In the land of Rain and it's eponymous village it was pouring more so than usual. Some inhabitants of the Hidden Rain Village believed that when it rained heavier than usual, that it was a bad omen.

Alas they would unknowingly be proved correct as in a secluded cave not too far from Amegakure, the Akatsuki was about to hold it's first meeting since Nagato's first "death"

Various cloaked individuals stood in a circle, with very little light coming through to the cave.

"I will call out all of your names, answer "yes" when I say your name to indicate you are with us." The commanding voice of Pain announced.

"Kisame"

"Kakuzu"

"Sasori"

All of the above mentioned men replied with a nonchalant yes, signaling to Pain they were all present.

"Good. The Akatsuki is now assembled." Pain spoke out, capturing the attention of the three men.

"I know that due to some unforeseen setbacks, our plans had been delayed. We have lost one of our founders in Konan, but rest assured that her death will not be in vain."

"Wait, Konan's dead?" Sasori asked in disbelief.

"Yes. She was unfortunately slain in battle. And while we may have lost her I had managed to successfully recruit new members into the Akatsuki." Pain calmly answered.

"Lord Pain, who would these new members be?" Kisame asked the Akatsuki leader.

"You shall see Kisame, they shall be arriving soon." Pain said to Kisame and almost as if on cue, three individuals, all wearing Akatsuki cloaks, walked into the cave where the Akatsuki were currently holding their meeting.

The first one had a hood over his head and wore a white mask, the second was a woman with long white hair and cerulean blue eyes, and the third a teenager with silver hair tied into a ponytail and wore glasses.

"Please welcome Nullus, Yamikura and Kabuto, they are our newest members." Pain introduced the trio.

"Yamikura and Kabuto will be placed on a team together. Sasori, you have been without a partner since Orochimaru betrayed us and currently our only member without a partner. So from here on forth Nullus will be your new partner." Pain revealed to Sasori.

"Understood Lord Pain." Sasori sternly replied.

"The woman in the middle...she shares physical characteristics of the Kaguya Clan, is she one of them by any chance?" Kisame asked.

"Yes she is Kisame. And speaking of the Kaguya I am certain you have heard about how they have conquered the Hidden Mist Village yes?" Pain asked Kisame.

"The Hidden Mist village has been conquered...I am not surprised really, truth be told they had it coming." Kisame commented.

"Yes Kisame. But there is more than meets the eye." Pain added.

"Hmm? What do you mean Lord Pain?" Sasori asked intrigued.

"The Kaguya clan were not alone. Someone, or should I say a God lent them a helping hand." Pain revealed.

"A God...?" Kakuzu muttered out.

"Yes. He is an ancient God from the times of the Sage of Six Paths. His name is Jashin, I do not expect you three to have heard of him, since his name was forgotten in time. He however has offered me assistance in speeding up our plan." Pain stated.

"Lord Pain. What about Hanzo? He is still alive and in control of the Hidden Rain Village! Do you not plan on getting rid of him?" Sasori boldly asked the Akatsuki leader.

"In due time Sasori, in due time. Currently as we speak we have bigger fish to fry than Hanzo." Pain calmly answered.

"Hmmm, and what would that be Lord Pain?" Kakuzu's hoarse voice enquired.

"That we-"

"Lord Pain, may I be the one to reveal the information to Kakuzu and the others?" Kabuto politely interrupted Pain, who silently groaned at the teenage spy having the nerve to interrupt him.

"Very well then Kabuto. Would you please explain your most recent findings to the others." Pain instructed the silver haired teen.

"Absolutely Lord Pain." Kabuto answered as he cleared his throat.

"As you all know, Lord Jashin has offered his assistance to the Akatsuki. What's more however is that there is a whole new world for us to conquer." Kabuto smugly revealed, earning gasps of shock from Sasori, Kakuzu and Kisame.

"What do you mean by 'another world to conquer' brat!?" Kakuzu spat out.

"Calm down Kakuzu, allow me to elaborate. What I mean is that Jashin does not originate from our world. His world is a very unique and fascinating one to say the least and that it is filled with many strong foes whose hearts you could take for yourself." Kabuto explained, goading Kakuzu's notorious lust for more power.

Kakuzu, as Kabuto expected, was now listening attentively to him explain all about this new world and all the possibilities that came with it. Now came the haymaker, the words that would earn Kakuzu's full commitment to the plan.

"And also...in Jashin's original world, there are dozens, if not hundreds of undiscovered treasures waiting to be claimed." Kabuto slyly added, getting the anticipated reaction from Kakuzu.

Kakuzu's eyes practically light up with dollar signs at the prospect of acquiring immense wealth, so much so that his previous grumpy demeanor from moments ago was replaced by eager anticipation.

"(Chuckle) It seems I have piqued your interest Kakuzu, does that mean you are willing to enter Jashin's world to further Akatsuki's plan?" Kabuto asked Kakuzu.

"Yes." Was all Kakuzu said as he took out some ryo notes to count.

"Very well, is there anything else you would like to add Kabuto?" Pain asked.

"No Lord Pain, that is all." Kabuto answered.

"Good, now to remind you all again, our plans have been changed, once this meeting has ended you will all be departing to the Hidden Mist Village. For it is there that in two days time we will begin the next phase of our plan; spread the message of Akatsuki into Jashin's world." Pain announced

"Now...does anybody have any questions?" Pain asked the Akatsuki members in attendance. The silence was enough to confirm that everybody understood their mission.

"Nothing. Alright, you are all dismissed. I shall see you in the Hidden Mist Village in two days." Pain stated.

All of the Akatsuki members used the body flicker technique to depart from the cave.

Once everyone had exited the cave Pain walked outside to the pouring rain. Despite the Deva Path merely being a corpse whose purpose was to carry out the ultimate goal of peace Nagato could still feel the raindrops through the Deva Path. It was cathartic in a sense, the rain symbolised the glum history of the village that it lends it name to yet at the same time had a almost healing effect of washing the sins of old away.

"It is beautiful no?" A voice belonging to Nullus asked the Akatsuki leader.

"Do you mean the rain?" Pain asked him back.

"Yes. It is as if it carried the sins and troubles of this village's past yet also washes the sins away." Nullus stated.

"You are Nullus correct? If so, why are you still here?" Pain coldly asked.

"I need to ask you some questions and also something I must tell you." Nullus coolly answered, unnerved by Pain's authority.

"Hmm? And what is it you desire to warn me about?" Pain asked Nullus.

"The Chief God is a formidable foe, her subordinate Valkyries make the Kage of the Five Great Shinobi villages look like Genin in comparison." Nullus warned.

"I will keep that in mind Nullus. Now, what else did you want to ask me?" Pain asked.

"Your ideology of pain, while I agree with the basic principles of it, there is one detail about it that I disagree with." Nullus answered.

"And what would that be?" Pain asked Nullus.

"You hold too much faith in humans in that they will just change and stop waging war with one another if they all just experience the same suffering." Nullus commented, drawing the attention of Pain.

"Are you saying that I'm too soft on humans?" Pain asked him, intrigued to know how someone could say his ideology is too soft.

"Yes I am." Nullus firmly stated.

"How so Nullus? Elaborate please." Pain commanded of the white masked individual.

"It's because humans are nothing but a barbaric species who thrive in warfare! Don't you realise that? Humans will never change their ways even if someone proposes peace and harmony because it's in their nature to be cruel and violent!" Nullus stated with raw emotion evident in his now shaky voice. Taking a few seconds to breath, he spoke again.

"And you... despite seeing man's innate cruel nature firsthand, you still learnt absolutely nothing from Yahiko's death!" Nullus passionately exclaimed.

