Windstorm Zone:
Todoroki was trying his best to protect himself and Asui. He used his flames not to fight but to warm the now sleeping amphibian-like girl. Upon arrival, the two were forced to flee and hide in an alleyway. The bi-colored teen used his ice to make a tall wall for them to hide behind. However, this caused the boy to feel frostbite on his right side. On the bright side, the wall did block out some of the wind and snow.
"C-c-cold," Asui barely managed to say.
"I know, Asui. But please endure this for a bit longer. Help will be here soon," Todoroki said. He was exhausted, to say the least. He has never used his flames for this long before. But then again, he has barely used his flames, to begin with. He has stopped using his flames in rebellion against his father, Endeavor, for as long as he can remember. He loathes his father for what he has done to him and his family.
On the bright side, the cold is helping a bit to regulate his body temperature, but that isn't good for Asui. He didn't want to even think about what could happen if help didn't arrive in time. Todoroki didn't even have time to think about that. Instead, he had to focus on saving his classmate, so he put Tsuyu down and stood up. "I'll be back soon, Asui," he said before climbing the ice wall and disappearing from view.
Asui's eyes fluttered open enough to see Todoroki leave. "T-T-Todoroki," she reached a shaking hand toward the bi-colored boy. But it was too late, for he had disappeared out of sight. Tsuyu closed her eyes and drifted off to a deep sleep.
For now, no villains were in sight, so he slowly climbed down the wall. But he knew he would still have to be cautious. All he needed was to get something he could burn. After that, he could focus on keeping himself and his classmate warm. Unfortunately, he had trouble finding stuff, so he was left with no other choice. Using his ice, Todoroki would trap villains, knock them out, and take parts of their clothes as fuel for a fire.
He quietly climbed back over the ice wall to find Asui still shivering in the cold. But this time, she wasn't alone. A villain had found his way over the wall and to the amphibious girl. "GET AWAY FROM HER!" Todoroki shouted; anger flooded his voice.
"Make me," the villain taunted. Todoroki covered his fist with ice and ran toward the villain full of fury. He punched the villain as hard as he could, knocking him out. Then, the peppermint boy ripped parts of the villain's clothes off and started burning them with the rest of the stuff he got. 'Hopefully this will keep us warm for a while,' Todoroki thought to himself as he laid Asui close to the fire. Once she was comfortable, he laid down on the other side of the flames and drifted off to sleep.
