A/N: Hey guys, The Vaudevillain Veteran here. I am so sorry for how long it took me to publish this chapter. My home country (South Africa) had been experiencing a lot of power cuts this past week which prevented me from making much progress until yesterday. Anyway I'm finally done with this chapter and hope that you enjoy it!

A cool breeze passed through Lescatie this night, and most residents of Lescatie were fast asleep. Most being the key word here.

Once night fell Sasha opened the secret trap door in her room that led to the outskirts of Lescatie. The passage was pitch black with no sign of life save for the occasional rat or spider.

The passageway almost seemed infinite, until Sasha finally reached the exit. Opening the exit Sasha noticed a certain white winged and white haired individual waiting for her.

"I'm so sorry for the delay Lady Druella. The rainy weather unfortunately caused the tunnel to flood." Sasha explained apologetically.

"Kukuku. It is not your fault dear, you can't control nature." Druella said merrily.

"So tell me, any updates on what has been happening in Lescatie?" Druella inquired.

"Yes. A killer has been reported claiming to be pro-mamono has been murdering human villages, his supposed reasoning for doing so was to avenge the mamono murdered by the Order." Sasha announced.

"I see. Thank you for telling me about this Sasha, I shall send out kunoichi to track down this man immediately before he harms any more innocents." Druella stated.

"Such a shame to be honest. While his motives are noble deep down, his methods are unacceptable and only serve to widen the rift between mamono and humans." Druella added as she sighed sadly.

"I agree Lady Druella." Sasha said.

"Enough of that, you stated you still had more news to tell me yes?" Druella asked.

"Indeed. Two days ago a newly blessed hero of the Chief God arrived in Lescatie. His name is Shisui Uchiha." Sasha said.

Druella raised an eyebrow at the mention of Shisui. "Hmmm fascinating. This Shisui sounds like an interesting individual. What do you know about him so far?" She asked, her interest piqued.

"He's supposedly a highly skilled ninja who can move faster than the blink of an eye via his Body Flicker technique. More importantly he has this strange power with his eyes called the Sharingan which supposedly allows him to predict, learn and counteract an opponents move." Sasha continued to explain.

Druella's interest was really piqued now. From what Sasha was telling her this Shisui fellow was an incredibly powerful fellow who should not be taken lightly.

"This is a rather unexpected curveball in our plans. When we begin the liberation of Lescatie I shall personally deal with Shisui to ensure as little mamono and human lives are lost as possible." Druella announced.

"Thank you so much Lady Druella, I truly appreciate your kindness." Sasha thanked with a smile.

"No problem dear. Contrary to popular belief I'm not someone mamono supremacist warlord who genuinely hates humanity you know." Druella commented.

"I know it's just that it saddens me when people think of you as such, even though it is far from the truth." Sasha muttered sadly.

"Some people will always have something bad to say about me no matter what, that's why I pay no mind to them." Druella said.

"Lady Druella...there is one more important thing you should know about Shisui." Sasha added.

"Ohhh, and what would that be dear?" Druella asked warmly as she continued to levitate with her legs crossed.

"Shisui is not from Zipangu as originally believed. He revealed to me and the orphans during lunch this afternoon that he actually hails from another world dominated by ninja such as himself. During our heart to heart conversation he also told me his world was plagued by three great wars, the third and most recent one claiming the lives of both his parents and older sister before he was even 10 years old." Sasha explained.

Druella's face was immediately filled with shock and sorrow at this revelation.

"That is truly terrible. The poor boy, losing so much in life at such a young age." Druella commented sorrowfully.

"How do you plan on helping Shisui?" Sasha asked, the worry in her voice audible.

"Don't worry about him my dear. From what you've told me he seems to have an affinity for older sister types. Good thing I know just the person who will shower him with all the love he needs."

The next morning...

Shisui was currently making his way towards the hero HQ as fast as he could. This morning a messenger arrived to inform him that Merse had finally found a lead on the killer and that she needed him ASAP.

"Sir (pant) Shisui (pant) please (pant) slow (pant) down." The messenger requested as he stopped to catch his breath.