Pain was silent, more so than usual. The mention of Yahiko's name, and especially who he was berated for not learning the harsh truth of this world despite all of his own suffering deeply infuriated him. In the fraction of a split second Pain held Nullus up in the air by his cloak with his eyes boring into those of Nullus.

"Do not ever mention Yahiko's name in vain while in my presence." Pain darkly muttered out.

"You can try and ignore me all you want to Pain. You can curse me and even kill me here...but deep down you know I am right." Nullus spat out defiantly despite his current predicament.

"But you won't. Because you still need me." Nullus cheekily added.

Pain continued to bore his eyes into the eye holes of Nullus' mask. He could snap his neck easily like a twig if he so wished. However what stopped him from doing so was that Nullus was an extremely valuable and much needed asset of the Akatsuki and because of that released Nullus from his grip.

"Pain." Jashin's voice called out. Pain looked to his left to see that Jashin had teleported towards his location.

"What is the matter?" Pain coldly asked the Former Demon Lord.

"One of my spies in Konoha had learnt that the Uchiha clan shall be departing this world tonight. I shall need to borrow Nullus and Sasori for a mission to help my contact in the Leaf stop the Uchiha and bring forth Minato's attention to give Tobi a window to abduct the Leaf's Jinchuriki.

"What do you need the Nine Tails Jinchuriki for? I thought you said that we would no longer need the tailed beasts." Pain asked Jashin.

"You are most correct Pain. However I desire to conduct an experiment that involves the Nine Tails and it's Jinchuriki. If this experiment succeeds it shall speed up the process of our plan tremendously." Jashin explained to Pain.

"Understood. Nullus. You and Sasori are to begin a new mission today to intercept the Uchiha clan's departure to give Tobi the needed distraction to abduct the nine tails jinchuriki." Pain sternly ordered the masked Nullus to do, who complied without protest and immediately teleported away from the hideout as soon as Pain released him.

Nullus merely nodded in agreement, and teleported away from the two aspiring Gods.

(One hour later...)

Thanks to Nullus' teleportation he could teleport both himself and his new partner Sasori to the outskirts of the Hidden Leaf Village without being seen. The two men both looked at the peacfeul village.

"We never had much time to talk back in the hideout Sasori. Is there perhaps anything you would like to discuss before we begin our mission? If I may ask, what made you join the Akatsuki" Nullus asked Sasori.

"I was forced to join the Akatsuki after losing a fight to Konan." Sasori said in a deadpan tone.

"But I never realised it then, but Akatsuki is the only place where I felt I truly belonged. Akastuki has been more of a home to me than Suna has ever been." Sasori added.

Nullus listened inventively to Sasori's story. In some ways Sasori reminded Nullus of himself, minus the puppetry of course.

"I see. Like you I too had come to despise my homeland because of it's greedy and deceitful government which is why I joined the Akatsuki. Like myself Lord Pain understands how morally bankrupt and rotten humanity is, although unlike him I don't hold to the belief that humans will ever change." Nullus stated.

"Huh? What do you mean?" Sasori asked the masked Akatsuki member.

"Pain's folly is believing that through suffering humans will learn to understand one another and in turn never want to wage war with another. That is where I disagree with human, humans have been fighting each other since time immemorial and even if he succeeds in his goal of causing as much suffering as possible, humans will eventually go back to their old ways because war is the only thing they know and ever will know." Nullus bitterly remarked, surprising even the grumpy Sasori.

"I can't say I disagree with you there Nullus. Humans are complete scum at the end of the day." Sasori said.

Both men continued to watch over the Hidden Leaf Village in silence. The sound of a vacuum cleaner hummed through the air right behind them. Both men turned around to see that it was Tobi only he was wearing a new outfit.

Gone was his silly orange mask, which was now replaced by a white mask that resembled the Rinnegan with two eye holes in it. Gone was his oversized black cloak which was now replaced by an outfit that greatly resembled the ones the Uchiha clan use to wear during the warring states period. Most noticeable of Tobi's new attire was the giant white Gunbai strapped to his back.

"Gentlemen. Let's go pay our dear friend a visit now shall we?" Tobi told both of the men.

(Back with Shisui...)

"Wake up...sleepy head..." A soft feminine voice called out to a semi conscious Shisui.

"Huh...wha...? What time is it?" A groggy Shisui asked as he rubbed his still tired yes.

"It's 8:42 in the morning Shisui." Ghilanna happily answered as she placed a tray of food by the table next to the bed Shisui laid on.

"Huh? Already?" Shisui groggily asked Ghilanna.

"Yep. You slept like a rock the whole night. And." Ghilanna began to giggle, confusing Shisui.

"You snored like a boar." She giggled.

A tomato could not even compare to Shisui's flustered face right now. Was he really a loud snorer he asked himself. He doesn't remember ever snoring.

Of course he doesn't, since he's asleep when he snores Shisui internally face palmed.

"It's ok Shisui, no need to feel embarrassed. Most of us do it and besides, you look kinda cute when you're snoring." Ghilanna muttered out as a blush too spread across her face.

Shisui was partly baffled at Ghilanna's facial expression until exactly two seconds later curled his lips into a smirk.

"Heh. Look who's the flustered one now Ghilanna." Shisui playfully called out.

"T-the t-temperature in your room is just warm okay!" Ghilanna squeaked out a feeble excuse

Shisui chuckled at Ghilanna's response. It was almost adorable. Getting up from his bed he stretched his body for any stiff muscles.

"It's okay Ghilanna. I'm just teasing you." Shisui said.

Ghilanna sighed in defeat and without any further due placed the tray of food by Shisui's bedside. Shisui inspected the food. It was a delicious combination of eggs, bacon, pancakes with syrup accompanied with a mug of a brown liquid. The liquid greately resembled coffee only except it's smell was different. It smelled sweeter.

"Ghilanna. Is that coffee in the cup?" Shisui asked her.

"No. It's Hot Chocolate." She answered him.

"Hot chocolate?"

"Yep. Just try it, I'm certain you're gonna love it." Ghilanna said.

"Lady Maylin told me to tell you that there are two women waiting with her in the meeting room for you Shisui." Ghilanna informed Shisui.

"Oh really? Wonder why they'd wanna see me." An amazed Shisui stated.

"Lady Maylin said they were individuals you have met before." Ghilanna answered.

"Alright. But who could it be though? Is it Sasha and Druella?" Shisui asked the Elf girl.

"No actually. It's two Angels of the Chief Goddess. Well ex-angels of the Chief Goddess to be precise." Ghilanna said.

"Ex-angels? You don't mean...?" Shisui trailer off, finally realising who Ghilanna was talking about.

"Aldana and Sariel...?" He said in a low tone.

"Yes. I believe those were their names. Do you have a history with them?" Ghilanna asked the young Uchiha.

"Yes. I know I placed Aldana under my Kotoamatsukami to join our side, but why is Sariel here?" Shisui asked Ghilanna.

"I wish I knew Shisui. Perhaps she began to doubt the Chief Goddess doctrine and wanted to learn more about us. You will have to ask her to know her reasons for doing so." Ghilanna told Shisui.

Ten minutes later Shisui had finished his breakfast and was currently on his way to meet Maylin, Aldana and Sariel. Ghilanna followed him close behind, just as curious as the young Uchiha in front of her.

Arriving at the large doors of the meeting room the doors were opened for Shisui by two Dullahans that guarded the entrance. The room was decorated by various lavish paintings, two gold chandeliers and of course, a long table where Shisui presumed Maylin's guests sat. At the end of said table sat Maylin patiently waiting for Shisui. To her left and right where of course, two Dullahans guarding her.

