Mama Mirajane-35

"C'mon people we need to get this altar set up as fast as possible." Makarov shouted to the people working on putting the wedding altar together.

"Master, are you sure we have to have this done by tomorrow?" Macao asked putting the altar flowers on the top.

"Yes and it has to be perfect, otherwise it'll all be for nothing." Makarov exclaimed.

"Where are Mirajane, Elfman, and Lisanna? Still sleeping off their hangovers from last night's party in celebrating Lisanna's return?" Wakaba asked.

"They're actually going to visit my grandparents. Scythe decided it was finally time they got to see one another again." Miia said.

"Why aren't you going?"

"I'm not in the mood, to get my cheeks pinched by my grandmother today." Miia exclaimed, tying one end of a string of flowers to the altar.

~Celestial Armory~

The halls of the armory were dark when the light of several people entering it, brightened up the place. Scythe stood in a circle with his mom, his aunt Lisanna, uncle Elfman, and Wendy. Before they all let go of each other's hands, and turned around to look at the armory.

"So, this is where you store your weapons and other stuff?" Elfman asked. "It looks more like the inside of a mansion than an armory."

"Well, it was designed to be both a living space and an armory. So I guess you could say that it's a multipurpose place." Scythe smiled.

"Scythe, is that you?" Rin's voice called out from down the hall, taking the three of them by surprise. "I wanted to say job well done on the fight against the homunculi in Edolas, and that I'm proud of you for not letting the stone corrupt your soul. Your grandfather and I have something to ask of… you…"

Rin stopped when she walked into view, and looked up from the book she had been reading, before it fell to the ground.

"Mom?" Mira asked looking at her in surprise. "You… you look a lot younger than I remember you were when you died."

"Mira, Elfman, Lisanna…" Rin said approaching them, before she smiled and began to cry tears of joy. "Oh my darling children, I'm so happy you're here."

Rin brought them all in for a group hug, while Scythe and Wendy just stood back, and watched the happy family reunion, before they each felt a hand on their shoulders, and looked back to see Shirou standing behind them, with his arms around them.

"Come on you two, you're family as well. Get in there." He said with a smile, pushing them along as the three of them joined the group hug.

After the hug and emotional stuff ended, everyone sat down in the common room, with a cup of tea.

"It's really surprising to see that you're still alive, and have been living here this whole time." Mira said.

"We apologize, but we weren't able to come anywhere near Earthland until there was another Celestial Knight who could access the armory." Rin said. "If we were able to leave any time before then, I swear we would have come to save you after you were kidnapped."

"It's fine. I'm not mad at you." Mira smiled, happy to know her parents still cared about her. "Now, what is this thing you were wanting to ask Scythe about?"

"Ah yes that." Shirou said. "You see… We've got a proposition for him."

"Oh, this I gotta hear." Scythe said putting his cup down.

"You see Scythe, a Celestial Knight's job isn't just in the world he lives in." Rin said. "As you know, the Celestial Armory is a place that resides between realms. All sorts of different worlds in fact. Many of these worlds are the same in a variety of ways, but they still retain their differences. The Celestial Armory is the base of operations to what you could consider, intergalactic law enforcement."

"When Rin and I lost our mortal bodies in Earthland, we lost our ability to travel to other worlds until, like Rin said, another Celestial Knight could be named. We've been doing our best to catch up with all the backed up work we've missed. But the more we do, the more that comes." Shirou exclaimed.

"So, you're wanting me, to take on some of the work." Scythe said understanding what Shirou was saying.

"Yes, we are." Rin exclaimed. "Of course you're gonna have to choose a partner who can support you in this."

"I can be his partner." Wendy said. "I mean, we're getting married tomorrow so, and we're already forming our own duo team at the guild, so why don't we just team up for this to?"

"That could work, though you'd have to be knighted as a Celestial Knight by the Celestial Spirit King, or someone else with cosmic powers." Shirou exclaimed.

"Like, Lucifer Morningstar?" Scythe asked.

"Well he is the devil, so I guess that could work." Rin said.