Looking back at the poor man Shisui could see that he was indeed very exhausted. He had forgotten that his was a shinobi who trained many years to build up his stamina, durability and ninjutsu where as the messenger was merely an ordinary civilian. Feeling bad for the man Shisui went back to him and placed his arm around his shoulder, allowing both him and the messenger to reach Hero HQ much faster.

(At Hero HQ)

Finally arriving at Hero HQ Shisui wasted no time in finding Merse. Thanfully the building wasn't too huge so he found the meeting room relatively quickly. Finding the entrance to the meeting him he swung open the doors to see Merse, Sasha, Wilmarina, Vermut, two other blonde women he didn't recognize and a small pink haired girl who looked no older than 12.

"Shisui. Good you're finally here. Ok everyone listen up, one of our scouts relayed a message back to us that he has seen the killer frequenting Clearleaf village, which regretfully, is now a part of the monster realm. We suspect that the killer is using the village as a base of operations to carry out his heinous crimes, which is where you come into the fray Shisui." Merse announced as she pointed towards the young Uchiha.

"Shisui, your mission shall be to carry out reconnaissance and confirm our suspicions that the killer is being protected by those abominations. You're currently our only hero who specializes in this field. The entire Order is counting on you Shisui." Merse briefed the boy.

"I understand the importance of this mission Merse. I promise that I'll complete it." Shisui stated confidently.

"Ha! What makes you think that the likes of you could take on the killer or those monsters?" The pink haired girl asked Shisui sarcastically.

"Mimil! You shouldn't speak to Shisui like that!" Sasha scolded the girl named Mimil.

"It's an honest question, how many heroes have we lost to the monsters? If they could fall to the monsters what honestly makes you think Shisui could beat them, let alone make it back alive?" Mimil asked.

Shisui smirked, he did like the spunk this girl had. Squatting down to her height he smiled warmly.

"Mimil was it? How about we make a bet? If I came back from my mission successful and in one piece you will have to write 'Shisui is the greatest' 500 times over on a piece of paper, and if I lose or don't come back in one piece or at all you may have my house and all of my belongings." Shisui betted.

"Deal?" He asked as he offered a handshake.

"Deal." Mimil replied smugly as she accepted the handshake.

'Oh Mimil, if only you understood why they called me Shisui of the border flicker.' Shisui thought to himself, confident in his abilities that he will succeed in his mission and win the bet.

(1 ½ hours later)

Jumping through the trees faster than the untrained eye could see Shisui was eagerly anticipating reaching Clearleaf village for two reasons. The first was to see how these 'monsters' that were universally condemned by the populace of Lescatie looked and behaved like and second was to hopefully find the killer and bring an end to his ways.

Shisui immediately came to a halt as he saw he was now near the village and hid in a nearby tree to scout the place.

'Strange, the buildings in the village are in perfect condition and yet it's completely abandoned, almost as if the villagers left in a hurry, knowing I was coming...' Shisui lamented as he tried to understand this rather odd situation.

Swoosh

A kunai lodged into the tree bark that would've been Shisui's neck instead had he not activated his Sharingan and dodged it in time.

'Kunai? There are shinobi in this world as well?" Shisui asked himself as he looked around for whoever threw that kunai at him.

Shisui instinctively dodged another slash to the throat; and could clearly see who the mystery shinobi was. A slender built woman with waist length navy blue hair and eyes and also wearing a rather...revealing outfit. The Kunoichi's choice of clothing seemed rather impractical to Shisui, it looked more like something a prostitute in a brothel would wear than an actual kunoichi.

"Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu!" Shisui cried out as he used on his signature jutsu against the kunoichi.

The fire ball scorched a good 5 metres in front of Shisui, however instead of a badly burnt corpse he was expecting to see he only saw burnt trees in front of him.

'The hell? How did she disappear so quickly? I hit her with my jutsu at point blank range.' Shisui pondered to himself at how this kunoichi dodged his fire ball jutsu at a seemingly impossible position.

Shisui looked up to see the kunoichi coming at him from above, utilizing his Sharingan's abilities he managed to land a powerful kick to her chest that sent her flying towards the next tree.

"Uchiha Style: Dance of the Sun Halo!"