On the chairs to Maylin's left and right sat Aldana the Valkyrie and Sariel the Angel respectively. Both remained calm and stoic and upon seeing Shisui enter offered him a friendly greeting.

"Good morning Shisui. I am to expect that Ghilanna has informed you about these two desiring your audience yes?" Maylin asked Shisui.

"Yes she did." Shisui answered.

"Good. Then I am to believe we can get to our main point of our meeting?" Maylin asked, with Shisui replying with a simple 'yeah'.

"Lady Maylin, may I speak to Shisui?" Aldana politely requested.

"Yes you may." Maylin said.

"Thank you Lady Maylin. Shisui...I know our last encounter was a friendly one to put it lightly. But...now I have seen the error of my ways. I'm...I'm sorry for attempting to end your life when we last met Shisui." Aldana apologised in a shaky voice.

For a few seconds Shisui merely stared at Aldana. His facial expression was one of scrutiny.

"And what about the mamono you killed?" Shisui asked Aldana in a flat tone.

"I...I feel deep regret for murdering them as well. I know I do not deserve either your forgiveness or that of the mamono, but all I ask is for a chance to redeem myself." Aldana stated.

Shisui remained silent for the next few seconds deep in thoguht. Aldana's apology was genuine there was no doubt about that. What Shisui did have doubts about was believing if she was indeed worthy of forgiveness after the many lives she had robbed of innocent mamono.

"Also...Lady Maylin...told me about your clan and your wish to bring them here safely. I will gladly risk my life in providing you assistance in safely bringing them here." Aldana added to her previous statement.

This revelation both shocked and impressed Shisui. He was flattered by her determination to put her life on the line to help him bring the Uchiha clan here.

"Ok Aldana. I'll accept your help." Shisui said.

"R-really? T-thank you Shisui! I promise to do everything in my power to help bring your clan to Monaxia safe and sound!" Aldana said was a determined resolve.

"Sariel. I believe you also wanted to speak with me?" Shisui now asked the silent Sariel.

"Yes. When we first met I deliberately withheld details about myself and why you did not go Heaven." Aldana stated.

"Huh? What do you mean you withheld details about why I didn't go to Heaven. Didn't you tell me when we first met in Purgatory that the Chief God herself selected me to assist in eradicating the mamono?" Shisui asked Sariel with a raised eyebrow.

"No she didn't. It was me. I was the one who advised the Chief Goddess to instead bring you back to life." Sariel revealed.

Shisui felt as though his feet had been dipped into ice, just what did Aldana mean? What more was she hiding from him? Nothing added up. He needed answers, now.

"Why though? That doesn't make any sense. We had never met each other before, so why would you go out of your way to bring me back to life?" Shisui asked Aldana.

"Because I've known you far longer than you believed. What I mean is that I'm your Guardian Angel." Aldana revealed to the young Uchiha.

"Guardian Angel?" Shisui muttered out in disbelief.

"You heard me right Shisui. The Chief Goddess assigned the duty of watching over you to me. I have been watching over you since the day you were born. From Heaven I ensured that I would protect you any way I could. Haven't you ever wondered how you survive the great war in your world unscathed?" Sariel asked the young Uchiha.

Shisui placed his hand on his chin. What Sariel stated did in theory make sense as to how he had survived a hostile world such as his while most of his classmates had never lived past their own childhood.

"Yeah...that explains a lot I guess." Shisui muttered out.

"But that is not the whole story however. The Chief Goddess..." Sariel trailed off. She tried to find the words to complete her sentence, but her nervousness to do briefly overwhelmed her resolve to tell Shisui the entire truth.

"The Chief Goddess is the reason you lost your eye to Danzo on that day. She is the one who from Heaven was pulling the strings via Danzo to ensure your clan would be exterminated." Sariel revealed.

"So what you're saying is...that the Chief God wanted me dead? What...? But why? Why would she do something like that?" Shisui asked Sariel in disbelief.

"To ensure a cycle of peace and suffering. A yin yang cycle. To her "peace" cannot exist without suffering." Sariel answered.

"Funny...when you put lt like that the Chief God is exactly like Danzo. Willing to use underhanded tactics to ensure whatever bastardized version of peace of theirs is achieved. Although in the Chief God's case she wants to re-establish the old status quo of allowing humans to die to ensure her cycle continues." Shisui stated as he activated his Sharingan began to clench his fists in silent anger.

"Indeed Shisui. That's why-" Sariel stopped without warning as she quickly noticed Shisui's hands clenching and even shaking.

"Shisui...are you...are you alright?" Sariel asked Shisui as he placed a caring hand on the boy's shoulder.

"No... I'm not..." Shisui gritted through his teeth.

"I just can't believe how lowly the Chief Goes views human life, as if we're just her pawns to some grand scale game of Shogi." Shisui admitted.

"I understand how you feel dear. But please don't allow such negative thoughts to protrude your mind. Just remember that no matter what me, Ghilanna, the humans from the Orphanage in Lescatie and your clan all still greatly care about you." Maylin now spoke up in an attempt to reassure and calm down Shisui.

To her relief her words had seemed to have gotten to him as he ceased clenching his fists and had deactivated his Sharingan.

"You're right Maylin. Thank you for reminding me of that." Shisui spoke in a soft tone.

"No need to thank me dear, it is the least I can do." Maylin happily replied.

"Shisui. Why don't you contact your clan again with your interdimensional mirror?" Maylin suggested.

(Meanwhile with Itachi Uchiha...)

"Come on everyone! We're almost done! We just need to move a few more boxes to the hideout!" The voice of the Uchiha clan leader Fugaku boomed out to the various Uchiha clan members who were moving up and down the street of the compound like ants.

Itachi however sat beside his father watching the clan members move the last of their possessions to the compound. As of now the Uchiha compound was almost completely deserted like a ghost town (Even all the furniture and belongings his family's house had already been taken to the hideout)

The only possession Itachi still had on his person aside from the clothes on his back and his weapons was the interdimensional mirror gifted to him by Shisui and his friends with the long ears. He kept it beside him just in case Shisui needed to contact him.

Almost as if on cue the mirror beside Itachi began to hum softly. Noticing this Itachi picked up the mirror to see it spinning in a clockwise fashion to eventually reveal Shisui's face.

"Itachi. How are you and the clan?" Shisui asked him.

"We're doing good. Just been busy these last few days moving all of our stuff into the hideout. Thankfully we're almost done and are just moving the last of our stuff." Itachi announced.

"Really? That's good to hear Itachi. Where's-" Shisui was interrupted as he heard a much younger voice calling out to Itachi.

"Big brother! Big brother! Is that Shisui!? I wanna talk to him! I wanna talk to him!" The voice belonging to Itachi's younger brother Sasuke happily called out.

"Ok Sasuke. Here you go." Itachi chuckled, handing the mirror to his younger brother.

"Hey there Sasuke." Shisui greeted Sasuke.

"Shisui! When are you coming back to us!? I can't wait to see you and your girlfriend again!" Sasuke asked him excitedly. Shisui internally sweatdropped at Sasuke referring to Ghilanna as his girlfriend. Shisui simply dismissed it as childhood ignorance and actually found it quite adorable

"I'll be with you tonight Sasuke. I also promise that once you and the entire clan arrive here you'll have a ton of new friends to meet and play with." Shisui informed Sasuke with a warm smile.

Sasuke's eyes lit with glee. His excitement had increased tenfold and he was practically jumping up and down in eager anticipation.

"EEEEEEEEEEEE! Shisui I can't wait for night time!" Sasuke yelled at the top of his lungs.

"Sasuke, be quiet. You will attract unwanted attention." Fugaku scolded his youngest son in the background.

"Sasuke. Is it ok if I may speak to Shisui now?" Itachi politely asked his younger brother.