"Hold up, are some of these jobs going to be dangerous?" Mira asked.

"They almost always are sweetie." Rin said. "But you know as well as I do, that Scythe and Wendy can take care of themselves in a fight."

"An' there's an upside to it as well." Shirou said. "If the fight becomes too much for them to handle, they're automatically brought back to the Celestial Armory for recuperation and healing. Unfortunately, it'll also mean, getting their hands dirty sometimes."

"Well, we'll have to think on it." Scythe said. "I like the proposition but, the getting my hands dirty part is almost a deal breaker."

"Of course." Rin said. "We wouldn't offer you this if we thought you were going to take it lightly and accept it on the spot. Give it a couple days, and let us know before your honeymoon starts. Then, once it ends, we'll have your first job ready for you."

"All right, we'll think about it." Scythe said. "Now if you'll excuse me, Wendy can't spend the night with me on the day before the wedding, so Rarity and Lucifer have offered to let her spend the night."

"Shouldn't we be getting to the rehearsal dinner?" Wendy inquired.

"Yeah, I think we should be." Scythe said. "Grandma, Grandpa, you're more than welcome to accompany us, you are on the guest list for the actual wedding after all."

"I thought the wedding wasn't for another month?" Shirou asked.

"Master decided to have our wedding tomorrow during the full moon, after Lisanna returned from Edolas." Scythe explained.

"Of course we'd be more than happy to join you." Rin smiled. "But Scythe, could we talk to you for a moment in private?"

"Sure." Scythe said, sounding a bit confused as he followed them.

Once they were out of earshot of the others, they turned to him, with smiles on their faces.

"What's this about?" Scythe inquired.

"We wanted to give you this." Shirou said, giving Scythe a box.

Scythe opened the box and inside was a ring with a ruby rose bud shaped gem with lines carved in to make it look like it was made of petals, with emerald around the bud as leaves, and the ring part covered in sapphire petals.

"This is the ring Shirou used to propose to me. It cost him every jewel he had in his personal account." Rin exclaimed. "We want you to put it on Wendy's finger tomorrow."

"But, shouldn't you give this to mom?" Scythe asked.

"We already cleared it with her while you went to make the tea. She's fine with the fact that she might not get married because she had you and Miia, so she said to give it to you to use at your wedding." Shirou said.

"I… wow I don't know what to say." Scythe exclaimed.

"Just be sure to take good care of it." Rin smiled.

"I'll do my best."

~Rarity and Lucifer's Place after the Rehearsal Dinner~

"Can't sleep Darling?" Rarity asked coming in and checking up on Wendy in their guest bedroom, seeing that Wendy was still wide awake. The young blue haired Dragonslayer was sitting up in the bed, with her knees pulled in to her chest.

"No. I'm just nervous about tomorrow." Wendy said.

"Wedding day jitters?" Rarity asked, sitting on the bed. "I had them the night before my wedding day to."

"I just… what if Scythe isn't at the altar when I come down the aisle?" Wendy questioned.

"Wendy, I can guarantee you that he will be there." Rarity smiled softly. "Let me ask you, what did Scythe do, when Faust was about to use that monster to crush you to death?"

"Well, he moved faster than I'd ever seen him move without his magic, and was even strong enough to destroy the cockpit of that mechanical monster." Wendy said.

"Child if he's willing to do that just to keep you safe, you can bet he'll be standing there at the altar tomorrow." Rarity smiled. "As for his best man, has he figured out who that's going to be yet?"

"Oh, he's having Iskandar be his best man, those two really do act a lot like brothers." Wendy smiled with a chuckle. "That's another thing I'm nervous about."

"What would 'that' be exactly?" Rarity asked.

"Shirou and Rin had asked Scythe if he wanted to join them on their job of putting an end to disasters they're backed up with. They said a Celestial Knight's duty extends far beyond the world they were born in." Wendy exclaimed. "Scythe's gonna need a partner. But he's skeptical about bringing me aboard."

"Well, if you were dubbed a Celestial Knight right here and now, he wouldn't have a choice, now would he?" Rarity asked.