The Kunocihi's eyes became wide eyed, she was definitely not expecting this. As she saw five fire blades coming at her at an almost supersonic speed, she had barely dodged the first three although she was not fast enough to dodge the last two which seared her right arm and part of her face.

"Ahhh!" The kunoichi screamed in pain as she collapsed onto the forest ground. She was thankful that her hellish kunoichi training had allowed her to build a high pain tolerance or else she would've passed out from the pain already.

"Now I've got you!" Shisui declared as she rushed towards her, aiming to pierce her heart with his sword. Reaching the kunoichi in less than 3 seconds Shisui successfully stabbed her through the heart with his sword.

Or so he thought.

The kunoichi appeared behind Shisui as she prepared to stab him through the back which Shisui blocked with his own sword.

Clang, clang, clang

Shisui and the kunoichi's swords met in a spectacular dance of blades as sparks even came out of the constantly clashing blades.

Slash

The kunoichi managed to slash Shisui's left arm upon letting his guard down for a split second.

'The hell? I felt that kunoichi's blade cut into my arm, but there's no blood.' Shisui observed. Instead of the searing pain expected from a cut as deep as the one he had just received he felt a numbing and almost...pleasurable sensation in his arm.

Shisui could feel his reflexes slow significantly as his strikes become more sluggish and uncoordinated.

"What...the helll...did you do to...me?" Shisui asked the kunoichi, barely having the energy to speak now.

"Hehehe. The properties of sleep enchanted Demon Realm Silver are beautiful aren't they?" The kunoichi asked smugly.

"Demon..Realm...Silver...?" Shisui muttered as he felt his eyes and body become heavy, almost as if he were carrying a heavy cinder block on his back. With no more strength left in his body Shisui collapsed into a deep slumber.

"Sleep tight...Shisui..." The kunoichi said softly.

(Some time later...)

Shisui fluttered his eyes open. Granted he still felt groggy but at least he wasn't in critical condition. Looking around he noticed he was in some kind of fancy room. The architecture of the room vaguely resembled that of Lescatie's, albeit it was...different somewhat.

"Where am I?" Shisui whispered to himself as he wandered the room.

Suddenly a woman opened the door, instinctively Shisui moved his hand to his sword...only except it was gone.

"What the? Where is my sword?" Shisui asked, forgetting that the women was even there.

"You're awake!" The woman cried out happily as she embraced Shisui into a tight hug.

Shisui found the woman's behaviour rather peculiar. She treated him as if he were a friend she hadn't met in years despite only meeting presumably only hours ago. Looking at the woman hugging him Shisui noticed she had sand blonde shoulder length hair and...pointy ears?

"Excuse me ma'am, but why are your ears like that?" Shisui asked politely.

"My ears? The reason they're like that is because I'm an Elf." The woman merrilly explained.

"An Elf?" Shisui asked dumbfounded. He had never heard of such beings in his world before.

"Yep. We are magical beings very similar to humans actually. The only difference is our ears obviously, and our higher magical ability and far longer lifespan." The woman explained.

Shisui was taken aback by this revelation of information. The creatures, no Elves, sounded like a force to not be reconed with as they had all of the strengths of humans and none of their drawbacks.

"Silly me! I almost forgot to tell you my name! I'm Ghilanna Qinmaer." The Elven woman named Ghilanna introduced herself.

"And what is your name, cutie?" Ghilanna asked, the 'cutie' part making Shisui feel quite uncomfortable.

"I'm Shisui Uchiha. A pleasure to meet you." Shisui greeted casually.

"Nice to meet you Shisui. I never noticed it unitl now but you're oddly calm for someone who woke up in a place he'd never been in before." Ghilanna commented.

He only just thought about it now, how exactly did he end up here? Wasn't he fighting a kunoichi in the forest near Clearleaf village?

Shisui had so many questions to ask, but didn't even know where to begin.

"Ghilanna. If I may ask who exactly did I end up here?" Shisui asked cautiosly.

Shisui could've sworn he saw a look of shock on Ghilanna's face appear. Although it reverted back to her cheerful face almost immediately.

"About that...I was scouring the forest looking for deer when I saw you laying unconcious in front of one of those ninja." Ghilanna explained.

'So she did defeat me after all..." Shisui lamented to himself.

