the older girl's face. She felt a brief sense of victory.
The feeling vanished quickly when Marietta stepped forward, punching Luna hard in the face. The young Ravenclaw hit the ground, holding her cheek in shock. There was definitely going to be a bruise tomorrow.
However, the thought didn't even enter Luna's mind as she stared into Marietta's eyes. And for the first time in her life, she felt true, genuine fear. There, within those eyes, was true hatred and malice for her. That was the expression of someone who truly wanted to hurt her. Perhaps, even worse.
Luna couldn't save Myrtle. She couldn't even save herself. She closed her eyes, bracing herself for a vicious beatdown.
"Marietta!"
They snapped open as luck seemed to be on her side today. Cho Chang was running up to them, eyes wide in shock. Perhaps help was within reach.
Marietta stepped back, the malice retreating behind a curtain. "Cho!" she said in greeting. "Sorry that we're late for lunch. We were on our way when we ran into Looney here-"
"Luna."
"Sorry?"
Cho helped Luna up, glaring at her friend. "Her name is Luna, Marietta," she informed her. "And last I recall, she wasn't the one to punch someone." She placed herself between the two girls, effectively protecting the younger Ravenclaw. "What were you thinking?! No, you know what? I don't want to know. Go to lunch! We'll talk about this later." Her glare intensified. "Go!"
Marietta looked like she wanted to say something but refrained. Instead, after throwing one last glare at Luna, she stalked off, her cronies following behind her.
Luna stood there for a second in surprise. Never before had she had someone defend her. She wasn't quite sure how to react to that. It took a moment for her brain to refocus on why she came here.
Cho watched Marietta's retreating form for a second before focusing on Luna. "Are you alright?" she asked.
Luna nodded. "I'll be fine," she replied. "But Myrtle won't be if we don't find her. She's in danger!"
The older girl was surprised but then nodded decisively. "Lead the way."

Ron looked around for a second. There wasn't anyone around. Good, because the last thing he wanted was to have to answer unwanted questions.
He was outside Myrtle's bathroom, trying to find the courage to enter it again. He wanted to avoid looking at the CoS's entrance again. And he wasn't sure if Myrtle would even want to talk to him without Luna present, if she was even there.
Finally psyching himself up, he entered the bathroom… and promptly deflated. The bathroom was empty. 'Well, so much for that,' he lamented.
"Looking for Myrtle?" an unexpected voice piped up, startling the young Gryffindor. He turned to see that it was Nearly-Headless Nick. "I don't think she's been in her bathroom all day."
Ron relaxed a bit at that. "Uh… yeah, I was looking for her. I wanted to ask her a few questions about her time at school," he replied, the lie rolling off his tongue. "Guess I'll have to wait until another day."
Nick nodded, his head wobbling a little too much. "Well, that is if she decides to return. The last I saw of her, she looked like she was following someone."
"Any idea who it was?"
"No idea. I only know that she looked a little shocked. Almost… frightened, really. I have never seen her like that, even when she was alive."
That was new to hear. Myrtle was usually depressed, only showing other emotions when Harry was around. He had never heard of a ghost being afraid. "Where did you last see her heading?" he asked quickly.
"She was heading for the deserted part of the castle. Probably the old classrooms that haven't been used for the last sixty years. Why? Do you think something terrible is about to happen?"
Ron did think that. The thought was actually growing more and more pervasive with each moment. "I do," he replied. "Could you go get Professor Dumbledore, please? I'm going to head in that direction."
"Of course," Nick replied. "Do be careful, Mister Weasley." With that, he floated away with an urgent air about him.
Ron quickly started down the hall, his gait hurried. At that moment, he was very happy that he still had the book with him. He had a feeling that he might need it once he got there.

"The Wards have been tampered with?!" McGonagall sat back in her seat, Flitwick and Tonks looking at him with concern. "Who would have been able to do that? Those Wards are ancient and made to be untouchable!"
Dumbledore nodded in agreement, having believed the same thing. "And under any other circumstances, I would agree, Minerva. However, in this case, I believe the perpetrator is Voldemort himself. He would have had the means and the time to figure it out."
Flitwick was forced to agree with that. If he remembered correctly, Tom Riddle had been a prodigy in Wards and Charms while at school. "That is true. Even in his youth, You-Know-Who was still pretty steeped in the Dark Arts."
"Not even the Dark Arts could do this to these kinds of wards, Filius. No spell within our sphere of magic could cause this sort of alteration. No, this has to be further back, to a far more potent and ancient magic."
Tonks was the one to figure it out, simply due to her past experiences fighting the subject. "The Soul Arts," she groaned. "The bastard is practicing the Soul Arts. That's how he managed to survive that Halloween night. It's the only power that's capable of overwriting the wards."