"What are you saying?" Wendy questioned.

"Well, I know for a fact you'll try and follow your betrothed to any sort of danger that might befall him, just to keep him safe. But if Lucifer were to dub you a knight right now, then he wouldn't have any choice but to accept you as his partner in his Celestial Knight duties." Rarity said, a mischievous smile on her face.

"You want me to be knighted behind his back?" Wendy asked.

"It's up to you." Rarity said.

Wendy sat in bed pondering it over. She wanted to stay by Scythe's side, and keep him safe, but she also didn't want to go behind his back, the decision was hard on her, before she made up her mind.

"All right. Let's get me knighted." Wendy said, sounding confident.

"That a girl. An' I'll be sure to put together a couple of matching Celestial Knight, suits for you and him. Made with the finest materials Carousel Boutique and L. Morningstar, have to offer." Rarity smiled leaving the guest bedroom.

Meanwhile a few buildings away, upon a rooftop, a man was kneeling in front of the ledge, holding up a sniper rifle and looking through the scope, having a clear view of Wendy through her window.

"One shot, and he'll have one less attachment in the world." He said turning off the safety of his rifle. "One shot, and he'll be joining Demon's Heart, in search of revenge for the man who killed his loved one."

Right as he was about to pull the trigger, the sniper was kicked in the side of the head, and sent rolling to the wall on the edge of the roof. He looked up to see Scythe, standing there with his aunt Laura.

"Well, look who we have here." Laura smiled as Scythe grabbed the rifle, and turned on the safety before he unloaded all the rounds from the barrel. Once the gun was empty, Scythe send it to the Celestial Armory, before turning his full attention to the assassin. "You know I've been hunting down your bounty for quite some time, Jason Todd."

"So you know who I am, I'm flattered, really." Jason said picking himself up. "I know about you to, Laura Kinney." He exclaimed dusting off his hands. "What are you doing in town? Here for the bounty on my head."

"Yes and no." Laura said. "Yes I'm after your bounty, no not today as I had no idea you were even in Magnolia. I'm just here for my nephew's wedding tomorrow, my dad to. Scythe and I just caught a whiff of your scent and followed it to where we are now."

"Ah, the legendary bounty hunter, Wolverine. I've heard he's a ruthless killer, experienced it first hand, but somehow he still has his humanity." Jason said.

"Can't say the same about you, Lazarus Boy." Laura exclaimed.

"Of course you know the Demon's Heart used the Lazarus Pit to bring me back to life after your father killed me. So what? Are you gonna tell him I'm here, have him come and kill me again?" Jason asked.

"Me? No, I'm not the one who's gonna be fighting you, and neither is my old man. He's retired from the Bounty Hunting business." Laura said, stepping aside as Scythe rolled his shoulders. "He, on the other hand, is someone you wanna fear." She said pointing at Scythe.

"An' why is that?" Jason asked, before continuing mockingly. "Is he gonna burn me with his widdle flames, or maybe zap me with his static shocks? Please I'll kick his ass, and drag him back to Demon's Heart HQ before he even wakes up."

"Let's just say, John Wick is one hell of a teacher." Laura smiled, as Scythe went running for Jason, slamming his fist in his face. "You see right now…" Laura began to explain. "Scythe might look calm on the outside, but that's just a façade."

"What are you talking about?" Jason asked, bending backwards as he dodged another attack from Scythe while wiping the blood from his broken nose.

"You see Scythe isn't entirely human." Laura exclaimed. "Scythe is actually one third human, and one third dragon."

"Oh yeah? Our intel says he's only half human and half dragon." Jason exclaimed punching Scythe in the face.

"No you see that's where your, intel is wrong." Laura stated as Scythe flipped Jason over his shoulder. "Do you know what's required for using Satan's Soul Takeover?"

"An affinity for Takeover Magic, and a demon's soul to be absorbed by that sorcerer or sorceress." Jason said, rolling away, in time to avoid having his head crushed by Scythe.