"Before she could land the fatal blow on you I chased her away and brought you here." Ghilanna added.

Shisui sighed in relief, he was glad the this woman, Ghilanna, had saved his life from that ninja.

"Thank you for saving my life Ghilanna." Shisui said as he bowed respectfully.

"It's no biggie Shisui. Besides the Queen is really eager to see you." Ghilanna announced with a happy wink.

"Queen?" Shisui muttered.

"Yes. Queen Maylin desires a private audience with you Shisui. If she is doing so than she must really like you." Ghilanna said playfully as she grabbed Shisui by the hand and led him out of the room.

"Where are we going?" Shisui asked.

"To the Queen's private chambers of course." Ghilanna replied.

Shisui felt rather embarrassed at Ghilanna's way of escorting him to the Queen's chambers as he felt the hand-holding was only something very good friends of lovers did. In the end Shisui concluded he was probably overthinking it since he had never interacted with girls much back in Konoha.

The duo had finally made their way towards two large oak doors adorned with some type of clan symbol unique to the Elves with Ghilanna knocking softly on the door.

"Come in." A sweet voice called out from the other side.

Ghilanna gently opened the doors to the room. Shisui on the other hand was marveled at how pristine the room looked. Without a doubt this room belonged to royalty. The room's impressive features weren't the only thing that captivated Shisui as he noticed a rather busty Elven women with blonde hair that easily reached her knees and cerulean blue eyes. The most remarkable part about this woman was that she was almost naked expect for the gold jewellery she used to cover her more...intimate parts.

Shisui felt his face heat up, he was not used to seeing lewd visions of women and honestly didn't even know what to do right now.

"Hello there. I am Queen Maylin. And you are...?"

"Hello...hello.." The woman called out to him as she waved her hand in front of his face. Shisui blinked a few times and noticed that the woman's face was very close to his own.

"Ah!" Shisui cried out as his blush only deepened, making the woman giggle.

"Judging from your reactions I take you've never been...intimate with a woman before no?" The woman asked.

"No." Shisui answered honestly.

"Have you ever kissed a girl before?" She asked again, this time being more abrasive with her actions..

"No." Shisui said again, feeling as though he could die from embarrassment.

"Are you still a virgin?" She asked a third time as Ghilanna was giggling silently in the background.

"Y-yes." Shisui stuttered, oh so wishing he could just disappear right now.

The woman gently pulled Shisui into a warm and reassuring hug, whether she deliberately placed her chest in Shisui's face or not the young Uchiha did not know. Inside he could feel a raging fire ignite inside of him, it was however not a fire of rage but rather one of...desire?

"It's nothing to be ashamed about dear. If anything I find it cute that you're a virgin." Queen Maylin commented.

"If you want, I can show you what it's like to be with a woman." Maylin seductively whispered into Shisui's ear.

Maylin's touch almost made Shisui lose his composure and want to violate her right then and there.

'What is this energy flowing through me? Ever since I've arrived here I felt this energy slowly seep into my body.' Shisui pondered to himself. He had nagging feeling that he needed to leave this place ASAP.

"Queen Maylin, I appreciate your hospitality, but I really need to leave and head home, everyone there is worried about me," Shisui said to Maylin.

"You sure? You can stay here for however long you like, I can even have my handmai-"

"I truly appeciate your offer Queen Maylin. But I'm currently on a mission right now, and need to report what I have found to my superiors." Shisui said urgently.

"(Sigh) I see. I shall not force you to stay if you do not desire to." Maylin muttered sadly.

"Before you leave though, take this amulet with you so that in the event you ever desire to return it'll glow and teleport you here or if you find yourself in grave danger, it will summon my warriors to come assist you. Just press the blue gem in the centre of the Amulet and it shall allow you to return to any previous place you visited so long as you thoroughly visualize where you want to go." Maylin announced.

"Thank you Maylin. I promise I will return as soon as I can," Shisui promised as he pressed the gem on the amulet.

(Back at Lescatie)

The Amulet worked just how Maylin said it would, and Shisui was now on the rooftop of his house in the upper district of Lescatie.

'It's already night time. I must've been in that place for hours.' Shisui noted as he looked at the clear night sky, noticing a full moon that reminded him of a certain someone.