"Sure thing big brother, here you go." Sasuke said as he handed the mirror back to Itachi.

"Glad to see Sasuke so happy like this Itachi." Shiui told Itachi.

"Me too. It's not just him though but everyone in the clan has been much happier ever since you showed up with your friends that night. Speaking of which will you bringing any of your friends to help us?" Itachi asked his best friend.

"Yes I will. The blonde haired woman Maylin won't be coming with since she will be staying behind to keep the portal active for the entire clan to travel through. I already have four allies who will provide assistance in ensuring the clan makes it safely here to Monaxia." Shisui informed Itachi.

"That's good to know. Thank you again Shisui for not abandoning us." Itachi thanked Shisui.

"No need to thank me Itachi. I know if the roles where reversed you'd do the same thing." Shisui answered Itachi.

Itachi chuckled, there was without a doubt a lot of truth in Shisui's words.

"Yeah. I guess you're right Shisui." Itachi admitted.

"I'll see you tonight Itachi. Remember it's 9PM. Until then my friend." Shisui stated as he waved goodbye.

"See you until then Shisui. Take care." Itachi said as the mirror began to swirl again until Shisui's face was no more.

Itachi sighed softly to himself. Even until all everything still felt like a fever dream. Shisui dying, coming back to life and telling him he found another better world where he, his family and his clan can live in peace. Smiling softly now at said thoughts made Itachi extremely excited. While he still loved Konoha dearly Itachi had come to grips that this was no longer his home. He was eagerly anticipating leaving this life of violence and deceit behind him in exchange for one of peace and tranquility.

"Itachi dear! Izumi is here to see you!" His mother called out to him.

"Coming mother." Itachi answered back as he made his way towards the entrance to their house where as expected Izumi was there waiting for him next to his mother.

"Itachi!" Izumi squealed as she hugged the Uchiha Clan tightly.

"Izumi..." Itachi muttered out as he rubbed her head.

"Me and my family just finished packing our stuff and uh...I wanted to come check up on you and see it you needed any help with moving your stuff, that's all." Izumi innocently stated.

"Daww my little Itachi is growing up so fast. He already has a girlfriend." Mikoto commented in a lovey dovey tone.

Both Itachi and Izumi's faces turned a bright shade of red.

"Mother...not in front of Izumi." Itachi stammered out.

"What do you mean Itachi. I only want what's best for my son and future daughter-in-law." Mikoto innocently answered.

"Still mother. We are both only 13, don't you think this is too early to say such things?" Itachi retorted.

"Nope. When I was your age me and your father we used to sneak after missions and-"

"Mother." Itachi interrupted his mother.

"Itachi. Please come here this instant." Itachi's father Fugaku called out his son.

"Coming father." Itachi said.

"Itachi. Let me come with you." Izumi proposed.

"I wish I could but..." Itachi trailed off as he saw Izumi pulling a face similar to that of a sad puppy which weakened his resolve.

"Oh alright. You may come with me Izumi but make sure to stay outside the room ok." Itachi said.

"Ok." Izumi said as both she and Itachi walked towards the room where his father always had meetings in. Arriving there Izumi did as instructed and made herself hidden so as to not attract Fugaku's attention. Itachi on the other hand opened the sliding door where he saw Fugaku sitting down with Naori and Yashiro.

While relieved that Naori was there Itachi was silently annoyed that Yashiro was here. Truth be told he never liked the man one bit and especially with how much he sucked up to it's pather he found it almost pathetic. To Itachi Yashiro was one the most disgraceful Uchiha to ever live alongside Madara.

"Good morning Itachi. Please come in." Fugaku ordered his son to do.

"Good morning father. And good morning to the both of you." Itachi greeted back as he sat down next to Naori.

"Now Itachi. What I was discussing with Naori and Yashiro was how we shall proceed forward with Operation Exodus. Yashiro here had informed me that in approximately 20 minutes the clan shall be done moving all of their belongings to the Uchiha clan hideout." Fugaku informed Itachi.

"Understood father." Itachi said in a monotone voice.

"You shall remain on guard with Naori and Yashiro to ensure that the women and the children of the clan leave to our new home safely. Only once everyone has exited through the portal shall you be allowed to enter it, am I clear?"

"Yes father." Itachi said.

"Good. As clan head it my duty to ensure you all pass through safely, so I shall be staying behind and will be the last person to leave." Fugaku stated.

"Understood Lord Fugaku." Naori said.

"Good. Yashiro, you are dismissed. I desire to speak to Itachi and Naori in private." Fugaku instructed Yashiro to do, who complied without question.

Once Yashiro had left and it was only Itachi, Naori and Fugaku now the Uchiha clan leader cleared his throat.

"Naori, Itachi. I am aware both of you are one of only three Uchiha who possess the legendary Mangekyo Sharingan. As I speak you two along with Shisui are our most powerful and important members of the clan, your skill is Genjutsu is unparalled amongst the Uchiha, even more so than mine. It is a shame that Naka, Rai and Baru passed on long before their time, their help would have been much needed in this time of need." Fugaku stated as he took a brief pause before speaking again.

"Itachi. I know I have not been the best father to either you or Sasuke as of late and I apologise for that. I promise you and Sasuke that once we get to this new world of Shisui's allies that I will be more invested in your lives." Fugaku apologised.

"There is no need to apologise. I understand that as clan head and leader of the Police Force that you are a very busy person." Itachi told his father.

"Lord Fugaku, I deeply apologise for interrupting but how would I still be of great use to the clan when I am blind in my left eye?" Naori asked Fugaku.

"You do make a good point there Naori. But I feel you underestimate yourself. We are not like the Hyuga whose main branch treat their other clan members as less than human. For to us every Uchiha is important whether they are disabled or not for at the end of the day you are still an Uchiha." Fugaku told Naori.

Naori was taken aback by Fugaku's answer. She had to admit it felt nice that despite her blindness in her one eye she wasn't viewed any differently.

"Itachi. I believe that during last week's meeting you requested to bring along Kakashi Hatake with us?" Fugaku sternly asked

"Yes I did father. Do you...not want him to join us?" Itachi nervously asked his father.

"No it's not that. It's the exact opposite actually. I want him to join us to ensure that Danzo does not have any access to the Sharingan once we are gone." Fugaku said.

"I see." Itachi muttered out.

"I recommend first talking to him to try and convince him to join us. If he refuses and instead attempts to alert the Fourth Hokage then you and Naori are to incapacitate him with your Genjutsu and bring him to the hideout." Fugaku stated.

"Understood." Both Itachi and Naori said at the same time.

"Good. Do either of you have any questions you would like to ask?" Fugaku asked Itachi and Naori.

"No." They said simultaneously.

"Alright then, in that case you are both dismissed." Fugaku informed the two.

Both Naori and Itachi got up and gave Fugaku a respectful bow before exiting the room.

(30 minutes later...)

"So this is where he comes to everyday?" Naori asked Itachi.

"Yes it is." Itachi answered.

"And how do you know he'll be here at the Konoha cemetery at this time.?" Naori asked Itachi again.

"Because Kakashi always had a bad habit of being late to ANBU missions. Curious about why he was always late Lord Fourth assigned me the task to trail Kakashi and follow him to see where he went to. I learnt that he comes here everyday and stares at the tombstones of his teammates everyday often for hours at a time." Itachi replied.

"I see. You are very observant Itachi." Naori complemented the Uchiha heir.

Itachi merely shrugged at Naori's compliment and jumped down from the tree that overlooked the various tombstones in the cemetery. Approaching the spot wher Kakashi stood Itachi tapped him on the shoulder to get his attention.