"There's one more thing you need to have in order to use Satan's Soul Takeover." Laura said sitting on the ledge and examining her nails. "You need demon genes."

"What does that mean?" Jason questioned blocking and deflecting Scythe's punches.

"It means, you need the blood of a demon coursing through your veins. You need the DNA of a demon in your flesh, in your bone, in every cell of your body, you basically have to be part demon, otherwise the demon will be the one, to take over." Laura stated.

"What?" Jason questioned, as he caught Scythe's fists and pushed back against him.

"See, now here's the thing about him, and why his calm demeanor is just a façade." Laura said. "Scythe is beyond pissed. In fact I doubt he's even aware of the fight right now, you know why?"

"Because I bad mouthed you and your dad?" Jason asked looking to her, hoping that was the answer.

"Hehe, nope." Laura chuckled. "It's because you targeted his fiancé, and were about to put a bullet through her skull if we hadn't shown up. Now dragons alone, are very territorial of their mates, but demons, whoa that is one mess you do not want to get involved with. But if you put them together… you get what you're facing right now."

Jason turned from looking at Laura, to looking back at Scythe, and his eyes widened with fear, as they were burning red with flames seeping out of his right eye. In the next few seconds that took place, Jason was unaware of the world around him, until he felt three blades pierce his hands, causing him to scream in pain as the six blades shredded through his flesh and bone, before his screams were silenced as his head was sliced off his shoulders from the neck.

Laura quickly ran to Scythe and turned him around as his rage began to die down, and covered her blades in Jason's blood. She might have been a cold hearted bounty hunter, but she still had a soft spot for family, and certainly didn't want him to witness the aftermath of this.

"What… what happened?" Scythe asked, staggering as he turned around.

"It's done. Wendy is safe, and Jason is dead." Laura said, showing him her bloodied claws.

"I… I see." Scythe said. "I'm… I'm going to go home now."

"You do that, while I cash in this bounty." Laura exclaimed. 'Sorry kiddo, but I just don't want you to see this, not yet at least.'

~Cardia Cathedral: Next Morning~

It was a bright and shining morning as the bells of Cardia Cathedral rang throughout the city, signaling a new marriage about to be set in stone.

Scythe stood at his side of the altar, a bit of a nervous wreck, but also concerned about what had happened last night. He couldn't remember a thing about what happened after he had sent the sniper rifle to the Celestial Armory.

"Young Prince, stand up straight, here she comes." Iskandar said pulling Scythe from his thoughts.

Scythe looked towards the aisle and he was in awe, at what he was seeing.

Wendy, came slowly walking down the aisle, with her arm looped through Lucifer's, as he had a genuine smile on his face, looking happy to be the one to send her off.

Wendy was dressed in a wedding gown that fit her perfectly. The A-Line length of it gently brushed the ground with every step she took, with a white satin sash around her waist. The dress sparkled in the light filtering through the windows of the cathedral, as the ray gleamed off the gems sewn into the fabric. In her hair, she had a purple rose pinned to the right side of her hair, with a bouquet of red and blue roses in her free hand, and a sparkling vail over her face, with a confident smile showing that she wasn't afraid.

"Calm down young prince." Iskandar said, putting a hand on Scythe' shoulder to keep him from bouncing in place.

"I'm sorry I'm just… I don't know excited, nervous?"

"Everything will be all right. Though if we were having a wedding based off the cultures of my people, it'd be an unforgettable event." Iskandar said as Wendy and Lucifer came to the altar.

"Who gives this child?" Makarov asked, standing on a stool behind the podium.

"I give this child." Lucifer said before Wendy let go of his arm, and walked up the steps to the altar, standing across from Scythe. After Lucifer took his seat next to Rarity, the ceremony began.

"Friends, family, loved ones. We are gathered here today, for the union of these two souls, not just under draconic law, but also under human laws of marriage." Makarov said.

"Why do I get the feeling we might be in for a lecture when we're doing the meet and greet with our guests at the reception?" Scythe whispered.