Opening the window in his house he saw that Marisa was already fast asleep, however something about the way she slept seemed...off. Approaching her body and inspecting it Shisui noted something that horrified him.

Marisa had no pulse.

Shisui couldn't believe it. He didn't want to believe it. She was dead. Marisa was dead.

'Was this the killer's doing?' He thought to himself as this seemed like the only plausible answer. If so, how did he manage to slip inside Lescatie?

"You're finally here.." A voice spoke up. A voice that sounded almost like-

"Kirsch..." Shisui said with venom in his voice.

"It is nothing personal Shisui. Priest Noscrim had ordered me to get rid of you, and I had to make sure there were no witnesses." Kirsch explained calmly.

"Heh. No witnesses you say..." Shisui muttered with barely restrained anger as he activated his Mangekyo Sharingan.

'His eyes. No doubt that is the Sharingan father informed us about. But why does it look different?' Kirsch asked herself, trying to remain stoic even though deep inside she was afraid that this Shisui had a technique that she didn't know about.

"What the? Where am I?" Kirsch asked bewildered as she noticed she was now somehow tied onto a cross and that the sky was an eerily red colour.

"You are in the world of Tsukuyomi. Here I rule all of space and time, and for the next 72 hours I shall stab you repeatedly in the stomach." A photo negative Shisui said as he materialized in front of Kirsch.

"Tell me Kirsch...how many others did Noscrim ask you to 'eliminate'? Shisui asked emotionlessly.

"..." Kirsch kept her lips shut.

"Silence huh? Two can play at that game." Shisui muttered as he stabbed Kirsch in the stomach.

The pain felt worse than anything she had ever imagined. Kirsch wanted to scream but couldn't find the voice to do so.

Stab

Shisui stabbed her again, then thrice, then ten more times until she lost count.

After what felt like an eternity Shisui finally decided to speak again.

"71 Hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds remain that you shall experience the pain and suffering of all the lives you had taken without remorse." Shisui announced.

'What! How! It felt like hours had passed and yet it's only been a second?' Kirsch thought to herself.

"Yes." Shisui said.

"How did you know what I was thinking? I didn't even say anything?" Kirsch asked, dropping her usual stoic demeanor for a terrified one.

"I told you. I control everything here. In Tsukuyomi I am the Chief God." Shisui explained as three clones of him appeared and all stabbed Kirsch at the same time.

"What...are...you?" Kirsch croaked out.

"Shisui Uchiha of the Village Hidden in the Leaves." He replied sternly, continuing to thrust his sword into her stomach.

"Now I ask again...was it worth killing an innocent?" Shisui asked.

"Yes...everything I do is for the safety of Lescatie...for Father Noscrim...I am merely the sword...that carries out Father Noscrim's will..." Kirsch declared.

"A sword you say? I wonder what Noscrim will do once he finds his sword his 'broken' beyond repair?" Shisui remarked sarcastically.

"Tell me Kirsch? Don't you find it ironic that a 'sword' such as yourself is being punished by one? Fitting isn't it?" Shisui asked dryly as dozens, if not hundreds of clones of both him and Kirsch manifested, all repeating the same action over and over.

Kirsch felt as though her head were about to explode, this pain was so unbearable that she'd silently been wishing she could just die once and for all rather than live through this hell for all eternity.

(Back in the real world)

Shisui calmly looked over the violenty convulsing body of Kirsch who was clutching her head with both hands.

"Good riddance." Shisui spat out at Kirsch.

Shisui knew he had a lot of explaining to do come morning. Tonight's events though revealed to him just how rotten to the core Lescatie's leadership was. He had lost someone dear to him, again. This however only furthered his resolve to clean Lescatie from the inside out. Now that Noscrim's right hand assassin Kirsch was out of the way, he could finally move on to the Priest himself. Shisui realized he had been far too passive when dealing with these types of threats and that sometimes, like in the case of Kirsch and Noscrim, some people simply deserved a fate worse than death.

A/N: In case you are wondering how could Shisui use Tsukuyomi here even though in canon he is never shown doing so. I had simply head canoned that Tsukuyomi was originally Shisui's technique that he taught Itachi.