Dumbledore nodded, not surprised that she knew about them. What she had done during her time as a student, who she had served under, would ensure that she would know this arcane force. Knowledge is the first tool in a war.
McGonagall pinched her nose, already feeling a headache coming on. It had been so long since she had heard of that dreaded power. And if she had never heard about that again, she would have died a happy woman. Alas, it appeared not to be in the cards. "So, what do we do about this?" she asked. "We have no means to fix this, as no one alive knows how to."
"Indeed. Therefore, I would like you to select the finest Seventh Year students in your Class, Filius. They will be given the chance for an extra credit project."
Flitwick nodded, already mentally compiling a list of students. "I'll have their names on your desk by the end of the day," he promised.
"Thank you." The Headmaster's gaze suddenly shifted. "Sir Nicholas," he greeted. "How may I help you?"
"Professor Dumbledore," the ghost returned, his gaze serious. "My apologies for interrupting, but there may be a problem…"

Myrtle was still in the same spot when Tom returned, a strange cauldron hovering behind him. 'Oh boy, I'm either soup, or something far worse than exorcism.'
Tom set the cauldron down, looking up at her. "You know," he began, "there was something about you that I always admired; your fearlessness. I had hoped to one day possess it for my purpose. He grinned. "You know, you should get a reward for that."
Yeah, she didn't believe him for a second. After all, what reward was there for a ghost, other than the right to cross over finally?
"Well, I have no idea how far my true self managed to get on the path of immortality, but I remember everything I had learned by graduation. Your death helped with one of my experiments, which is how I'm here now. But until now, I never had a chance to try another experiment." Going over to the cupboard, he waved his hand to dispel some ward on it. From within the cupboard, he removed several ingredients. "Tell me, have you ever heard of the Nexial binding?"
"I can't say I have," Myrtle replied.
"Well, it's a means of trapping a soul within the physical plain, preventing it from becoming transient. According to my research, the Seal had to be activated by a being known as a Grand Demon, and the person being raised had to have died at that exact point. But since you are here, we can skip those little technicalities." Setting up the ingredients, he began to measure out what he would need. "Now, I hope my calculations are perfect. Otherwise, this could get messy."
She was now hoping more than ever that Ron would show up right about now.
D:SSSC
"Okay, we're here," Cho stated as they reached the deserted part of the school. "So what do we do? Just start opening doors and hoping she's behind one of them?"
Luna shook her head. "Even I know that isn't an efficient use of our time. We need to be fast." Her gaze suddenly brightened. "What about your book?" she asked. It may have some sort of a tracking spell.
"You know, that's not a bad idea. Let me see…" Cho quickly opened her book, leafing through the pages. "Okay, this might work." Closing the book and pulling her wand out, she raised it to the ceiling. 'Soul Search,' she incanted. 'Seek out Myrtle.' The tugging on her soul let her know the spell had been successfully cast.
A sphere of luminescent light appeared on the tip of her wand, detaching and hovering for a moment before quickly floating down the corridor. The two witches were in immediate pursuit.
D:SSSC
Three different runes activated on the floor surrounding Myrtle, each pulsing with light. It threw shadows around the room, giving it a seemingly unearthly presence. She would have shivered if not for the fact she was still trapped in the middle of this. There was Tom, casually placing smaller runes in strategically chosen vectors while knives cut up ingredients for the cauldron. And through it all, he was still talking. She wished he'd stopped.
"Did you know that even the Department of Mysteries, the greatest clandestine magical agency our world has ever seen, has never been able to figure out how ghosts can endure in the physical plane?" he inquired, not expecting an answer from her. "They do not know how your soul continues without a physical tether. Older and far wiser beings than us mere mortals actually have an answer. It's because you perished before your destiny was fulfilled." Runes finally set, he went over to the cauldron, watching the ingredients as they were dropped in at certain moments. Satisfied with the results, he focused back on her. "Now, the ritual I am about to attempt is pretty straightforward. I speak the words, and the Runes will activate. Your spectral form will be bathed in primordial energy if my calculations are correct, giving you a rudimentary degree of a body. After a few seconds, a Seal of Nexial Binding will form on your ankle or arm. You will lose your ability to phase through walls and no longer float. But you will still not be able to eat. You will be forever tethered between the two worlds, never to ascend to Heaven or descend to Hell."
That didn't really sound terrible to her, but that might simply be because it hadn't happened to her yet.
Tom moved the cauldron directly beneath her, stepping out of range of the runes. Nodding to himself, he raised his hands. "Soul of the Lost, withdrawn from its vessel. Let strength be granted so the world might be mended." He repeated these two simple sentences repeatedly, making them sound almost like a mockery. To him, they probably were. The Runes pulsed, each round causing the energy to grow within each.