"I feel the same way." Wendy whispered back blushing. "Not everyone knows, draconic weddings are just… the mate mark, and not actual mating."

"For whosoever believes these two should not be wed, speak now, or forever hold your peace." Makarov said. The aura Erza gave off from where she sat, told the crowd that if anyone spoke up, they were dead. "As there are no objections to this union, we will now begin with the vows."

That was Scythe's cue. "A-hem." He cleared his throat. "Wendy, I know that all this is sudden, and very nerve wracking to say the least. Even I was getting cold feet before the ceremony started, but I stayed, because you're too important to me, for that. You are my beauty, and I am your beast. Together with you by my side, there's nothing we can't do, or achieve, so long as we continue to hold and love one another. I swear to you, I'll be your shield, and I'll always do my best, to make sure you're safe."

Wendy smiled hearing him say those words, and if the crowd of gathered people were any indication, they were touched by what he said as well.

"Scythe… when we first met, on that burning ship, I thought my guardian angel had come to save me. But during that night, during our first date at the fairgrounds, I felt something spark, but I was afraid to admit it, because of the things I had been through. But you opened up my heart, you showed me it's okay to feel love, and to be cared for by someone else. I had built an armored wall around my heart, and you destroyed it, showing me love and happiness once again. So for as long as I live, I will make you happy, so long as I am by your side."

Her vows got the women crying, with some of the men to. It was an emotional day, one that would not easily be forgotten.

"May I have the rings?" Makarov asked.

Romeo came up with the wedding rings, and presented them to the bride and groom. Wendy gasped seeing the engagement ring, put on her finger before the wedding band. Scythe looked over his shoulder to see Shirou and Rin sitting next to Rarity and Lucifer, with the other member of his family around them. Both Shirou and Rin smiled, proud of him.

"Now with the union complete, I pronounce you, man and wife. You may kiss the bride." Makarov declared.

Scythe leaned in and gave Wendy a kiss, not a deep one as they were uncomfortable with showing that kind of affection in public, but it still showed his love for her nonetheless. After the kiss ended, Scythe and Wendy went down the steps of the altar and down the aisle, and out the doors. Sitting outside the cathedral at the base of the steps, was Scythe's motorcycle, with two helmets on the handles. Before Wendy followed Scythe onto the bike, she threw the bouquet up into the air, over the crowd before it landed in Miia's arms. When Mira saw that her daughter had been the one to catch the bouquet, she fainted at the idea of her second child getting married, and was caught by Elfman.

Laughing a bit at the scene, Wendy got on the bike, sitting sideways on it, before putting her helmet on and wrapping her arms around Scythe as he revved the bike.

"We'll see you all at the Reception." Scythe cheered as he drove off.

~Hours Later: Fairy Tail Guild Hall~

"Three cheers for the newlyweds." Makarov called out raising a mug.

The guildhall was alive with music, dancing, and celebrations, as all the members, and those who aren't part of the guild, but were invited to the wedding and reception, were all having the time of their lives.

"I second that." Iskandar said raising a scoop of wine from the barrel he brought.

"What is he drinking?" Wendy asked, sitting next to Scythe at the table they all shared.

"I have no clue. But the alcohol is so strong in that stuff it's burning my nose from here." Scythe said pinching his nose.

"This my friends, is wine fit for a king. The finest in all its creation. There's a barrel of it waiting for you back at your house, courtesy of me." Iskandar smiled.

"I'm pretty sure that stuff is so potent that I can get drunk." Scythe chuckled.

"So, are the two of you ready for your first mission after your Honeymoon?" Rin asked.

"What are you talking about?" Scythe inquired her.

"What you didn't know? Wendy was named a Celestial Knight, courtesy of Lucifer." Shirou smiled sipping from his mug.

"Mr. Emiya, it was supposed to be a surprise." Wendy grumped.

"Sorry, my bad." Shirou laughed. "An' please, call me gramps or grandpa, Mr. Emiya was my father."

"You were knighted? When?" Scythe asked, looking at Wendy.