"Huh? Oh it's you Itachi." Kakashi muttered weakly not even paying any mind to Naori.

"Kakashi, I know this is not the best time, but I need to ask you a question." Itachi said to Kakashi.

"What is it?" Kakashi murmured.

"What I am about to tell you, do you promise to keep it a secret?" Itachi asked of Kakashi.

Itachi noticed that it was as if Kakashi tensed up at Itachi's question, no doubt suspicious of what he was about to ask him.

"Alright. I promise." Kakashi firmly said.

"The entire clan shall be permanently leaving the Hidden Leaf Village tonight. We have found another home that will be more accepting of us and will not judge us because of the actions of people who are no longer alive. Now Kakashi Hatake why exactly I have come to you is because we cannot leave any Sharingan behind in Konoha in fear of Danzo potentially getting access to it. I propose you this offer, would you like to join the Uchiha clan or not?" Itachi sternly asked Kakashi.

Kakashi remained silent for at least 10 seconds or so. Itachi and Naori were on high alert just in case he attempted to attack them or run away and inform the Fourth Hokage of their plans.

"No thanks...I'll stay here. Konoha is my home and I cannot simply just abandon it and all of it's people." Kakashi answered softly.

Unfortunately for the copy cat ninja Itachi and Naori had orders to bring him to the hideout whether he liked it or not.

"I am sorry Kakashi, but whether you like it or not you're coming with us." Itachi stated, confusing Kakashi.

"Huh? What do you-" Kakashi was ensnared by Itachi's genjutsu before he could finish his words. Kakashi crumpled onto the ground.

"Naori? Is your genjutsu still active? Did anybody see that?" Itachi calmly asked the elder Uchiha.

"No. My genjutsu is still active." Naori assured Itachi.

"Good." Itachi uttered out as he looked at Kakashi's unconscious form before picking him up gracefully.

"I am sorry Kakashi. But we cannot allow you stay here within Danzo's grasp." Itachi silently apologised to the copy nin as he and Naori hastily left the Konoha cemetery.

Unfortunately for the two Uchiha, there was an unforeseen witness who watched everything transpire from afar. It was a certain Prideful Green Beat of Konoha who was in complete disbelief at what he had just witnessed.

(Several hours later...)

Night time had finally arrived in the Hidden Leaf Village to the relief and delight of the entire Uchiha clan. The entire clan eagerly waited inside of the hideout for Shisui and his allies to arrive.

Itachi and Naori quietly stood guard outside of the hideout in case any enemies where to try and foolishly attack the clan.

Itachi gazed up at the night sky. A few stars dotted the sky and there was a full moon tonight, whose light was bright to partially illuminate the darkened surroundings.

"It sure is beautiful tonight huh Itachi?" Naori spoke up, slightly starting the Uchiha heir.

"It sure is Naori..." Itachi sheepishly answered.

"About earlier...I'm sorry we had to do that to Kakashi." Naori apologised.

"No need to apologise Naori. I understand completely. I just hope that Kakashi will understand." Itachi truthfully told Naori.

"But you remember what Shisui said? About those 'mamono'?" Naori asked him.

"Yes I do. Why you ask?"

"He told us that they only desire a husband at the end of the day. So maybe one of these mamono could perhaps help Kakashi move on from his trauma of the death of his father and team-mates." Naori explained.

"That is highly plausible. Only problem is if he is willing to accept them." Itachi remarked somewhat pessimistically.

"Hmm yes, there is also that." Naori added.

Silence again befell the exterior of the Uchiha hideout. A soft breeze had now began gently blowing.

Itachi and Naori noticed a whirlwind of leaves spin in a tornado like fashion to their immediate left, and once said whirlwind disappeared it revealed none other than Shisui Uchiha accompanied by that one long eared woman and various other individuals Itachi did not recognise.

"Kept you waiting huh?" Shisui playfully asked his best friend.

"Not really. You're actually on time." Naori stated.

"Shisui. Who are those women with you? And who is that man?" Itachi asked.

"These guys? These two ladies are Sariel and Aldana." Shisui said as he gestered towards the Angel and Valkyrie.

"Guys, this is my best friend Itachi Uchiha." Shisui introduced the ex-angels to Itachi.

"A pleasure to meet you Itachi." Sariel greeted the Uchiha heir.

"It is lovely to meet you Itachi Uchiha." Aldana said as well.

"Likewise." Itachi said as he shook both of their hands.

"Shisui. Who is this man if I may ask?" Itachi asked Shisui as he noticed a man with long brown hair standing besides.

"The name is Nawaki. Nawaki Senju." Nawaki introduced himself as he offered a handshake to Itachi.

"Senju? I thought the Senju were an extinct clan minus Lady Tsunade. Our clans were historical enemies. Why would you want to help the Uchiha?" Itachi asked Nawaki, baffled at why he was offering assistance to the Uchiha.

"You are most correct my boy. Our clans were in the past historical enemies. But I want to change that. I simply wish to follow in the footsteps of my grandfather Hashirama Senju in bringing peace between the Senju and Uchiha." Nawaki informed Itachi.

"Hashirama Senju? You are the grandson of the Hashirama Senju?" Itachi asked in pure disbelief that the grandson of the god of shinobi stood before him.

"Yep. You got that right my boy. I'm also the sister of Tsunade." Nawaki told Itachi.

"Unbelievable..." Itachi muttered out.

"I'll tell you all in good time once everyone is safe and sound. Now let's head inside shall we?" Nawaki suggested to everyone outside.

The group agreed in silent unanimity to head inside the hideout, where every single Uchiha man, woman and child waited anxiously.

Sitting on his throne that overlooked the entire hideout was Fugaku Uchiha. Standing beside him was his wife Mikoto holding the hand of their son Sasuke.

"Mama look! It's Shisui! Shisui is here! And he is here with his girlfriend as well!" Sasuke yelled at the top of lungs to his mother.

"Yes Sasuke, that is Shisui and his uh...girlfriend." Mikoto calmly told her son.

Fugaku smirked ever so slightly and stood up. He had announced to the clan beforehand that they were to have one last clan meeting before Operation Exodus began. Fugaku cleared his throat and began to speak to the entire clan.

"Good evening. Today is a day of great importance that will go down as one of the most important dates in our clans history. For too long the Uchiha clan had been unfairly discriminated against by the Senju influenced government of Konoha. At first we desired to launch a coup d'etat to overthrow said government and put ourselves in power. Thankfully Shisui here showed us the truth that said plan was deemed foolish and nigh impossible due to the possibilities of all the other clans still loyal to Konoha teaming up to eliminate us and of course the possibility of igniting another world war. We cannot thank Shisui enough for showing us that there was another less bloody solution to our current predicament. All of you, I advise you all to be on your utmost guard in case the ANBU or worse, Danzo and his goons ambush us and prevent us from leaving peacefully." Fugaku wisely told and advised of his clan.

"Before we leave, I need to ask, Shisui, are you shinobi allies here?" Fugaku asked and almost on cue, various puffs of smoke emerged around Shisui and his allies. The smoke dissapeared to show ten kunoichi standing near Shisui.

"We are here at your service Lord Fugaku." The leader of the group of kunoichi stated.

"Excellent. Let us begin Operation Exodus. LONG LIVE THE UCHIHA!" Fugaku passionately exclaimed.

"LONG LIVE THE UCHIHA!" The Uchiha below chanted in unison.

Fugaku smiled proudly at his clansmen and clanswomen below. Today was a day that they would take destiny into their own hands and finally be the masters of their own future.

The Uchiha clan were ever grateful for the scrolls that allowed them to seal various objects inside of them, as it enabled them to transport all of their possessions with extreme ease.