"Soul of the Lost, withdrawn from its vessel. Let strength be granted so the world might be mended… so the world might be mended."
The repetition of the second phrase at the end caught Myrtle's attention. She didn't have time to ponder this change as the Runes erupted simultaneously. The three large ones shot up to the ceiling, forming a shield of some sort. The smaller ones unleashed energy tendrils that wrapped around her form. She looked at them curiously.
She could actually feel them. It had been decades since she had felt anything. She would have even enjoyed it had the circumstances been different.
And then… the burning sensations began…
D:SSSC
Ron stopped for one second as a ball of light shot by him. It only took a second for him to realize what it was when Cho and Luna ran past. He quickly fell into pursuit, putting the pieces together. Luna had had one of her feelings and went to find him or Cho. And he had a feeling that her feeling involved Myrtle.
To his surprise, the light sphere suddenly sped up and veered left. The three did the same about ten seconds later, just in time to see it vanish through a door.
Ron took a moment to suck in some very deep breaths. He really needed to work on his stamina if he was going to be a Protector of Hogwarts, because he had the feeling he was going to be running around a lot. "Well, at least we know where she is," he finally got out. "Luna, do you know if she's in actual trouble?"
"Yes… yes, she is," Luna replied instantly, not even winded from the mad dash she had endured. "I just don't know how."
Cho nodded. "Well, whatever kind it is, let's get her out of it." She took a step forward…
…Only for the door to suddenly explode outward.
D:SSSC
Tom watched as Myrtle started moaning in pain, his smile growing. He could already see her form become more opaque, more defined as the light filled her being. If there was ever a way to torture a soul, this was certainly the way to do it. The experiment was already turning out to be a most impressive success.
The binding was nearing its conclusion when a surprise was thrown into the equation. He saw a sphere of light suddenly enter through the door and enter Myrtle. She began to glow even brighter. 'Oh dear,' he thought, running over to the far end of the room and pressing his hands against the wall…
…just as Myrtle let out a silent shriek, the light now exploding outward. It was an explosion that, thankfully, wasn't powerful enough to damage the stone walls.
It was strong enough to knock the wooden door off of its hinges, however.
D:SSSC
"Wow, you're fast," Luna noted, staring at the flickering field in front of them in amazement. "I didn't think Ravenclaws could be that fast."
"Panic can sometimes be beneficial," Cho replied, wand out. "I'm just glad I remembered the bloody spell."
"Speaking of spells…." Ron looked at her. "Did you know that whatever you cast would do that?"
"No. All it was supposed to do was to track a non-transient soul. Nothing more or less. Maybe it interfered with another ritual."
"Well, let's check and see if Myrtle's alright, then." He almost slapped himself for that. Checking to see if a ghost was alright was pretty freaking weird! They're ghosts! It took a basilisk to take Nearly-Headless Nick out even temporarily! Deciding that he could figure it out later, he moved forward, taking the lead.
Slowly, the three of them entered the room, looking around as they coughed due to the dust in the air. They saw the remains of a potions kit, a cauldron that had clearly seen better days lying on its side, close to a form.
Ron quickly moved toward that form, pulling his robes off and dropping them down on it. "Cho, Luna!" he shouted as he slowly helped the form up.
Cho was going to tell him that he didn't need to yell, but her voice died as she took in the form. What she was seeing… was impossible.
For there, breathing in and out, without her glasses or clothes, was Myrtle. Somehow, someway, she had been resurrected. Whether or not that was a good thing was up for debate.
The three of them looked at her, then at each other, at a loss for how this was possible. What ritual had been used to do this? And where was the person responsible? Was he killed?
"Mister Weasley!"
Oh, yeah. In all of the excitement, Ron had forgotten that he had sent Nick to get Dumbledore. And to add to his worry, McGonagall, Flitwick, and Tonks were with him. Unless he said something fast, there was a good chance that he would be in trouble.
Thankfully, Luna acted very quickly. "We haven't done anything!" she explained. "We just got here ourselves!"
"But that's not the important thing, Professors!" Cho added, pointing at the newly resurrected girl. "It's Myrtle! She's been brought back to life!"
Dumbledore observed them all for a moment, before nodding. "I believe you, Miss Chang. The three of you take her to the Hospital Wing, please. Minerva, please send word to the Department of Mysteries, and have them send an Unspeakable. Nymphadora, please analyze this room and see if you can learn anything about what happened."
Everyone nodded as Ron picked Myrtle up. Without a moment's hesitation, the three students filed out of the room, Dumbledore and McGonagall behind them. Tonks fired off a Patronus, requesting backup from a certain someone.
As such, distracted as she was, she didn't see a wall slide back into place, though not perfectly aligned. And by the time anyone noticed, it would already be too late.
