Amity Park - 2014
For as long as Ember could remember, music had been the only thing in the world that ever brought her solace. Whenever she was having a hard day or just wanted to tune out the world, music was there to make everything okay. She could still remember the first time she snuck out on a school night to see her first rock concert and was immediately swept away to another world by the sound.
That feeling was something she wanted to share with everyone who ever heard her shred on a guitar. She wanted to send everyone to another world and hear them all chant her name while all eyes were on her. She wanted the lights, the adoration, her name in the hall of fame, but alas it wasn't to be. Those dreams went up in smoke, and then returned in the form of a blazing inferno.
Here she was again live on stage with the whole world watching, the Ghost Zone included. Her three lackeys were present of course with their drums and strings, and she stood front and center with her own guitar held close and her microphone at the ready. All of Amity Park was here, young and old, ready to hear an oldie but a goodie. This was her comeback tour, and she was ready to get the show on the road.
"Amity Park!" she shouted into her mic. "Are you ready to rock!?"
The question was rewarded with cheers and a loud chorus of men and women chanting her name. She could feel the power flowing through her and the flames of her ponytail rise. Blue flames enveloped the sides of the stage, and the heat was something that got her ectoplasm rushing. Ripped the pic from around her neck and gave it a kiss for good luck, not that she needed it.
"Let's do it!" she roared before the sounds of the drums began. "Yeah! Oh!" The sounds of strings soon followed as Ember and the other two began to add to the sound. This was going to be her ultimate performance.
It was, it was September
Winds blow, the dead leaves fall
To you, I did surrender
Two weeks, you didn't call
Your life goes on without me
My life, a losing game
But you should, you should not doubt me
You will remember my name
Oh, Ember, you will remember
Ember, one thing remains
Oh, Ember, so warm and tender
You will remember my name
The crowd was completely under her spell and all their energy was being funneled into her and by extension the flames that were circling the surrounding area. Once her song finished and the circle was complete everything within the inferno will be sucked down into the Ghost Zone. It was a wicked plan, and she knew for a fact that a certain snow-haired phantom was watching. If he didn't want his entire town to become a permanent part of her world, then he'd better get a move on. After all, this wouldn't be as much fun if Danny didn't show.