Fifteen minutes into Operation Exodus and it was quiet for now. The women and the children of the Uchiha clan walked in a line guarded on all sides by the men and Shisui's allies. To decrease the possibility of getting caught the Uchiha clan had to walk through the forest without any torches, with the only light coming from the full moon that partially illuminated their path.

Sasuke on the other hand could barely contain his excitement, and was walking with a skip in his step.

"Sasuke please calm down. I know you are excited about making new friends but you will be spotted if you continue to do that." His mother frantically warned him.

"Ok mom." Sasuke said in a slightly defeated tone.

Right behind Sasuke and his mother were Itachi and Shisui.

"Shisui...we're...we're actually going to do it. In a few short minutes all of this...our lives...they will be changed..." Itachi muttered out.

"For the better." Shisui finsihed his friend's sentence.

"Yes...for the better." Itachi echoed Shisui's words.

The entire clan continued to walk for another ten minutes until they all spotted a bright white light in the distance.

"Is that the portal you speak of?" Fugaku asked the leader of the kunoichi group.

"Yes it is Lord Fuagku." The kunoichi leader confirmed.

"Unbelievable..." Fuagku muttered out as he breifly became entranced by the portal.

Snapping back to reality, he ordered the entire clan that the women and children were to enter first with the men protecting them as they did so.

"Leaving so soon are we?" A sneering voice called out the departing Uchihas. It was a voice Shisui had hope to never have to hear again. That voice belonging to-

"Danzo." Shisui spat out.

"What? How did he find out?" Itachi asked rhetorically."

Standing in the way between the portal was none other than Danzo Shimura and accompanying him where his ROOT members and two individuals wearing black cloaks with red clouds. One was a man in a white mask and the other was.

"No way...that's Sasori of the Red Sand." Tekka exclaimed.

"But what is he doing here?" Inabi asked.

"You really think I wouldn't notice you and your little clan leaving Fuagku? The ANBU along with ROOT had been spying you traitorous Uchiha since the nine tails attack seven years ago and when my ROOT reported to me that the Uchiha compound had become a ghost-town overnight I knew it was too suspicious to ignore." Danzo explained.

"And you Itachi. I expected better of you than to side with your traitorous clansmen. It does not matter, I should have known an Uchiha such as yourself would have no true loyalty to the Hidden Leaf Village." Danzo snidely remarked, earning Itachi's scorn.

"And what's this? A ghost that had risen from the dead? Or perhaps you had faked your death? I see you have both your eyes Shisui. Perhaps that explains why your eye I had stolen had ceased working shortly after your disappearance." Danzo commented.

"Y-you bastard! Let us go! The Uchiha clan no longer desires to enact the Coup d'etat! We only want to leave the Hidden Leaf Village and live peaceful lives elsewhere!" Shisui passionately and firmly explained to Danzo.

Shisui's plea fell on deaf ears as Danzo merely smirked in response.

"I cannot allow the Sharingan to leave the village. It is a dojutsu that belongs to the Hidden Leaf Village and I shall do everything in my power to ensure it stays as such." Danzo coldly replied.

"By that you mean that you will kill us all if we refuse to comply with your demands?" Fugaku angrily asked Danzo.

"Precisely." Danzo smugly said.

"Well then..in that case we will not back down so easily Danzo. You will have to kill every single of one of us if you want to stop us from leaving." Fugaku stubbornly admitted as faster than the eye could blink he teleported to Danzo's location and began a battle to determine the fate of the Uchiha.

"Shisui! Itachi! I will protect Mikoto and Sasuke!" Ghilanna informed the two Uchiha.

"Understood." They both said in unison as they unsheathed their swords and activated their Sharingan, anticipating a long and grueling battle.

"Forgetting about someone?" A sinister chilly voice whispered right behind Shisui. Shisui immediately jumped forward 5 feet in front of him to see a particular individual. There was without a doubt it was the same man he last encountered the night he had murdered Wilmarina's father as he wore his signature white mask, with the only difference being he now wore a black cloak adorned with red clouds.

"Remember me?" Nullus asked Shisui.

"Yes. The masked man who murdered all those innocents. What are you doing here?" Shisui harshly asked Nullus.

"Simple. I had noticed a colony of cockroaches that were attempting to infest my world, so I am doing what is right by exterminating them here and now. I cannot allow any more vile, warmongering humans undeserving of the mamono attempt to enter it." Nullus explained himself.

"You...I remember what you had said about humans when we first met. Calling them trash and monsters, and that we would only be capable of war. You are human yourself right?" Shisui asked Nullus, who replied with a simple yes.

"Then why do you hate humans so much if you too are human? If you say all humans are trash then doesn't mean by your own logic you are trash as well?" Shisui asked Nullus.

Nullus chuckled at Shisui's analysis, before answering him.

"You're right Shisui. For all the mamono I killed when I was still a part of the Order I am trash and I do deserve to die for that. But..." Nullus monologued as he unsheathed a sword of his own.

"I am not going to die yet until I have avenged all of the mamono that were unjustly killed!" Nullus declared as he charged at Shisui with killing intent.

Shisui parried his blade and a furious dance of blades ensured between the two. Their battle would began and become one of the many that most of the Uchiha clan members were engaged in.

Naori on the other hand was engaged in combat with Sasori of the Red Sand. The two appeared to be at a deadlock and neither could fatally harm the other.

"You (pant) really do live up to your reputation (pant) Sasori of the Red Sand." Naori acknowledged Sasori.

"Likewise. For Uchiha scum you're proving much more difficult to kill I anticipated." Sasori bitterly remarked.

Naori continued to pant as she rested on leg to regain some much needed energy.

"Time to finish you off once and for all. Iron Sand Unleash!" Sasori screamed as a large block of Iron sand rushed towards Naori's location.

Naori's eyes widened at the gigantic Iron sand rushing towards her, she did not have enough chakra for either a fire ball or substitution jutsu. So she did the only thing she could do now.

Dodge.

And the she did, albeit barely. For a moment Naori sighed in relief at having dodged Sasori's attack that without a doubt would have proven fatal to her had she not dodged it.

Unfortunately for Naori Sasori tugged on his chakra strings and with doing that made various poles of the Iron sand shoot out in all directions. This was an attack she could not have hoped to dodge and although she did not want to use it just yet she had to resort to her trump card.

Sasori smirked in victory, he had finally gotten the Uchiha scum and she would now become just another puppet in his massive collection.

Until he saw that Naori was unharmed and instead protected by a dark purple ribcage surrounding her.

"Impossible! I had you! How did you survive my ultimate attack!?" Sasori angrily asked Naori.

"You underestimate the Uchiha Sasori. The Susano'o is an ultimate defense you cannot hope to ever penetrate." Naori confidently declared.

"No matter. I'll just another means to end your miserable existence!" Sasori declared as he resumed his battle with Naori.

Faster than even the trained eye could see Naori's Incomplete Susano'o threw four dark purple chakra shurikens held toghether by a thread towards Sasori's direction. Eyes wide like a dear in headlights Sasori attempted to dodge these charka shuriken but found that their speed was that of which he had never seen before.

The beads completely tore through his Third Kazekage puppet as if it were paper mache and landed a critical hit on his upper right body with said chakra shuriken explloding violently upon contact.

"This is the power of the Yasaka Magatama Sasori." Naori calmly stated to the unconscious puppet master whose entire right side was completely obliterated.

Back with Nullus and Shisui the two were still engaged in an intense swordfight. Neither was willing to forfeit to the other. In the ensuring deadlock Shisui had noticed an opening left by Nullus and had kicked him squarely in the chest, causing the masked avenger to break his sword stalemate with Shisui and clench his stomach in pain.