"Last night. I wanted to stay by your side for these missions, so I agreed to have Lucifer knight me, since he does have cosmic power similar to the Celestial Spirit King's." Wendy said.

"Actually my power is greater than his." Lucifer said. "Since I am an angel, fallen or not, my ranking is still higher than his, thus my power is greater than his."

"Are you mad at me?" Wendy asked.

"Honestly, I'm a little upset you didn't talk with me about this first, but I'm happier about the fact we had the same thing in mind." Scythe smiled, bringing her in for a hug.

"Oh, it's so nice to see them like this." Mira gushed.

"Hey, where's Rarity?" Miia asked. "I haven't seen her since the ceremony."

"Wedding Receptions like this aren't really her thing. Reminds her of her friend's brother's wedding, which did not end well with a bunch of love hungry beasts crashing it." Lucifer said. "So, she sends her congratulations, and is working on the Celestial Knight outfits she promised Wendy."

"Why didn't we have matching outfits?" Rin asked.

"Because we were too busy to get them made." Shirou exclaimed. "Well, as fun as this has been, I'm afraid we can't remain in the world of the living for much longer. But before I got, you three take these."

Shirou handed a pendant to Elfman, Lisanna, and Mira, with the Fairy Tail crest on the center.

"They'll allow you to come visit us in the Celestial Armory any time you want." Shirou exclaimed.

"Are you sure you have to go?" Mira asked.

"We're only allowed a certain amount of time within the world of the living. Unlike the Celestial Spirits, we don't have a separate source of magic to draw on to maintain manifestation within this world." Rin explained.

"Okay, it was good seeing you again." Scythe smiled.

"What about Iskandar?" Wendy asked.

"He's like a Celestial Spirit, but he's not tethered to a key, he's actually tethered to the pendants both Scythe and Miia wear." Shirou explained.

"An' Jack is the same?" Wendy asked, looking to the child, sleeping with her head on the table.

"Pretty much." Rin chuckled.

"We look forward to when you come for your mission." Shirou smiled. "Come straight to the armory after you've had a chance to settle back in from your honeymoon."

"Ah, speaking of which, you two better head off to catch your train." Mira said. "Your bags are already packed and waiting for you outside."

"Right. We'll be sure to take a lot of pictures." Scythe smiled as he and Wendy ran out of the guild hall.

~Train~

"Hey, Scythe." Wendy asked. "Can I ask you something?"

"Hmm? What's up?" Scythe inquired.

"Well, we're a little young to be married, but I guess it's my fault for that. But, if you could go back in time, and change the outcome, convince Master to wait until we were at least in our late teens, early twenties to marry us, would you?" Wendy asked.

"I'll admit being married this young is a bit of a surprise I wasn't expecting. But don't blame yourself for it, you didn't know completing the mate mark meant we were married." Scythe said, taking a sip from a canned drink. "That being said, I'm honestly glad we're together now."

Those words took Wendy by surprise, as she looked at him, and saw he was being genuine about it all.

"I mean, look what would have happened if I hadn't have saved you from that burning ship. You'd probably have been able to get out of it on your own, but then what? You would still be closing off your heart, and I'd probably still be a big bruiting waste of space." Scythe smiled. "So if you ask me, everything that happened to us these past couple months, happened for a reason."

"Yeah, I guess you're right." Wendy smiled, leaning into him, to which he wrapped one arm around her shoulders.

"So, where is it that our honeymoon is taking place?" Scythe asked.

"Don't know, Master Makarov wouldn't say." Wendy said.

The rest of the train ride was uneventful, which lead to boredom and sleeping the rest of the ride there. When they woke up, she were jostled awake by the train stopping. Upon departure and grabbing their bags, they realized that the train station they were at looked familiar, and for good reason. When they left the station, they saw that they were at Akane Resort.

"You gotta be kidding me. We're honeymooning where we first met." Scythe said.

"Seems like it'll be fun." Wendy smiled.

"I guess you're right. Let's go check into the hotel before heading for the amusement park." Scythe suggested.