D:SSSC
Tom shook his head as he walked down the passageway. That had been entirely too close for his liking… but the end result would most likely be the same.
He had remained behind the wall, listening to those three students find Myrtle, how she was actually alive, and nodded to himself. Not exactly what he had been expecting, but Myrtle had been neutralized, even if only temporarily. That wasn't a concern.
The real concern he had was; who else at Hogwarts was using the Soul Arts?
He had recognized the sphere of light for what it was; Soul Search. Someone who classified her as a friend (and really, who would call Myrtle a friend) had been attempting to locate her. It would have to be one of the students since none of the Professors wouldn't be foolish enough to try.
He had been able to get a great deal of information from her, but now he had new questions. Questions that needed answering… once he had left Hogwarts. It was simply too risky to remain. If Myrtle had recognized him, then Dumbledore would as well.
But leaving the grounds presented its own challenges. There were the Dementors still surrounding the school border to take into consideration, as well as the Aurors that were now in the school. He would have to hide within its walls for now.
Luckily, he knew the school inside and out. There were places where he could hide…
D:SSSC
Everyone stayed silent as Madame Pomfrey checked Myrtle over, essentially giving her her first physical in over fifty years. All of them were still coming to grips with the impossible. Was this temporary? Was this even real?
The second question was answered when Pomfrey emerged from behind the privacy screen, her expression as shocked as any of them had ever seen it. "I have completed my examination. She's alive." She turned to the students. "Did any of you have anything to do with this… unnatural act?"
Ron shook his head. "No, ma'am," he replied. "Luna said that Myrtle was in trouble and grabbed Cho and me randomly. We just got there when the door exploded." It was almost the whole truth, with just a few omissions.
Dumbledore observed them for a second, as if trying to peer into their very souls. But after a minute, he nodded. "So she is alive, but is she alright in every way?"
"Physically, yes. Magically, on the other hand, I won't know until the Unspeakable gets here." She frowned. "Do you have any idea as to how this could have happened, Albus?"
The Headmaster shook his head. "No, I do not… the three of you are dismissed. I only ask that you do not speak of this to anyone."
"Of course, Headmaster," Cho replied for them all. Not that they needed the warning. They had all agreed not to talk about this except among themselves. As one, they walked out of the Infirmary.
Dumbledore waited until the door was shut before beckoning Pomfrey over. "Poppy," he began heavily, "I have reason to believe that it a form of magic called…"
D:SSSC
"The Soul Arts," Luna stated. "There's no other explanation."
The three of them had retreated to the ROR upon leaving the Infirmary, with Luna immediately dropping that bombshell. The two 'aspiring' Monumentals quickly pulled their books out, hoping against hope that they could find a clue as to how Myrtle came back to life.
After several minutes, Ron closed his book in defeat. "My books got nothing but offensive spells," he stated.
"And all I have are defensive and support." Cho closed hers as well, rubbing her eyes. "But Luna's right. It has to have been the Soul Arts. Pretty advanced by the looks of it, and my spell screwed it up. But who was doing what?"
"Whatever it was, it probably wouldn't have been good for Myrtle if it had worked. This is a situation where some experienced help would definitely be appreciated."
"Well, we don't have that help, so let's shelve that for another time and focus on something else." Luna sighed. "How did someone sneak into Hogwarts Castle through the CoS right after the Mist Creature attack? There has to be a connection between the two."
"And there is that new exchange student," Cho added. "Her arrival here is way too coincidental not to be suspicious."
Ron looked at them. "Yeah… I don't think she has anything to do with this."
"And you base this on what, exactly? The one or two classes you've had with her?"
"No, based on the fact that Dumbledore let her in. If we can't trust him to know when someone is a danger, then what's the point of trusting anyone?"
She was forced to concede that surprisingly sensible point. Trust was ultimately needed if a friendship was to survive.
Luna nodded. "Well, regardless, she is more than she appears," she stated. "If you befriend her, perhaps we can learn about who she is."
"Well, I'm off to a good start, then," Ron stated, grinning. "You two should probably try and give that a shot. If she's a good person, then it wouldn't hurt."
Cho thought about it for a second. His idea was sound, which was surprising where he was concerned. "I will think about it." She sighed. "Right now, I'm having some issues with some of my current friends that I need to sort out." She looked at Luna, the latter shaking her head slightly. She gave her a slight nod in return. Best not to worry Ron about Luna's problem just yet.
She did need to talk to Marietta first, anyway. She wanted to know what the hell she was thinking earlier.

And here is Part 5. I'm going to try and make Part 6 the last part of this story arc, as I'm going to head back to the Silver Star in the second episode. But before that, I'm going to be working on Amalur, and then A Changing of Fate.