Again faster than the untrained eye could not see, Shisui did the handsigns for the signature jutsu of his clan.

"Fire Style! Fire Ball Jutsu!" Shisui cried out as a massive ball of fire emerged from his mouth and engulfed the area in front of him where Nullus had been.

"Try again." Nullus' voice was heard above Shisui as his blade descended from the sky and would have struck the young Uchiha had it not been for his Sharingan enhanced reflexes.

Another dance of blades ensued, albeit they were slower this time around; Shisui noticed that Nullus was indeed getting tired as his strikes became sloppier and easier to dodge.

Eventually Shisui had managed to cut Nullus, leaving a deep gash on his right arm whilst smirking in victory.

"Dammit. Why won't you die?" Nullus angrily asked him.

"Because I too am fighting to protect those precious to me." Shisui answered.

"Don't make me laugh. You honestly think a filthy human life is worth dying for?" Nullus asked Shisui as he lunged at him ready to strike again until...

Clang

Itachi's blade had intercepted that of Nullus.

"Shisui. Go help my father take down Danzo. I'll keep him distracted." Itachi told Shisui.

"Gotcha. Thanks Itachi." Shisui thanked his best friend as he made his way towards Fugaku and Danzo.

"So you're the famous Itachi Uchiha I've heard about?" Nullus asked Itachi in a sarcastic tone.

"Yes I am." Itachi answered as he parried away Nullus' sword.

"And what of it?" Itachi asked the masked vigilante.

"Nothing really. I just want to savour the moment I kill you along with the rest of your pathetic clan." Nullus snarkily answered.

"Bring it." Itachi said defiantly as he and Nullus engaged each other once more. Itachi activated his Mangekyo Sharingan in an attempt to capture this man in his Tsukuyomi but noticed that he was too fast for even his own eyes.

Itachi's mind: (Dammit! Why can't I see him?)

"Not so fast." Nawaki's voice called out. Itachi looked behind him to see that the masked man's fist was about to make contact with his face had Nawaki not intercepted him in time.

"Damn you! I'll send you to the grave along with the rest of your clan!" Nullus spat out.

"That won't be happening. The only thing that will be happening however is me handing you over to the Demon Lord to answer for your crimes." Nawaki told Nullus.

"You...you think that after everything you humans have did, that I am in the wrong for rightfully ridding you parasites off the face of the earth?" Nullus asked Nawaki in a low and dangerous tone that seethed with murderous intent.

Violently breaking free from Nawaki's grip Nullus stared at the duo with a death glare before shortly speaking again.

"No...what I am doing is something that is long overdue. I will kill every single human man, woman and child..." Nullus lamented as he crouched down on the ground.

"TENDRIL BARRAGE DEVASTATOR!" Nullus screamed out as various black appendages shot out from his back in all directions.

With his quick thinking Nawaki encased both himself and Itachi inside of a wood golem to protect from Nullus' attack.

Nullus' attacked had ironically only hit Danzo's ROOT, indirectly helping the Uchiha. Noticing this he scowled in irritation until he saw Sasori's unconsious form.

Nullus's mind: (Dammit, if Sasori has already been defeated then this battle is already lost. Hopefully me and Sasori should have bought Obito more than enough time to kidnap Minato's brat.)

Scanning his surrounds, Nullus noticed that with Sasori unconscious it would be suicidal to continue fighting against the Uchiha clan especially after his ultimate technique killed most of Danzo's ROOT.

Getting up from the ground Nullus teleported towards Sasori's location and placed the puppet master over his shoulder.

"Enjoy your little victory while you still can, for next time you won't be as lucky." Nullus told Itachi and Nawaki as he teleported back to the Akatsuki's hideout.

Meanwhile Shisui had in less than a second arrived to the battle of Fugaku and Danzo and upon doing so, landed a swift kick to the head of an unsuspecting Danzo, giving Fugaku a brief window to hit him with a Fire Ball jutsu head on.

Instead of getting burnt to a crisp as expected, it was as if Danzo had somehow managed to teleport away from the fire ball.

Shisui's mind: (How did he dodge that? Lord Fugaku had him within his radius!)

To Shisui's horror, Danzo had reappeared right behind Fugaku.

"Lord Fuagku! Behind you!" Shisui warned the Uchiha clan leader, who thankfully heard Shisui's warning in time and intercepted Danzo's attack.

"Heh...Stubborn as always...even in the face of death...huh Fugaku?" Danzo asked him in an exhasparated voice.

"No. It will be you who will be dying today" Fugaku stated as he lunged at Danzo again.

Just as he was about to grab Danzo with his bare hands he disappeared again.

"This is the end of the road for you Fugaku." Danzo said triumphantly as he was about to stab Fugaku through the heart with his sword.

"No!" Shisui cried out and in an attempt to save the Uchiha clan leader, attacked Danzo by kicking him in the chest, which should have sent him flying a good distance away.

Only except that did not happen.

Yet again Danzo would somehow teleport in front of Shisui and before he could even react, had incapacitated him with various strikes to his chakra points.

"This is the power of Izanagi. It is destiny that I will be the one to ensure that the Leaf remains dominant and that all of her parasites poisoning her are to be eliminated." Danzo arrogantly stated as he held up Shisui by his hair.

"Your eye is too precious to lose Shisui. That is why it will be safe with me." Danzo added as he prepared to take the young Uchiha's eye again until...

"Arraarragghh!" Danzo's scream pierced into the night. A short blade belonging to none other than Inabi Uchiha was firmly embedded into the right side of his abdomen.

"When you mess with one Uchiha, you mess with all of us." Inabi darkly reminded Danzo he pushed the blade in even deeper.

Danzo's mind: (Impossible...I should still be able to use Izanagi...why can't I use it now unless...(chuckle) of course...I already used Izanagi in all of my eyes fighting Fugaku and Shisui...)

Slash Slash Slash

Three more swords belonging to Tekka, Yashiro and Fugaku all pierced Danzo simultaneously, causing the village elder to cough even more blood and bringing him ever so closer to death's door.

A final swooshing sound whisked through the night air of the leaf forest as Danzo's head fell of his body and landed on the ground with a soft thud. When Danzo's head fell down on the ground Shisui saw that it was none other than Itachi who had delivered the final killing blow to end Danzo's life.

"That bastard is finally dead..." Inabi muttered out.

"We're finally...we're finally free of his tyranny." Tekka commented.

"Itachi...everyone...you saved my life...thank you." Shisui thanked in an exasperated voice.

"Us Uchiha look out for each other, no need to thank us." Itachi told Shisui as he helped him back up on his feet.

Ghilanna had finally shown up and upon seeing Shisui in a banged up state instinctively hugged him tight.

"Shisui I thought that Danzo man was about to kill you. Oh please don't every worry me like that every again!" Ghilanna tearfully told Shisui.

Meanwhile Yashiro and Fugaku were chuckling at the scenario before them.

"Young love is sure a beautiful thing." Fugaku playfully commented, causing both Shisui and Ghilanna to turn red in embarrassment.

"Inabi look. Shisui's finally got his own girlfriend now." Tekka teasingly said, earning a chuckle from Inabi and and even redder face from Shisui.

"It's not like that I swear!" Shisui tried to explain himself to his fellow Uchiha.

"Just what in the world happened here?" A foreign voice now spoke up, causing all of the Uchiha to turn their heads to see that it was none other than-

"Lord Fourth?" Itachi said.

"How is he here?" Inabi asked.

"Guy. Is this the suspicious behaviour you were talking about?" Fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze asked one of his most trusted Jonin Might Guy.

"Absolutely Lord Fourth! I knew something was fishy when approaching the Konoha cemetery and saw Itachi carrying Kakashi on his shoulder with some purple haired woman." Guy dramatically answered Minato.