When making their way to the hotel, Scythe and Wendy decided to have a look around, finding a lot of the gift shops had changed their merchandise to suit the seasons. But their biggest surprise was who they bumped into on the way to the hotel.

"Simon?" Scythe asked, recognizing the eyepatch wearing man.

"Scythe, it's good to see you. I hope you're in good spirits." Simon said crossing his arms. Though it was hard to tell with the iron jaw, Simon was smiling at their reunion. "Allow me to introduce you to someone. This is my sister Kagura." Simon said introducing the young woman beside him.

"A pleasure to meet you." Kagura smiled, brushing some of her long black hair out of her face.

Kagura wore an elaborate blazer with gold lining, and a large collar, which is open to reveal a collared shirt and red tie underneath. The cuffs of her jacket are tucked into a pair of white wrist-high gloves. On her legs, she wore a pair of black tights, tucked into a pair of knee-high boots and sit under a short white frilled skirt. She also wore a white headband with a white ribbon tied at the middle in a bow, pointing straight up. Breast size: G-Cup.

"Scythe Strauss. It's nice to meet you to." Scythe smiled.

"So what brings you back to Akane, and who's your friend?" Simon asked.

"Hello. My name is Wendy Marvell er… Strauss. Gotta get used to that." Wendy chuckled.

Seeing how Wendy was acting caused Simon and Kagura to raise a brow and turn to Scythe.

"You see…" Scythe began sheepishly, scratching at his cheek with a finger. "I'm actually here on my honeymoon. Wendy and I got married earlier today."

To prove her husband's point, Wendy raised her hand, showing both the engagement ring, and wedding band on her finger.

"What? But you can't be serious, you're too young for that aren't you?" Simon asked, trying to keep his composure, while Kagura was just standing there, red faced and astonished.

"Well you see. Wendy is a Dragonslayer, and she marked me as her mate." Scythe said, showing his neck. "So, when our Guild Master found out, he insisted we make it official. So he wed us this morning."

"So now we're here at Akane for our honeymoon." Wendy added.

"Believe it or not. Akane is actually where we first met." Scythe smiled as Wendy hugging his arm. "I rescued Wendy from a burning boat, and after I had managed to keep the Tower of Heaven from detonating, Wendy was the one who nursed me back to health and healed my injuries."

"Since then we've gone on a few adventures together, and… well I just feel so happy around him." Wendy smiled.

"Well if you make each other happy, then I guess I can't really argue that." Simon said. "May you both live happy lives, and always enjoy each other's company."

"Thank you very much." Scythe smiled.

After that little encounter, Scythe and Wendy went straight for the hotel, as to not waste any more time on getting to their reservations. They were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly receptionist.

"Hi welcome to Akane Restore Hotel, how can I help you?" The receptionist asked.

"Hi, we have a reservation for a Mr. and Mrs. Strauss extending through the entire week?" Scythe exclaimed.

"One moment please." She smiled looking it up on the lacrima. "Ah yes here we go. Honeymoon sweet but… Pardon my asking but, aren't you two a little young to be married?"

"Yes, yes we are." Wendy stated.

"Okay then, here's your key, top floor last room at the end of the hall, it has a gorgeous view of the entire resort." The receptionist said.

"Thank you very much." Scythe smiled accepting the keys.

Taking the elevator to the top, Scythe and Wendy were anticipating seeing their new room for the next week. But as it stood, they were both feeling sleepy still, as the stress and anticipation over the next couple days began to catch up to them.

Reaching their room, Scythe and Wendy dropped their bags and went straight for the bed, falling asleep as soon as their heads hit the pillows. They'd begin their honeymoon adventure at the attractions tomorrow.

A/N: Heyo everyone. Just a quick couple things.

First off, I'm gonna be starting up with adding some interdimensional adventures for Scythe and Wendy, as you could probably guess in the chapter.

Secondly, the chapters that do involve these interdimesional excursions will be longer than normal chapters, and may contain more episodes, or lead into a different series when finished.

Third, I could really use suggestions on which manga/animes to add to the list.

That's all, please review, but no flames.