All this time Nullus had made a silent getaway once he saw Danzo had been killed and hid in the trees to watch to ensuring battle. But once he had seen the Fourth Hokage he knew it was time to wrap up their mission and retreat.

"Sasori! Our business here is finished! We're leaving now!" Nullus announced to Sasori, who until now had still been enaged in combat with Naori.

"Tchh. Fine. Let's go." Sasori begrudgingly answered.

"You there! Who are you?" Minato asked Nullus upon noticing his presence.

"Nobody important to you Minato." Nullus cheekily answered as he teleported himself and Sasori away from the scene.

"Fugaku. What is the meaning of this? Why is Danzo dead? And where is Kakashi?" Minato sternly asked.

"Kakashi is gone with us to a world where he can fully heal from his trauma." Nawaki spoke up, suprising everyone because they had all forgotten he was even there.

Minato quickly turned his attention to Nawaki. He analysed him and the first thing he noticed was hit Konoha forehead protector. He is not an enemy at least Minato thought, but him being here made no sense however.

"You there. If you are a shinobi of the Hidden Leaf Village what are you doing here? And why did you not inform us of this sooner?" Minato asked Nawaki.

"Because according to your database I'm a dead man, or should I say boy." Nawaki cheekily answered.

"What are you getting at?" Minato asked Nawaki.

"Minato my friend. Has it been that long that you don't even recognise your own friend. It's me Nawaki." Nawaki explained

Minato was shellshocked at Nawaki's revelation. When he analysed him further it was without a doubt his childhood friend Nawaki Senju. But Nawaki died over 20 years ago as a young child and yet he was standing in front of him as a grown man, how?

"Nawaki...but how? You died over 20 years ago, I even attended your funeral, I consoled Lady Tsunade when they lowered your casket. How did you survive?" Minato asked.

"I didn't believe it or not. I really did die. It was only through the grace of the mamono that they ressurected me from the dead and brought me back to life." Nawaki explained to Minato.

"Mamono?" Minato uttered out, the word completely foreign to him.

"It is a long story my friend. But to summarise as best I can they are an all female race of humanoid beings whose only desire is to love, cherish and protect the humans under their care." Nawaki elaborated.

Minato stroked his chin, as children Nawaki was a very honest and trustworthy individual. He never lied not even once. Minato chuckled and conceded, if Nawaki is personally vouching for these 'mamono' then he was without a doubt telling him the truth.

"Alright Nawaki. If you personally vouch for these mamono I shall as well." Minato announced, ushering in a sigh of relief for the Uchihas and Nawaki.

"And what about the Uchihas? Will they be allowed to pass through that portal behind you and your men?" Nawaki asked Minato.

Minato looked behind him to see what portal Nawaki was talking about and upon doing so did indeed see that there was a circular portal shimmering like water behind him. A white ring of light encircled the portal that was bright enough to illuminate the nearby area.

"Under normal circumstances I would decline your request. But since Danzo went against my orders of attacking the Uchiha when I explicitly ordered him not to and secretly continuing to operate ROOT despite said organisation being banned shortly after the nine tails attack, he along with ROOT are hereby branded as traitors to the village. For eliminating Danzo I shall grant the entire Uchiha clan a pardon and allow them to leave the Hidden Leaf Village if that is what they desire." Minato answered.

Fugaku now stepped forward, and even he couldn't hide his excitement and relief that after this grueling night, everything would finally change for the better for himself, his family and his clan. Clearing his throat, he prepared to speak.

"Lord Fourth. On behalf of the Uchiha clan I personally offer you my thanks for your generosity."

"It is my pleasure Fugaku. If you-" A sudden cry from the nearby Might Guy interrputed Minato.

"Lord Fourth please! If Kakashi is to with the Uchiha clan through that portal please allow me to leave with them as well so that I may watch over Kakashi!" Guy dropped to his knees and begged Minato.

Minato was in complete shock as Guy's antics, it had never ceased to amaze him whenever he acted dramatically like this. Even the nearby Uchiha clan could not believe their eyes at what they were seeing.

"Is that man mentally challenged?" Inabi asked his nearby friend Tekka.

"Honestly I believe so. How someone like him became a Jonin is beyond me." Tekka commented.

"Alright Guy. I shall allow you leave with the Uchiha clan, that is, if Fugaku allows you to do so." Minato answered Guy.

Guy comically ran up to Fugaku and was again on his knees pleading.

"Lord Fugaku! Please allow me to leave with the Uchihas so that I my watch over Kakashi!" Guy now pleaded with the Uchiha clan leader, who was less than pleased with Guy's behaviour.

"If it gets to stop sobbing by my feet you may join us." Fugaku irritably said.

"Oh thank you thank you Lord Fugaku!" Guy thanked Fugaku as he bowed to the Uchiha clan leader multiple times in quick succession.

Fugaku's mind: (To think a moronic individual such as himself bested Obito in the Chunin Exams is beyond me)

Guy wiped the tears on his face and stood up.

"Where is Kakashi?" Guy asked out aloud.

"I have him." A mamono kunoichi answered as she appeared in front of Guy carrying the unconscious Kakashi over her shoulder.

"Please let me carry him!" Guy screamed/asked, starting the kunoichi/

"Ah sure, here you go." The kunoichi said meekly as he handed Kakashi to Guy.

"Alrighty then! Let us go to a newer and grander world!" Guy declared for everyone to hear and without warning sprinted into the portal with Kakashi on his shoulder.

"That man is a rather peculiar individual Shisui." Ghilanna commented.

"Yeah he is. You'll get used to it after a while though." Shisui answered Ghilanna.

Minato offered his condolences to the Uchiha clan in their future endeavors, and with that teleported away from the area.

"Alright everyone. Let us all finally head through the portal." Fugaku announced. Mikoto and Sasuke where the first to walk up to the portal,

"Woohoo! We're going to another world, we're going to another world!" Sasuke jovially chanted whilst holding his mother's hand. Sasuke touched the portal and immediately made a comical disgusted face.

"Eeeew! It feels all watery!" He complained.

"Come on Sasuke, let's go." His mother instructed him to do and with a brief flash of light, walked through the portal to the other side. For the next ten minutes all of the Uchiha women, children and most of the men walked through the portal until it was only Fugaku, Itachi and Shisui that were still yet to enter the portal.

"You go first Shisui. After all it's thanks to you that the clan is still alive." Itachi told his friend.

"You sure? You are younger than me, and it would be rude to let the youngest one enter last." Shisui teased Itachi, who chucked in response.

"Smartass." Itachi jokingly answered as he entered the portal, leaving only Fugaku and Shisui left to enter it.

"Lord Fugaku..." Shisui muttered out.

"Go Shisui. As clan head I shall not enter the portal until all the Uchiha had entered it first." Fugaku firmly told Shisui.

Shisui nodded in compliance and without any further due finally entered the portal.

Fugaku was now the last one to enter. He touched the portal with his right hand. The portal felt like water and it emitted a few particles of light upon his touch.

Fugaku looked back at the Hidden Leaf Village one final time. So many memories, both good and bad, had been made their. But he knew that it was now impossible for him and his clan to stay there any longer due to what had transpired tonight.

Looking at the portal with renewed determination Fugaku stepped into it. With Fugaku's entry into the portal the Uchiha clan were no longer officially a clan and residents of the Hidden Leaf Village. Shortly after Fugaku had entered the portal that linked the two worlds it closed shut for good.

A/N: Since I was unsatisfied with how short Nullus and Itachi's fight was, I added in some more scenes to make it more well rounded and to explain how Nullus and Sasori just dissapeared once the POV switched back to Shisui's one.
